From the moment I sat down, she was incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was perfect. Her timing was spot‑on, she checked in without ever hovering, and she noticed every detail before I even had to ask. Linda is truly one of the best servers I’ve ever had — her professionalism, kindness, and observant nature made my meal so much more enjoyable. Whether you’re visiting from Ohio or right here in Hialeah, she’s the kind of server who makes you want to come back again and again. IHOP is lucky to have her, and I’m grateful for the amazing service she provided. Highly recommend asking for Linda!

Leonor and Tatiana were our waitresses and provided excellent customer service. Despite IHOP being very packed,n they ensured we received our food in a timely manner. They both took turns checking up on us and ensuring that we have everything we needed. The are the perfect team!

Linda was hands down the best server I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we were seated, she was incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely cared about our experience. Even though the place was extremely busy, Linda never made us feel rushed or overlooked, she always made time to check in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and calm presence truly stood out in the middle of the rush. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy, and it made our entire visit so much better. Linda is a true gem, and her service alone is a reason to come back. Chary was a great server. She was the best server I’ve had in a long time. She was so kind and very fast with all of our requests. I will definitely be coming back here and requesting to be seated with her again. My family loved her and her jokes. She was really the best server out there and I hope everyone gets to come visit and experience her service as well. I won’t lie, I wish she had an easier name!! 🤣

IHOP as all the rest, with usual plates, but this time we had to wait a lot, as only 2 waiters were attending the whole restaurant. Nobody pending for refills.

Came in. Table for 2. Get seated. Order taken. Ordered app and 2 entrees. 25 min for an app is crazy. Entrees came shortly after. Burger was burnt. Never got my pancakes.
