I've been to multiple locations different states and all have left me with a bitter taste in my mouth literally and figuratively. But this experience was something else from the moment we walked in we greeted warmly by Linda she saw us in a nice table explain to us the menu helped us figure out what we wanted to eat for breakfast it's like she knew what I wanted before I even wanted it. Linda was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. She checked on us at just the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and had such a positive attitude that really stood out. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. This was one of the best IHOP service experiences I’ve had, and it was thanks to Linda. I hope management recognizes what a great employee she is!

All was good except for i kept having to ask for coffee. Lady left a small carafe at out table but I dont think it was full. After my first cup there was no more. Their coffee cups are small. I love and drink a bit of coffee.

IHOP as all the rest, with usual plates, but this time we had to wait a lot, as only 2 waiters were attending the whole restaurant. Nobody pending for refills.

Staff is useless, attempted to have breakfast on Jan 02, pretty busy but they sat us and no one even looked at our table untill 10min past and we stood up and left todat a 2d attempt to have breakfast, empty at 0930 , 5 staff members at the entrance arguing who siting us. We sat, 5min past empty location, 2 enployees looked at the table and argued why they need to do this. Fire all the staff and get people that actually want to do there job. NOW I'm at the Carreta already having coffee.
