Stopped in to get a quick bite with a friend. Bartender John was GREAT! He was friendly and very patient! We ordered some loaded wedges, which the toppings were very sparse. You couldn't see the melted queso let alone taste it and the crumbled bacon was way too fatty and grisly 🤢. We also ordered a 10 piece of all "flats" chicken wings. We asked them to be fried extra crispy-- which they were, We asked for Mild and Honey BBQ sauce to be mixed. What we got were wings that looked liked they might have been "lightly brushed" with the sauce instead of being fully coated. THAT was a huge disappointment! Step it up B-dubs. It used to be a good place to go get GOOD food. Lastly, if you want all "flats" they now charge an extra dollar for that. 🙄 They do provide Military discounts so if you're a vet or active duty, don't forget to ask for it.

Usually a great location, but today I got a super dirty tray and no napkins until my food arrived and I ASKED FOR THEM (had drinks and appetizers with no napkins) Need to pick up the training basics again.

The service something needs to get done Please......Appetizers came after food. No silverware, no refills. Good luck on getting someone's attention. It seems like they'll avoid eye contact. Love the food.

Ordered through door dash they claim they make it fresh but when I got the food the fries tasted rubbery and like they've been sitting out for a long time and burger was dry. I've been in restaurant business most of my life and I know when food has been sitting out longer than it should have been. We went there once before and loved it but this experience not so much.

Our family has come here multiple times, and every time our service is not the best. I understand being under staffed and it being packed. It took almost 20minutes for us to get a order in for drinks. Every time I look over at a manager they are just leaning against a wall talking to an employee. This always happens in the bar area. I look over at our server who is trying to catch up on the drink orders at the bar with no manager in sight to help. The only reason why we keep coming back is because of the food. The server that ended up helping us was not even the server for our section. On top of all of this a women at the bar who was continuously served was obviously drunk and yelling at the bar while her friends were telling her you were being too loud. She later was throwing up in the bathroom. It has now been two months since I first wrote this review and nothing has changed. Once again we are waiting 20 minutes from drinks at the bar. I order a drink before our food came and it never came. I ended up cancelling the drink since we were ready to go. Where is management? Hanging out at the host area as the bartender is swamped in drink orders. Our service was very nice and said sorry multiple times. It’s just sad that this contuines to happen and nothing is done.

The wings were the only thing good. The appetizers came out with the food and were horrible. The salsa was tomato sauce with a small amount of pico de gallo on the top. I had stopping going to BWW and I had forgot why, I will not try this place again. The cost for the horrible food was unjust.

The food is alright but the service is a negative..the manager asked if we wanted a refill but not the waitress..🤷 The burger and fries are really good but the greasy onion rings suck and the chicken wings were still cold so they only deserve two stars..

I ordered grilled chicken dippers and they came out completely raw!! We were sat outside so it was dark so I didnt realize until I ate a whole one! Absolutely disgusting! I had to excuse myself to go throw up.🤮 our server, Randall, was great! But the past few times ive been here there's always something wrong with my food.

Service is bad and wait is horrible. Waited 1 hour for our table. Got our food orders all messed up. Waited almost another 40 minutes to eat.

Worse service I’ve ever had. Brought my meal 20 minutes before my kids and 10 minutes before my wife got her food. Waitress never came to check on table. Bad management on the mangers part. First weekend of football and obviously severely understaffed or the staff just isn’t that good.

Come on now y’all. If I show this bs to a regional manager you think they’ll adding further training? Like on top on the inflation you’re going to give minimal effort on top of that. Wheres the chili and cheese they charged me for? The wings and fries were cold. And in reality don’t expect much to change.

Today, my husband and I went to BWW for a meal. I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant in my life. The host greeted us with a good attitude even though he was trying to cover the host stand and take out orders. He was obviously overwhelmed, but still kept a good demeanor. After a short wait, we were seated. Nbd... The waitress greeted us in a good timeframe to get our drink and food order. We were ready to order our meal once she greeted us. We have been looking forward at eating at BWW for about a month. All was well. Then, our food came. I ordered 6 wings with lemon pepper dry rub. It looked as though the kitchen had premade a load of wings, reheated them, then just kinda threw on the seasoning. My husband's tots disenergrated into dust when trying to pick them up with a fork. The waitress did not swing by to ask how the food was. We had to go get her to ask for the food we purchased would be made for us again. Above are all standard complications when eating out... acceptable... This waitress brings me another 6 wings with a smile on her face. Imagine the inner turmoil I was having with myself to see 6 wings cooked the same with an avalanche of seasoning poured on top of them AND a ramikan full of seasoning!!! It would be one thing if maybe the cook staff was irritated by the short staff, but this grown woman saw it, brought it to our table, and laughed at me. At that point, we were too scared to eat anything else coming from the kitchen. I tried to pay for the meal via the QR code and that wasn't working either. Again, we had to hunt down the waitress to pay for food we didn't even eat. I was a waitress and I never treated any of my customers this way. I am always an over tipper because I understand the long hours, campers, and terrible customers that come through.
