I tried the new stuffed crust pizza, and I really enjoyed it. Quality customer service, Jamal and crew were awesome!
It was clean Good attitude, Raza was in the house yall hit them up about time the hood got something good % different.

Food quality is great. Loving the fact I can come in here with my friends and actually sit down to enjoy our pizza. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a 3 is it's too dang quiet in there! No TV in the dining room or music playing. Aside from that, great location and friendly staff.
Always a great experience at this location and I appreciate the mature staff members who are polite and courteous. I would recommend that the pickup window, which I LOVE, be used for orders that are ready for pickup. Allowing customers to wait at the pickup window for orders not yet ready only delays pickup orders that are.

I asked for extra cheese and I think they read over that part. Hot Wings need to be cooked longer. They were soggy. Garlic knots were good. Service was excellent. I’ll give them another try in the future to see if they can improve their quality of cooking.

I did a drive-thru pickup and my order wasn’t ready on arrival, which was fine. However, when I received my pizza, the employee sneezed immediately before handing it to me and did not pause to sanitize or change handling. This made me uncomfortable from a food-safety perspective. I don’t think there was any ill intent, but better hygiene practices and awareness would go a long way. I hope management addresses this for future customers. Pizza was good and customer service was good.
I ordered a 4 topping pizza for pick up. The worker inside who helped was pleasant and stopped mopping to attend to me. She washed her hands to handle my pizza box which is appreciated. Considering they were just mopping the store smelled a little weird, like yeast. I know pizza uses yeast but there was no other smell, not of pepperoni or ham or sausage. I know it's something odd but it stood out to me. THE IMPORTANT PART: the pizza was bad. It was so dry. I asked for extra cheese and I almost feel like they misread it and subtracted cheese. There were a few slices where it was just sauce, meat, and veggies, which were falling off because there was no cheese. I usually have a lot of tolerance for pizza but this was just not good at all.

For one the guy that came up to the register, his hair looked like it had not been brushed for days, and my food took 25/30 mins just for cheese sticks ! They only had one guy doing it while the other to seem to not have a care in the world. On top of that the food looks and tasted awful!!!

Don’t go here, this is my second time giving them a chance and this isn’t even the crust I ordered but that wasn’t even the worst part! Please save your money and go somewhere, ANYWHERE ELSE!
This was my first experience and last, I will not be patronizing this location ever again! The pizza wasn’t hot when I recieved it and very greasy. Parmesan bread bites were hard and dry, I had to call several times, very unprofessional I was asked if I wanted a refund and the person I initially spoke to she didn’t do her job and I had to call back again which isn’t good customer service. the phone rings and rings and then you someone answers you are placed on hold forever.
I placed an order for the first time at this location. A total of 4 pizzas 2 wings 1 cinnamon bites. I received my order from the delivery driver in my hand. Once I grabbed my items I noticed that I was missing 1 box of pizza and 1 order of wings. I called right away spoke to Jamal the manger informed him of my issue. His statement was that he would contact his Driver to ask if items might have been left in the vehicle he would also check to see if the items might have been letf at the location. 10 minutes passed no call so I returned the call, Jamal stated that he did not see anything to check IF I misplaced the item. I told him I wouldn't make such a big deal about this if I Had the items. I paid for the items and got charged for something I did not receive. I asked if he could just make the the items missing I would go and pick them up or if I could get a refund. He said their was nothing he could do and hung up. I drove to the location met with Jamal to see if there was a way to have this issue resolved. Jamal's customer service was horrible. In fact when I called him on it jos response was " I make sure to do it with a smile next time " and walked off. Make sure you check your items because according to Jamal no mistakes are made at that location.
Please do something about the employee with the red hair piercing and nasty attitude. I’m picking up an order and ask to add a two liter and she has attitude with me for no reason.
Waited way too long at the window without ever being acknowledged from the workers, I had to literally knock on the window. There was a large employee I seen scratching his head with his gloves on while making pizza and he had a long ponytail with no hair net on. It was extremely offputting. Then when I paid it asked for a tip I chose “no tip” because there was no good service & the large man with long out of place hair no net on said “what the ….” The other employee proceeded to laugh. I would never go back there and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
Order places online took over an hour and all the food was cold. When I ask the driver to call the store to notify i was refusing to accept he took advantage that I'm handicap and just walked away. Worse service I have ever had.
Literally ordered a no contact delivery only for the driver to not drop my pizza off and bring it back to the store. Then waited 20 mins for them to tell me they don't have any drivers and I could come pick the pizza up. These guys suck.
First, They canceled my order after placing it for pickup due to it being another customer with the same name and phone number. Not buying that. Second, Every staff member didn’t even acknowledge me upon arrival. Instead they held conversations between themselves like nobody is at the register. Lastly, With them being fully staffed it shouldn’t be a reason that a customer waits at the register without any acknowledgment, and no urgency to fix the issue.
If you are pregnant and desperate for pizza, don’t bother ordering from these people. Almost 2 hours for delivery on a Wednesday evening. Just forget it and make your own!

Ordered a Parmesan stuffed crust pizza, well done - which is apparently code for 'so soft in the middle it's disgusting, leaving about 2/3 of the pizza inedible'. What will you do to make this right?
Staff clearly Is having problems management waited at the window almost 10 minutes I work for the city around the corner and order sometimes 3 times a week if im working 12s so sorry for your company to loose respect because of lack of respect no one wanted to give me the manager name but Bonita she said her name was didn't give the best service either after I was upset because of there employees are arguing while people are waiting at the window
