Ramon, I sat at your table at 12:45, i was told/accosted, i couldn't order toast and a coffee after 13:00. But i don't understand the time was 12:45.... Thank you Generally, you ha e great service but this day?

Waited ages to be seated, once seated we waited even more for our order to be taken, the food took a little while to come out and the manager did check on us (because one person's food wasn't there yet) and was really nice. The same manager later checked up on us, he was one of the only competent staff members -- the rest of the servers would be hyperfocused on the rest of tables and wouldn't lift their eyes off the ground so calling any of them over (for a refill, or to get the check) was impossible. We had to download the app & skip dessert because we. couldn't get hold of any servers. Will probably get McDonald's next time we are in town.

We arrived at 10:15 PM and our starter didn't arrive until 11:30 PM. They didn't have half the menu available, and the waiters were running around without even refilling our drinks. The waiter who initially served us said they were out of Vips Club, but they kept bringing it to other tables after we'd finished. The only good thing was that we called another waiter over to complain, and this waiter was very friendly, unlike the first one who served us, who was unfriendly. I don't know what's happening with the Club.by restaurants in this shopping center, but they're clearly going downhill.

Today, four of us went for breakfast. Two of us ordered huevos rancheros, another ordered an Americano (without pancakes but with molletes), and the third ordered a toast with avocado, cream cheese, and a poached egg. Both huevos rancheros came with a teaspoon of black beans—and I'm not exaggerating; it was a teaspoonful, like a coffee spoon. There were fewer than 10 beans. We ordered the molletes toasted, but they arrived cold and barely toasted. The toast was the worst; the bread seemed like it had been taken straight from the refrigerator, untoasted and soggy. The egg, which is an extra and should be runny, had a completely cooked yolk. I've been to several Vips, Magna, and Garena locations for breakfast, and this is the third time I've been to the one in Guadalajara, and something always happens that we don't like. I'm sorry, but they really need to improve their service. It's a shame I only have one picture.

Disappointed!! They brought my food without cutlery or napkins. I ordered potato salad with salmon, and it looked nothing like the picture on the menu (tiny, and the mayonnaise was very yellow). I asked for bread, and they charged me 1.50 for a roll. I ordered the O'clock Fundy sandwich, and it was tiny, with a runny egg and hardly any potatoes. The other sandwich was fine, with plenty of raw potatoes :). I won't be back. At least the waitress with the Asian face was very nice and brought us what was missing.

The most bad experience i had en VIPS restaurants ever in Guadalajara branch... I am a disabled guy and there were enough free tables but they told us to wait 45 minutes for attending us (what is this?) If you do not want to work so tell us that we are not here to attend clients.
