We had lunch at Trattoria del Braciere during a family trip to Gressoney and had a truly wonderful time. We ate very well: delicious dishes, carefully prepared, and truly generous portions! A huge plus is the staff: super helpful, kind, and welcoming waiters, always on point, with a youthful and playful attitude that makes you feel immediately at ease. The service is attentive but never intrusive, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the atmosphere is truly family-friendly. A place we would gladly return to and definitely recommend to anyone passing through Gressoney! See you soon ✨
Amazing restaurant! The food was one of the best in the region. We tried the plank of cheese and meat. The tiramisu was also amazing and the staff quite friendly.
Amazing restaurant to enjoy great dishes! The mixed grilled meat plate is amazing, accompanied by seasonal grilled vegetables. The appetizers are always amazing, from big pieces of cooked ham with homemade compotes, and the meat jerky with confit tomatoes! This is a mandatory stop whenever you are up in Gressoney! Probably the best in town, without a doubt!!! Can't wait to go back!

Very good food and kind staff
It was a last minute decision for us because we are chaotic tourists who never make a reservation 🙈 The people are amazingly friendly and the food is very good. Definitely worth it!

A very traditional rustic local Italian restaurant . The food is excellent with brilliant service from start to finish but make sure you make a reservation as it is very popular for obvious reasons.
Original approach to traditional Valdostain cuisine. recommended, try the gnocchi and the rosemary creme caramel.
It was a nice meal. The waiter was talking English french and German and was very friendly. The portions where very generous. Perfect to begin our hike to margherera hutte next day!

Nice place, traditional, good meat
The service is friendly and the place is nice. I went there more than once and had the possibility to try appetisers, main and second courses. Overall all dishes tasted good, especially the deer and the appetisers. For my taste the dishes lacked a bit of salt but that’s up to preferences.
Restaurant serves traditional plates from Aosta valley. You can chose between 3-4 appetisers and another good selection of main courses. Always ask for the off-menu, changing every day. I went for 2 type of meat (lamb chops and tagliata with berries sauce) both tasty and served with vegetables. The place has an outside part having a wonderful view in the hood and mountains around Gressoney. Do not forget to to reserve the table in advance , either for lunch but especially in the evening.

Ordered the ‘dish’ of the restaurant… the mixed grill. Precooked cold meats … disappointing. Too many dogs barking
Good for a quick lunch but not the best. Service was nice and fast.
After a 20 minute wait we had to collect menus ourselves. Most dishes were bland and tasteless
Extremely rude staff…
Just threw us out although there was a free table. Never again.
