Outstanding service, steak was perfect soft and juicy. Had some broccoli and sweet potato.

Our waitress was great. We had 4 different meals and they were all good. We had, steak, country style steak and coconut shrimp, 15 by the way. We will return.

I haven't eaten at Logan's in over 10 years only because my last experience there wasn't the best. I was pleasantly surprised that the food quality was back up to par. We were greeted and seated quickly and our server was awesome he had several tables including a large group and was still on top of everything with us and all his tables. I was a little sad to see that the whole bucket of peanuts and tossing the shells on the floor has been done away with, but 20 year old me was a little jealous at how lucky the hostesses are to not have to sweep at the end of their shifts. Definitely will return again

Like every Logan's Roadhouse I've ever been to... Big steaks grilled to perfection, fries and broccoli were generous portions. Service was excellent, we were always offered a refill before our drinks ran empty. I highly recommend this place for anyone with a serious case of the munchies ^__^

We went on a Thursday evening for dinner. There was no waiting, there was plenty of parking. Not sure if she was a supervisor or manager, but she saw we were looking at the screens, so she cane over and asked if there was a game we wanted to see. She switched the channel for us to see the football game. Our food came out fast and our waitress never left our glasses empty. Great service. That's why we keep going back.

Visited Logan’s Roadhouse today with my family for lunch, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I ordered the All-American Burger, it was so juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. My friend had a steak that was equally impressive, tender, well-seasoned, and grilled just right. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with that signature roadhouse charm that makes you feel right at home. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.

I took my wife and our 4 kids under 6 for an early Saturday dinner and we had a great time. We were seated at a large round table, booster seats and high chairs were provided when we were seated. The food was hot but not too hot and served rather quickly. Chicken finger 3 piece meal for the kids and their signature burger for myself. It said bacon, lettuce and onions but I didn’t realize it came with tomato and mushrooms also, but it was delicious. Thanks Anika for the great service! We will be back!

Service was just ok. We were greeted, but not with enthusiasm. Our server was friendly and helpful. She did seem to disappear a couple times, but she was still nice. We got the artichoke dip for the appetizer. I was good, but seemed to be missing some flavor. The chips were fresh, but something was off with the flavor there also. The bread was somewhat undercooked. My steak came out medium well instead of medium rare. The server did offer to take it back, but I felt bad wasting perfectly good food if it was edible. Sweet tea was a little too sweet for my husband. Everything else in the experience was great. I don’t go here often, but they seemed to ONLY play new country. Although I enjoy the genre, they might want to mix it up a bit or mix up the country genres a bit. Not sure what their theme is though. But the music was killing me by the end of the dinner.

Good deals if you go at the right times. Good bread, fried pickles, and variety. The salmon was surprisingly really really good when I had it.

I always have a good experience at the Harlingen Logan’s. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Harlingen in 2014 and haven’t had many complaints. My go-to is the salmon with veggies and mashed potatoes, and sometimes their classic mac and cheese. They’ve always been good, but the quality of service and food consistency has improved considerably over the past year. Another plus: they’re always less crowded and quieter than a similar establishment a few miles away. That place packs cuatomers in like they’re sardines. Logan’s always seems brighter and roomier.

The food was delicious. Our service was good but towards the end to pay out bill. Our waitress left and we had to wait over an hour just to finally get out bill situated.

So the food is fantastic. The restrooms are pretty old and dirty. The service was slow and not rude but also not nice. I had the shrimp and salmon over mashed potatoes with corn and green beans. It was so delicious. My daughter had the chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. It took a while to come out, but she was happy when she ate it.

Oh buddy, you're gonna need a few friends so round them up and hang out at logans, good cold beer and better steak, dont ask for rare, medium will get u medium rare. 22 oz beers off tap 5 dollars .

9/25/2021 Update: I came back to visit. I ordered the Logan's steak again way better Juicy and done like I wanted, medium. They had a new spinach sauce that you can add. Customer service is still good. The only thing I have an issue is: Where are the peanuts?? Why did they take them away? Bring them back! Customer service is excellent. I ordered the Logan's steak. I ordered it medium well It was too dry and lacked seasoning. My nephew ordered it medium and it was better but still needed seasoning. My sister ordered the Mesquite Smokin wings and were very good. Also ordered the mozzarella sticks and they were well seasoned and perfectly fried. I would recommend them to add seasoning to the steak.

Food was good. Staff was very good. I was sat down right away. I ordered the 12 Oz New York. I was cooked perfectly. My sides were great and I ate them first. Macaroni and some fries. Dinning was casual not as many people as I would have liked to have seen dinning here, probably why the service was so good. Never got a table touch by the manager but plenty of servers checked on me.

The food was good. The bread was excellent. The service needs some improvements. The girl was new, ok. That's no excuse for the service to be disorganized. Two different girls took our order and it caused that I got my salad after my dinner was served. My sister got her salad before her dinner. Our dinner was taken to another table before it came to our table. Don't know if I go back to this restaurant.

The food was great, when we finally got it. We had a new server and not sure what happened but it took us ( a party of two) over a hour for our food. But she will learn as the days go by but we will not be back. And who ask if you want a cup of ice for your beer 🍺? 🤷‍♂️

We've dined here on any occasion, today being temps in the 30's there was only 4 tables occupied. Our server never came back to check on us to see if our food was ok or if we needed refills on drinks. The smashed potatoes were very cold but the salmon that sat on top was hot. Our cokes were flat. The server never stopped by until we were done eating only to give us the bill and ask us if we wanted desert. The bar tender was running and jumping around singing and yelling out random things. This place is usually awesome but lunch hour today was not a good experience 1/21/25. Stick with the busy supper time better service and food.

We come here a lot because it's close by and the food is good but lately we've have some bad luck with the service. The staff has been polite and kind every time. However, two visits ago, we had our order given to another table and then the waitress forgot to enter the order the last time we were there. Again, they did everything to make the situation right but... I hope it was just a coincidence. Twice in a row is disconcerting. We love the food and the atmosphere, but they need to knock the service up just a notch or two.

I enjoyed the trout over cheesy rice. And the sweet potato had a nice cinnamon glaze. The shrimp, while flavorful, was somewhat spongy. The complimentary hot buns and butter that was served while we waited for our food was a nice touch. The garden salad side came out pretty fast and was good, as was the balsamic dressing. They had club soda which I was happy about although a little pricey ($3.29) for a small 10 oz bottle. They did not have many of the on-tap beers that were listed on the menu. Also they were out of prime rib, something that is heavily advertised as their best dish, and an ongoing special for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sunday nights; and since this was early Saturday night, I was surprised and disappointed that they didn’t have it. The steak I did order, “The Logan” sirloin was very difficult to cut through and hard to chew. The sides I chose were adequate - a baked potato and green beans. The server was not that friendly, especially when they recognized that we were not really enjoying the food, and from then on they avoided any interaction, rather than finding out why we might be dissatisfied. All in all, I expected much better, having usually gone to the big competition; but anyway I left with a full belly, and about $60 lighter (for two).

I chose this restaurant for a nice birthday dinner. I was looking forward to a steak dinner and drinks. We went on a Saturday evening around 6:00 and it was not very busy. We were seated right away and waited a few minutes for our server to greet us. She was not very friendly: no smiling or suggestions for drinks. We ordered drinks and waited 10 minutes for them to be delivered to our table. I saw the drinks at the bar for a few minutes and asked another server if those were our drinks. Finally our server delivered the drinks. We decided to just order an appetizer to go with our drinks and leave. Very disappointed with the service and atmosphere. Several employees were sitting at an empty booth and did not seem interested in the customer experience. We left and went to Texas Roadhouse which was super busy but still provided amazing service with noticeable teamwork.

We haven’t been to this location in a few years and this most recent visit reminded us why. As soon as you enter you are not greeted but stared at blankly by both staff & management. The food was bland, my husband had the roadies (3 sliders dinner) and if we wanted dinner rolls with meat and cheese we would have ordered a kids meal. There was no presentation, no accompaniments, just meat & cheese. The salmon was dry. The waiter did not check on us to make sure our food came out okay, not once. We hate to give some place another chance then find out that it seems to have gotten even worse. You could FEEL the mediocrity and once the food hits your mouth it’s just more confirmation that you should not eat here. Don’t waste your time. Message to management: LEAD BY EXAMPLE. The fact you didn’t even greet us or make a host greet us when we walked in was insane (gentleman working night of 11/09 wearing eyeglasses). You literally stared right at us then kept talking to your host.

I ordered mushrooms and didn't even get a decent portion. As you can see from the 2nd picture, it was a few pieces of mushrooms and a couple bits of chicken. Clearly not what I ordered. For my main dish, I got the teriyaki glazed chicken. As you can see in the 1st picture, it looked ok but looks can be deceiving. I should of specified for the chicken to be fully cooked. I got sick upon leaving. Will not be returning to this Logan's anytime in the future.

I'm only give the food a 2 star rating because the sides were good. The steaks and salmon were the worst we've ever eaten. The steak was overcooked, and had an artificial texture to it. The salmon was okay BUT the seasoning made it almost inedible. I literally cut the very top of the fish off to make it palatable. The manager took our feedback and was very understanding but until they change food suppliers I won't be eating here again.

This location has some very serious problems. Service was good (staff is friendly) but the restrooms are clearly not maintained properly (they were only about 20% capacity and pre-dinner hour yet no paper towels in either dispenser and the sink with both spigots fully opened just trickles water out so hard to hand wash efficiently). I ordered a medium rare 12 oz ribeye for $24 which came out with hardly any pink in it at all which was horribly disappointing. I brought both of these issues up with the manager when he came by to ask if everything was okay and he seemed friendly and looked like he was going to immediately start trying to address my concerns (which was comforting). Hope they can make some improvements here.

I’m giving 1 star because to begin with our server (Alyssa) took our order for our drinks and after we respond she just walks away and doesn’t say one word and we weren’t even done ordering our drinks. Then it takes about 35 minutes for us to get our food. I’d understand if it was busy and midday but it was dead and at 8 pm. Then when we get our food my husbands was basically all fat and barely any pork. And our server only attended us one time during the whole hour we were there and after we pay she hands us the receipt and doesn’t exchange any “thank you” or “have a good night”. Over all worst experience.

This place was disgusting. Went there for the first time , I ordered a ribeye and salad and loaded baked potato , and someone else got a 6oz with mashed potatoes. Both the steaks looked grey . I asked for medium and for it medium well but just wanted to eat so i tried a first taste of the steak and it was not good so I oddly added salt and pepper, and that was a red flag cause I never do that .. but I couldn’t fake liking this meat so I asked the lady if they could take it back . She happily did and I asked for just a plain burger patty instead . I was full off all my sides and bread by the time that was ready , but I did take a bite on the way home and even the patty tasted like frozen cafeteria food . DONT GO HERE

Bought the filet (medium rare) and shrimp to go. I had to ask for plastic ware. Got a well done steak and in addition to the plastic ware they would have forgot if I didn't ask, I also didn't get ketchup for my French fries. Shrimp is good though, sweet tea needs work. Wouldn't come back.

The rolls were half cooked, Service just too slow in taking our order to bringing the food, to bringing a refill. The steak was ordered medium, and came more than medium well. The rice was cold. And were still waiting for our ticket. We’ve been done for 20 min.

We went on a Tuesday evening and were seated but the bench was full of butter which I luckily got on my hands before I sat down. So it wasn’t cleaned up properly. The real issue though was that we decided to leave after 20-25 minutes because no one even came by. We never got any drinks offered or anything. I can imagine that experiences vary there, but ours I can only base on service and not the food. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

I had an almost $100 delivery from here and it was terrible. The “glaze”that came with the cinnamon rolls I honestly thought was milk because it had the consistency thinner than milk. When I called and sat on hold for 18 minutes for a simple question of what the milk (now I know supposed to be glaze) was for the manager seemed to have complete disregard for the issue and I didn’t even get to the other issue that my steak was well done (supposed to be medium rare) before I told him I won’t be ever coming back or ordering from again and don’t worry about it. He didn’t even offer a solution and acted as if my phone call was such a bother when they left me on hold for 18 minutes. I used to waitress and understand things happen but the customer service response was unacceptable and poor at best. Steer clear of this place.

I’m very disappointed in the service we received tonight. When ordering we felt very rushed. We did order an appetizer, chips & queso, it was okay. The chips were very seasoned/salty. As soon as our appetizer was dropped off we were asked again if we were ready to order. We ordered our food and while waiting for our entree we weren’t checked on. My husband had to wait for a refill and we still had not received our rolls. In regards to the rolls we gave the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they gave them once the food arrives. However once we received our food that was not the case and we actually had to request the dinner rolls. Our entrees themselves were decent; 6oz sirloin & all american burger. Close to the end of our meal we requested a second basket and never received it. When checking out we asked our waitress if we could have a basket to go (since we never got our second basket) she said she would have to charge us for the to go box of rolls. Save your money and go to Texas Roadhouse the rolls are unlimited and rolls to go are FREE.

Came here to lunch with my wife and sister in law and the experience was awful. From the unfriendly hostess to the unattentive server the experience was less than subpar. The food was decent but there's another steakhouse that is in my opinion far superior in all the faults this restaurant has. The environment was unwelcoming and as soon as we walked in and saw the hostess not acknowledge us was probably a sign to just walk back out.

Stay away! Went here with my family to get a good meal. Waitress was doing fine and got our drinks and appetizers. Then she didn’t come back to our table. We didn’t get no drink refills and when our food came out, it was the wrong order. Waitress claimed it was due to items being in wrong order but order was not fulfilled. One of our items had to be sent back due to not being the right order. Yeah, be careful when you come to this location and be sure you check on your order.
