It was a little packed, but my party of 10 did not have to wait. Excellent customer service. Our waiter was extremely friendly. Food was amazing and tasted great. I ordered a 10 oz. Steak (medium rare) it had a cool pink center and was extremely juicy. I highly recommend ordering their awesome petals, normally I don't like onions, but these were extremely tasty, sweet, and juicy. Their chips and salsa are very addicting as well! Highly recommend!

We decided to sit at the bar for lunch. There was great music playing and a crying baby...but the bartender quickly offered the child some cherries, and the fit was over. We ordered the 2 for $25, a Blue Margarita and Free Chips and Salsa! Lots of food, but we don't do this often. The drinks were kept filled and we left with full tummies.

The place was clean and family-friendly. Our waitress was kind and attentive. We ordered the “Three for Me” deal, which included chips and salsa, a drink, and the Old Timer Burger with fries for $12.99! The food came out hot and delicious — the fries were perfectly crispy, and the burger was juicy and flavorful. I ordered sweet tea, which was not too sweet like other places, and my partner had the lemonade, which was very sweet, so he ended up watering it down. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be going back! 😊 you can also never go wrong with their chips and salsa.

Stopping by while in town, we stopped in with a large party. Our food server, Josh was very attentive, made sure our drinks were filled and promptly brought out our extra requests. Always a wonderful experience when visiting this establishment. Gotta say we love the choice of free chips 'n salsa or free fountain drink almost every time with rewards program membership. They offer some of the best burgers in town with the thickest, juiciest patties around. Their "3 for Me" deal is an absolute bargain. I get the potato soup, soda, classic cheeseburger @$10.99 then order strawberry cheesecake for $3.99 more and worth every penny. Their cheesecake has a silky yet creamy texture to die for!! You'll thank me later, trust me. Bon Appétit!

Got seated in the bar area, did say I didn't mind seating there... they were crowded. Didn't take too long to get seated, maybe 5 mins. Took awhile for a waiter to see to us, I kept seeing a waiter pass by several times, he checked up on tables that already had food, even cleaned an empty table. Finally after like 10mins, he came to greet us & take our drink order. We ordered quickly after he got our drinks, so that wouldn't take too long. After that he was more attentive though, even got refills in a timely manner. Food was good & he did give us free chips & salsa, so that was nice.

Their wings are delicious both bone in and boneless. I did step out of my comfort zone and ordered chicken fried steak. It was very delicious! Oh and their cheese cake is amazing!!😋

The service here is typically good, but a little hurried. The food has been good. I typically get the Margarita Grilled Chicken for a healthy alternative. The kids meals could use a reboot. The price does include a drink. The bathrooms are small and often need attention. There is a large bar area in which sports are usually shown on tv. Dont park under the trees in the evening. Black birds habitually roost there and will be using your car for target practice.

The place was busy as is expected for a Sunday. I ordered the old fashioned burger and it was good. I usually order it, and the Santa Fe chicken salad. Service was a bit slow after receiving my drink. I had to remind another waitress to alert the waitress waiting on me that I was ready. The atmosphere was also good and not too loud.

We stopped here coming back from the beach . They did a excellent job on the food and service was on point.

I just can’t give a Chili’s five stars, but this one is by far the best one I have ever been to. The speed at which they get you your food is amazing. It was packed and it took 5 minutes for my appetizer, and 5 minutes for my entree, no lie. Eli was the only person behind a packed bar and did the work of 3 people, without missing a beat. He makes coming to this chain restaurant worth the trip when you want to just get in, have some food and a drink, then get out.

Burgers are usually good, lunch sandwiches and soups are good and nicely priced. Their teas are very fake tasting. Service ranges from great to very slow. Most appetizers are good.

I tried the cajan chicken, it was very good but temperature wise not like it came right off the stove hot. We had the boneless chicken wings and they were perfect. The flavor was just right. The restaurant was pretty clean along with the men's room. Buy the way our server JoJo was a very good server.

Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger 9/10 and my sister got the Cajun pasta 8.5/10. The burger was juicy, packed with flavor, fries were delicious and cooked fresh. Pasta was pretty good, it was soft, creamy, flavorful. The bread it came with was overly toasted and cold. The atmosphere was enjoyable, the service was friendly and extremely quick, waited about 10 minutes before our food came in, drinks came in like 2 minutes after ordering it so that was nice. Will be coming back

The food was good as usual. I think it's time to change the menu. Maybe add new variety of dishes. The mixed drink was great. Our waitress was not good at all. Sorry to say, but I don't know if she worked all day and was exhausted or something else on her mind. She rarely came to our table. We asked her coworkers to ask her to come over twice. Just left Chilis and had the worst wait staff experience ever which is very unusual with my previous experience. When we arrived and were seated at table 23 tonight 10/13/24. I won’t mention the waitress name here. It took her awhile to even come and get our drink order and when she did she was like in a rush wouldn’t let us finish ordering when she started walking off and we had to call her back. When we finally placed order someone else brought us or meal and never came back to see how order came back. We waited sometime waiting for her to come by so we can ask for an extra plate and we had no napkins. During my dinning I also had to flag her down for a refill on my drink which she flew by and grab my glass and didn’t even check if my spouse needed a refill.she did have a favorite table that she attended to very well. she made numerous of trips to this table As I was paying she noticed that I was filling out the survey and came to our table to ask if there was a problem. Where I started to address my experience with her and I told her I’m sure your manager will discuss my survey with you and went on to say, Oh they never read those. She went on to say that she had been there all day and that she apologized for the experience. As we walked out she was at her favorite table AGAIN and I commented to her, there you are at your favorite table agin and she yelled at me in front of the other customers that she was giving them change. I sure hope the tipped her well. My reason for this review is just to ensure that someone knows about our experience today.

Food was amazing, my server was the best but the host Trinity made me hate my experience here. She completely ignored us, she was on her phone instead of greeting us and then wondered off to the back. Our server from the bar side sat us down and gave us the best service ever. Trinity should not be in the customer service industry.

The food and salsa are very good. I got a huge doble hamburger with fries, no seasoning or flavor at all. Hubby got the ancho salmon for $20 plus, very plain and sad looking. The boneless wings tasted good. This food plus an ice tea= $76. Service was attentive and sassy witch I like a lot. The ambiance is very calm and the temperature was perfect. I think for the price I can find something better, tastier and local.

Ordered the skillet trio for the first and last time, fajita shrimp chicken, with rice and beans, server tried to sub the beans for me but management wasn't having it, apparently those sides are complementary. My order arrived way after everyone else's, veggies were very hard instead of sauteed, double rice was very under cooked. Flour torts were rubber. Fajitas were good, shrimp and chicken was ok. The meal value was definitely not there... November 2022 visit. Wasn't bad. I tried something different. Ordered a kids meal with a side of mash. Wasn't too hungry and it turned out to be perfect. Wife had the usual ( crispers with street corn) Daughter in law had a steak, mash and street corn. Not a bad visit------- 1-28-2024 visit. Stopped in for a quick bite, service was just alright.....no real issues and we had a good meal.. Be back when the cravings hit

Went to Chili’s today for my hubby’s birthday. We sat at the bar as usual, the drink dispenser fell on the floor where it stayed for a good 5 min. When the bartender returned he simply pick it up and put it back where it belongs. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable!

Got a takeout I have gotten several times before and it's always been great. This time the salmon was dry and overcooked, the asparagus was overcooked, and the street corn was old and mushy. Everything tasted like it was leftover and reheated. Disgusting!

Honeslty this is the second time I have gotten bad service. I don't know what comes to mind when it comes to customer service. But I don't project my bad day onto my customer. I understand people have bad days but don't have that attitude at work. I come to eat here with my family and I honeslty don't need the attitude of a child at the table.

This is my first time eating at the Chili's located in Harlingen and I have to say I won't be returning. My family and I waited close to an hour to get our food and when we finally did get it the food was cold. There were people that got there after us that got the food way before us. Our waitress seemed to care more about wishing people Happy Birthday then about making sure the orders were out to avoid upset customers. Several people that had been sitting at tables walked out due to the fact that they were taking forever to bring out there food.

Ordered a triple dipper through Doordarsh, bag was sealed and when I opened a half filled blue cheese dipping cup, the chunk inside wasn't blue cheese but a peice of fried breading. Same for a second dip cup..this wasn't the same type of breading that is used for the boneless wings. Either way how does a peice of breading fall into the dip? Somebody ladles the bluecheese into the cup so either the peices of breading were in the main container, or it happened during the transfer. I'm hoping these weren't collected off a table of another customer.

An absolute mockery of fine dining and a total disgrace in terms of both quality and pricing. Ordered the 2 person dinner for 25.00 and was queued for carry out. Wait time was 20 minutes and the food was served colder and stiffer than anything a human should safely consume. The food was completely SOAKED in oil and made me worry whether I needed mineral rights to eat something with so much oil in it!! The pasta was an absolute disappointment and the chicken as well as the fried were completely lacking in flavor and texture. The Texas fries were soggy and the chicken was harder than my childhood in Mexico. The cheesecake straight up tastes like that soggy 15.00 slice of rancid cake at your corner Valero gas station. Overall all I rate it : Guatemalan Prison Food / 10 Avoid like the plague!!!!

Well, unfortunately this establishment has let our family down yet again. We tried to give this place a second chance and yet again, horrible experience. We got sat down Right away, but that was about it. Having about 4 to 5 servers just chewing the fat in the back, from what I could see, while we waited for a waiter or waitress to come take out drink order. We left after about 10 minutes. No waiter/ waitress ever came by. Corporate you need to get this store in check.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My family of four walked into Chili’s and there was no one waiting ahead of us. A waitress seated us at a large table, but we politely asked if we could wait for a booth so our 4-year-old son would be more comfortable. She looked around, saw that a booth was being cleared, and told us yes. However, instead of guiding us to the booth or asking us to wait nearby, she walked back to the front and joined a group of other waitresses. They stood there staring at my family with very unpleasant looks, and one of them was even shaking her head at us. It made us feel extremely uncomfortable and completely unwelcome. My son had been asking to go to Chili’s, so we were excited to take him, but the way we were treated made it clear we weren’t wanted there. No one came back to help us or acknowledge us, so we ended up leaving. It was disappointing and honestly upsetting, especially for a place that’s supposed to be family-friendly. We ended up going to Olive Garden instead, and honestly it was the best decision. The staff there were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable right away. The difference in service was night and day.

this has been by far the worst experience ive ever had with chilis and it happens to be everytime i come to this location. My family and friends of 5 came after church, as expected very busy but still waited. We were number one on the list and every family had came in after us and somehow got seated before us, not to mention i feel very upset with chilis for my opinion circling around racism. Once I got home and looked at my emailed invoice, I noticed our waiter had overcharged me on 2 of the 3 entrees. He was pretty slick about it. For both, he entered the correct item, but with a price of $0, then entered a 2nd item that went for a higher price. So, my bill had 5 entrees listed, 2 with a price of zero, and 2 we didn't order or receive, that had higher prices than the entrees we did order. Check your invoice before paying, and call your server out if it isn't correct.

The chicken crispers had way to much seasoning I couldn't even enjoy the food from how salty it was as well as the fries way to much seasoning. The burger was bland with very little taste as well as the fries being salty. The server was very good and attentive even tho she was busy with other tables. We will never come to Chilis Harlingen after tonight. There was a baby roach on one of our plates. Baby roach fell on the plate when a quesadilla was picked up. Disgusted! Manager acting surprised like he does not know there are roaches roaming around. He did not fool us. He offered us to take food home. No thanks we will never be back
