The Brockport and Medina locations are both SOOOO much better than the Albion one. Brockport & Medina employees are friendly AND knowledgeable. They are attentive and try to do whatever they can to make sure we leave satisfied. I've actually stopped going to Albion.
Great Tim Hortons! I come here often and although the cashier staff aren't as experienced they are really nice and make great food. and it's nice to hear Christian music playing. This place really makes my day.

There's a reason you find that this location is wrapped to the street and the dunkin' place next door is empty. Fast accurate service every morning before work. I can get in a line that's to the street and get out faster than I could at an empty DT at DD next door.
♿️ accessible. This Brockport location serves breakfast until 3 pm!! Had a great tasting, FRESHly cooked & assembled breakfast sandwich for lunch. Made perfectly & quickly at a busy lunch time rush hour. No frozen pre-made egg, FRESH Homestyle! Yummm.
Brockport Tim Hortons always have great employees. They are always friendly and efficient. Its very noticeable, the hard work they do to get the orders filled quickly. Its appreciated!
I got some drinks and some of them were messed up. I called and I was unable to go back because I couldn't leave work, the district manager was there she remade all my drinks and brought them to me! What wonderful service, she went way out of her way!!!!!!!!!! Side note, I have been going to this particular Tim Hortons on and off for the better part of a year, that was the first time my drinks ever got messed up, and the fact that she did that was just amazing and so sweet.

Tim Hortons continues to deliver exceptional service and quality products. Despite not visiting one in over 12 years, I was pleasantly surprised to find that their standards remain high. While I have access to Starbucks and Dunkin in my area, neither compare to the experience at Tim Hortons. The food is consistently hot and reasonably priced, and the employees demonstrate utmost professionalism.
Best cinnamon buns I've had in years. Coffee is meh and they don't have any non-dairy options, but the prices are unbeatable.

The service is generally very slow compared to Albion, depending on who is working/ managing. Food is generally right, again depending. Usually willing to correct it if it's wrong tho.

Always good coffee. Stopped to get a friend 2 breakfast sandwiches. He gobbled them down. I am not into fast foods, but they do have healthier options for some. The egg bites seem close.
They offer almond milk, unlike the dunkin in brockport that has no lactose free options when it comes to frapps.. haven't messed up my semi complicated drink yet, disappointed though, that they charge almost $1 for pup cups (a cup filled with whipped cream for dogs) that are FREE at Starbucks. That's really the only reason for 4 stars. as much as were paying for coffee, and considering I bring my service dog everywhere. I feel, it's a nice little add on to show their appreciation for business. Even the pizza places around here have dog treats.
Very crowded and hectic. Very Slow service. Not well communicated what was included in meal and as a result I was unhappy with the meal. Too small order pickup area and as a result overcrowded.
I have had mixed experiences with this location. The coffee is always good, so that's a good thing. There are times when I stop at 3 on a Tuesday with 2 people in the drive through line and it takes 6 to 7 minutes to get a cup of coffee.
I shouldn't be asking an employee for cream and sugar when the line is out the door. Management should consider making these and condiments accessible during busy days/times.
I visited this Tim Hortons around 9 AM on a Saturday. The drive through was very busy but it was not too bad inside of the restaurant. The staff was well trained attentive and friendly. I had a good experience and would return.
Food excellent, service a little haphazard. I'm not often a complainer; but, they totally forgot us after taking our order and they weren't busy. After over 15 minutes, my husband returned to the counter to inquire and no apology was offered. If the food wasn't so darn good....but I'm sure we will return.
This location always seems to be having some kind of technical difficulty. Coffee sometimes comes out burnt, likely due to the afformentioned tech problems being so widespread. Staff is fun though, so big points back there.
Tim Hortons is one of my favorite places to go for coffee. But during this visit the decaf coffee was cold and not fresh at all. It tasted like it was sitting in the pot for a while. So not very happy about this visit. The place looked very modern and clean. Hence the 4 stars.

There has been on a many numbers of visits that donuts are not available and the coffee had so much grounds I couldn't finish it. The staff were always great but you don't know what you got until you're down the road.
Lines in the morning in the drive thru are extremely to long of a wait lately not sure if theyre understaffed but I shouldn't have to wait 20 min in a drive thru line
I enjoy the sausage, egg and cheese on a bagel. Sure wish the sausage and egg were the same size as the bagel. If I move the sausage and egg to one end, I can get 2 bites out of the sandwich with just bagel and cheese. My luck, they'll make the bagel smaller!
I love the coffee but the chain is so inconsistent with menu. One of my favorite Tim Hortons location went down hill. Now I have to travel to 4 locations to get what I ordered there, not happening. Some locations don't carry chili, soup or certain sandwiches or specific donuts.
3.8⭐'s-Good ☕ coffee. Better than other TH's around. Fast, and polite. They don't just do their job; they give you A service you rarely get today. Leaving you with a good experience.
For a couple years now I've been getting coffee not stirred or missing sugar. EVERY TIME! it's pretty much a given that the coffee needs to be stirred. And if that's too much of a hassle for a coffee shop to handle then all coffee orders should come with stir sticks so we can at least struggle to do it ourselves driving to work.
Love the coffee. Most have large number of employees at any given time but are excessively slow at taking walk-in orders and are even slower at filling them. 20 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee is too long at a "fast food" restaurant.
Businesses has become slower for some reason... We had a great place in line this morning, only 5 cars in front of us and it took FOREVER!... WHY??? last week for at least a day if not 2, their communication was down for ordering... We didn't know what was taking so very long that day, (15 min.+), until an employee came outside on break and told a bunch of us that the intercom system was down.... No signs, no other way of knowing this. ... Guess we'll have to go elsewhere for a time.....
Went to grab lunch with my boyfriend and we both got a grilled cheese panini meal with chips and coke. My grilled cheese panini was falling apart, it wasn’t cut in half and was just crumbling. Then our drinks were filled with more ice than coke. If I pay 3 dollars for a drink I’d like it filled with the actual drink and not ice. My boyfriend gave me his drink to show how much ice was in it after taking 5 sips from it. Then I took out the ice from my drink to see how much coke they put in. I do come here often and I’ve seen they’ve been more slow and don’t put effort in food like they used to.
Don't go here in the morning. Probably the slowest Tim Hortons in the greater Rochester area. Lines out the door and drivethru line is always wrapped completely around the building.
I order a senior citizen medium coffee for $2.25. I forgot to tell them senior price so I had to pay for full price, $2.26. One cent discount??? Why bother? Guess I'll go to McDonald's its $.99 for any size.
Went to get an iced dark roast coffee with 2 creamers. Was informed that they do not make iced dark roast coffees. Trying extremely hard to figure out why they can't take a cold cup, fill it with ice and pour hot coffee over it like Duncan Donuts.
Tim Hortons was my favorite place to stop for coffee @ donut or bagel. But since they've cut all their help service is horrible in that place in any of the Tim Hortons I stopped in a few on the way to my property in the Southern Tier and I'm finding Dunkin Donuts to be a much better place to go. Just so you know I'm not a fan of Dunkin Donuts coffee.
I recently moved to brockport and was delighted when I noticed a tim hortons (i prefer over dunkin) usually....I'm always greeted by friendly staff and have a pleasant experience customer service wise. However I noticed more and more my simple iced coffee with Carmel and cream is continuously wrong, which is okay I can get over a mix up here and there. About a week ago I got my routine coffee on the way to work and took a big sip of curdled milk!!! Look at the bottom of my cup and its COVERED with rotten lumpy cream. (I wish I could post the picture I took) I was previously an assistant manager at Dunkin Donuts so I realize this can happen when you neglect to clean the cream tanks, or dont keep them at the correct temperature. I called and asked for a refund, when I returned they were very apologetic however was just handed another coffee. I've since gone there one more time and my coffee was room temperature with a couple ice cubes. Makes me wonder if the "iced coffee" is just hot coffee left out to room temp and then throw in a couple ice cubes to cool it down. Overall very disappointing, but very friendly staff..but quality rate is a zero.
Would it kill them to fill the cup all the way instead of just 3/4 full? No paper sleeve soo my hand burns when I try to drink it. Dunkin is SO much better. Hell, the gas station is better.
Tim Hortons was super hyped up for me and I got dissapointed. I got their Boston creme donut and it both was a weird taste and had such a tiny amount of creme compared to other donut places. I was super let down
It was 8 o'clock this morning (Mother's Day). The young lady that waited on me, already wasn't in good mood, no smiles not the least bit friendly. I ordered a dozen donuts, all the same kind, not too complicated. Then I ordered a box of 6 muffins and 4 of the same donuts. I knew what I wanted so my order was not difficult. The box would not close properly and she mentioned it was because of the muffins. I was traveling alone with them and asked if she could maybe tape them. She did but I am sure she commented on it in the kitchen. She is going to have a long busy day. I hope she finds her smile. This last problem is on you Tim Hortons. You can't make boxes so that they close with muffins in them?
Usually everything is really good, but the past like 8 times I've gone in, I've gotten coffee and it's had so many coffee grounds in it I could hardly tell what was mocha and what was grounds. Severely disappointed, and I'm probably going to avoid coming to this one from now on. I feel like I wasted my money here.
I love tim hortons, just luv it. but I despise employees that cut u off while ordering. and don't pay attention to the coffee they're making get ur creams and sugars straight especially for drive thru. Brockport ny tim hortons and esspresso is like mcdonalds and mcflurry. Esspresso is only availible 3 months out of a year
Chaotic is the only way to describe this location - which used to be really good & efficient. 7-8 people in the service area, 2 in the kitchen area and no one seemed to have a clue what they were doing. No one seemed to have an assigned job/location. Watched one girl step away from making an order to grab a mop, swipe it once across the floor and then walk away. Not a minute later a second employee walked on the wet floor and slipped. We did a mobile order choosing to pick it up inside because the drive thru was almost curved around to the entrance and the last time we waited almost a 1/2 hour in the drive thru. We still waited over 10 minutes with others that had waited longer. The manager on duty didn’t seem concerned by anything.
I went to Tim Hortons in brockport today at 630pm. I asked for a medium decaf coffee, only to be told "sorry we're out of decaf" and was asked if I wanted anything else. Hmmm. Like caffeinated coffee ? Nope no thanks. I got the impression that the store had decaf coffee but they didn't want to make any that late because they close at 8pm. I'm hoping I'm wrong and the store literally didn't have any decaffeinated coffee to make a fresh pot. Either way I was disappointed.
The last 2 times we have visited we left with nothing because we sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes without even ordering! The service is so slow!

Didn't have much of anything and was so rude when our van broke down and said they can't hand out warm water for the van. We won't go there every again.
People at the drive thru are slow. Got my whole order wrong, and pass me two drinks that look identically the same and didnt know the difference.
Cashier was nice and respectful. On the other hand the breakfast sandwich I had was horrible. Most of it was burnt and the egg was abit undercooked.
Let's start with the line every single time I drive through. Moves slow, and once you get your order, it's under cooked, incorrect and made poorly. Just one example, panini was not crispy and no lines. Not sure they even used the press. Ordered a pumpkin spice iced latte. Received Caramel and was mostly Syrup. Couldn't even drink it. The worst thing is when they put multiple doughnuts in a bag on top of each other so they all stick together. I've had enough with the lack of care with the orders. Management needs to monitor their workers and address these problems or I will not be giving them my hard earned money. I have already told everyone that I knew these issues so I'm sure I'm not the only one complaining about this. Come on Brockport!
Brockport Tim Hortons custom service is sub par at best. Our order was incorrect. We offered to wait or come inside to fix the order and instead were treated very rudly by a young lady at the window. We apologized for the inconvenience and the Tim Hortons employee responded "im not sorry" I think I will take my coffee needs to Duncan Donuts or anywhere else in the fact.
It was early afternoon when we stopped at Tim Hortons 1ish we had bagels, Donut's & coffee the service is sloooooow the order was wrong the food was stale So I guess you can say that we didn't have a good experience here This happens at all or @ least most of them towards the West side of Roch. I guess that's what happens when you have to hire teens. AND they're UNDER TRAINED or they Are there just for the pay check Makes me wish that I could learn to like DD It's very Frustrating I scored a 1 because @ least the b. Room was semi clean.
The place closed at 9pm and then when I called and asked why the doors were locked (several employees were inside) they said that anyone can go and change their hours on google... craziest story I have ever gotten from an employee. Either Google needs to update or this store needs new management since they think closing at 9pm in a college town is a good idea
So my boyfriend and I just got our breakfast from the drive thru. The lady on the mic was extremely rude . when we got to the window they tried charging us the wrong amount. My boyfriend did the math and we knew the total was wrong. On top of getting our order wrong after telling them at the window what we wanted, they still gave us the wrong food and overcharged us. They were extremely rude and this is just rediculous. You have lost a customer from this & i will be sure to share my encounter with others.
I went here to get my medium decaf and a blueberry muffin. The person on the other end asked me if I wanted to donate $2 to their camp program. I said no thanks, because I am sad and broke and just trying to treat myself to a muffin (which I had a coupon for) and a coffee. I am told my total is $5.14, which surprises me but I go along with it. I get to the window, pay, and I am handed my items. In these items is a blue paracord bracelet with their camp logo on it. Apparently they charged me an extra $2 for their camp program, an offer which I politely declined. As much as I'd like to support low income kids, I actually am one myself, so I would have really appreciated if my money wasnt stolen from me in exchange for a bracelet with their logo. I am not a brand mule. 0/10 experience i will probably still go here though.
Had my first Tim Horton's experience. We pulled into the drive thru and we sat at the order menu for 3 minutes without any acknowledgment , there had been no cars infront of us in line.
Paninis only cooked on one side, other side was raw bread... Ordered the 2 for 5, one sausage and one bacon, and got two sausage. Asked them to remake my iced capp because the first one wasnt frozen... Same issue with the second. Also paid for a hash brown that I never got. For the price of their food, youd think they could afford a properly working panini press... Will not be going back.
Wait times are outrageous, in store and in the drive thru. Food has never been hot here, not in recent memory anyway. Have complained to management at least twice about it and it doesn't get better. Kid dropped my food out the window the last time and had to wait even longer. Just go to McDonald's.
when i ask for an iced coffee with caramel, i expect caramel to be added to my coffee. This has happened Two times now and its safe to say ill be choosing Dunkin for my next cup of coffee.
I never do reviews on places But this was ridiculous and unacceptable and could have been avoided. The drive thru employee handed me my ice cap knowing there was a crack on the side. I thought she was being nice giving extra napkins after she wipes the cup but as soon as I grabbed the cup from the other side the napkins she had in place fell and the coffee just started leaking out of there all over my pants. They did not offer to reimburse me my money for knowingly giving me a cup that was broken. No apology just saying hope you have a good day! They seemed to care more about just getting people out of the line then the actual customer and fixing a problem before hand and not wait for the customer to notice it. I will not go through this location again.
So sad to change my review at this location as I love tim hortons. I went there with my bf on 11/10/2024 just after 2 pm. My order was made wrong and my sandwich was cold but that was fine it is what it is, but my bf had some piece of something in his sandwich.. we are hoping it was just an old piece of steak or something but still so gross to find in your bacon sandwich.. we didn't get a receipt and didn't go back in as the girls working could literally care less it seemed like.. we had one girl look at us rude when we walked in and then the girl cashing us out was ok ish but this other girl filling the napkins hit my finger when I grabbed my drink off the counter and didn't even say anything. I work in customer service and have for 15 years now, just disrespectful and dirty...
Every time I go they try to not give the chips for a meal. Often times they "forget" what I ordered. They are consistently out of donuts. When ordering a certain kind of donut I have found the associates making fun of the way people talk in the drive through across the entire staff. Incredibly uprofessional unlike the one that is just up the road in Spencerport. New management is needed here.
I asked for a medium coffee...they gave me a small. The boy said he would fix it. He did !!!!!! By pouring my small into a medium!!!!And poured milk in it!! If I wanted a cup of milk I could of just stayed at home!! Instead of wait in line for 25 minutes.
Terrible service. They were out of multiple items but didn’t communicate this until we were paying. The food we did get was cold. Nothing was toasted. Sandwiches were extremely sloppy with barely any meat. Extreme waste of time and money. Very disappointed
Tried to order online and the website kept hanging up, it wouldn't accept my card, it took forever to send the verification email....etc. I am from out of town and there are no Tim Hortons anywhere near me so why do I even need an account to place an order? I gave up after 20 min. So I guess my first (non) visit to a Tim Hortons is also my LAST. Never again!!!! I equate a poorly designed website as being on par with poor food, at outrageous prices I might add. Just not worth the aggravation!!!
Actually ended up walking out without ordering anything. I don't know if its true of other locations, but this Tim Horton's doesn't offer sugar-free syrups for their coffee. I have been to plenty of coffee shops in my day, but all of them have had sugar-free vanilla at the least. Considering medical conditions like diabetes and othere, I find this to be a poor business decision to not offer alternatives. Because of this, I probably won't visit another Tim Horton's in the future.
Hi I go here every day and the coffee is not good got a cup that tasted like milk not coffee the drive throw is slow 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee I won't go here no more something needs to be done about this place
Day 5: 15 min wait to get Dark Roast coffee. NONE brewed! Got coffee too hot curdled cream. What a waste. TAKE DARK ROAST COFFEE OFF THE MENU IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO HAVE IT BREWED! I AM NOT DOING THIS AGAIN. Day 4: Servers are passing off dark roast plus top off with regular coffee as dark roast! GOOD BY TIM HORTONS! I tried, I really did. Day 3: Waited 10 mins for a large cup of dark roast coffee. Day 2: Tim Hortons, if you advertise dark roast (the best tasting of all of your coffees) then you should always have it. It doesn't cost much to have extra dark roast ground coffee on hand. Are you still a "coffee shop"? I'm not going back! Day 1: 15 min wait to get Dark Roast coffee. Another location that has too long of a wait for Dark Roast! I got to the window, I paid for a large regular coffee, as dark roast would take too long, they had a medium. I said I ordered a large, I got a 'look' from the server, she said 'wait one minute', no thank you for your patience. Then finally got a cup of coffee. Elasped time: 15 minutes. I guess I should have asked for dark as it would have been done by the time I paid.
I got chicken panini. It was worst sandwich I have ever gotten from any place the sandwich was not cooked properly. it was a soggy burrow butter and when I picked it up the entirething fell on floor. So upset. Also they don't make steak sandwiches here sucks
Coffee has been so bitter and tastes like they have not cleaned out the machine this past year. I keep trying in hopes it will turn around but just constantly disappoints. Sad.
I went there at 11am today and no pretzle bagels after they told me they had them. I asked for esspresso and gave me 2 when I paid for 3 shots. They also dropped my kids food ok the ground... picked it back up and put it in the bag like I didn't just see that happen after paying 33 dollars I expect better. My children and I watched you dropped our food and try to give it back. I asked for the food to be remade. I am I general manager at a store and would NEVER do that to someone im so disappointed im never going back. How do you do that to someone like seriously

incredibly slow drive through. Cars were sitting at the window for ages waiting for their food. The line was very backed up. Not sure if theyre just understaffed or badly organized or what.
Today 10/20/25 10:45 am I asked for a double toasted English muffin with butter egg cheese first time muffin was not toasted second time the boy says its the same like unreal went to take a seat to eat all tables were all greasy with crumbs today must be a real ruff day .the boy/guy was not caring about what he put out .most of the workers were great.
Two Sunday mornings in a row. Both mobile orders. First week ordered 20 minutes before arriving walked in asked where my order was and the young man walked over to the machine that prints them and said here it is. My wife's coffee was correct, I ordered a large 1+1, got black coffee. Second week mobil order chose 5 minutes (we were 15 minutes away)since the week before they didn't have the order ready. Walked in both coffees were sitting there and not very warm, my fault I guess, but this time my 1+1 was at least a triple triple, and my wife's 1+2 was the same. Never stopping in Brockport again.
Ordered 2 coffees one black One with a shot of espresso. I got the coffee and it was old cold and not made like coffee. Just hot water. I did not get my espresso. Tried to call and got no answer
Ever since they changed the lids on the coffee, I don't go there as much tired of dribbling coughing all over myself. Don't know why they changed the lids. Might sound stupid but it makes sense
Can the company explain why they're apparently not hiring (high school / college students)? Yet when you pull in on a Sunday the drive through is wrapped around the building, and the dining room and indoor registers, are shut down due to "short staffing" WHY PUNISH YOUR CUSTOMER BASE FOR YOUR INEPT HIRING PRACTICES?
Stopped at this location (brockport) two weeks ago with my wife. Ordered a hot chocolate and a mocha coffee. Hot chocolate tasted like hot water. Coffee had no mocha and tasted like vending machine coffee. Will not return.
If I could give this place a zero I would!! I come here every morning because it's the only one in town unfortunately and they are slower than snails!! Brockport needs another tim hortons or hire faster help. Sitting in a drive thru for 30 minutes every day is ridiculous. I'm a regular every day customer let's get with the program!!
I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent experience I had at your location. I ordered two Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwiches for $6 in the morning, but unfortunately, I received Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwiches instead. Additionally, the window worker forgot to provide napkins, and the order was placed in the bag carelessly. It’s important to ensure that customer orders are accurately fulfilled, especially when specific items are requested. Furthermore, I’d appreciate it if staff could be more mindful to provide napkins, and perhaps also ask customers if they’d like ketchup or utensils when appropriate. Another concern I have is the excessive amount of ice placed in soda cups, which leaves very little room for the actual beverage. It would be great if staff could be more considerate in this regard, as customers typically prefer more drink and less ice unless tons of ice is requested. I’m purchasing soda not ice. These issues may seem small, but they can greatly impact the overall customer experience. I encourage you to consider further training for your staff to ensure they are meeting customer expectations, as failure to do so may result in a decline in customer loyalty. Horrible horrible place. If I could give 0 I would. I got a small coffee with 2 cream 4 sugar, got a black small coffee, no sugars no cream. My boyfriend got the red bull drink it was not even prepared, just handed us the drink. When my boyfriend seemed upset they just closed the window as soon as they gave the can. Worst experience.
