From the burgers to the potato salad, everything here tastes amazing. That alone would earn 5 stars, but the food somehow tastes even better knowing the crew behind the food is a group of some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I am a regular at this spot and think anyone who's looking to experience a piece of Houston should make sure to stop in

Had a couple Wit beers, some Root Beer Mead, and an Apple Duck Brandy sausage. Great stuff. Took one sausage home, the Duck and Foie Gras with Chef toppings. Holy cow, this one is even better. Like, stunningly... Pretty sure my first time going was about 10 years ago. Glad to see it's still a gem.

Great, chill outdoor hangout spot with plenty of drink and food options. Hemp drink options available as well. Ive been there a few times with buddies and they have yet to disappoint. Ask for the cookies if you get the chance.

Friendly staff, great food, its been awhile since i've been here and it was better than I remembered. the Lamb Dog with Moroccan spices was fantastic. Good potato salad that had a great texture and not watery. The restroom is a bit punkrock, but I just needed to wash my hands luckily.

Favorite outdoor, chill spot in Houston. Known for their wild game pretzel dogs, but also have great burgers and tacos. Great selection of beers. Also variety of activities and local functions throughout the week. Dog friendly!

Who the hell is back there making this food?! No seriously, the food is amazing, beer selection is amazing and always served cold. Great place to get a beer and a dog, day or night. Staff is amazing, they take care of their people always looking out. Love the music the staff plays as well. Some people seem to be disappointed there are no fries on the menu, but the food portions are large and delicious fries aren’t needed. But if you need the extra carbs in your life get the potato salad, it’s fantastic! I also recommend the wagyu dog with chef choice toppings, or the lamb oregano with chef choice toppings!

Absolutely loved this place! The service was excellent — super friendly and attentive. The food.. wow amazing. They put an untraditional spin on your classic hotdog, and it totally works. A lot of different selections of game meat options that you probably won’t find at other spots. The pimento cheese is the BEST I’ve ever had Everyone needs to give this place a try! Highly recommend if you’re looking for something familiar but with a fun, delicious twist!

I recently moved to the east downtown area and I have been trying out different places for food and drink. This is the place when I have a friend that comes into town, and they asked to have a great meal and a drink in a cool place. This is gonna be my number one go to. The food is absolutely incredible. Like words can’t even describe how good the food is. I wish I was poetic enough to be able to describe it, but I’m just not. You have to try it. Let your taste buds do the ratings. The beer is from Saint Arnold and local breweries but I just stick with Grand Prize. I had the “Chong” burger. It was steaming hot!!!! So delicious. Oh yeah, they are super dog friendly as well.

The food was okay. The overall vibe felt more geared toward a younger, hipster crowd. One major downside for me was that people were openly smoking weed throughout the area. I was there with my wife, and the secondhand smoke made us uncomfortable. Because of that, I don’t see myself coming back.

Haven't been to this place in over 8 years and pretty much it's still the same. Kitchen iffy and lackluster service. Ordered a specialty hot dog, the duck. Had no taste of apple Brandy like advertised. Bun tasted and felt stale and chewy. They also charged an extra 2 dollars to include the advertised toppings making the dog $10. At that point just change the pricing from $8 to $10. Only ate the dog minus bun so I went up to the bar and asked for the Chile cheese grilled cheese and ended up with a regular Kraft American cheese tasting grilled cheese. After taking a look it was just quadruple layer grilled cheese. 2 grilled grilled cheeses with a extra layer of cheese to glue them together. It was ok, not what I asked but ok non the less. Less than $50 without tip.
