Hola is a place where the food is super delicious and I highly recommend it. However, for the first time, I have a complaint. The cashier and the guy at the grill wear their face masks around their necks. When I politely asked the cashier why he wasn't wearing his mask properly, he replied, "Because I'm hot." I think we all get hot and wear them for protection, especially since it's a restaurant and he's serving drinks. Anyway, I hope you can fix that.

I ordered through Didi and they didn't have the picadillo-stuffed cheese, so they told the delivery driver to let me know. I wasn't checking my phone and it turns out they decided to send a cheese chile instead, and I don't eat dairy 🤦‍♀️ In those cases, it used to happen that they didn't send anything, they canceled, or they only sent the other part of the order.
