Our barista was so kind and helpful. I love the chestnut praline latte but it’s only available during the holiday season. When I asked her what they could offer that might taste the same, she recommended what may be my new favorite drink. Wonderful service and delicious coffee here!

Stopped in on wa ysouth 11/29/21. Although super busy, and full of harried travellers, not local friendly regulars, the store manager was up front about addressing order delays, and then when it slowed a bit, he was out in the dining room cleaning tables: hands on and friendly- two big plusses! Also after I got my coffee, I asked for whipped cream. It was given to me in a separate cup with a smile. Well done guys and gals! Keep up the good work

Quick and friendly even tho it was so busy. Inside seems open for seating but it was pretty loud and disorganized. So not really cozy or comfortable. Some outside seating which was nice. Big parking lot but would definitely be an issue if you have an rv or trailer.

We ordered online and picked up at Starbucks on Sparks Blvd in Sparks, NV. It was 6:30 am Sunday so there was hardly any customers there. Our drinks were ready when we got there. Covenient location off 80. Parking was clean with handicap access.

This is a stop we make every time we drive down Hwy. 5 and back. It's really busy (I think a lot of other people have the same idea). The staff does a great job given the non-stop demand for coffee and everything else at this stop. It's also great that they're open 'til 10.

I ordered via mobile app and it was done within 5 minutes. I made adjustments to my drink and it was done properly.

DriveThrough is fast. Staffs are nice and efficient. Coffee tastes as good as the other Starbucks I go in Los Angeles. Parking is not so much but indoor seating is big enough.

Stopped in to this busy Starbucks while traveling down I-5. We like Starbucks because it’s consistent and we know the foods and coffee we like and want to order quickly to get back on the road. The staff at this location was very polite and super efficient, which can sometimes not be the case, especially by location and during the busiest hours.

Who knew that a Starbucks was out in the middle of little nowhere!? It's mainly a truck stop area with a bunch of eating establishments around a very very small community, but it sits between to major highways. The place was real clean, staff was real helpful, and friendly, and my fancy coffee was so delicious I finished it real fast😄 I suggest that if you ever come to Santa Nella, California stop at the Starbucks and have coffee with a friend or a meet and greet.

Stopped at the Starbucks in Santa Nella, just off the 5 freeway, and had such a great experience! The staff was welcoming and provided excellent customer service. My coffee was fresh, hot, and made just right, and I was even treated to a complimentary blueberry muffin that was delicious. The store itself is very clean, well kept, and has available bathrooms — which makes it a perfect stop for travelers. With its convenient location and friendly atmosphere, this is easily one of the best Starbucks along I-5. Highly recommend!

The place is located at the very end and it is near In-N-Out burgers it's very nice and clean inside customer service is top notch it is a nice place to kick back while you're traveling. I'll come back when I do pass by next time traveling up north to San Francisco.

The person helping me was very cheerful. It looks like the drive through can get backed up as there was a good sized line when I left. The coffee and food were as expected. It's Starbucks, you know what you're getting.

Coming from the much busier Bay Area, I found this Starbucks very cozy, quiet and very slow at 5:45pm on a Sunday. There were more cars in the drive-thru than the number of customers waiting for their orders inside. Being one of the few customers inside the restaurant, I imagine I had a very low priority as my order for a single Flappuccino took more than 5 minutes. Perhaps slowness is the lifestyle in this small town. But, it would be a very nice and cozy place for a group gathering, to get some work done or just sitting around.

Been here many times, and it seems better lately - some new and very friendly staff, and they seem to listen better when you want something a certain way, which I really appreciate. They do get slammed with tour buses stopping sometimes, and that is unpredictable for them - I don't think the bus drivers are calling ahead to let them know they are coming, so of course if that's the case, you are going to get slow service during those times. They recently remodeled and did not add a bathroom - kind of a mystery there...

The day the parking lot was paved 6pm. Iced coffee half and half 2 espresso shots brown sugar sweetener. this is the worst tasting gourmet coffee I've ever had. Something tastes floral. Like the splashed fruit or flower tea into it. I would throw it away but it was $8 and I'm sleepy on the road

We made a quick pit stop here on our road trip. Bathrooms were clean. Coffee was great. Fast service and area is perfect if your with pets. Their isn’t grass but a big patch of dirt. And the parking can get hectic. But drive tru and walk in are relatively fast.

I have stopped many, many times and have received mixed service. Sometimes fantastic, but more recently (this year) the employees are not friendly and it takes a very long time to receive your drink(s) or food; it feels like it is a huge inconvenience to be serving you.

It's a Starbucks... they've needed to update their coffee for about 5 years now (not the candy drinks the actual Coffee). The food looks good but taste pretty meh. But the bathrooms are always clean and the servers at this particular one are very nice, so basically it's the people keeping this brand alive here.

Convenient location and busy place. Staff was nice and patient. Tables weren't clean, one of two bathrooms was closed and some sandwich choices were out. Maybe it was the lunch time rush but it leaves a poor impression and begs the question "will we stop again?"

Barista taking our order had a hard time listening to what we wanted. I caught a mistake as we ordered but when our coffee was ready, we discovered another mistake. Our Venti iced white mocha came out as a grande. Staff fixed it for us but not before letting us know that we were only charged for a grande. That's not my fault, the cashier was NOT listening to us. Coffee was good!

Long line and not enough staff. After a 10 minute wait, we were informed that the drinks would be another 10 minutes. I appreciate the warning, and the staff was moving as fast as they could...but 3 people can only do so much.

All I can say is the Manager did not properly train the employees or provide the skills necessary to make a proper $6 Hand Crafted Espresso It took 3 tries to get my drink mediocre at best. I am a former Starbucks Barista.graduated College and moved on, I leave this review to facilitate needed change. If it was $1.50 I would not bother.

Check out the photos I posted make your own decision. Super friendly staff, long line as usual but went fast. Caramel frappuccino was flavorless as far as coffee or caramel. Tasted mostly like iced soy milk. Not the standardized Star Bucks drink experience, a bit disappointing especially for $5.

I walked in and up to pick up counter, no one greeted me or even spoke to me... I had order a food item from the mobile app but when I got there they said they were out so they had to credit me back those dollars.. There are some Starbucks barista's who are friendly and nice but honestly I didn't see any at this Starbucks. Sorry to say.

I am rating the facility a 2 star because they have not gotten the message from other ratings. This place is quite possibly the most UNFRIENDLY Starbucks in their chain. This cannot be a company run store. Whoever owns or operates this facility needs a serious chat with Howard Schultz to discuss hiring and training of staff. The the drinks were fine but the staff of 4 girls were more interested in talking to each other than even breaking a smile for a customer.

Crowded, loud, baristas asked me to speak up because music was blasting and people were talking over it which made it louder, only gave me 1/3 pastries and I asked if the others came through on order and she looked at me rude and rolled her eyes and said they are coming! It is a large order. I said oh I’m sorry I wanted to make sure it came through I know sometimes the full order does not. I try to avoid Starbucks and support small coffee stands but we are driving north and it was the closest. Recommend going to Dutch brothers up the street.

We stopped by at this "truck stop" location on our way to LA from SF for a quick coffee and bio break. This place has 2 toilets, but both were closed for cleaning at the same time. Suggest cleaning one bathroom at a time - don't inconvenience the patrons. Coffee was good, though.

They really need to get a better streamline process here. Lots of angry customers getting mixed up orders and waiting for missed drink orders. Mine was melted when I got it and missing an ingredient. When I brought it up to get fixed I was told "it's not on the order tab". It's just disorganized and a wee unprofessional at this location.

Don’t spend your time at this location. They’re lacking in proper communication and preparation. They incorrectly made a chai tea latte 2 times. First time was very watered down. Second time was lacking in flavor tasted like hot liquid. My partner’s beverage tasted gross the first time. When I went back to complain about my beverage and order her a new one they still manage to make her beverage incorrectly.

Bland Frappuccinos! We visit this Starbucks several times a year and every time we are disappointed with the flavor of the caramel frapps. They’re just so bland and have almost no coffee flavor. Other drinks might be fine?

Ok I get that it’s super busy, but I’ve been to busier and never seen a Starbucks bathroom in such bad shape. Including pee all over the back of the toilet and something all down the front of it. Stuff smeared on the walls, toilet seat protectors left to mop up a pool of soap on the floor instead of actually cleaning it up, etc. The main dining area has trash left all over it as well. There’s only 3 people working and they are flying around making drinks as fast as they can trying to keep up with the rush and it’s still a 15-20 min wait. There definitely needs to be better management to make sure even with the busiest times someone is free to take some time to clean up the store and restrooms.

In all honesty, this establishment is managed horribly. Not sure who’s in charge, but if your store is never open and customers have to wait in line at the drive thru for minutes on end with no response- or pull on the door to read a “We missed you!” sign, the store shouldn’t be open at all. The signs always say they are short staffed, maybe save people some time out of their busy lives and actually block the drive thru with your stack of chairs, again. Or make a bigger sign so people don’t waste time walking all the way to your front doors only to have them locked, again. So if you’re a customer reading this wondering how the overall store runs when they are actually open, it’s a hit or miss- depends on who is working. Some of the workers here greet guests in the most ridiculous and loud “valley girl” tone and it’s so obviously fake. They sound like they’re irritated to be doing their job or having to deal with guests. Service is a bit slow, no real difference if you order inside or in the drive thru (they’re both a wait) I have hopes for this store as they used to be very fast and efficient. Definitely needs more reliable hours.

Ya only 1 stars today watched my order go out the window to the lady ahead of me. She returned my tea and the added the missing whip. Dirty restroom and overflowing trash cans. Dropped by to grab a quick drink and use the Facilities on our road trip through Gustine. Yeikes! Had to ask for the soap dispensers in both bathrooms to be refilled. I also mentioned that all of their trash cans in the store may need a little attention as they were overflowing with trash. I was told someone would take care of it and never saw anyone do anything. (this was not a busy time and there were only a handful of customers in the lobby that already had their drinks) We grabbed our drinks and hang out for a few waiting for someone to refill the soap dispensers. I noticed that other people were also asking about the soap or lack there of. After about 20 minutes we gave up and went next-door to wash our hands at the pizza place. Their restroom was immaculate. Not a good or healthy practice in my opinion Starbucks management! The flu has killed over 40 people this year.

We went through drive thru and no one answered. So we thought we had to go inside. The employees were outside and one of them went inside quickly. We asked what time they close and they said 4pm but it says Drive - Thru closes at 8pm 😑 we were there at 7:32pm we drove off and the employees were just laughing. Will not be stopping here. This is our route to go to school. But this place has rude employees and they obviously don't care about the customers. I now understand the low rating.

This place is horrible. Only one car in front of us in the drive through and we sat there for over 10 mins. Then the barista proceeds to blame it on the customer in front of us when i ask her what took so long. Never put the blame on a customer and you should’ve given us free Starbucks. Instead you ignored us when we were ordering and never got back to us. So we pulled forward and then you apologize for the customer in front of us. Next time make them park and help the next customer? If there’s over 4 people working, there shouldn’t be any reason why you couldn’t help the next customer.

I arrived at 7pm and closed?! Its labor day weekend.. you should be open until at least 9pm. By the way I almost crashed into those chairs in the drive through.. you should put reflective tape on those.

After a long frustrating job in San Diego, the crew and I were driving back up to Northern California much later than we wanted and needed some great Starbucks coffee to finish the trip. We arrive at 10:15pm. They had locked the doors and were cleaning. Refusing us service. We didn’t make a big deal of it and left, but I was frustrated enough to say something. Bad business to give people an expectation that you’ll be able to serve them, and after they’ve gone out of their way to give you business, you turn them away.

This Star bucks gets a lot of traffic. It's a great location and the staff was very helpful. However the restrooms in this location were horrible. Absolutely disgusting. No toilet paper, seat covers, the floor was really dirty. Both restrooms were the same.

I'm not a Starbucks fan in general but this location was worse than most. First off, only two toilets and one was broken and needed to be snaked. So that filled the lobby with 5-10 upset people all waiting to use the bathroom. Did the staff care? Nope. Not a word or apology or discounted drinks. Not a care in the world, just moving along slowly on their regular pace like nothing was going on. Orders were taken slowly with no greeting to the guests. Person making the coffee was slow as anything. Yes I said person, because as far as I could tell they only had one person making drinks and this is a location with both an inside counter and large drive through. I would have thought 3-4 making drinks alone minimum. Trash was overflowing in the two cans I checked. Bathroom had not been cleaned or paper product changed. I was glad to get out of there and back on the road.

All chairs r up so not sure they were even open. Went in and the floors are gross and corners and edges where thick with grime and gunk. The only food was sweets. Boxed products lined the walls. Bathrooms were worse than a gas station outdoor bathroom you can everything except the toilet bowl and sink hadn't been cleaned in months. This place won Starbucks worst bathroom award. 2 bathrooms one no toilet paper, the other no working hand dryer. These workers, if washing their hands properly should be drying their hands. It took them 16 minutes to make a tall frappachino 🤦‍♂️. The staff was not friendly nor apologetic whatsoever. They seemed a bit disorganized and all over the place, but did not apologize for anyone’s long wait time. The frappachcino was quite watery :/ Not worth!

The worst store I have ever seen, this store needs to be open 4:30 but right now at 6 am! I ordered 2 coffees at 6:03. So I was waiting throughout 30 min no one was in store the store was closed. I did not receive my coffee and I didn’t have more time to wait.

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They were extremely busy with only 4 employees. The employees were rude, maybe due to not having enough help. People who ordered after me got their drinks before me, and their drinks were not simple drinks they were complicated. When I asked about missing part of my order, they were very short with me l. I will NEVER go to this location again!

Needs maintenance, this is the third time I stop with my family and always been very dirty… no toilet paper,no clean and service 😧

This is the worst Starbucks location I've ever been to. The barista who took my order was extremely rude and seemed overwhelmed. We had to wait 10+ minutes before someone even bothered to take our order. And, to top it all off, when they finally did take our order, they put it in the system incorrectly so our drinks were made completely wrong. Not wanting to deal with any more attitude or more of a wait, my fiance and I left with our incorrect drinks. I'm so disappointed and I wish I could get a refund.

One of the WORST STARBUCKS ever! My vanilla sweet cold brew had no flavor and tasted like CRAP! My wife’s cold brew with coconut milk tasted like dried up pistachios. I normally don’t write reviews like this unless if it was that HORRIBLE or it was AMAZING (this Starbucks was a complete opposite of AMAZING!). I would rather get coffee from a gas station near by than this Starbucks location! The franchise owner needs to give up this bizness!🤦🏽🤦🏽

The drinks were made incorrectly. I got pure water with pink coloring instead of a mango dragonfruit refresher. When I asked to fix it they tried to tell me they made it correctly. Don’t know if they know but their mango contrate is just water. Definitely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. If you can wait go to another one

Place was dirty floor and tables. We had to wait to order ( no one else in line) and wait 24 minutes for one drink. Staff didn’t apologize and manager ignored the lobby filth . Many packages stacked on floor in dining room

Had a very bad experience they made me wait over 10 minutes past the estimated time. They made me wait up Front while they were serving other cars For just One drink. They got insulted when I got back in line asking for the drink in drive-thru.Stephani needs to work on managing that service a little better next time

Truckers if you want to get food from here you should order 30 min prior from coming here. They took a long time to prepare my order and I got late for the delivery because of them. Ehna di bhen di Lun

Came through here for a pre order pick up on our road trip home. Drive through closed by a bunch of chairs piled in the entrance. Inside there were dirty boxes piled everywhere, chairs stacked in the corner, the creamer station was covered in spilled drinks and garbage, litter on the floor. The divider between the grinders on the service side was disgusting with spattered drinks and dust everywhere. There were four people working (that I saw, maybe there was more) and chatting to each other. It wasn't that busy (three people picked up) but it took five minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at the order pick up. We eventually just stood at the order counter to get service. The drinks tasted fine, looked a little deflated... But I just honestly don't understand why with so much staff the place is in such disarray and poor service?
