I came to check out what all the fuss is about the New Steakhouse Wagyu burger and its everything they advertise! Excellent burger, very tasty and taste just like a homemade burger🍔! Not greasy at all and very lean tasting beef! I even topped my meal with a cherry 🍒 turnover😋. Great customer service and very clean dining area💯💯

Moved to the rgv from St Louis 6 months ago and this was well worth the wait. The staff was friendly, food was delicious and prepared quickly an accurately. Inside was very clean and quiet. We never felt rushed to leave.

Let’s start this well the drive was long just to get here and we ordered Six gyros without the tzatziki sauce . The meat on 4 of them were cold and the staff was very kind and apologetic and removed the cold ones and replaced them with 4 hot ones. The staff was quick and good well extremely awesome customer services. The 4 that were replaced came with the tzatziki sauce felt guilty for not reminding them of that but we built the courage and yet again they proved their professional WOW. Worth the trip and no the last one either. The gyros were delicious. Good experience. Speak with kindness and that will take you a long way. But the Arby’s staff are great. Veronica keep it up. Kudos.

So far every time I’ve been here there hasnt been a line and they get our food to us quick. Food is fresh and good. I really only get roast beef sandwiches so thats all I can speak to and I like them. Decent lighter meal at a fair price when on sale.

The food was amazing as always. The cashier was friendly and fast. The restaurant was very clean, and so was the area where the drinks and condiment dispensers were. I love it here.

The bourbon BBQ brisket sandwich is only for a limited time but it is divine. I wish I could eat one every day. A little pricey but very good, can't wait till they bring the pork belly sandwich.

We are stuck on the fish sandwich. They are the best of all the fast food places. Most others put too much tarter sauce. Arby's will also give you extra on the side if you ask. Menu is greatly expanded.

Great place for lunch! There is hardly anyone there it is not over crowded and or a long drive through like. I had ordered a Super charged Turkey sandwich it was delicious! It comes with curly fries and a drink. It is a little pricey but the amount off food even things out. The inside is kept clean they are quick to clean up after people leave the table. Great atmosphere for a nice hardy lunch with your work buddies but you better be hungry when you come in there is allot of food coming your way! The staff are friendly and courteous (not Chick-fil-A level) but good enough to get your order across also no need to yell due to the place not having one thousand conversations going on in the background.

Arby's is such a classic. Roast beefs are the best! I always get the double. The Arby's sauce is awesome! This particular location has very good tasting soft drinks. Take your date her if you want to get really full together. Staff is considerate and accommodating of special requests!

Parking lot so full had to park in Wendy's next door okay so it's been a year later that's ××××××××××the problem that I've got these big corporations that are trying to ask me to donate to their charity when I come in to make a choice to buy a sandwich at their store you don't need to do that I don't want it happening I don't like to be asked give me some more money for this charity that we have everybody's got a charity the charity starts at home. If Arby's is so gung-ho on this charity that they're making their employees push why doesn't Arby's give its profits to the charity instead I don't think that's happening mr. Arby's

Food's good. Restaurant is small and radio is far too loud. Between the loud bell (that's rung to show satisfaction of food) & the radio, we couldn't carry on a conversation. Too bad. Sometimes it's pleasant to sit in a place and eat.

I love Arby's and have missed their presence in the Rio Grande Valley! My wife and I ate there today and it was busy. Apparently, I am not the only one who missed a good Arby's sandwich and Jamoca shake! I ordered two double roast beef sandwiches and my wife ordered the Roasted Turkey & Swiss sandwich. My roast beef sandwiches were just the right amount of warm and totally delicious. My wife equally impressed with her sandwich as well. The Jamoca shake was as delicious as I remembered. It was creamy, frozen, but not so frozen you couldn't get a straw in it and drink it. The crew was very enthusiastic and energetic. They have a hand bell by the door that you can ring if you were happy with the food and service. We definitely rang it on the way out! =)

Hadn't been in an Arby's in ages. Had 3 people recommend I visit it again. The radiologist at the hospital was non stop raving about the jyro(lamb), my bf and his friends at Alamo Palms love the sweets and lastly my uncle(life long Chicago resident) wanted to try the jyro to compare. Service was good, people are friendly and my recommended meal was good. Will definetely go back again.

The food was really great! Even going in kind of close to closing the quality was big impacted. This is a very good location, because I've been to others that were not this clean or polite.

I gave it 4 stars because the gyros aren't 2 for $6 anymore. I had a fish sandwich instead. It was tasty because it was made fresh. An employee that has a Spanish accent when speaking English took care of me at the window. She had a lovely voice. It would be more likely for me to return if gyros were 2 for $6 again.

One of my preferred fast food places, decent variety, the turkey sandwiches are really good, and the spicy fish sandwich is one of the better fast food fish options around here. You'll spend around $7-$10 a combo. Fries are good

I went through the drive-through and ordered a sliced turkey sandwich; specifically, a sliced turkey sandwich with no mayonnaise. Because, I really, really hate mayo. My coworker ordered another combo all the way. I got back to the office and guess what, his sandwich had no mayo. Why? You wonder? I'll tell you, because they slathered his lardy, sweaty mayonaise all over my sandwich. Lesson learned...again. Check your order in situ.

Fish Friday during lent is saved with Arby's 2 for $6 fish sandwich. It is very good and made fresh. Fries should be made fresh all the time, but some tines they let them sit and get soggy.

Had a hard time ordering. Order taker barely spoke loud enough for me to hear.... but food was amazing and timing was great. Empty restaurant so in my opinion it was also great.

My favorite is the Greek gyro. They don't understand me when I order it half the time though. Teach them how to say it correctly 😝 It's super delicious and the only place near me for miles that sells them.

Good sandwiches. I haven't been to Arby's in a while, so I was surprised at the quality. This restaurant is new and very clean inside. The Rueben sandwich was excellent. The marble rye bread was really good. If you haven't tried Arby's, then this location is one of the better ones to go to. The only issue is the parking lot. It is very poorly designed parking area. Otherwise, everything was good.

Hadn't been here in a while. Thought I would try the new Steakhouse Garlic Ribeye sandwich with a side of loaded Mac & cheese. Sandwich wasn't bad but wasn't great. It was little smaller than I expected and wasn't as flavorful I thought it would be. Tasted a little bland. Tried it the way it was made then I added more garlic sauce, lettuce and tomato. It was pricey and I don't think I will order it again. The Mac& cheese was absolutely delicious. I would order that again. Wife had a boneless wing combo which she said was pretty good. Her flavor hack involved dipping the wings in ranch and the garlic sauce used for my sandwich. She said it was delicious. I dipped the fries in the extra sauce, that was pretty good too. I will be back but will order something with a little more value.

The 2 for $6 specials they have right now are great! I like their fish sandwich this time of year. They also have 'happy hour' specials on add ons like fries and drinks!

Arby's is not the restaurant it use to be. Fries are rock hard and cold. Bread not fresh. Meat had a soso taste. Arby's sauce was good.

I was disappointed with the food that I ordered at this location. I have only eaten this once and I am not convinced that this location is that great. The texture of the food was not satisfying and I must say the customer service is not the best either.

I love their roast beef sandwich. My roommate was expecting a little more considering the price. Used the drive thru and it was quick.

Not bad, fish we're dry for sitting on d hot lights, a teenager spilled a large drink in a heavy traffic area which remained there with people walking almost on it. After 10-15 minutes the spill was mopped up.

The food was ok. I had the hushpuppy breaded fried fish strips served with crinkle fries. I honestly didn't think it was anything special. I believe there are places that make it better.

Took over 20 minutes to get food. Also EXTREMELY expensive. I ordered a bacon chicken combo and hubby ordered the Philly cheese steak combo. Won't go back. I'll go to a good steak house for that kind of money.

I like the food here, but it's a little on the pricey side compared to other fast food restaurants around here. So I had a coupon. Decided to go inside for the first time. The dining area was dirty. Not swept up which was suprising as there was 4 employees working at this tiny place. I got the food to go and they didnt provide any napkins or condiments. So you have to ask for everything I guess. Honestly I like this place and expected much more.

Not busy when I went. Let them know they were out of ketchup n napkins. Nothing was done. The dining area NEEDED cleaning n sweeping. I've been here other times n everything is fine. No initiative is what I saw. 😕😦

For an over $10 combo meal, you wouldn't think they'd skimp on the fries. They did. No sauce included in the bags. Nice, young man helped me, but he could've offered sauces.

I visited the Arby's in Harlingen TX. I wanted a quick bite before heading back to McAllen TX. I ordered the French dip combo and a Gyro on the side. I like that Arby's is trying to offer sandwiches that are popular, using their own touch on them. The French dip was done right, the broth worked well, adding horsey sauce kicked up. The Gyro I liked, needed a little more essence in the sauce, but this too was done right. My fries were cold not even warm, I ate them anyways. I give them a modest thumbs up. It seemed like both sandwiches were one step or one ingredient away from being really good.

Ordered 3 of the new Ribeye sandwiches, let me help you save your money. While I don't expect the product to replicate the ads, I would like at the very least a reasonable amount of flavor. Riddled with grease or butter, could not taste anything else. No complaints about the Gyros, classic Roast beef, Beef and Cheddar, French dips, or curly fries. Bar non they have that down packed. The Ribeye sandwich way over priced for two onion rings masked with the grease/ butter taste.

Didn't live up to the hype. The special was small, over priced and not a lot of taste. There happy hour is the better value if you can make those hours.

Ordered fish....looked appealing,however the actual meal was anything but. Fish tasted like it had been fried the day before. I am a huge fan of Arby's, but this was a bad meal.

Got the fish sandwiches and they were fine. But the large order of curly fries hardly had any inside the fry carton. I expected more inside being a large size.

Very plain Jane...service at counter was good. There were nats the size of flies in and around the self serve fountain drinks...gross! No Arby's near us. Having the Meats! isn't going to help this place.

This review is of this particular Harlingen Ed Carey site only. I love one of the sandwhiches from Arby's so I continue to go there, although their service is atrocious. They very rarely get my order right. One time I drove all the way back from home because they completely left my sandwich out of the bag. They recognized me and replaced the missing sandwhich, but with not a single word of apology or politeness. So now I always check my bags before I leave the parking lot. These are the things they have left out, since the sandwhich. Dipping sauce, twice; bacon off of a bacon turkey sandwhich 3 times, 4 orders of fries, 2 orders of onion rings, often they give you a small order when you have requested and paid for a large, so be sure to check your order. My husband is so disgusted he won't even go there for me anymore. After reading my own review I guess I will have to swear them off too. I love that sandwhich, but I don't hate myself that much.

Ordered a Ruben but ended up with a corn beef sandwich. There was all the dipencer s for the sauses were empty. Had to clean our own table before we could eat and the whole restaurant was filthy. And the staff was too busy talking to do their job.

They got my order wrong! It was so simple and it wasn't busy. Asked for my money back I didn't want to have them remake it. Had to wait for the GM to approve it. I have to wait a few days to get my money back.... really?!

Roast beef sandwich was an expensive baloney sandwich. Arbys used to have a great sandwich but no more. I can't believe they have gone down hill to this extent. Wasn't enough meat to cover the bottom bun.

Went and ordered their 15 dollar burger was not good,not worth the price, the burger was small hardly any meat no flavor. Disliked it. I don't visit often but very disappointed at how much we payed for the meal and it was not good at all.

Will not eat at this nasty place again. ARBY'S was not busy many tables were left dirty. Told the ast. Manager. She said understaffed. I told here what's wrong with you cleaning tables. She came out with one rag and whipped down several tables. Never using any kind of cleaning spray or rinsing out rag. This is nether healthy or sanitary. If this is how they jeep dining room clean you have to wonder how the rest of the place I s cleaned.

Got the number 12 might as well have made the sandwich at home .It was super simple and not worth the money. I have been waiting a year for this store to open. As I understand it, the local mayor has been fighting them and not issuing permits, preventing them from moving along. But finally they are here after such a long wait. So I stopped by tonight, pulled in the drive through and a girl said welcome to Arby's, how can I help you? Me: I'll take a number six. Her: just a moment please. I wait a couple minutes then a man says I'm sorry, what did you need sir? Me: i'll take a number six. Him: I'm sorry, we are closed. Your store hours and the people you are serving currently say you very much arent, and if you were, then why didnt you lead with that instead of wasting my time. Half the items on the menu had a sticker saying out of stock. I stayed for a minute to see a few other people turned away, one of which seemed so frustrated he sped off and his car hopped over the curb. This first impression is a train wreck and I really hope you hire some more competent staff soon. You had plenty of time to get ready, should have been prepared.

I used to visit Arby's in Wisconsin all the time and everything was always great. Visited the Harlingen location and the service was bad, I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes, finally got my food and asked for buttermilk which they said they didn't carry so I asked for ranch and ketchup and the girl gave 1 ranch and 1 ketchup 🤣🤣🤣 I hate it when they act as if they take it out of their pay check. First and last time going there specially considering that I lost 25 minutes out of my 1 hour lunch just waiting.

We drove thru the drive through and ordered, drove away, then noticed we were short a sandwich. We went back, my husband took the bag in and explained. We were not charged for 1 sandwich, se reordered it. And they gave us the sandwich for free. Again driving away, I opened the bag and noticed that the sandwich ordered fot6the 2nd time was still not right! We just drove away! And unfortunately this was not the first time this happened. I did a previous review on this place saying I would never go back a third time. My hubby wanted a sandwich and my son fries. I ordered a beef n’ cheddar with curly fries and a cheddar cup and strawberry lemonade. I then ordered an extra fry with cheddar. When I began driving away the lady said $32. For what??? I got to the window, asked her to read the order again she said 5 fries!! Were those the missing fries I’d previously paid for and never received? I’m made to pay for them twice now? So I told her my order again. A guy came from the back to say, “Hi Ma”am” . He was adamant about speaking. I don’t know him. So I took my food, with only two orders of fries and drove away. I threw the food away when I got home because that interaction felt uneasy. Truly never again. And this time I mean it.

I tried to order this meal yesterday and was told this wasn't available. The $6.99 special was for 2 sandwiches ONLY... needed to buy the fries and drink separately.; Not sure why the management/employees were not aware of this advertisement.

The food was horrible. N the cleanliness needed attention. The one taking the order wore the gloves to receive the money n then handle the food with the same one. Never changing it. Windows were dirty and door to enter the restaurant would not close. Would not recommend this place at all.

They skimp the portion servings, I usually enjoy Arbys, I lived in Austin and would regularly go but they really do serve less than the standard and I will not support this location any further… 3/4 visits I’ve have had this same experience. Not worth the hassle. Go to any Arbys and then visit this one and you’ll be disappointed just the same.

If I could rate no stars, I would. I drove up to Arby's and was excited because we don't have an Arby's in my town. I asked for a moment to look at the menu and the cashier informed to order when ready. I said, hello, I'm ready, and never got a response back. I said hello multiple times and even waited, and no response. My guess is since they were so empty, they decided they didn't want to work so they didn't respond so I drove away. It's OK, I went to Jason's deli across the way. I get it, you don't want to work. That's fine. But when you are literally DEAD. 🤦‍♀️ oh well. I guess that's what we are used to down here. Don't waste your time coming to Arby's. They don't want your money. 🤷‍♀️
