The service here is truly extraordinary. In our fast paced world, the staff at this location both respond rapidly but consistently leave me with a smile. Tattoos and friendly service provide local color and the new Beyond Meat options are healthy, delicious and earth conscious!!

This del Taco was a little different. It was at a truck stop and it was definitely refreshing to see a taco place at a truck stop something other than the usual burgers, chicken joints & Subway. So it was refreshing to see something completely and totally different. The guacamole was amazing!

I've never been to Del Taco as long as they've been around. Tonight was very pleasing. The restaurant was very clean, the employees were friendly and the food! I had the triple meat burrito. Very very tasty, beef, chicken, bacon goodness. The burrito size is about the size of a Chipotle burrito. Very good value price wise. Will definitely stop here again.

Loving Del Taco when we get a chance to go to one since we have no local locstions. This location has great fresh food, but the customer service is seriously lackluster, as if they don't care you're there. The gal behind d the counter was not rude, but was just blah and almost seemed irritated to take our order in person instead of using the kiosk. All in all not terrible, just awkward. But the food was super fresh and hot.

First and foremost, the original del tacos was full portion tacos and I love every bite. Every Del Taco I get from the valley like Stockton for example has very skimpy on the ingredients and mainly the cheeze but this place gave me full perfect portions. I never mind the drive up and down the I-5. There's a ton of stuff to do if you know the right places to stop. And, of course, there's Del Taco all along the way! This particular location is fast and the food is pretty consistent. (I always only order the crunchy tacos so it's hard to mess that up!) Customer service is usually nice as well. Looking forward to my next visit already.

Food was good store was a little dirty no biggie. It was busy and they are inside a gas station. Don't get a soda. The soda water was horrible and even overpowers the flavor of your soda. It's the local municipality not the stores fault. Don't drink the water.

I like del taco. This one is at a truck stop so was about $18 for something that would normally be $12. They messed up my order so I went a day without most of my lunch and were unable to refund me any of my order even though I simply had to throw it out (since I don't eat meat). The next day we ended up back at the same truck stop (we weren't planning on coming back this way) and the woman remade them for me at no cost.

Love the atmosphere of truck stop fast food, it always is so cozy. Service is alright, could be better. The food is mid range considering other Del Taco locations. Overall a great place to stop during a drive.

My wife and I were heading down south on I-5 and we are both hungry so we decided to stop at Del Taco after we saw the sign on the exit. There were quite a few places there but we decided to go to Del Taco. We always go to Del Taco at home also as it is convenient and their food is consistently good. This place was fairly busy but they were able to get their customers through at a good Pace. The food was good and that place was clean. We enjoyed our food anvil keep on going to Del Taco

We came here specifically to use the playground but it was under construction please fix the playground.

So much delicious shredded cheese! The food is usually made well here. Sometimes their drive thru is closed and they don't put a sign up or anything. I'm not sure why. It's pretty good overall in cleanliness too considering it's attached to a busy gas station.

Service was a little slow. In fairness, I told the lady at the counter that I needed a minute, but then she disappeared to work the drive thru and didn't come back. It took the manager on duty to notice, about 7 minutes later, that no one was watching the counter. Beyond that, food was as expected and prices were still reasonable for a truck stop (unlike Taco Bell at TA's where they jack up the prices on soft tacos to $3.29). It's rare that you get Del Taco at Love's (or any other truck stop from what I've seen) and this was a welcome change!

Love the food there and the prices are still fair despite the huge inflation jump the past couple years. I'm sad to see so many of these stores go out of business. They're disappearing everywhere and i was excited to find this one still open for business and it was even open 24 hours which sucked me right in even though i had already eaten earlier. Love me some Del Taco. 🌮 Please build more everywhere

I was in Del Taco tonight and was very impressed. The restaurant floor and all the tables were very clean with the majority of the chairs pushed in nice and tidy. I don’t know her name but the young lady with glasses that was running the cash register in the drive-through window has such an amazing personality and treats her customers amazing. More people should learn from that young lady. Thank you and I look forward to coming back.

Del Taco is my favorite fast food Mexican chain. I love breakfast things, like breakfast tacos or crunch wrap. I get them every time is possible. There are no Del Tacos in Bay area so every time I go to LA i try to get me some Del Taco :) This place is Ok, no drive through, you have to walk in. Seems like they don’t have enough people working. Place was dirty. Back cooking area needs major cleaning. Lobby needed wiping down. Food was o.k. Needs cleaning big time. If I was a secret shopper they would get a low score that day on cleanliness.

I hate to say bad things about a business. But my experience today at this location, Santa Nella, CA, was sub-standard. Let me first note that the staff was not part of the problem. Having worked in food service for nearly fifty years I could see what was wrong in an instant: a lack of organization and process. Fast food is about transactions that occur quickly, repeately and simultaneously all day long. A well-run fast food operation has dozens all happening at once. This Del Taco had the same transactions going on but in a serialized fashion. What should have taken seconds ended up taking minutes. Nothing bad happened. Everyone got their food and drinks and we were all pleasant with each other. But there we all missed out of the magic that happens when we all pull together and make everything happen like a well-rehearsed ballet. Strive for excellence. It pays a huge dividend.

In the fast food taco business this buts Taco Bell to shame. If your traveling and in the mood this is by far my choice for a fast food taco stop with no after taco stomach effects. lol. Can't go wrong with their dollar menu but even a step up off the regular menu. Just a heads up they do a crinkle up fries that my 7 yr old LOVES! It's a win win situation that case. Don't shy away if that's an option for you.

This restaurant is good, but they have one very big flaw consistency. If you order an epic burrito you might get one, that's a good size. You might get one, let very small. You never really know, but the food it's always good.At least

We drove about a half hour to go through the drive thru because hubby has been wanting Del Taco. I think they must have been short-handed because there were no other cars (it was 2pm) and we were asked to wait. We waited about 8 minutes for our order to be taken. The girl at the window was very nice and apologetic, however. We did not complain, sometimes things happen and you get behind. We got our food which was very good, but the drinks are another story. We got 2 large diet Cokes. They taste like cleaner. They are undrinkable. If we weren't already halfway back home we'd take them back. Not sure if they just cleaned the machine or didn't rinse it properly or what happened, but the cleaner taste is STRONG. Again, the worker was very nice. Wish we'd had a better experience for driving from out of town.

For being in a busy intersection and rest stop spot, you would think the food would be fresher from quick turnover. Unfortunately, fries had old grease flavor and were overcooked, while taco shells were stale. I guess it's typical fast food.

While it is an OK stop, the food wasn't fresh at all for a Saturday at 6pm Chicken in burrito was old and chewy, beans were dry and thick, fries were limp and gross. Make sure they dont over charge you as well!

Honestly I walked away and didn't feel the warm love that I normally do. The fries, which are typically hot aNd crisp delicious lightly salted heavenly masterpieces were only warm and mushy and cried out to me 'Why tbone Why do I exist?!" I threw them to a dog which proceeded to growl at me. Ill be back but I must first wipe away my tears and work through my therapist.

This is my first time at a Del Taco ever! Stopped in this Del Taco on a trip back home with my dad. We ordered one of those feisty packs to have food at that time and with someplans for leftovers for the long ride back home. The worker behind the counter said the Fiesta pack was unavailable because they were "short handed". My dad makes an individual order for the exact food and quantity of the Fiesta pack, and no problem taking the order. Basically, by taking the order they have no problem about the quantity, but rather she did not want to honor the price...guessing to hit some established per ticket revenue. The food itself was Ok, but really not the issue here at this location. My dad was cool, but he later realized what happened. I was reminded today telling a friend about the event and here we are taking it to Yelp!

Was not impressed with the fries. I typically love Del Taco's fries, but these were overcooked. Also wished I hadn't ordered the tostada with chicken. Having without the chicken would have been better. In defense of the restaurant, I didn't approach any staff member because I was too tired from my travels.

Most del tacos are great. This one was not. I ordered two soft tacos. They don't have the soft corn tortillas so I had to order them with flour tortillas. The tortillas were thick, tough, and chewy. The filling was skimpy.

Food was fast and good like all other Del Tacos but they charge more because where we are. Most places have classic burritos 2 for $6 they have it here for 2 for $6.99. Always got to nickle and dime or dollar everyone.

This Del Taco Franchise is one you may want to stay away from. I ordered my Taco plate based on the recommendation of the cashier. She said it was $6.99 the total wad right under $10.00 I asked her why do much and if something else eased aged to my order. Nope, she couldn't explain why my order was so much. So I checked the receipt and the price is $8.99. No apologies for not knowing the prices of her product. It took several minutes to get my food. I order eat in, and I waited patiently. They were not busy in the dining area or in the drive- thru. When I finally got Mitt Ford, it was cold, the chicken taco was dry and it was barely warm, the tortilla f et lt like they just came out of the fridge. The cilantro was black! No thank you! I don't want this food. I took it back, the manager rolled her eyes at me as if I was bothering her. They gave me a new plate of food. Still was not the quality I expect from DelTaco, she gave me dried up reheated chicken again. It was warm not hot this time. The dude who stood in line behind me brought his order back to the counter too. The manager tried to blame the dude...His order was wrong too. Is this Coincidental??

I love Del Taco but customer service was bad. Requests from us for forks and condiments gave us the feeling that we were interrupting her non work conversation and she was the manager.

I was very disappointed with my food. I ordered a quesadilla with cheese and pico! The fries were good and hot my quesadilla was COLD, I had to return it. Road trips are long sometimes and I don’t eat land animals m. The selections were not for someone like myself so I felt this restaurant was a safe option. I drove for another 2 hours hungry 🤦🏽‍♀️

3:30am 3/21. Playing extremely load inappropriate music. I understand vibing but music is way too loud. You gotta be considerate of the language of the music, customers and how that represents the brand. Bad exposure. Ate here yesterday around 5sh. Nachos were great! Worst experience I’ve had at a del taco! They said open 24 hours, and I went on my way traveling for thanksgiving. After waiting a few minutes waiting at the counter, the cashier complained asking why so many people were in tonight and wished they would come later. 5 minutes after that, I submit my order. The burrito came loosely wrapped, cold to touch, and barely any chicken in it. The soda tasted like chemicals. The only redeeming quality were the fries.

They up the prices on everything. I will give you an example. So chicken roll everywhere else is $1.00 and that's why there on the buck and under. But at this one it's $1.59. Plus they super over price there chill for a side. They charge $2.60. when ever del taco is $0.40 for a side of chill.

No pride was taken in the food presentation. It just looked thrown together and rushed and it wasn’t very good. I wasted half of the chicken quesadilla and caramel cheese bites. They had a funny aftertaste. The food looked balled together. People eat with their eyes and dog food looks more appealing than what I was served.

I ordered Birria and ramen That isn't a mistake to make twice. Good thing I also ordered chili cheese fries too or I wouldn't have eaten anything. They use taco meat for chili. Not good, but edible. Cold burritos!! Distracted employees!! Combination for failure. We usually eat del taco and never had an issue like this. unfortunate that now you even have to bite into your food before you leave. Two out of 4 burritos seem to have exploded and the paper is stuck to the burrito. (See photo below). The burritos were also cold 🥶.

I pay $11.20 for a single al pastor burrito but once I got the burrito it's was real small for $11.20 dollar horrible experience, I will not recommend this places. I been it multiple restaurants getting this burrito, I know it's bigger horrible place.

I was a regular customer with this Del Taco until I found that the chicken al carbon soft tacos that this location is selling for $3.59 are available at other locations for $1.00! It's bad enough that truckers have to visit these travel centers because of their need to park a large vehicle, but to charge ridiculously high prices because they have a "captive audience" is very wrong! The employee staff have always been nice, but the prices reflect the greed of the owner of this franchise. 😡

My "fast food" took 40 minutes between the line, the cashier not accepting my coupon from the app and me having to complain to even get my coupon validated, THEN they messed up my order and gave my son the green sauce instead of the read sauce on his burrito and the next thing I know he is crying because it is too spicy and we have to wait AGAIN just to get what we ordered originally. Summary: takes too long, jacked up prices compared to other locations and order was wrong. I frequently travel the 5 fwy to visit family down south and this will be the last time I bother to stop at this location, even if it is conveniently located next to Arco. It cost me WAY too much time to stop there!!!

Won't stop here again. We were the only people there. There were no cars in the parking lot and no sign of customers inside. But we still waited 7 minutes at the drive thru window. Totally unbelievably messed up our order and we’re truckers and can’t go back. We asked for two shrimp tacos, a chicken taco and a small strawberry lemonade. We got two crunchy beef tacos, a fry and a fish taco. Originally I didn’t even get my drink and much to the aggravation of the cashier and I demanded it and waited for it. Unfortunately I didn’t look into the bag until we were in the truck. Absolutely the worst service and we will never come to this Del Taco again. We were regular customers because of trucking and have always experienced something not correct to our orders yet not to this extent.

We love their snack crunchy tacos as well as their Del burgers. From time to time the snack tacos will taste a bit rancid. When they don't have that rancid flavor they are delicious. We usually buy one and taste it and if it tastes good then we get more, if not we just get burgers.

I'd have to admit, and I mean this whole heatedly. That this is honestly one of the worst possible for joints that I've ever visited. The food quality is comical, the atmosphere is a truck stop so it's really hit or miss with the ambiance, and sadly the service is the only thing that holds any kind of positive value for the place. Yet even then the employees are simply just doing the best with the circumstances they're in.

Twice the price and half as nice. Why is this location so much more expensive compared to other Del Taco's? Went to order and left for the taco truck across the street with better reviews and prices. In my experience when franchisees up the price they also cut corners everywhere else to save money.

Manager took my order after waiting for 10 mins at counter, only customer in here was me! She was rude like she didn't want to take my order idk, but the two quesadilla tacos I had were disgusting and so much salt I threw away half my food. I didn't ask for a refund or anything like that, I just won't come back. Worst experience I've had in a long time at any restaurant.

Absolutely horrible experience. The cashier kept making mistakes on our order and then, even after we thought she finally got it right, we ended up still getting an incorrect order. Severely overpriced and my quesadilla wasn't even tasty. It was completely bland and I had to add 5 taco sauce packets just to make it edible. We will never go back.

No one is around at the counter and kitchen. The only crew around is busy flirting with a dining customer. No wonder this place is rated 3 stars.

After 22 hours on the road it was time to get out of the car and sit down for a fast bite. This was not the place. This establishment was the filthiest place I had ever been to and we've traveled from coast to coast eating at a lot of establishments. There were dirty employee used latex gloves thrown on the floor. Spilled food all over the floor. Not a single clean table to be found. The soda machine was caked with gunky soda syrup. Salsa and ketchup splattered everywhere. The staff was extremly rude. I asked to see a manager to address my concerns but was met with resistance. Intead, I snapped photos and videos and forwarded them over to the health department. This is extremely concerning and absolutely disgusting how this restaurant was. 🤮🤮

I don't like being negative but this place was dirty, VERY slow, and food was cold and not tasty. The trash cans were all overflowing onto the floor, many tables had trash or food left on them. With 3 people in line we waited almost 15 mins just to order. When the food came out the fries were soggy and cold, so was my $9.99 beyond burrito. The tacos were half filled and only some had tomatoes. This is by far the worst Del Taco I've ever been too, if it was my first experience at a Del Taco I would never go back to ANY of them. Thankfully so many others have been great

It was 10:30pm. 10/27/2023. Ordered number 10 combo it’s a bean burrito with ground beef. The burrito was super big with mostly beans inside. It was nasty. Also ordered bean burrito n chicken soft tacos both were horrible. Dry chicken meat with no ranch sauce inside. The 2 ladies running the show were 20 years tops giggling with each other while one made the food. It shows in the quality of the food. As a trucker I’m fed up with fast food that cost way to much money now.

Found a Big, black and oh so thick human hair in my gf's bean and cheese burrito. If you do go here to eat, I suggest bringing a comb or brush with you.

The diet soda had a chemical taste this is the second time we've eaten here and they haven't fixed it. Then we had to wait a long time to get a refund . Then the food was cold.

Clean and friendly spot. Have not been to a Del Taco in over 5 years. The taco’s were just like I remembered- not good. Barely any meat, Lettuce, cheese. Taco shells were broken. Not worth purchasing. I suggest trying anything else on the menu. The bean burritos were sloppy and messy, had to roll it myself to keep the food from falling out. But they were filling. We bought the 12 pack for dinner on our drive back from Reno. We should have waited and gone to Taco Bravo

This place is nasty I have never seen it Del Taco in such disarray there was not one clean table to sit at the staff come off as being rude their fish tacos are horrible I can't even eat them go to waste of time for stopping and money that I spent I'm very irritated after stopping there at this Del Taco
