Check you bill carefully at this Logan's location. They overcharged us by 5 beers and now the manager hasn't been able to investigate in 2 days and provide resolution!

It took 3 times to get my husbands steak cooked correctly. They also tried to sell him a 12 oz for a 16 oz steak. Then when we left. Charged us full price for everything. Awful! Won’t be back!

I enjoyed the trout over cheesy rice. And the sweet potato had a nice cinnamon glaze. The shrimp, while flavorful, was somewhat spongy. The complimentary hot buns and butter that was served while we waited for our food was a nice touch. The garden salad side came out pretty fast and was good, as was the balsamic dressing. They had club soda which I was happy about although a little pricey ($3.29) for a small 10 oz bottle. They did not have many of the on-tap beers that were listed on the menu. Also they were out of prime rib, something that is heavily advertised as their best dish, and an ongoing special for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sunday nights; and since this was early Saturday night, I was surprised and disappointed that they didn’t have it. The steak I did order, “The Logan” sirloin was very difficult to cut through and hard to chew. The sides I chose were adequate - a baked potato and green beans. The server was not that friendly, especially when they recognized that we were not really enjoying the food, and from then on they avoided any interaction, rather than finding out why we might be dissatisfied. All in all, I expected much better, having usually gone to the big competition; but anyway I left with a full belly, and about $60 lighter (for two).

The service was great, and so was our appetizer. I had the pork chops which were maybe over cooked, tough and dry. The atmosphere was alright, felt empty for a Friday night. It also took a little long to get out entrees for a night that wasn't busy.

This location has some very serious problems. Service was good (staff is friendly) but the restrooms are clearly not maintained properly (they were only about 20% capacity and pre-dinner hour yet no paper towels in either dispenser and the sink with both spigots fully opened just trickles water out so hard to hand wash efficiently). I ordered a medium rare 12 oz ribeye for $24 which came out with hardly any pink in it at all which was horribly disappointing. I brought both of these issues up with the manager when he came by to ask if everything was okay and he seemed friendly and looked like he was going to immediately start trying to address my concerns (which was comforting). Hope they can make some improvements here.

Visited for dinner while in town for work. The rolls were delicious as usual, however that was where the goodness ended. I could only eat half my dish before giving up. The service was from Tammy was excellent! Top notch attitude and hard worker!

The food was good. The wait time of over an hour was not. Neither was our waitress who despite the “omg I’m late for work..bun up with half my dark red hair falling off my bun” look she so messily had, was also nowhere near our table. She was , however, laughing and talking with the bartender INSIDE the bar as if..my family and I weren’t there. For an hour. Waiting. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Another waitress must of seen us and asked if she could help. We were most definitely NOT rude btw. Being a waitress in the past myself, I know when it’s ok to chit chat and when it’s grind time. We went at 5:03. It was 5:46 and our food was nowhere in sight. Luckily our bucket of peanuts kept three children under 12 entertained 😅 🤦🏼‍♀️ Anywho, as much as this place is close to us, we will probably take our business to the “other” peanut restaurant... simply for the service.

I’m very disappointed in the service we received tonight. When ordering we felt very rushed. We did order an appetizer, chips & queso, it was okay. The chips were very seasoned/salty. As soon as our appetizer was dropped off we were asked again if we were ready to order. We ordered our food and while waiting for our entree we weren’t checked on. My husband had to wait for a refill and we still had not received our rolls. In regards to the rolls we gave the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they gave them once the food arrives. However once we received our food that was not the case and we actually had to request the dinner rolls. Our entrees themselves were decent; 6oz sirloin & all american burger. Close to the end of our meal we requested a second basket and never received it. When checking out we asked our waitress if we could have a basket to go (since we never got our second basket) she said she would have to charge us for the to go box of rolls. Save your money and go to Texas Roadhouse the rolls are unlimited and rolls to go are FREE.

Came here to lunch with my wife and sister in law and the experience was awful. From the unfriendly hostess to the unattentive server the experience was less than subpar. The food was decent but there's another steakhouse that is in my opinion far superior in all the faults this restaurant has. The environment was unwelcoming and as soon as we walked in and saw the hostess not acknowledge us was probably a sign to just walk back out.

Stay away! Went here with my family to get a good meal. Waitress was doing fine and got our drinks and appetizers. Then she didn’t come back to our table. We didn’t get no drink refills and when our food came out, it was the wrong order. Waitress claimed it was due to items being in wrong order but order was not fulfilled. One of our items had to be sent back due to not being the right order. Yeah, be careful when you come to this location and be sure you check on your order.
