Beautiful. The printmaking workshop is incredible; you learn a lot and also get to spend time with the artists who own the works they sell. I loved everything, especially the atmosphere, which felt so homey. The hot chocolate was delicious, although I think the bread is a bit pricey, but from then on, I was fascinated. Highly recommended.

The place is very clean and cozy. The tables are socially distanced. I ordered a spiced chai and another with green tea, the latter nothing spectacular; in fact, it felt like hot milk with sugar. At times, I felt the service was unfriendly because we didn't have dessert. There's an area upstairs where they do activities, and they were presenting something. The voices and the microphone noise make it hard to talk because the space is too small. They later turned it off, and it was fine. Maybe they shouldn't have the microphone because it's too distracting for a cafe. They cut off at 10 pm, even though people want to continue. Perhaps extending or moving the hours could improve.

Edit: So, I've been here a while, now. It looks like the wifi can be just as variable here as anywhere in Mexico. Disappointing, one star down. Great little spot for wifi, ambience, and a fine drink. Not much in the way of food, or pastries (on my one visit). But, with a roughly symmetrical internet connection in Mexico... it makes up for what it doesn't have, in my opinion.

The prices are very cheap, the place is very spacious and somewhat artistic, as it has a small gallery. The place feels a bit confined, especially upstairs. If you can't get a seat on one of the two balconies, there's a lounge with a few tables, but it doesn't feel comfortable. The drinks are average; we ordered frappes, and they were pure ice. They don't accept card payments, only cash.

The staff at this café have absolutely no manners. They don't greet you when you arrive; someone I was with went to the restroom and they handed us the menus right at that moment. After that lack of courtesy, we decided to find another café, and as we were leaving, they yelled at us that we owed them 5 pesos for going to the restroom. You can't have a coffee in such a hostile environment.
