The chai was great and would recommend the panini and the “Houston wrap”
Came here for a late breakfast at 11am, there was a 5min wait but we got a table quickly. i ordered huevos revueltos, which came with a side of beans, and instead of tortilla they serve you pieces of bread . We also shared a bowl of fruit. My husband and sister also liked their respective meals as well. The only thing negative that I would have to say is that their drip coffee is not good. My sisters caramel frappuccino was pretty good though. And I understand that this place specializes in flavored lattes and flavor chai, so I simply just may have ordered the wrong drink item. I just didn't want anything overly sweet and I wanted coffee, if I went to back in time to do it again I would order a specialty latte. Overall I feel like there are a lot of restaurants and breakfast spots in Guadalajara and I wouldn't mind coming back here but I think that nothing like really popped out at me, to say I'm definitely coming back here you know? But I would still recommend 😊

Great location, fast and friendly service and delicious food in generous proportions. The spanish omelet was tasty, and the salad was fresh. The grande cappuccino and orange juice were definitely huge so if you are not a big eater, you might want to go for a smaller size. However, they were both good!

This was our third choice for breakfast because the first two had lineups. Cannot imagine a better place for breakfast. Great me u with lots of choices. Service was good and very pleasant staff. Complimentary sweats were offered, many choices and as many as you want! Coffee was good. Breakfast excellent. Make this place your first choice!
Enjoyed our breakfast here. Wait line was a bit long but we were okay with that, since it was a Sunday morning. Loved the large coffees!
Best chai latte I ever had! Nice and quiet place. I liked the chicken wrap and loved the nachos (i only miss jalapeño in nachos). My mom loved papas con chamoy- I didn’t liked.

Chai is probably the best place to get breakfast buffet in Guadalajara. You won't be disappointed. They also have 2 locations really close to each other.
Fast service and delish food. Got the Big Boy and it was indeed big. I actually couldn’t finish it and was disappointed in myself. They have English and Spanish menus and a massive variety of dishes.
The restaurant is spacious and very clean , which is very important for me. The House Cafe doesn't taste very . I ordered en americano it wasn't any better. French toast it was okay. The bread was very thick and didn't have much flavor.

A charming little cafe in the center of Guadalajara. Excellently decorated, relaxed ambiance, and good food. A little more expensive than some of the other restaurants around, but not too much. Good brunch place.
The food was okay. We had a mexican bowl it was not what I was expecting. The berry smoothie was delicious. The atmosphere is nice but the staff could be friendlier. Maybe we can try for breakfast and hope it's a better experience
They cook everything with Lard. The waffles were dry and too crunchy. The service was so slow because the staff were busy hanging out with eachother and talking. The chai was honestly very mid. It was overall disappointing. The restaurant itself is cute. Except that they had the tv on and it was showing surgeries and fat removal. I doubt any of the staff noticed since they were busy having a good time with the other staff.
Bad sandwich meat, lettuce…:just bad for what you pay. Not to mention they took a very long time to bring the sandwich out. Don’t recommend. 2nd bad sandwich 🥪 I’ve had here in the city.
Pésimo servicio y la comida está más americanisado que nada, vean las fotos de los chilaquiles secos y los chilaquiles de cilantro 🤮 There is very bad customer service, the orders take forever and the waiter/tress give you attitude when you ask for something. The food is NOT traditional Mexican food, it's made more for tourist that don't know any better 😔
