Experience at this Starbucks could’ve been a little bit better when I arrived onto the property the property was pretty filthy with garbage everywhere. Check out the photos I posted make your own decision. I would appreciate few garbage bin around the property and more cleaning often and also because lotta customers that come through have pets with them may be a doggy bag stand right in front of the door for people to pick up after their pet

Decided to make a quick stop here on a trip for some coffee. Our order was taken by Andrea and she really made us feel like we were the problem today. We had an order with a few food items and she had some attitude just being there taking our order. I’m sorry I came in today. Store was looking dirty, bathrooms needed cleaning.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. I waited for over 10 minutes for a simple order while the staff stayed busy with everything except making my drink. There is a complete lack of "service mind" here and no clear standard for prioritizing customers standing right in front of them. Very unprofessional.

Cold food, coffee not up to par. Never sweet enough no matter how many packets of sugar I request. Either not stirring my coffee or ignore request for more sugar. All other Starbucks make my coffee great!

We were on our way to car week in Carmel. Stopped for some drinks and the potato bites 😋 got my drinks the girl at the drive up window complimented my ring and didn't give me the potato bites. Didn't realize it until we were 30 mins away and the traffic was atrocious so no way we were turning around to go back! Appreciated the compliment but DAMMMM I WANTED THOSE POTATO BITES 😔😤

Ok I get that it’s super busy, but I’ve been to busier and never seen a Starbucks bathroom in such bad shape. Including pee all over the back of the toilet and something all down the front of it. Stuff smeared on the walls, toilet seat protectors left to mop up a pool of soap on the floor instead of actually cleaning it up, etc. The main dining area has trash left all over it as well. There’s only 3 people working and they are flying around making drinks as fast as they can trying to keep up with the rush and it’s still a 15-20 min wait. There definitely needs to be better management to make sure even with the busiest times someone is free to take some time to clean up the store and restrooms.

The drinks were made incorrectly. I got pure water with pink coloring instead of a mango dragonfruit refresher. When I asked to fix it they tried to tell me they made it correctly. Don’t know if they know but their mango contrate is just water. Definitely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. If you can wait go to another one

Came through here for a pre order pick up on our road trip home. Drive through closed by a bunch of chairs piled in the entrance. Inside there were dirty boxes piled everywhere, chairs stacked in the corner, the creamer station was covered in spilled drinks and garbage, litter on the floor. The divider between the grinders on the service side was disgusting with spattered drinks and dust everywhere. There were four people working (that I saw, maybe there was more) and chatting to each other. It wasn't that busy (three people picked up) but it took five minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at the order pick up. We eventually just stood at the order counter to get service. The drinks tasted fine, looked a little deflated... But I just honestly don't understand why with so much staff the place is in such disarray and poor service?
