The cheesy garlic bread sticks, are so delicious. Employees are always welcoming and the fact that you can get ice cream any way you want it and served with a genuine smile and a sunny disposition is the reason we keep coming back. Pizza by the slice or by the pie is damn good too 😋

Best ice cream shop ever. Really friendly and helpful employees. Don't waste you $ at Abbotts, this ice cream is bigger better & cheaper. I bring my family here all summer and get free ice creams all the time with a buy 5 get 1 free card they hand out. Employees are always so pleasant especially with the kids and there's a really big area with huge booths so you can sit an eat your food or ice cream. Makes it a perfect place to walk to on a nice day and take a break for lunch or dessert!

Great New York style pizza! We ordered a couple slices and a meatball sub, Both were very good. Finished off with their Hershey's ice cream which was also delicious. we ate right in there, they have a nice dining room.

The supreme pizza was very tasty and more than enough for any pizza lover. Chicken wings were good. The ice cream on site was a definite plus.

Got ice cream here. They serve Hershey's, so had to stop. Their selection was very limited, so that was disappointing. I did get a large soft serve that was good size for large . Kids each got 3 scoops. It was well priced. Even though selection was limited. Will definitely go back.

Foods great buttttttt pricey asffff. Only reason I say is because you can get fast food meals cheaper. "ITs HeAlThiEr" no.... its not 😂 you can get a 1500 calorie intake for $13 at McDonald's. For $15 at marks you get a 750 calorie intake. Point being. If you want to spend some mula and feel full. Go get fast food. Plus they got apps to get deals/points for free items.

Ive been a loyal customer to this marks specifically for almost a decade. Religiously we order the exact same thing 99.9 % of time a large cheese and pep extra light on the sauce with mozzarella sticks the other .1 percent it's Chicken finger dinners or subs. I never really have a problem except every once in a while when I order either way online or on the phone the computer glitches and the pep doesn't get added or they forget the pop or the sides, typically they offer to send the stuff out correctly or doscount oir next order because they are understanding that the computers are not perfect and has issues typically i jist take the discount for the next one cause i have pep in the fridge and just add it tonight however I delt with a rude man who could just tell hates his job. In over 14 years ordering marks pizza from hamlin to rochester I've never had this issue with the rudeness. Im so disappointed not only was my 50 bucks wasted on nasty cheese pizza that now sits in the trash well 43 the rest was a tip but then when I call i get told we'll to bad that's what the computer says,you weren't charged so basically deal with it as if your computers dont mess up has officially ruined this place. It's a shame a nasty person who is mad at life just ruined my families favorite pizza shop for us.

We were very excited that Mark’s was open for ice cream again this season! We love walking there with our dog and go quite often. Unfortunately, last year the tops and under the tables were covered in garbage, spilled ice cream, and toppings. When we visited tonight, I was hoping things would be different—but sadly, it was the same. There was spilled ice cream all over the tables, gummies and Oreos scattered across the floor under each one. It’s not somewhere I want to spend my summer evenings. We’ll be going elsewhere until the outdoor area is cleaned up more regularly. We’re very disappointed and hope this issue can be addressed.

Pre-ordered a Large Cup and Char pizza, 10 wings and breadsticks hours before pickup on Halloween (Was a deal offered with a coupon). I understand things are busy but Mark's messed up the order and instead we got a Medium Pizza instead. And to top it off, at regular price! It cost us MORE than if they got our order right. So we got less for more. Did nothing to accommodate and the wait was incredibly long. Guess ordering ahead with them does absolutely nothing. Plenty of other options in the area with way better service. My recommendation is to skip this place if your looking for good service.

Bad system, bad service, cold food, poor quality and quantity. I moved 2 years ago. I have had my deliveries go to my old address (computer switches to my address) or they get lost. With my last order I called the store 22 minutes after I got the "on our way" text and was told it would arrive any minute. I tried to explain that I have had problems in the past but they did not listen. Another 10 minutes goes by and I get a call form the driver, he is at my old address. I give him the correct address but my food is delivered cold again. I ordered Chicken Fingers for $10.49 and I get these flat pieces of I guess chicken. The size of the what they called chicken fingers order was pathetic to say the least (see the picture). I spent $40 for a calzone and 2 orders of fingers. I could of and should of ordered steak. I called the store and voiced my disappointment and was told they would do nothing. With so many choices I will never be ordering from Marks again. I highly suggest any other establishment. Again bad system, bad service, cold food, poor quality and quantity.
