04/12/21 @1950, the young lady took our order and she was real nice and genuine. When she handed us our food everything was fresh and our son finally got the right toy for a boy! Keep her and give her a raise🙋🏻♀️
It has been such a great experience being in here tonight. Dillon is awesome. So much positivity while training his team members. Praising them for doing all of the things right and anything that needs improved he shows them how to do it correctly and then shows his confidence in then to do it. Such a refreshing atmosphere.
I usually visit during the night time (11:00-2:00 am) after work. FANTASTIC food and always fresh. And they know how to take and MAKE and order, exactly the way you wanted it. I always have the order right and the night shift people are friendly and down to earth 👌🏻
Posting a review reluctantly as I never eat here but my young daughter loves it and I’ll cave a couple of times a month to bring her here. As far as McDonalds’ restaurants go, this one is great. They’re fast, friendly and the dining area stays pretty clean.
Gotta tell ya, McDonald's has made a comeback. Quarter pounder was very good and fries are second to none.

I stopped in to grab lunch and this young lady helped me I don’t remember her name but it started with a Q. She took my order, my app wasn’t working and got her manager to address the issue. She even brought me my food which I was surprised. I opened it and it was wrong which was my fault because I forgot to tell them to leave something off. She asked if I wanted them to remake it which I did she took it no problem. Even brought me the new burger and waited to ensure it was correct. That is phenomenal customer service I have never had at a McDonald’s.
Walked in to the front end, greeting us as we walked in. I had a flashback of the eighties. The service was fast, and even the body language was pleasant. They didn't look like they hated the job like most locations. Great team! Good customer service has been lost. I'm a marketer by trade, so I recognize the great job they are doing representing this location.
i always have only the best of service in the few years sence moving into Haslet. and there is only one consistent employee that has been a regular face i see the most..she told me her name but i forgot. i know you will agree and know whom i speak of . she always is radiant and bubbly and wears her signature bow in her neatly kept hair. she compliments this location in a way that make this store stand out. this one employee alone is the reason i recommend that you visit our haslet based mcdonald’s. the day you meet her you’ll know instantly whom i speak of.i absolutely adore her personality and professionalism representing her job.
McDonald's is pretty same where ever you go. I haven't been in one for probably 5 years. Everyone was friendly and helpful so you are doing good in my book
Felt like this mcdonalds is easily one of the best in the metroplex. Stopped in for a quick bite. Staff was polite, place was clean, they still got self serve drinks. Food was fresh.
Alyssa really brings this place to life. Very kind every time at the window. I've seen her go the extra mile for other partitions while waiting in line in the drive thru. That one person makes it worth going there. Thank you.

I wish I would have caught her name, but a young girl today helped an older that was non verbal and went above and beyond with helping her order. It was awesome to see and a reason why I will come to this McDonald's regularly.

I have eaten at this location in person and have ordered to this location via DoorDash. Boy experiences my food was hit, fresh and exactly as I ordered it! My dr. Peppered extra ice and I got the sauces that I requested. This location is so amazing! I love how friendly the staff are!!

My kid loves it and unfortunately we use this as a reward. Thank goodness I can choose a couple healthy options but McDonald's fries are always good. This place is always professional, clean and usually busy but it doesn't ever take forever to get our food.
This location takes longer than most others to fill your order. We go often and have had to correct the staff on pricing several times. It's fast food so you cannot expect too much. Kids love it, so we frequent it.
It took a few minutes for customer service to acknowledge me standing at the counter. I placed the order on kiosk.
The food here is amazing especially the food. The service here is good they are super nice! The atmosphere is a little to modern I think it need a little more color to it then it’ll be a full 5 stars

Going through the drive thru, I always get pulled up to park, when my food comes out 2 mins later anyway, and it's usually missing something that I have to go back in for, so I feel it's a bit rushed for SOS, but lacks the attention to getting orders correct. Curbside is awesome and quick... I rarely have issues there. Dine in area is always clean and organized by the drink station... workers are attentive and helpful.
Friendly staff and very fast. I enjoy using the kiosk to order. Its touch screen and user friendly. This McDonalds has electronic games for children. Download the app. This McDonalds has some great deals. The deals are different for each location. 2nd Visit: Ordered a #9 which comes with two cheeseburgers. I asked for "no cheese". Upon receiving the order one burger had cheese and the other did not. I removed the cheese myself. Removing 1 star.
Although the fries were hot, the kiosk machine wasn't working. There was no way for you to order a meal, you could only order the item. So we had to wait for someone to arrive at the front to order…
My job is mostly driving around making deliveries. Sometimes I have extra time therefore I choose to dine in rather than take it to go. Today I placed a mobile order for dine in prior to arriving. When I arrived, no one acknowledged my presence so I just stood there waiting. A couple minutes go by and the manger says “ you that mobile order” I just said yeah as I took my items in the brown bag versus a dine in tray. Overall not a bad experience however the manager was mainly focused on drive through times as I could over hear her expressing drive through times. I didn’t get a receipt either
It's as good as I expected from McDonalds. Nuggets overcooked and fries.... asked for well done. They were well done stale.
Use the mobile app and I'll see the drive through. It's a little fasthere aint enough to rush to decide what you want. You can decide before you go post your order. And then when you get there, it's ready for you waiting and also customize the food. You can add lettuce the extra onions and extra pickles to things that makes it taste a lot different and For a pro tip I take off the ketchup and I add mayo and it makes it taste a lot different a lot better.use Mayo instead of a mustard & KetchKatsupchup.
I orded the mccrispy meal and my wife the same. I customized mine but she didn't and the only thing she got was pickles, no sauce or mayo. She was not happy and then she tried drinking her coffee and it was full of coffee grounds. Unfortunately for me we still had another 300 miles to drive. Thanks Ronald

We ordered two (2) Deluxe Crispy Spicy Chicken Sandwiches combos. What we got was two Quarter Pounder cheeseburgers with Bacon. This was our first time at this location and unfamiliar with the dual lane drive thru’s. No one verified our order before taking our money nor giving us our order. I don’t like McDonald’s hamburgers, never have and never will.
The worst service of any mcdonald's i've been to trying to place an order at the drive-through Was. Ridiculous employees are too busy talking to each other. Having to listen to them while i'm waiting for them to take my order and had to keep repeating myself. Cause they were too busy laughing and giggling. Talking to each other, not listening. It was like dealing with sixth graders in school. Slowest service of any mcdonald's i've been to. That's pretty sad. All the McDonald's by my house are very official. Don't have to deal with any of that I don't recommend this one
Normally I love this mcdonalds but over the past month all of my orders keep being wrong or missing stuff. They have been busy understandably. However, I would rather wait an extra 5-10minutes and my order correct instead of getting my order in under 5minutes.
Food and service were great but once we sat down to eat, one of the staff members expressed a complaint to the manager regarding another staff member and then left and the remainder of our meal, the rest of the staff was trash talking. It was very unprofessional and highly uncomfortable to listen to McDonalds work place drama while I was trying to enjoy my meal with my family.
Hashbrown was cold in the middle Meal was given to us in stages; called up for our order but only 1/3 of order was ready... sandwiches got luke warm waiting for the rest of order. When speaking to the manager about it-she was cold and unbothered.
Went through drive thru today at 1pm and I forgot to add a large French Fry to my order so when I got to the window I asked the manager if I could add a large fry and he told me I needed to go back through the drive line. I thought he was joking because it was slow with only one car behind me but when I asked if he was serious, he re-confirmed that I would have to go back through drive thru to order a large French fry. 🤨☹️ Very disappointed at the service from the management at this location over a simple uncomplicated request.
I am a regular customer at this location. My family of 11 spends quite a bit of money at this location. Within the last few weeks I’ve received cold food or the wrong order. Today, I went through drive through and the fries were cold. When I came back to get fresh food their was unacceptable wait and then one of the staff people questioned the validity of my concern even though they had the food in their possession. The manager Alonso managed it terribly.
I went in today through the drive-through to order some breakfast after a long night of work, and the workers were completely rude and had attitude and very snappy, and when I asked for grape jelly, they were just being really rude, and shoved them into my hands. The girl who is taking my order seem like she didn’t know what she was doing and she was being really rude and snappy when I was telling her my order. I prefer to go to this one but if I have to drive 20 minutes to another one I will do you have better service.
Went through the drive through made my usual order as I attend this McDonald at least once a week. Usually pretty on top of their game. Today I did not receive my food for 15 mins as I waited in the extra service parking. I went inside to find the line cook by the name of Luis throwing my order back and forth with another employee. After I confronted him about it he continued by cursing me out in another language that he did not expect me to understand. As I'm sure this is an isolated occurrence. My lawyers will be pulling in touch regarding the service of food after exposure to unsanitary conditions. I.e. food being served off the floor. Remember LUIS you ware a name tag.
Every time I go through the drive-thru, I’m asked to pull up and park. When my food finally comes out, there’s usually something missing, and I have to go inside to get it. The worst part is, no one even bothers to apologize. It’s frustrating and disappointing—really wish their customer service was better.
Servers close out orders and then let food sit there for 20-30 minutes getting cold before they give it to you.
The main reason for me making this review is the management, I believe her name was Latica? I’m not sure I’m sorry if it’s misspelled. Everyone working the windows were great and super kind, I think there may have been someone new taking orders which is totally fine however she was getting a bit mixed up when taking our order. Once we got down to the window to pick up our food there was a mix up in sizes, which happens, however what is not okay is having whom seems to be the general manager running around speaking loudly so we could hear that WE switched it (very accusatorial over a simple and honest mix up). I worked in the food industry from 16-my mid twenties so I get it, there can be some cheap, rude and annoying customers however we were all smiles and “don’t worry about it’s!” sooooo why are you being rude. And even if you were going to, probably do it out of ear shot. Food would’ve gotten a higher score but we had to have someone head back to get us our honey mustard and by the time we drove away they forgot our straw… again everyone else was very kind especially the young man working the window, you deserve a raise.

Spent $40 and some change with my mobile order. Order 2 shareable orders that came with 20 pieces nuggets each and choose 6 sauces (3 each order) and McDonald's forgot to put the sauce, ketchup, and the 1 straw! Smh want spend my money here ever again. I use to love y'all too 😢 I'm done can't feed my grandkids unhappiness when things not what they asked for!

Drive thru person tried to shove a happy meal at me and say goodbye. 1.) It wasn't the correct Happy Meal 2.) There was a burger missing. They gave me the "burger" and of course they didn't listen when I told them it was mayo and cheese only on it. Avoid at all costs.
Whenever we drove up, the gentleman that answered on the drive-through did not sound like he likes his job and wasn’t very friendly whenever we got to the window also I ordered a hat, a couple happy meals and a double quarter pounder and a McChicken with only cheese and what I received was a quarter pounder missing in a tire patty and then the chicken that was supposed to be only cheese was filled to the brim with lettuce. To address the issue, I went inside, where I encountered Jasmine. Unfortunately, instead of receiving assistance, I was asked to pay for the incomplete order. I am a new resident of Texas from California. And I mist say that I love McDonald's fries. But my experience from California to here when it comes to fast food. Texas is the absolute worst I have ever had. Especially McDonald's.
If you want to pay double and not get what you ordered, come to this McDonalds! Not only will you be met with disdain for bothering to order food from this location, you will receive rushed and slopped together old cold food that you didn't even order. Order more than one item? You'll get to pull ahead to a window where the workers will totally forget about you! It's such a treat to take a 20 minute break from your busy day while they tend to everyone's order except yours, how thoughtful!
I highly suggest you guys do some staff training to pay attention to the Little details. I know you guys are trying to get cars quickly at lunch but when you move me to the side and forget napkins forget ketchup forget items on from the order that shows you guys are focusing highly on quantity over quality. Especially when I get home and realize I got the wrong Burger I'm not gonna sit there and open my Burger to inspect that all the toppings were added. It was bluntly a different person's order yet they threw it in my bag. I hope that training increases your skill set in the future to avoid this.
Failed to actually fill the ordered (missed the fries) one of the "managers" Nathanial when we called to get a refund said they could not do that over the phone which has never been my experience. In addition he claimed we would have to return with ALL the food we had ordered to verify that we were not lieing I supposes which if you have a hungry 3 year old is impossible. In addition to all of this he claimed he would write our name down to get free fries (not really free since we already paid for it) and we had a week to come get it....uhno. I will happily drive 20 minutes out of the way not to deal with the absolute lack of respect.

This location let me and my family down as we have always said this was the best location but after today i differ. We ordered a quater pounder meal and the bread was dark and burnt and the fries where so saggy that we didn't eat them and we had to throw them away. What took me for supprise is that they where busy and thats when usally the food is fresh. What a disappointment!!!!!!
First, it took 15 min to make 2 Big Macs. Then they handed us the food and it was wrong. We had opened the food and they handed our wrong order to someone else... AFTER WE OPENED IT. When they finally got us our fixed order the buns were BURNT. We then asked them again to fix our food. While waiting this guy brings up a Big Mac and they PUT IT BACK ON THE LINE. You don't know if that guy touched that food! That can NOT be up to code. No way. And that was the MANAGER that put the food back. Unimpressed with this location.
You’ll get asked to pull forward to a reserved spot more than you’ll get your food at the window just for them to take 15+ min to bring you your food or you have to walk inside to get it cause they forgot about the rest of your order. Worst customer service.
Orders are always wrong or missing something and when we order large fries they don't fill it up. Its more if a medium size or even small sometimes based on the amount, but we are paying for the large price. Disappointing!
I just ordered 2 happy meals at the drive thru for my girls and when we got home one didn't have a toy and the other one didn't have a gurandians of the galaxy toy. The boxes are guardians of the galaxy themed but the one toy we got wasn't plus I have one girl crying because she didn't get a toy and another upset because she has been collecting the guardians and was hoping to get groot.
I hate this location. The people who work there don’t take their jobs seriously. They need a better manager because evidently, they don’t care either. The fillet of fish is always cold. They serve sloppy drinks with spills and germs all on the side. Just a sloppy, horrible, unserious location.

While working and picking up a third party order I tried to place an order for a soft drink so that way I can take my medicine and I get told by the employee in the front that management said because I'm picking up a third party order I'm not allowed to place an order. I'm paying for it myself and I'm not waiting on anything so that seems pretty ridiculous.
I consistently have terrible service in the evening. Honestly, the only reason I even go is to get something fast after my kids soccer practice. Recently I was told to go to the last window to wait for my food. When the lady handed me my drink, I politely said "I'm sorry, this one was supposed to be a large". She responded with "you were charged for a medium", she then handed me my food and left. I waited because I was never given a straw. I waited for 5 minutes before having to go inside and get a straw. When I tired to talk to the manager, she ignored me because she was on her cell phone. When an assistant manager or team lead addressed me he didn't see what the issue was and dismissed me. I get that its hard to hire staff right now, but managers and assistant managers are being compensated to at the very least offer some type of customer service.
Honestly, I hate writing reviews but this has happened over the past 4 years and I’m sick of it. The food is iffy, but they really get you when it comes to drinks- they always mess up my Dr Pepper to Pepsi (I don’t drink it then). Today, gave me the wrong drink size and I can’t prove it because god forbid they print a receipt. Honestly, I love McDonald’s but this establishment really needs more rework if they want a good reputation.
I found that McDonald’s now lack in the ability to deliver food with any sort of quickness. McDonald’s was built on making a burger quickly and with quality. Worst McDonald's I ever been to, bar none. One time, I came to this one only to wait 20 minutes for my order for whatever unexplained reason. I went through the drive thru yesterday My total was 9.75 and I got back 2 $20 and a $10 with .26 cents. Didn't realize it till I drove off. So I went back to give the lady her change. Hey j am sorry you gave me to much change back... no I didn't. Yes you did. I handed you a 50 and you gave me 50 back... fought with me over how uneducated she was. She must have been nee and over stressed but to treat someone that way over your mistakes seems odd. I like the old staff better.
I went to this location last night. The lady who took my order (drive thru) was extremely polite. However, when I drove around to the window the man was extremely rude and seemed annoyed maybe because I had a gift card…I don’t know. But anyway, he took my payment and then left the window. I didn’t know if I should stay at that window or move forward to get my food. I saw a worker in the next window giving out orders so I begin to move forward. Then the guy comes back and says rudely ‘Ma’am you pick your food up here at this window.’ I responded, ‘I’m sorry I didn’t know’. Then he made some type of rude sound looking all frustrated and left. But then he comes back, clearly agitated , and motions me to go forward to get my food. I was told that he is the manager, that his name is Shawn and he’s very rude to everyone employees and customers alike. He clearly has no customer service skills and sounds like he’s a nightmare of a manager. That’s not fair to the employees or to us customers. Owners of this location, if you read this and care, I’d ask that you reevaluate your management team as this isn’t the first bad and professional experience with your management team. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
We drove to Mcdonalds just to get a quick bite. We didn’t know that they were going to not get my order right until we got home. We called this Mcdonalds and the guy who answered was very disrespectful his name was Nathaniel and he claimed to be the manager. When we expressed our concerns he did not make an effort to at least be nice and have decent customer service. He said he didn’t care if we came back so we won’t.

The manager Sean/shawn is the most unprofessional “manager” I have ever seen at any establishment. From the lobby you can hear him cursing at (16-20 year old kids annd the guy has to be ant least 40) and making inappropriate comments to the staff. Wouldn’t be surprised if somebody met this dude in the parking lot after his shift one day.

This location is exhausting but its the closest to our house and options are limited when in a rush. They have left us in parking spaces waiting for our food for so so long I've had to park and unload the kids 1 being disabled to get my food inside multiple times and there is always something missing in the orders. Today it was 2 orders of nuggets I didn't notice until I got home but almost 100% of the time they leave something out or add pickles when every burger in our order is NO pickles. I have no idea why their management doesn't fix it after so many google reviews with the same problem. If we have time we drive down to the MCDs off 287 and bonds road or just past bonds. It's worth the drive bc the other locations orders are always accurate. This place really needs to do better.
The service is horrible to start with. I went through the drive through I ordered two double cheese burgers a large fry and a Carmel sundae. The lady taking the order had me repeat my self several times an still got it wrong rang up a Carmel frape instead of a sundae. Then I pull up to get my food the guy has an attitude for some reason, hands me my bag an says have a nice day as he closes the window. I sit there wait for him to realise I haven't left, he didn't give me my sundae, not only that it was never made so he goes makes it an hands it to me without a spoon or the nuts that come with it so I ask for them an he acts like I asked for the world. Ok so I finally drive off, I open my food the sandwich looks like they stood across the room an through the stuff on it an wrapped it, an my large fry is more then half empty. I wont be back to this location.
Sooooo I ordered no mustard but thats fine I guess the no cheese that I paid extra for though thats wildin behavior smh disappointed yet again why do I keep giving mcdonalds a chance?
They give you a look if you don’t use the kiosk to place the order. They would rather visit with on another. Fries are over cooked. They charge for sauce with nuggets. Not extra sauce just some sauce to dip your nuggets in.
I came here and ordered one hamburger. It took me almost an hour to get one hamburger…. As I was standing and waiting, I saw all these other large orders being handed out even though I placed my order before them. Then I saw my number 1970 go from in progress to serving. I was able to hear the workers discussing my order. “Where is this order at” , other worker replies “Oh they gave that out already to another order”. Then I had to ask where my order.. waited another 10 mins for one hamburger… I suggest you come here if you have like an hour or longer to kill because the wait time is atrocious.
Sitting in spot 2 waiting for our order for over 20 minutes now. Thought this was supposed to be a faster more convenient option? The drive thru is the only thing moving here. Then the shift leader rushes out to give our food no apologies for taking so long or anything. Get it together McDonald's hire help.
Let me start by saying I had to give a one star just to put a review on here I use my app and use my points to get a kids meal. The employee said the code didn’t work then asked me what I wanted on my kids meal so therefore the employee song there was a kids meal then I get to the window because they’re having issues with the code. Ask for the manager after the (female) at the window said that they would go ahead and fix it and she would have somebody come take the order and to where we get the kids meal the manager, Bianca comes and tells me she’s not able to help me because she don’t have proof that I use the code, but her employee just asked what Kids meal I wanted so therefore the code even though it wasn’t working on there and showed it was a Kids mail but yet you’re telling me you won’t help me after the app took my Points and advising me. You can’t give me my order because you can’t justify the points or the code went back-and-forth with me at the window, as if I was lying, but why would somebody lie about using the app or points simply over a kids meal this manager was not only rude, but also looked at me as if I was lying over something so simple like a kids meal but this is the person that you have as a manager position at your restaurant
Nobody ever expects anything from a McDonald’s but this one is levels below anything you could experience. The copious amount of salt on my fries and the mayonnaise all on the side/wrapper of my McChicken was only the encore of the worst service I’ve received. The person at the food window who seemed to be a manager, older white gentleman with a receding hairline, was the epitome of “you are just customer number X for me”. No greeting at the window just handed me my drink with coke streaming along the sides. Asked him for BBQ sauce and his response was “50 cents”. I tried to explain that last time I mobile ordered a few sauces and paid but they forgot all of them, but before I could even finish he reached his hand out of the window and tapped their “sauces are 25 cents extra sign”. So I finally finished my sentence and he slammed the window got the sauce and finally gave it to me. No use for the sauce when the food is cold and inedible anyway.
This McDonalds is worried about the time customers are in the drive line and not concerned at all about having 7 families waiting for food inside. We waited 20 minutes no food. I know they were busy but they had taken at least 10 meals out to the drive line. I finally asked where our food was because no one inside had gotten any food. They started making it then. Once I got my food I told the lady it’s clear y’all focus on the outside line she said no we don’t we have two screens we have to go off of. Oh ok so you forgot to look at the second screen? I can hear the rushing all the drive line orders and not even caring about the inside line. Do not recommend this McDonalds at all.
Don't use the delivery, it's doordash and they will steal your food then tell you they can't refund money for what's not delivered. Order missing 3 hashbrowns, doordash said they can't do anything about it with no reason.
The manager that works there at nights. Well on August 22 he was working the late shift. Dude is rude. No customer service skills. I have heard him talk to employees in less than a flattering way. Most of the employees there are very nice. No complaints on the food. I mean it’s McDonalds you get what you get.
This place is a joke. I went here and ordered chicken nuggets and they gave me one sauce and I asked the drive-through rude little girl for an extra sauce. She rolls her eyes and walks away and a man that’s a manager comes to the window and says that they charge for extra sauce I explained to him I have never paid for extra sauce at a McDonald’s. He then tells me that they just started that the beginning of March but I’ve ate a McDonald’s After the beginning of March, and I’ve never paid for an extra sauce I ordered a six piece nugget and a four piece nugget And they only gave me one sauce who in the heck can eat that many nuggets with one sauce I will be complaining to corporate about this.
Worst McDonald’s. Staff is horrible and incompetent. Never get the order right, this is not the first time but it will be the last. Ordered a 6 piece nugget and received 3 cookies instead, gave me zero sauce for my other 10 piece nugget, all the fries were literally ice cold, oh and I ordered no onions on my cheeseburgers and both had onions. Did I mention I had to wait 35+ minutes for my order in the DRIVE THRU?!? Hire new people ASAP, I will not be returning.
If I could give it less than one star I would. Horrible service from staff and management. Got home and started eating my fries and saw a cooked BUG sitting in my food. Immediately called them and told them about it and the manager was less than worried about the fact I was upset. Got to the store and he showed no emotion toward the bug in the food and walked away to go find my receipt (because I was failed to get on from the employee who gets paid $10) came back and gave me my refund.. did not offer to remake my food for me or even apologize. One of the employees was there and heard about what happened, he took it the fries from the heater and turned off the light- the manager saw it and he came right behind him and turned the light back on.The managers name was Natanael. We got to the car and my mom said she was going to go inside and get the name of the owner of the store and Nataneal tried to tell her that it was a franchise- in which she replied she used to work at a McDonald's back when she was younger and she KNOWS there is an owner of each store. Finally gave her the name and she asked him for the number and he told her he didn't know the number. We got the number and WILL be calling the owner and we WILL be called health department on them. This is absolutely disgusting. Definitely will not be returning to this location.
