We love when Joan serves us because we get the best service, she’s so polite. The environment could be better all the other servers are fighting bout idk what, but Joan is nice and calm . The foods always great too no complaints there

Over the years, and in a number of cities, I’ve eaten at Denny’s. This was one of the best Denny’s experiences of all of them. Joan took us to a table. Then, at my wife’s request re-located us to another table - to accommodate my profound hearing problem. Joan was alert to the request and very accommodating of it. Joan also was ‘Joanie-on-the-spot’ with drinks and a spare pot of coffee for me. Joan waited just the right amount of time for us to peruse the menu and took our orders - three of us. Joan assured that we had the sugarless syrup my wife requested, and the ULTRA CRISP (OMG, incinerated - by her request) bacon for my wife. And salsa for my omelette. Joan also noticed the hotel coffee cup I was drinking from when we walked in and told us to be sure and present our key-card for a discount on breakfast! I rarely rate ‘5’s’, and as rarely tip at more than 10% - I’m one of those ‘old timers’ who figures the tip should be part of the price and ‘covered by wages, like almost every other job. But the food was good. The cost was excellent. And Joan was outstanding! Five stars and 20%! Thank you.

Went there about an hour ago with my buddy from the valley just to grab a quick bite to eat. Our server Marcus, very friendly man, really took his time and effort to make our whole experience very well. I usually don’t eat breakfast this early, but I got their strawberry french toast and it was fire! Would highly recommend! I enjoy my time and meal when the server is good, and Marcus was excellent! I haven’t been down there for a while and we were just driving through, but it was worth the stop. If you’re ever in the area, I, from OC approve of this place! Ask for Marcus if he’s there, and you’ll be blessed!

THIS!!! Dennys was not WHAT!! I expected! When I walked in. I expected to smell pancakes or steaks and coffee. But when I walk in it had a weird smell. I really couldn't actually tell just what kind of smell but it wasn't at all like food or coffee. My food was a little cold my scramble eggs and hash browns was on the mild warm side, I ask for soft scramble eggs and they was kind of hard.I ask for crispy bacon but when it came it was like it had been cook and set to the side till needed. It definitely wasn't hot and they was small and dry the coffee warm and could of been better. It was on the week side. What a disappointment. I guess the only thing I can say is that the service was pretty good ,the waitress did check on me regularly so that is a plus. But overall this Dennys suck! Maybe I just pick a bad day to eat there 🤔. Hopefully it's not like this all the time. But everyone has different option on food. But as for me! I love to eat good food, and to me the food was not that good. But don't just take my word for it, by all means go and check it out for yourself, but as for me! I'm going to stick with IHOP.

Denny's used to be my go to breakfast restaurant back in the 1970s through approximately 2020. They were an easy choice due to their family oriented restaurants, delivering good value for good food choices. Something has changed though in the last five years, a gradual decline in food quality and choices, as well as value. This location is an example of the ongoing decline of Denny's locations I have ate at since 2020. Denny's also used to have a great Senior menu, not anymore. The final nail in the coffin for me, this visit I asked for the Eggs Benedict I have ordered for decades and was told they no longer offer Eggs Benedict. It makes me sad but I definitely won't be stopping at Denny's anymore.

My honest review and photos from Oct 2021 were deleted by Dennys. Today’s review is worse. They did not have many items on the menu. Also I called ahead to find out if they serve beer which they do and when I got there, they had ONE cold beer in their fridge! They said there were warm ones in the back. What? The two stars are for efforts of the young waitress who couldn’t serve alcohol. She was awesome despite having to deal with the lack of decent management and having to come back over and over to tell us they didn’t have menu items. For the price paid for the meal, the fridge should be stocked with menu items. Also they need to not provide alcohol if they are going to have it sit in a box in the back room.

This Denny's looked unkept from the outside to the inside. Nobody was in the parking lot and it was after 8:00am. The parking lot had trash in couple parking spots and the inside looked dark and dingy. The Food was nasty and looked like they served yesterday's burnt strawberry cream cheese puff that they warmed up in a microwave. The mix fruit pancakes tasted like they made it in the sausages and bacon old grease. I had to throw away the bananas and strawberries because they tasted spoiled. Despite Denny's marketing 24hrs a day every day of the year and promoting being open on holidays. This location should just be closed. They are under staffed and management does not want to be there. Over an hour wait for food. 15 minutes for our server to acknowledge our table. The manager was overwhelmed and rude when he approached our table. He provided plenty of excuses when my husband pointed out our wait time and that it would be courteous to have the hostess or someone inform guest of how long the actual wait is because the restaurant is not packed amd we didn't know it would be so long, he claimed the online orders account for the delay. Then he said its implied that on the holiday the wait will be longer. Our food was under and overcooked smh.
