My husband and I ate here both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. And honestly it is what most normal people expect, this is the ONLY restaurant open in 3 cities. So you should expect a long wait. Each night from the time we were seated till we got our food was 1 1/2 hours. Our waitress was Shannon and she was amazing…. She kept the coffee flowing and had a great attitude considering it was chaos in the whole building. Mrs. Dr Pepper

We have not always had a good experience here. However, since the new manager Taora has been here, the service has been top notch, food has been top notch, the entire experience has improved tenfold. If you have had a bad experience in the past, you NEED TO COME BACK AND TRY IT NOW. Taora has made a HUGE DIFFERENCE for the better!

Haven't been here in a while. You can tell they are trying to fix the atmosphere. Walking in, everything looked cleaner, the service and food were great. They still have more work to do but overall you can tell they are working on improving this location. Shout out to our server Melissa, she was awesome and super attentive! We will definitely be coming back.

It was really yummy. I got the plate licking chicken fried chicken. Lol thats the actual plate name. I ordered a switch from a side of broccoli to rice and kept the home style potatoes as my other side. Both were very tasty. It came with two nice sized pieces of crispy fried chicken. I ate my entire plate! The other party at the table ordered a roast beef sandwich and enjoyed it. No complaints. Probably the best food I've gotten at Dennys. :) I will go back.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by Darrian & she was super friendly and seemed to actually like working there ~ so many at other restaurants don’t. My chicken fried steak with broc/squash and mashed potatoes with cream gravy was great! My grandson had bacon cheeseburger and he loved it. We both had to have to go boxes. We live about 20 mins away and will be definitively making the drive more often.

I sat down and ate an all time favorite of mine called the slam burger. The servers were very friendly and the environment was tranquil. The T.V's had cartoons playing for any family's with kids and while on a kids eat free day I was still able to get my food quickly. Overall this place has a lovely dine in experience 10/10.

Perhaps four stars is a little generous for our breakfast this morning at Denny's in GBC. My wife and I split an omelet with toast, hash browns and OJ. The OJ was great. The omelet was greasy and the hash brown undercooked as they often are. Service was good and the atmosphere was OK.

Please, just please close this place and give up. We only go to this Denny’s about once a year just to see if it’s gotten any better and as expected, it has not. The last time we were there the cook lost his mind and started screaming that happened again this time just to find out that’s actually the manager. Why they keep bringing this guy back I don’t understand. He has zero customer service skills having a temper tantrum while doing your job isn’t professional whatsoever. At one point, he even went outside and our waitress had to go out there and calm him down while he was yelling and screaming. On top of that, we asked for our fries to be well done and they came out undercooked. The waitress took them back to have them fixed 20 minutes later they weren’t even dropped. Shannon was the waitress and literally the only bright spot on an otherwise horrible night out. She had a great personality and tried to remain positive. I’ve seen that there is yet another new GM, but they basically just brought in a new captain on an already sinking ship.

I am so disappointed with my trip to Denny's today. We waited 45 minutes for food and then it was cold when it got to the table. The butter didnt even melt on my french toast. My grandson loves to come here and eat and typically it is the only restaurant that doesnt make me sick but i hate cold food. I dont like being a dick about things but if I am paying for food it should come the way its ordered and it should be served warm.

Been waiting over 2 hours for our food and still haven't gotten it. Watching numerous people walk out before they even get there food because there tired of waiting. I would not recommend coming to this place if there is more than 2 customers already in the store. After 2 and a half hours of waiting my family and I decided to just eat chips from a gas station.

The food was not good. The restaurant is so cold I wasn’t even halfway through my meal before it turned cold. There are portable heating units all over the restaurant. They need to fix the heater not only for us customers, but for staff as well. I wish my food didn’t get cold so quickly. I’ll come back when the heaters are fixed.

Was there today walked In the hostess was rude. We were seat at a booth had two children Didn’t even ask if we needed a kid menu we sat there for 10 to 15 minutes and I finally asked the The hostess if there was a waitress working the area, she said yes, but they were busy. We sat there another 10 minutes and they were not that busy so we left the restaurant we will not be back.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Party of 10 came in 20 mins after us and got their food first. After waiting 45mins. When I said something to the waitress, she can back to show me that their order was place one min before our, but yet she had already taken our order 10 mins ago. Her reply was do you want to LEAVE. THIS IS EVERY TIME WE COME TO THIS LOCATION. Not sure of the waitress name as they dont wear name tags

The service was good. The food was horrible! Went for breakfast. The coffee tasted old and bitter. The country fried steak was small and tasted like something that came out of a vending machine. My over medium eggs were runny. The hashbrowns were bothe burnt and under cooked. The toast was cold. Even the coke tasted bad..never been someplace where EVERYTHING was bad..and to end this experience, it cost us $53.00 for 2 regular breakfast plates..will never eat there again!

I didn’t get a picture of broccoli but it was so nasty and cold… the ham egg and cheese sandwich that my husband ordered was off; one half was loaded and great all except eggs which he took in stride, the other half only had literally 3 bites, and No Ham, very small amount of cheese, and bacon bits.. his food and my broccoli came out 15 minutes before my patty melt which was good, fries were good(better been since I waited 15 minutes and had cold food for them) there is no reason why the food especially my vegetable should have been cold, he ordered sausage and got two really nasty dry links… if it hadn’t been the fact that I had a 2 hour trip ahead of me, I would have walked out… waitress was nasty looking, very unprofessional, and kept walking off before we were done talking, the manager was a good piece of work and I will not be back till I know she’s gone. I spent 22.00 on food that was nasty. That’s after I made her take off broccoli, and add a coupon which she didn’t want to do but is a part of my rewards.
