Fast food service and the ladies at the counter were polite.
Blizzards here are the best . The lady at the drive thru has great customer service. I didn't get the name but she's a young girl short hair. Thanks for taking the time to make a difference
Great experience fresh and hot meal And delicious also desert also available. Very satisfied with everything . Cool Inside and clean . Thumbs up.
The moment you walk in the cleanliness is visible. The manager really takes pride in her store because I’ve never seen such detail in cleaning. Trust me when I say no spot was not missed! The food was amazing!! Food was hot and special how I requested and the blizzard was full of toppings and perfect! Definitely my new favorite spot!
The quality of service has greatly diminished. Staff shows no interest in serving you. When I approached the counter to ask about my order after waiting for 20+ minutes I felt invisible as employees only passed by me ignoring that I was holding my number and receipt. The drive thru lane was heavily backed up. Other customers were also complaining about the wait time. Management really needs perform a serious staff evaluation.
Stopped by for a quick meal. Service was good and friendly. We enjoyed the chicken strips and especially the fries. Dairy Queen had good ambience and place was clean too. Heath caramel brownie cupfection was just superb.
We stopped in for Tuesday Banana Split Special! Service was fast and friendly. We Also picked up a foot long chili dog! Recommended to go Tuesdays & Thursdays for there Banana Split Specials or any other day to get your Blizzards!
This family place is exactly that! Lots of children with parents enjoying ice cream! Suddenly a loiterer came indoors and approached. Before he even said a word, the manager came out to the dining area and told the man to leave. The loiterer started cursing at the manager but the manager kept his cool and did not engage! The loiterer left! I was very impressed with how the manager kept his cool. Oh! Place was clean but noisy.
We went there exclusively for their crispy tacos. After not having eaten them for several years, I can honestly say that they’re still my favorites. The service was quite fast and the female attendant actually had manners. I’ll be going to this location more often.
The ice cream was good but the burger was dry mainly because of the buns the buns are cold and not warm. We also tried the tacos and they were pretty good. In all I give it a 8/10
Great customer service and the hamburger combos are great and they include the ice cream. We went to dine about 5 min before they closed but let us in regardless where other places don't. And we weren't rushed!
They need a new drive thru speaker. It was very hard to comunicate my order and understand what I was being asked. For some reason I ask for sweet tea every visit and I'm served unsweetened. Other than that the order came out quick considering the long line they had at the drive thru.
It was an okay experience, I recommend NOT going on either Tuesday or Thursdays because that's when they have their banana split special and people go there like crazy. You could tell the staff are trying their best to keep up, but orders kept coming.
The customer service is good and friendly. The food and dessert is also yummy! The restaurant has recently been remolded n sits more ppl but there's a not so nice smell inside the last few times we've dined in
Food is not bad, must of the time food is not warm enough to feel comfortable when eating. Ice cream it's ALWAYS delicious 😋
It’s typical, I only go for the blizzards. Had a the cheesecake blizzard, drive through line was long and my order was ready in about 8mins. A set of parents had their children running around everywhere and yelling, but that’s not DQs fault.
I was so disappointed. My hamburger was cold, the cheese was not even melted and my bread was also cold. I have been there many times and the food has always been awesome.
Don't know what's going on with the people making blizzards but they are awful, this is the second time I order different blizzards and the have very little of the ingredients that make the flavor, the tropical blizzard was nothing but ice cream almost nothing of bananas, pecans, coconut etc.
The only reason I give 1 star is because of the awful customer service that I received from a girl named Sofia. It was a misunderstood on my order and she spoke to me with a bad attitude. I really love DQ but I don't consider is good to treat the customers like that.
Ugly food and service wasn't decent at all
So I order like four different blizzard and they gave me four blizzards mixed and divided into four cups. REALLY disappointed, I just wanted ice cream and got this. I’ll just got to sonic next time. Also all of them were basically liquid by the time they gave them to me at the drive thru, so yeah, not the best experience.
