Stopped in for lunch and had a delicious burger that was prepared perfectly and served nice and hot. The restaurant was clean and very inviting. The french fries were good too. I will come back for sure.

I went with my family for the first time today just to get onion rings to go. We got hungrier real quick! It smelled amazing in there and was very clean so we decided to stay and get a full meal. I had a little trouble with the app but the manager was very nice and helpful. The employees looked happy, were friendly with customers and even smiled as they were cleaning! 😊 The onion rings were AWESOME! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because my kids fries were a little soggy. I’m 100% positive if I would have said anything about it they would have replaced them asap. My kids were just too hungry and everything else was so good they told me not to worry about it. I highly recommend the grownup meal if you’re not a big eater or on a budget. It has a burger, fries, drink and a cute little hamburger gummy. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had eating out in a LONG time. I highly recommend Hanford location!

The burgers made here are delicious! Well cooked and very quick to deliver. I ordered two burgers and the onion rings. This place right here may have the best onion rings in town. They beat out many places I have been to for how they made their onion rings so when you come down here do not hold out on those rings. The drinks here are self serve which makes it easy but if you are still into the COVID mitigation it didn't seem as if that was too safe so it really will depend on the customer and how they may want their restraunts to be when they go to them. The customer service was good as well and they were wearing their mask the whole time. All in all it is a wonderful place to go. They have outside dining if you want to get some fresh air and inside dining if it hot. And if it is too sunny outside you can use the umbrellas to cover you. So don't waste time and come enjoy!

It's nothing special, but the burgers and shakes are good. Just not that unique.

The burgers are tasty, but lack that break out flavor that leaves you wanting more. It’s no more delicious than sonic or Burger King. Those places are cheaper so save you a buck and go there instead. They give free jalapeños and banana peppers that is neat. The fries are the most basic out of all fast food places, reminded me of high school cafeteria fries. Clean place, and friendly staff.

Got my order massively wrong, and blocked the handicap space for a curbside pickup parking spot. Food was ok-ish as they applied my special order to entirely the wrong item.

Cold sweat potato fries ,the girl asked if they were hot I said no there cold and she didn’t say anything so I just took them and eat cold fries. My hamburger was really good.

Spent 30+ dollars and I didnt get my onion rings. They also have no way to contact someone at the store to get a refund I called support and was told it would likely be a 3 to 5 business day refund and we would be lucky to have it refunded in that time frame.

if I consistently want my burgers to be medium or medium rare, I can ALWAYS count them cooking that way. nothing reassures me more about food poisoning than taking a bite of a perfectly charred burger only for it to be bleeding on the inside in the end. this place was amazing when it first opened, but the food quality has come down a bit. I rather fork over $20 to other burger places for fully cooked burgers than to come here again. update August 11, 2024- nothing has changed, still serving up raw burgers. added picture. the manager made it right by making a new burger, but putting out these burgers without any quality control will cause their customers to get sick.

Was Not Done Correctly And Was NOT ABLE TO EAT ANY OF IT !!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Was Supposed Be Crispy Bacon NOT Dried Out Rubbery COLD Bacon !!!!! Which Ruined Everything..... 😔😔😔😔😔 TOTALLY UNEDIBLE !!!!!! 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 And Trying To Get A Hold Of Anyone Directly Is COMPLETELY Impossible!!!!Filling Out Complaint On Website Is A Fustrating Task !!!! 😫😫😫 I Asked For 2 BLT Sandwiches 🥪 Plus 2 Orders Of Bacon 🥓 On The Side In Separate Containers. Instead I Got NO Bacon On The Sandwiches and Stale Cold Rubbery Bacon All In One Container. Even After Repeating My Exact Order Several Times They Still Messed It UP !!!! They Need To Listen BETTER To Customers Rather Than Assuming. 🙄
