I ordered the jalapeno chicken sandwich and there's like three little pieces of chicken on my sandwich the rest of it is jalapenos cheese and a lot of pineapples and bread there's not enough chicken on here I feel completely robbed but yet the flavor is good as hell it's like they put the little pieces of chicken sticking out so I would think I was a lot of chicken in here but no it's not a lot of chicken in here and I'm using talk to text so there's no punctuation and because I ordered my food and I'm stuck at work for the next 8 hours you know I would love somebody to remake my order and actually place the chicken in the sandwich I guess the regulatory amount cuz this is definitely not like any chicken sandwich I've ever ordered from Domino's before

The cashier did not give me my exact change. I had to tell her twice she was short.

Slowest Domino's delivery service I have ever had. Not unusual to take an hour or more. Food is always good, just takes a while to get it.

The freakin website you would think your buying diamonds or stocks .Are you kidding with all the security measures . IT is the ,most un-user friendly site ever .And you have to know the ways to get the prices or you might overpay . always upselling its so damn confusing just to complete an order . The pizza is not bad ,Online ordering should not be this hard and tricky . One time on the pick up; The manager went cuckoo and was screaming I don't need this job , LOL true story . The one on Sunset .

I sent an online order and when I went there it wasn't ready. Then, the lady claimed they never received my online order. The manager agreed to make my order on the house but the lady insisted on charging me. The lady was extremely rude and appeared to think I was lying because I wanted free pizza. A shockingly poor service experience.

You will not get your pizza correct here. I can guarantee it almost 95 percent of the time. They chose to ignore the order and make my Brooklyn style with thin crust instead. I assume it was because there was no ready dough available or maybe they really just could care less..no Parmesan cheese in the facility…the most basic two ingredients ready made dough and cheese…what more can I say? Toppings where almost non-existent, yet they somehow managed to have more salt then I ever ate on any pizza before. Didn’t want to leave a review in fear if I ever wanted to return and then I asked myself what on earth would I want to do that for? From the many reviews it is clear one thing is on the table in this pizza joint..a high lack of management and oversight. No one cares there. It’s all good. There are many more quick spots in town to feed you…choice is at least still yours. Hate to give bad reviews, but this joint was a sad hello and a strong goodbye. Don’t want anyone else to loose a hard earned buck on this chuck!

CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD BILLS! Someone at this location changed the delivery driver tip to 37%! Thankfully we have the original order + tip in an email. The fact that they were so bold in adding so much more to the driver tip tells me they've done this before and have gotten away with it.

Horrible service, I put an order at 9pm and waited till 10:45pm and still didn’t receive my order, I called them but I got yelled at and was told wait. They hang up the phone on me :( when I called back no one answered the phone. I have never seen this bad customer service, they take your money but you will never get your pizza, be aware, this place is thief , very disappointed 😔

what a joke this spot is. Made an order at 11:45pm (15min before closing) and they accepted the order online and told me the pizza was being made and delivered....NOTHING was delivered. I read the reviews online and realized this wasn't abnormal for this location called them up the next morning to see what happened and they offered to return my money....no apology, no offer for a free pizza, nothing. horrible customer service and horrible management

Don't have a credit card machine at this location.the guy offered me to type my card in on his computer.I could not understand why do they have to manually enter cards if they have a self swipe mashine.as one of their workers said that mashine isn't working but what do they have it there for .I feel a lot more comfortable with swiping my card myself.so this place I will avoid cause they are not technicly advanced enough

CROOKS, see the attached screenshots. They altered the tip from $2 to $7, I got an alert from my credit card company of the activity, but imagine how many of you did not catch this. Look over your credit card bills, this location is total FRAUD.

If I could give a negative star I would. This place is disgusting and disrespectful. I was visiting and gave my number for delivery and the person lied about delivery and continued to tell me that it was my mistake when they could’ve contacted me at anytime. I feel so disrespected and will never use this place for delivery again.

Overall, I now do not have a dinner, have wasted $80, and am incredibly disgusted and unsatisfied with the service I was given.
