Best pizza in Gates IMO, I'm a slightly bigger fan of Carbone's but the closest one is 15 minutes away and they are legendary for having an hour wait for sheets even on a weekend which is absolutely absurd.. These guys are great though if you're looking for a good party pizza and not one of those pizza snobs that think NY thin crust is the only way to go..

The very best in Chili !! I first chose to try it many years ago as I had worked with Steve Fish for many years @ Wegmans. Fast forward to today......still the very best!

I honestly think this is the best pizza in Chili. It's not even close, really. The $9.99 NY Style pizza is my go-to. I love the bbq wings. Their lunch special is the best- 2 giant slices of pizza and a drink for $6.

I live in Austin Texas and there is great food here, but when I try to find a place here in Austin to fit the taste of a Steak Bomber from good guys.....well I can't find anything like it here! Good Guys will always be the 1st place I stop when I go up north to see friends and family! VERY GREAT and Tasty food!!!!

I don't know if it's possible but my pizza might actually have had too many pepperoni on it. The chicken wings was a pleasant surprise best I've had in a while, This was my first visit. Definitely coming back.

Recently moved nearby, and this pizza place was recommended to us. Got pie and some cheesey bread sticks, we thought both were excellent. Will definitely be going back.

I've driven past this place for years and never stopped in until today. It's small inside, no place to sit, not fancy or even pretty BUT their slices were AMAZING. 2 slices and a 20 Oz. for $10.99. Thin crust, good sauce, good cheese, good pepp and good service.

I've never ordered a whole pie, so I can't comment on that. But they serve the best slices I've ever had! Their huge and the flavor is always on point. If you like your slices on the thinner side, with a super crispy crust and insane flavor they should be your go to place. The only negative I have for them is the make it IMPOSSIBLE to say on my diet! I have to factor a trip into my daily calorie intake. But it's well worth the extra math.

Listen, I’m a twenty-something year old and I never, and I mean NEVER, leave reviews for food places. However, this is the only exception I’ve had in a long time. This place is by far the best pizza I’ve had in Rochester! Staff in there is incredibly nice and we have never had an issue with our order(s). Price is very reasonable too! These guys are awesome, and should be proud of what they’re putting out 💜

I've been buying the sheet pizza and bucket wings(40) for months now. Can't beat $60 for all that food AND the food is AMAZING! Feeds my family of 5 for 2 days. Tastes like pizza from back home in NYC , probably better. Wings are my FAV! BIG WINGS! Never had and issue with my order and I'm sure if I did they will fix it with no problem. Their customer service is A1, even the teenage workers are polite and very respectful and professional. Which is why my family and I decides to add them to our weekly budget and get pizza every Friday. Thank you Good Guys, for the great food and remarkable customer service.

Picked up pizza and wings on Superbowl Sunday, the busiest night of the year at 6pm. Didn't realize I was missing 2 orders of wings until I got home. Went back and they made it right within 5 minutes and still made kickoff! Great service and the breaded wings are so good!!

I purchased a " local flavor" coupon, searching for our new favorite pizza place. I ordered pizza, and upon placing order I remarked that it is why we purchased the coupon. The gentleman who took the order replied "That's great! I am sure you will be pleased." I presented the coupon. It was readily accepted and I was on my way. Once home, my husband and I sat down to dinner of Good Guys pizza. It was the best pizza we've had in years. I am so happy that they offered the coupon to introduce us to their great product. We have now found our favorite pizza place!

The pizza was pretty good. The service was good. It was just one person when we went. The time for the order was overestimated. We got there 10 minutes early, and it had already been done.

Good NYC thin crust style pizza. Crust is on the chewy side, which I don't mind. Often get the 2 slice special here for lunch... Includes your choice of two huge slices and a 20oz bottled soda of your choice for $7.00. Usually at least a half dozen different slice flavors to choose from which vary daily.

Great food just seems inconsistent. Ordered 2 times the past 2 weeks, same order same price but got 2 different size pizzas. Would also like to see some sort of online platform to look at, versus having to go through a 3rd party such as grubhub.

We only tried the Good Guys Pizza. The pizza was fresh and tasty. The price was also good for what we got. We would definitely go back if we lived in the area.

Good pizza in my book. They're pretty quick and I've never had to wait when I arrive to pick up. They're down the road so I get their coupons a lot, which are definitely worth using. There's no seating inside and it's mostly for order out/delivery.

New York style pizza is great, calzone is great, regular pizza is perfectly good but not as good as the NY. The mushrooms are canned champignons, which we're not great fans of, but other ingredients have all been good.

Good guys pizza is amongst the best pizza I've had in the Chili area. That being said I live a 5 minute walk away, and the worst thing I've ever had happen is they forgot my pepperoni on my pizza so they made a new one for free and gave me both. I see people talking bad about delivery from this place pretty consistently but I've never had a bad experience here when picking food up. So maybe that's just the thing to do.

It's ok. The pizza I got was pretty doughy and reminiscent of Salvatore's. I'd probably give them another shot and try the NY style this time.

On the west side - if you make good wings, a good fish fry and good pizza - and you will be loved ! These guys used to do all that. Used to... Now? Stick with the pizza. It's still pretty good.

Ordered the Tuesdays large cheese pizza , it didn't look right ! The young lady told me she used yesterday's pizza dough😳 then went on to say she will make me a new one ,but she warned that if the owner were there he wouldn't of made me another one smdh! Prices are to high and they change the prices often while the menu has the old amount on it and they simply say no we raised the price ,well upgrade your menu or you're supposed to give it for the price it says in writing 🤦‍♀️

Sauce is good and the ratio of cheese:sauce:crust is good as well. Everything you’d expect from a pizza, nothing more and nothing less. Though the pizza was good the crust was EXTREMELY chewy/tough; I have never experienced a dough that took as much effort to get through as this. My kids barely ate half a piece combined, the youngest couldn’t tear a bite off. Overall the flavors were at par and the crust was sub-par. Will not be returning unfortunately.

First time ordering here. Pizza is tasty, but we only live a few mins away and the pizza was cold by the time we got home. Guessing it was ready and sitting before it was picked up. Also the slices were different sizes.

Went because they were recommended, very sorry we did. The service was friendly however our food was terrible. The fried mushrooms were rubbery, the BLT wrap didn’t have lettuce or tomatoes, the Buffalo Chicken wrap JD no wing sauce and was too salty to eat. Spend your $50 elsewhere

Very rude lady who takes phone orders, over and over. Been ordering for years from them; I like their pizza, yet very high priced. Will not be ordering again from that little witch. Enough nasty girl! It was great when the mother, Sue, owned the place.

ordered 20 wings and an order of mushrooms.. the containers were falling apart in my hands. asked for buffalo wings and got what looked like mild wings which really werent all that great.. the whole meal just wasnt that good.. I dont know. I tried it, just wasn’t for me.

Picked up a pizza from here the other day, of the 8 people working, 2 weren't wearing masks at all, the 3 people preparing food had their masks around their chins with mouthes and noses exposed. 1 had their mask barely covering their mouth and the remaining 2 were wearing it correctly. Why is this so difficult? Their pizza is pretty bomb though...worth getting the 'rona for which is why I still ate it. haha

Prices on website are lies. Much higher in person. Pizza sauce had weird taste and the crust was extremely tough to chew. Wings were bland and overpriced. Overall, thumbs down, won't be returning.

Good product, the delivery person gave a Handwritten receipt which differed from the amt quoted. The man would not get off his smartphone when questioned. Hmmm...wonder if he was a hire from Phil's pizza in chili which had insider thefts before closing.... Hopefully he is gone....

Took over 1 1/2 hrs to deliver a large pizza and a regular sub ... My wife added a $4.00 tip the bill for a total of $45.15 she was told over the ph and payed by her creditcard, when It came there was a hand written $4 in the tip space in which came to a total of $49.15 ... my pizza was cold & her hot sub was just warm. This will be the last time I ever order from them again.

I am not from this area, but had this place recommended to me. I placed an order for food and drinks to be delivered to a warehouse that I was working at. They took the order then called 10 minutes later saying that I was to far away for delivery. According to GPS I was 2.8 miles away. In my opinion their customer service sucks

Chicken finger slices are half the size of any other slice, good for nothin tricksters.

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak sub and it was so burnt what a waste of $14 ... girl on phone thought I was ordering Philly cheesesteak pizza which isn’t even on the menu ... I have pictures of the sub I couldn’t believe how burnt it was and they still sent it out for delivery

Just opposite to the name. Good guys are good at pizza but bad at hospitality. Whole incident went like this. We reached to the shop, while ordering as build you own we asked him to replace green peppers with red/hot peppers. He added both. We suspected the bill more than what we were expecting and asked for split they gave up direct receipt! We had two ask thrice for split and when they broke down it there was wings in our order from nowhere. When they realised they yelled among each other and very rudely gave back the money against wings. This wasn’t it, when we came outside having our pizza they did discussing, judging etc with other customer about us. Also, sauce I said homemade which is one flavour/type, one good guy replied no all our sauces are from market. Instead of covering up make sure it doesn’t happen again. You guys are situated at Chili Ave. Rochester. You have McDonalds opposite to you and railway tracks behind. Incident happened yesterday. Anyways I’m not visiting you guys again hopefully. And I remember your place they match with the images on map. 🙂

I try to avoid the larger chain pizza shops and visit mom & pop shops....but I DON'T understand how they received the best pizza in chili award...maybe because they were the only entry!!! Crust was tough and doughy....sauce was just plain unseasoned tomato sauce....toppings were still raw....how hard is it to cook pizza?!?!? I won't even mention how EXPENSIVE it was....do yourself a favor....go someplace else!!!! I HOPE the owner sees this and contacts me....because I will be contacting them next week!!!!

the girl who cashed me out (my high school bully) leaned over the counter and said “do you really need that pizza?” and pointed at her own stomach. i understand i have issues with my weight but you DO NOT say that to another person. i found out they gave me the wrong order and seemed irritated that i wanted the correct order instead of taking a credited pizza. they didn’t apologize and she rolled her eyes when i said the new pizza looked right and thanked her. they gave me some sort of garlic parmesan pizza when i ordered a medium with black olives. come to find out the same girl lied to my dad the last time we went there and overcharged us by $5 and he saw her pocket the money.

So after all the praising i do for this restaurant and the money i spend bam disgusting food and service today two chicken dinners not edible. Chicken dinners hard as a rock. Oh they will fix it after i bring it back to them but i cant drive! So i loose out on my money and food. Or before or after they hang up on me! Disgusting thats the way you treat your customer like that! By the way i ordered $53 dollars worth of food and me and my kid now have no take out food glad the rest of my kids got there food. Disgusting i will never order here and will make sure the rest of chili knows how they treat disabled people and Customers. Hope this was worth $20!

Soo disappointed in this place and wish I could give a negative 5 star. We’re frequently ordering from here every friday because frankly there arent many pizza places near by and we moved here a few months ago and don’t know the area well and I’ll be honest I can’t believe that we continued to order from this place every single week after all the issues that we’ve had, but instead of writing a novel about every single issue, I’ll just address yesterday. Yesterday (Friday) we got a large pizza, 2 fish fry dinners, a full sub and 2 orders of fried mushrooms. The first thing that I noticed was the young girl who was cutting the pizza behind the counter with her long curly pony tail dangling onto someone else’s pizza, which I did make a joking comment to bring it to her attention in a nice way, as to not call her out or seem nasty, And that’s when I noticed how disgusting he food is behind the counter going into the kitchen (normally my husband grabs the food, I’ve never actually begin inside until yesterday and had I seen that sooner, I wouldn’t have eaten there agaun). Anyway some of this is my fault for not checking my food before leaving when I came to pick it up, I don’t know why I had any faith that it would be right anyway since 5/10 the foods NOT right. Anyways we get home and there’s like 10 fries in the fish fries and that’s not normal but whatever I wasn’t going to complain about being shorted on fries .. Then, the fish fries were beyond burnt it was like cardboard. And normally I don’t complain because I understand accidents happen, but not only did we pay $69 for all the food, the fish was so burnt I couldn’t believe that they actually served it to us this fish shaped cardboard, it was inedible so I called and got a credit for the 2 dinners because I didn’t feel like driving all the way back last night for them, so I was going to use them next Friday. Then after I hung up with the manager, I ended up trying to eat the sub and after a few bites my mother pointed out that there was MOLD on the sub roll. So I had to call AGAIN and the manager was way less than friendly when he said that he wasn’t going to refund the sub unless he saw it and expected us to drive back with the food but after explaining I had kids I had to pack up in the car AGAIN he decided to send someone to bring the food. Now I get it was a Friday night and it was probably a little busy but we still had to wait OVER AN HOUR for 3 people to be able to eat.. I get it, things take time. But after having to wait the extra hour for the food, I was disappointed with the fact that the sub that I waited for was not right either and they delivered me someone else’s sub. I didn’t even bother calling for the third time, after how annoyed the manager seemed by me the second time I called. I wasn’t nasty or even aggravated with him after I had to call the second time, he basically told me I was lying about the mold on the roll and he wasn’t going to refund it with the fish fries until he saw the mold with his own eyes... absolutely terrible customer service. Instead of calling back to complain for a THIRD time in one night and be barked at and talked down to by the “manager”, we just decided to spend our $65-$100 every Friday, somewhere else from now on. Employees are not professional whatsoever and frankly RUDE, and the place is disgustingly DIRTY. Never again will I let my family eat from there. Health Inspector Monday morning.

I tried to order a sub with no meat and the girl said nope we don’t do that. You have to have me. Really just throw some lettuce, she gave me a sprinkling of it, cheese, banana peppers and tomatoes a little oil and mayo. It was dry! Roll was not fresh and fell apart. Sorry to say worst sub I’ve ever had. On the other hand my husband got a steak sub and enjoyed it. He will be ordering again. I definitely will not.

Good Guys is a joke of a business that is Mickey Mouse run! Order a buffalo chicken finger sub for delivery showed up with no sauce and tipped the driver $5! Had to drive to them to get my money for the 5th time them messing an order up because they can’t get it together. The “manager” wouldn’t come and talk to me made this girl refund me for the sub but not the delivery. Absolute joke! Worst pizza shop in chili!

Good guys charges top of the line prices and does not deliver top of the line service or food delivery!!!! I Like a little spice i ordered breaded wings and asked for medium hot sauce on the side. Turns out the an establishment that charges top of the line prices does not deliver top of the line service as they only have mild or hot sauce as a pizza place on a friday, seriously!!!Also there hours are horrible!!!! In conclusion this place has greatly done a nose dive in service all around. Bring your prices down!

Used to love this place. Would order almost every week. What a crap show it is now. RUDE teenagers delivering cold food. I refused it, called back and was told my food would be remade. THEN I get a call back from some kid, and was told I cannot order from there anymore. Where is the owner?? Do you not care about your business?? You should fire everyone in there, and start over. This place is a joke.

Tried to go in and get a slice of pizza. Walked in and there were two people that were back in the kitchen, there was no one behind the counter. Both of the people in the kitchen saw me and didn't greet me. And then I waited there to see if anyone would come, and then both the female and male looked at me again and I said "do you guys have any slices?" and they just ignored me and kept doing what they were doing. So I left without my slice of pizza... Not impressed for my first time there 👎🏼

I purchased a medium pizza and an order of wings. The pizza was among the worst I’ve ever had. Barely any toppings and smaller than a Red Baron frozen pizza! There was more crust than toppings. I asked for extra crispy wings and they weren’t crispy at all!!! I spent $40 after tip for something I could have bought at Wegmans for $5.99 for a better pizza and $15 for wings I could make edible. Overall it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had!! I could have gotten more food at a quarter of the price at Stevie Ty’s hots. And it would have been hot and as ordered!!! This place is highway robbery! Even Columbinis gives you a large pizza with pepperoni for $23. So disappointing!!!

We ordered a sheet pizza (half white, half pepperoni and onions) and 20 wings. I specifically asked for the wings to be cooked 25 minutes and no less. I was quoted an hour for my delivery. The food got to my house 30 minutes past the quoted time, the pizza was NOT White pizza, it was regular cheese pizza. The wings were so soggy and gross. Needless to say I gave them a call back, the phone rang and rang for 15 minutes. When someone finally answered they told me they were closed. I asked to talk to the manager ( he was trying to be helpful but the owner in the background wouldn't let that happen) I asked to speak to the actual owner. When the owner got on the phone, he told me he doesn't believe me that the order is wrong and they weren't going to remake it. He said bring the food back and maybe I would get a refund if he approved of it. I asked for the food to be delivered for a reason because my kids are home sick and I wasn't packing them up in the car just to please the owner AFTER an already terrible experience. I asked for the owner's name and he told me I didn't need to know it. Then he said "it's BOB! my name is BOB alright?" I am so disgusted with how the owner handled things and how rude he was. Will never order from there again Erik Fish ( it was very easy to find out your name by the way) you are complete trash and don't deserve to own a business!
