Seriously the best Pizza in town! Ordered supreme pizza with chicken wings and ate in house. Everything served on special platters separating the pizza and wings. Food here went far beyond expectations. Pizza crust and sauce perfect with the ingredients generously piled on top to satisfy hungry appetite's. Wings plump and juicy. Had plenty of leftovers to bring home to enjoy later.. Very satisfying and excellent value. Highly recommended!

My dad and I enjoyed a medium pizza. He wanted pulled pork and I wanted supreme (pepperoni, sausage, onion, green peppers). They were fine with making the pie 50/50.

My boyfriend and I were trying to find a quick place to eat he waited for the food for about 5 min, 20 mins shorter than another pizza place I had been to. And don't get me a starter on the pizza I have never had pizza that good it tasted fresh, warm, and so good. I want to give a big old kiss to whoever made that pizza(also give that person a raise )10/10 will be back for more :)

Pizza was nice and chewy the way I like my pizza. The pepperoni used was cup and char, also my favorite. Just enough sauce. Not over done. Good stuff, I will surely go back. I have been going to Caraglio's Pizza in Gates for many years. It was recommended to me by a pizza 'connoisseur'. I only go on Mondays or Tuesdays, the 'All Day Special'. On those days, one can get a large cheese pizza for $12.99 plus tax. Extra toppings are $2.00. Occasionally I will get chicken wings. I have Never had a bad pizza from Caraglio's. Their chicken wings are good too. I call ahead of time and pick up my pizza. Caraglio's Pizza also has an app where one can accure points after each pizza purchase. After so many points built up, a person can get free bread sticks, free mozzarella sticks, free medium cheese pizza, free boneless chicken wings, and a free one topping pizza. I have Never had a problem with the cashier, or the person on the phone taking my order. Kudos to Caraglio's Pizza!

We love this place!! The pizza is so good THE BEST in Gates. The delivery is always super quick and food never gets delivered cold. We always pick Caraglio's for UFC nights, would 10/10 recommend this place. They also offer grilled items such as burgers, grilled chicken, etc! The menu is extensive enough to find something for everyone in the family. Thanks Caraglio's for great service and great pizza!

This place is a true diamond in the rough! The quality of the dough alone is remarkable! Easily upper tier quality reminds me of the bakeries on the NW side in the 80s and 90s. They then create delicious pizza that is very reasonably priced. I find their specials very helpful to me who observes a moderate budget. A well earned 5 stars.

The pizza we got tasted great! The kids loved it. I have learned the new meaning of a dozen is only 10. We placed an order for a dozen wings and only received 10. I would suggest changing the wording on the menus and online ordering to mention that.

2nd time I've been here, and all for the amazingly huge slices of pizza they serve! It's a decent price for one slice, about $3.49 I think, and I still have leftovers. But for some reason, they now charge for a box to take your leftovers home in...that's a bummer

I love the crispiness of the pepperoni on their pizzas. Front-end service could be better: it's always just one person handling all pick-ups, cash register, and answering phones, while running to the back constantly and can make it take longer to get your stuff and get out than it should.

I gave 3 stars since the pizza is decent. The wings, however, were not good at all. Terribly disappointing, don't even bother with the chicken, just get their pizza instead.

I tried a sub from Caraglio's in Gates today. It was OK but nothing mindblowing, but their medium was the size of a small at other pizza/sub shops (I wish they had the sub sizes in inches on their menu). I still like their pizza, but will try somewhere else for subs.

Came in on a weekday afternoon, it took a few minutes just for someone to come up front counter. Ordered 2 slices, was told it’d be a few minutes and then proceeded to wait closer to 10 minutes before the employee came back to the counter with my food. The pizza was excellent so I’ll give it 3 stars, but based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a hurry or on a lunch break.

I'm writing this review while sitting at the bench in the dinning room. 2 employees walked passed me and never even asked can I help you. I timed it actually just to see how long it would take. 13 minutes.. I have a suggestion to correct this problem tho. They need to put a live camera in the dinning room with a feed that goes to a monitor in the back to show if anyone is walking in. This would correct this issue that I had and it seems to be that others have had in the last couple of weeks. I do want to add that the gentleman at the front did give me a discount on the drink. I do appreciate that and I know that they weren't doing this and making me wait on purpose. They just can't hear and or also see whoever walks into the dining room. This review is more so in regards for the person that owns and operates this facility. There has to be a better system to notifying employees who is inside of the building when they walk in. Good pizza good drink selection and also very friendly staff.

I used to really like Caraglio's pizza. I loved the huge slices and drink combo. Once they started selling slices again after the pandemic, they did away with the large slices. I was told I'm getting the same amount of pizza because the new small slices are thicker. It's very disappointing. I know many who stopped for their huge slices but not anymore. I won't be stopping for a slice anymore either.

Place is a little on the dingy dirty side. Tables and chairs could use a good clean and wobbly chairs repaired. Lots of "stuff" sitting around in areas that no longer look to be used including an old sink laying in the middle of the restaurant with trash bag partially covering it. Restrooms could use a good clean g from top to bottom. So that's the downside, upside is that the pizza was good, the slice is massive! Overall great value for the price. They definitly need to focus on cleaning things up. The appearance in the front of the house makes you wonder what the back areas of the kitchen looks like..

The pizza is really good when done correctly. However, the quality is inconsistent. Sometimes the food is prepared well. Other times it's sloppy and rushed. Additionally, I would recommend takeout over delivery to ensure that your food is hot.

My family has ordered the large pizza special every Tuesday for three years! For the first time in 3 years last week we got a burnt pizza. My kids were starving and so we made quick dinners at home instead of driving back to return and wait for a new pizza, but I did call and ask what could be done. They told me I'd get a discount on our next order. This week we didn't get the discount, because the pizza special on Tuesdays is already a discount. I don't want to order anything else full price just to get a discount, I wanted my burnt pizza acknowledged. I told them that. Instead of recognizing our weekly loyalty for 3 years and offering to waive the price, or add on anything for free that would make us happy, they offered 25% off of whatever full price thing I wanted to buy. I never want to buy more things and tell myself I'm saving money. So I'm super bummed, but will be taking our weekly business elsewhere from here. This one experience was bad, but in all the years we've gone there, it's been great, which is why it'd be dishonest to leave 1 star. I just can't tolerate not being valued by my neighborhood pizza place when I speak kindly about a mistake and ask what can be done and am met as if I'm any person off the street who came there once.

I ordered 3 subs and a chicken finger platter and pizza logs. According to the app the order was to be ready at 6:44. I arrived on time and picked up the order. I drive 2 minutes back home. I opened the order the cold sun and hot subs were packed together in a bag. The hot subs were cold and squashed. I received boneless wings instead of the pizza logs. The chicken finger meal was packed in a box. Both the chicken and the onion rings were cold. They refunded the cost of the pizza logs. Very disappointed in the meal.

Ordered on-line during anniversary unlimited toppings special. "unlimited* was 5 toppings or less. Also ordered "well done", when picked up, pizza was not "well done" to the point the pepperoni in the center was as if it just came out of the refrigerator. After finishing the cook to well done in personal oven, overall quality was decent, not the best I've had in Rochester.

I was very disappointed in the big slice of pepperoni Pizza I picked up today. The crust was paper thin and 3 overdone pieces of pepperoni on the whole slice. I think it had a good taste but not for the pepperoni lovers out there. Sorry.

First time trying this place out. Placed an online order for delivery an hour and a half in advance of the delivery time. Had to call them after it was 40 minutes past the delivery time to see if the pizza was on its way and they had not left yet..

Pizza is always burnt to a crisp even after requesting lightly cooked. Didn't save pizza. Half of a sheet was thrown out because it was inedible

Just wanted to get a couple calzones and a sub, just for the guy on the phone to be obnoxious and purposely sound annoyed, and just that much takes an hour wait time? I would give a one star but the issue was only the customer service, food was good, but the fact that im a paying customer and i get issues for ordering is ridiculous, don't know if I plan on coming back here.

The food was disgusting from Caraglio's. Yes - Caraglio's. Don't reply that it was the old owner. Fess Up. I ordered a medium pizza and dozen mild wings take out at 5pm when leaving work. When I got home with the food (about 10 minutes) the pizza was dry, hard as a rock and had no cheese. The pizza looked like it was cooked around noon for the lunch hour and never sold at that time. The wings were good, mild as I had ordered but I only received 10 not the dozen your special advertised. Going forward I will make darn sure that who I work & socialize with will know of your poor quality food. Disgusted & cheated out of 15 bucks from Caraglio Elmgrove & Lyell Rd....

Pay $1 for a quarter filled cup of blue cheese. Are you guys for real? This isn’t the first time. Every time we get wings or pay extra for blue cheese this is what we get. It’s ridiculous. The pizza is also always hit or miss. Sonetunes over sauced when we ask for light. Sometimes no sauce when we ask for it light. Sometimes cut correctly sometimes cut so unevenly one persons slice is 8 inches wide and the others is 2. Honestly I’m not tipping from now on if this is the service level. You’re acting your wages I guess but what should I tip for if there is no consideration for customer experience. I’ll pay for my food, I’m not paying your workers extra for this experience. I highly doubt it’s the business telling them to cut the pizza or sauce it like that. Maybe they’re told to fill the blue cheese like this. But I’m done. Actions have consequences, if you don’t care about how your job is done why should I care if I tip you for a job well done 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ordered large pepp w/ half bacon. It was like burnt triple bacon just dumped into the middle of the pie. Wont order bacon anymore. I feel the staff needs retraining and more customer appreciation.

Don’t even think about going to Caraglio’s in Gates they can’t get an order of ice water correct. Check your order before leaving the store or you will go home ready to enjoy your meal only to discover that you have either old burnt a** pizza or a salad that looks like someone went through the garbage and put it in a nice clean box. Greece location is not much better, but damn the store Gates has pissed me big time.

Ordered 2 trash plates. The macaroni salad was badly spoiled. They don't offer refunds but offered to make new plates. If you don't want to get sick don't order from there.

Called at 215pm today for a young boy to answer the phone and disrepect my 70 yead old mother in law and then I call back and was disrespectful to me. I asked for the manager as we have been going here for years and he said why you need the manager I asked for his name he said no and continued to be extremely rude and threatening.

Love Caraglios pizza, but not the Gates location. Ordered a breakfast pizza for the next day for a work function and prepaid. When I showed up to pick it up I was told it wasn’t ready because “they had a bunch of orders this morning”. Being that I gave adequate time and paid ahead of time so I could quickly pick it up, felt it was terrible customer service to tell me it just went in the oven when I arrived for pick up. Very poor organization and time management. We will not be using this location for our work functions again.

I've "ordered" from this place 3 times and 2 of those three times have been a disgrace of customer service. First time I placed a grubhub order 2 and a half hours before they closed and not only did they take the money out (which was redeposited into my account a day later) they didn't even make the pizza, the order got cancelled by them. 2 and a half hours before close for a large pepperoni pizza with a dozen wings, are you joking? 2nd time everything went through fine pizza and wings got delivered pretty quick and tasted great. Yesterday was the 3rd and last time that place is getting my business. I wanted to order a sheet pizza for a party I was having and called at 5 which is 4 hours before close. I got put on a 6 minute hold and then disconnected, then got put on a 8 minute hold and just hung up. Called Mark's, someone picked up immediately and within 1 and a half minutes I had my order made and delivered within 45 minutes. If you guys didn't want a 65 dollar order then you could've been more up front about it and picked up the phone and said "we don't want your business". All in all, it's a shame because the 1 time I actually managed to get your food it was fantastic, but your service is so below sub-par it ruined the experience for me and just made you guys lose a customer. Get better people to answer the phones. Compliments to the chef for the pizza and wings the one time I had them, they were really good

Straight dirt 18 dollars for 4 slices tossed into 1 box like dog food soggy and un cooked. 4 people working and 1 customer. Ill stick with pizza 151 or capones and burn the gas if need be

NEVER AGAIN!!! Food was terrible! First, we waited 45 minutes for 2 steak subs. Nobody was in there. Why so long when they didn't cook all of it??? We both asked for peppers, onions, mushrooms and mozzarella. One had mayo. We finally got home and when we opened them, the one with mayo had maybe a teaspoon on it but both of them, the peppers, onions and mushrooms were raw and just thrown on it! The bread was hard as a rock and the steak tasted like steakums! Definitely wasn't real steak and the price was way too expensive! Money out the window because we threw them away and had pb&j for dinner! So disgused and disappointed!!! Who doesn't cook the veggies????

I always order from there from home and from the salon I work at. and usually they aren’t too friendly but that I could care less about. But I got two slices that were half raw. Very doughy and when I called the girl was not nice or apologetic and then wants me to bring the slices back after I already drove there to get the raw slices. Never again. Rather drive further to go to another pizza place. Yea let me drive back there for a piece of pizza that cost them 1.00 to make cuz I have nothing better to do.

Ordered 2 pizzas. One pepperoni and cheese. I ordered it with easy on the pepperoni. It came smothered with pepperoni, a greasy mess. Both pizzas had so little sauce on them they tasted dried out. When Caraglio's Pizza first opened the pizza was good but now the pizza in my opinion is one of the worst around. Disgusting at any price. A sure way to sink your business is to let kids run it. NEVER AGAIN !

I'd give less than 1 star if it were an option. Guy on the phone was annoyed, we had to call back to see where the food was, arrived cold and pizza was stiff like it was sitting out, wings bone dry, called to let them know and they sent over a new pizza that was pooled with so much grease it ate through the box but there was still a layer in the corner. I was working late so I ordered food for the wife. I ordered at 5:30 and they said 45 minutes, cool. The wife calls me at 6:30 saying it wasn't there yet. Showed up at 7. I ordered a large pizza with mozz. And pep. Half with bannana peppers and onions, we got half with black olives and bannana peppers. My wife was so hungry she just ate it. Very disappointed.

My order just arrived and giving it one star is being generous. I requested an extra toasted roll, didn’t get it, the burger was cold and under cooked. I asked well done. The onion rings were greasy and soggy. Tossed it away, a big waste of money. I have a health issue that requires food to be cooked a certain way. The last time I will order from here.

We ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza and it was delivered 1 hour later, after the original time. Cold! The person I placed the order with asked me to repeat my information three times and still had information incorrect. Frankie and the driver were polite and apologetic, but still not happy.

I am so upset I called to place a pick up order at 7:30 & the lady who answered the phone immediately answers the phone and says we are not taken any orders for the night. So do you guys close at 7:30 or 8 because if you close at 8 why wouldn’t you serve your customer ???? I am a repeat customer and order from you at least once a week, Employees are to worried about getting out a couple mins sooner than making the company money. Im a general manager for a restaurant and I know if my employees tried to deny a customer service then I’d want to know. When I close my store I don’t close until the time we are suppose to close if a costumer happens to walk in a few mins after close I serve them if we have product left because I want to make money and give great customer service. This was very disappointing that I was unable to order from you guys. If you guys close early you really should change your hours of operations online so more customers aren’t disappointed

We have ordered our last pizza from caraglio’s. If it had not been for our daughter’s birthday, we would have refused the order. Our ‘medium’ pizzas were less than 12” in diameter! Really? Prices go up and sizes go down! $42 for two little pizzas and some wings. Wow! There are lots of good pizza places in Rochester. Bye, Caraglio!

Okay, COVID is no reason for poor customer service granted you’re selling pizza but come on! Should’ve walked out when I saw all the Filth in the dining room.. I stood there for five minutes before somebody even came around the corner , looked annoyed as hell when I asked him just to question about the menu .. oh by the way… Pizza is not worth the aggravation , basically flat bread with cheese on top of it hardly any flavor. Please do us a favor and quit !

My husband ordered 2 dozen wings for me to pick up on the way home...we realized there were only 21 wings. My husband called the store to ask them to deliver the rest of the wings and was told that we had to come back and pick them up or pay a 2.00 delivery charge. Don't really understand that reasoning ...but regardless we will not go back there.

They can never seem to get our order correct. They cannot make the pizza well done consistently, cut the pizza the way we want (ever). There is always something wrong with it. At least the flavor is halfway decent. There Monday deal is the reason we come. The good pizza place is closed on Mondays.

Not sure what's going on here but lately the food has been TERRIBLE!! The wings are soft not crispy(even when requested) and they come drowning in sauce or grease (garlic parm wings). So much so that the The pizza is also TERRIBLE lately..ITS DRIED OUT, and HARD. The employees are very nice and accommodating but when the re make the food it comes out the same or worse!

IDK what it is lately, but places we’ve enjoyed in the past have gone to the dumps. We use to visit Caraglios pretty often back in the day until their deal was no longer on Local Flavor. We passed by the other day, and decided to go back cause we use to love the pizza and boneless wings. I wouldn’t even call it pizza anymore. It’s more garbage in a box. Half the pizza had no toppings, couldn’t get a slice out without it falling apart. Also, what should be dough was non existent. Also, boneless wings were not tossed in sauce. And, no blue cheese given. Both just got off work, we were starving, didn’t want to deal with bringing it back, so just made trash plates and ate whatever you want to call it. I think the pictures shows you what you get from this place now, just like all the other gross looking pictures in other reviews. Wish I looked at reviews before wasting money.

Ordered a large pepperoni and fried dough received a burned cheese pizza and burned fried dough. Call to tell them about it and was told with a attitude that she would refund my card and that I did not need to return to the store for her to do a refund. She was very rude and unprofessional and I don't recommend going there when she's on. Talking about the older white chick with tattoos everywhere. Fried doe was hard as a rock smh. Than to top it all off they were laughing about it when I called to complain never again will I go there

I’m not one to do this but it had to be done. I ordered online. It was a 40 minute wait. I walked in at 50 minutes. I was told 10 more minutes. Waited for 40 more minutes for the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It wasn’t done. Extra doughy, watered down sauce , half cold soggy sausage. Hands down the worst pizza experience in my life. Maybe focus on product quality instead of having so many locations !!!
