Awesome, awesome, always awesome!! Whatever time of day, friendly, fast service. I go out of my way to visit this location!! Even helped me load and use the app to pay without making me feel like an old lady!! LOL!! My order was ready before I typed this review!!
I call this place white girl heaven. Always a ton of Becky's in here. They make espresso better than any other place I've tasted in the area. I'm not much on weird coffee drinks but if you want a mean espresso I'd go here first.
The store is clean and most of the baristas are friendly. Some guy I’ve never seen there before named Marius served me my beverage at the to go window. I didn’t realize someone could be such a stand off douche in such a little time. Thanks for the attitude during the couple seconds it took to swipe my card and hand me a drink.

The staff here are wonderful. I spend a significant amount of time hanging out at Starbucks while my SO works. They're friendly and chipper and always ready to help
Always a good place to relax, talk with friends over a favorite coffee or just to unwind. Really like the free WiFi too. I would recommend most any Starbucks. I especially liked the ones in Boston when we were on vacation.

The employees are always friendly, the place is always spotlessly clean, and my order is almost always correct. If they do get my order wrong they are happy to remake it but from my experience it's just something minor.

This Starbucks is always SPOT ON WITH YOUR ORDERS as for as coffee goes for that's what I order and the grill cheese (which is to die for) but from all the Starbucks I've been to this one besides the one in Jacksonville NC are the BEST !!! And go that extra mile for their customers. NOW THAT'S AWESOME SERVICE-PLUS YOU GET A FULL (FULL) CUP OF COFFEE TOO!!! I appreciate getting a full cup since it is a little pricey for a cup of coffee. We went through the drive through and had a promo code that was not good. There was a lady that told us are promo code was not good and they were also out of crissonts my son was sad because thats one of his favorite things at Starbucks. An employee named Tommy overheard everything and wanted to help and spread holiday cheer he told us to pull over. And out of the kindness in his heart he offered us a better promo code that was better than we expected. He was the only employee that went above and beyond at are visit.i will make sure I make that little extra drive to go to this location when he is working. He was so friendly I recommend This Starbucks 10/10. Thank you so much Tommy.

Amazing baristas!! Always my go-to spot for my Starbucks. Accidentally got charged for my birthday drink and the manager was so sweet and helped me with the issue!! Great drinks and even better staff, definitely one of the good starbucks in this area!
Love my Starbucks. Extremely busy, but fastest service of any Starbucks in the metroplex. And I promise, I have been to most. Drinks are always right and they remember their customers and their drinks. My second favorite is Pipeline, but they don't have a drive thru.
Love love love me some Starbucks. If you don't have the app, get it! Gain points for free food and drinks! Pretty fast service inside the cafe and drive thru line 👍 This cafe does have a drive thru line/parking issue at peak hours for coffee so go early or expect to park and walk up, not an inconvenience for me but could be for others.
By far, the best run Starbucks I have ever been to. They get your order right and get it out quick. Friendly staff members are always cheerful and know me by name.
Nice big location with space between you and others... your not sitting on top of others... parking lot was ok, plenty of spaces and for a Starbucks it was a good experience. I have not been coming to Starbucks lately cause prices getting outrageous and their liberal views are not in line with my views...
I ordered through the app and they had it ready within 5 or 7 minutes, really quickly! The staff is really friendly and the place is nice and clean. Plus, of course, it smells BEAUTIFUL. Highly recommend 👍

I'll only go to this Starbucks bc they're super nice and the drinks are delicious. The one in lake worth by my house has messed up my drinks many times. Same for the others ones in alliance and around. But this Starbucks is the best.

Alyssa was very kind and welcoming and I saw her working with the team to be efficient and do her best. I also saw Elena doing a great job helping train someone new and speaking with a calm clear voice but still making sure the trainee was supported and confident while staying on top of things.
Always a treat when I'm at my most favorite place in town. The service is impeccable and the staff is genuine. Any time Jessica or David (Managers) are around... really any time any of the team, it's always love. I go daily...whether ordering from the store or through my app. Gold Card Member for life.
If it's prime time the line asst the drive thru is way too long and i often just keep driving. But sometimes I just opt to go inside of I'm not in a rush. The staff is friendly enough, they're usually slammed. i feel like they could use some extra hands. They're prompt, courteous and straight to business which works great for me.
Love love love this location. I’ve visited a handful of different Starbucks and this has seriously been THE BEST. They are so friendly and nice here, and on top of that? The drinks are impeccable. For those who say “every Starbucks is the same” - they aren’t. Yes, there are recipes that they have to follow (one cup of this, one pump of this, etc.), however, if you’re an adamant latte drinker who likes to mix things up, I can promise you that not every barista can make an outstanding latte. But what truly gets me is the fact that they’ve built this wonderful and lovely team that cares for the customer. That sign y’all have outside that says you love your customers? Speaks only truth!
This Starbucks may always have a really long line, but they always do a great job on my drinks and Alice is a true sweetheart! I just adore her. She is always so cheerful and kind.
I go to this Starbucks a couple times a week and it is my favorite one. I generally use the drive thru and there is a young man who is working that drive thru most days. He is always kind and friendly. I know he wears a name tag and I seem to never look at it to write a review a give him a shout out. I love to chat over our shared love of hoodies. I actually look forward to seeing him knowing his kindness and positivity will make my day better. Thank you for the great service and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!!!!
I study at this Starbucks quite frequently and the service is amazingly fast. The employees are very friendly and remember their customers. I would like to see this Starbucks enlarged because they seem to handle a large volume of customers, especially in the evenings. The drive thru is also very efficient compared to other locations that I have been to. I would highly recommend!
Love this location for the consistency and the people. They take their time to get to know you and make your order correctly. The redesign of the cafe is a miss. Functional, but not even close to what it was before.

Today when i ordered my wife’s normal frappaccino i mentioned to the barista that if someone drew something dragon ball on the cup my wife would love it. They went above and beyond! This is my favorite starbucks. You guys are rock stars!
Great, friendly and upbeat baristas that make you feel very welcomed to be there. Most beautiful Texas sunrise can be seen there every morning. God's gift of beauty and a cup of happiness from the staff there, REALLY starts your day off right as you sigh with contentment when you walk out to face the world. Thank you.
It’s Starbucks. They make their Starbucks stuff well and they are friendly and sweet and nice. Their drive through is designed really poorly, imo, so make sure you approach from the rear if you want the drive thru. They were pretty quick though. Order was made exactly right and my drink isn’t the hardest but isn’t simple either (grande, almond milk chai, no water, 2 pumps of chai only).
Why oh why are you stingy with the sleeves? This is the ONLY Starbucks I've ever been too that you have to ask for a sleeve so that you dont burn your hand with hot coffee in a paper cup. Ive actually had a drive thru person roll their eyes at me when i asked for one. Cut the wine offering and give your customers a sleeve!
Good place but this particular instance seems like they messed up and just lied to cover up the fact they forgot that our drink was ready and the ice melted and basically turned into a lavender flavored water instead of what it was supposed to be Realistically though they were swamped with the drive through line literally ending outside of their parking lot with a bunch of people with the same idea as us of ordering online and just walking in to get it
Went through the drive true, my Granddaughter wanted two cake pops. Did not realize till I got home that I was charged $8.39. I think I was overcharged by at least $2.00.
I’ll go out of my way to come to this Starbucks. I was so happy when I moved back to the area because I could start coming here again. The only issue I have as of late is a newer barista that I’ve encountered twice and each hasn’t been pleasant. The first one I was with my sister and a friend and was giving my order as they were telling it to me, and I have no clue if she knew she was on the camera on the ordering menu, but she kept rolling her eyes the entire duration of me ordering. Then last night I came back and I got to the window and it was her. She didn’t speak a word to me, just reached out for my card and didn’t say anything after I thanked her for my drink. It’s just a little disappointing because she’s the only one I’ve ever had an issue with.
Went through drive thru, saw bartista spill drink out of Frappuccino. Figured the cashier would clean it before handing it to me but she did not and it spilt on my shirt. Besides that I love Starbucks for their coffee and service.
Great location. Always friendly, my order is always right, and they aren't as slow as some locations. Only reason I deducted a star is for the design of the drive thru. At peak times, traffic is backed up and blocks other traffic in the shopping center. Other than that, this is definitely one of the better locations!
Don't hardly ever give reviews, but when something doesn't make sense I got to say something. Walked in to the location, all the staff is wearing R.E.D shirts ( Remember Everyone Deployed). Common sense would say this location would do a military discount, right? Whipped out my retired military ID. Manager say she is sorry but they don't do military discounts. Otherwise service was as good as the coffee.
Extremely fast getting drinks. The line was crazy long but we were in and out quickly! My drink wasn’t as blended as it usually is but all in all good service.
Sometimes the coffee is good, sometimes it is bad. Often times find the iced coffee go be very thin and watery. The hot coffee's have been watery at times as well. The green tea frappuccino is always good. The staff is very friendly and know the product well.
There was nothing troublesome or special about this location. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the Chia Tea Latte. Both were good. Didn't take too long to get my order. WiFi worked well here.

Twilight Zone: this Starbucks does not feel like it’s part of an actual Starbucks Corporate chain. You walk in and you can feel the deadness in the air, nobody is smiling, and no one welcomes you. I ordered a simple Refresher drink, and a pumpkin slice. The pumpkin slice came out of the microwave within two minutes and then I had to wait another 10 minutes for my drink to get made while I just stood there. I felt like going back out and getting in my car and going to the drive-through, as that would’ve been much faster. And then got a monotone “sorry for the wait” and turned away. No thank you…avoid this one. The previous reviews are spot on 🫤
I have been going to this location or ordering from this location for 2 years. The customer service has gone way down and the food I have ordered is just gross and even when I brought an issue to their attention the manager didn't seem to care. They are putting egg bites in the wrong sleeve to keep warm and so they are over cooking them and they taste disgusting. No refund.
Way too expensive for a cup of coffee and fancy words. Why don’t they keep it simple? It’s just coffee. McDonald’s tastes better anyway and is cheaper. But the service is top notch. When my little puppy is in the car with me he is always looking out in the window and they always give him a cup of cream and he loves it. Anyway, thanks to the staff who work here, they do an incredible job in taking orders and filling in the order. Very warm and polite staffs. I go there once in a while so he could get the cup of cream.
Every time I visit this Starbucks, even ordering through the app, my wait time is ridiculous. However, anytime Liam is helping, he is always very nice.
Love the remodel. Worst service ever experienced from a Starbucks location. Told me can't make decaf restretto shots when I get them all the time. Had to ask for the creamer dispenser which was behind the counter and not at the serving station where it normally is. Attendant murmered something when I asked where it was. While placing drink orders I really felt like I was putting them out because I ordered a special coffee. I spend way too much at Starbucks for this kind of service.
In town from MI and went here. Went to drive thru I asked for a drink with lite ice half the drink was ice. When i complained they removed some of the ice and poured the drink in a smaller cup! At this point parked got out of the car went in and Complained. Once i got the correct drink in the correct cup I Pointed it out to the 2 Starbucks employees so they knew the DIFFERENCE!!! Might want to train so they know the difference and also point out just because we pay over 5.00 for coffee WE ARE NOT STUPID!!!
This Starbucks used to be my go to location. They were friendly, quick, made good drinks consistently, and always were good about remaking drinks that they got wrong. Over the last several months this location has really disappointed me. While they still get orders made in a quick manner most of the time, they can get very overwhelmed at peak hours and the mobile order pick area is too small to handle the amount of orders they receive here. I am most disappointed in the quality of drinks being made and the lack of customer service at this store. I rarely get a drink that tastes good anymore. I usually order a peppermint mocha, and it always tastes very weak like they forgot to put in the correct espresso shots or amount of peppermint syrup. One time I told the barista working that there was no peppermint in my mocha and without saying a word she brought over the peppermint syrup, pumped in some syrup and without offering to stir it, just walked away. I had to ask her for a stir stick which she handed over, again without a word. No apology or anything There has been a fair amount of staff change here over the last year or so. Many of the staff now are lacking in customer service, to be fair a couple baristas are friendly but too many employees seem not happy to be there and it shows in the quality of their drinks and customer service. I am now frequenting the Boat Club Rd location which, while slow to make orders most days, is definitely more consistent in their quality and have a more friendly and helpful staff. I hope the Saginaw location reads this review and makes the necessary changes to become a great store once again.
We waited 20 minutes for one drink..and that was after ordering ahead. We weren't the only ones, there were 3 other people waiting that long. They continued to serve the drive thru first.
I have been to this location multiple times. TRYING to give them a chance. for the last 3 weeks once a week ordering the SMAE EXACT THING. O order a white chocolate peppermint mocha, non fat milk and no whip. Simple right? nope EVERY time it has had to be remade because they don't use the white mocha..... EVERY TIME. I day we got our coffies and my second ordered drink wasn't even full. Litterally 3/4 full, and was NOT right. Not sure that they put any syrup in it for flavor. The manager there is great and the young lady that helped me today was very nice. This is a busy spot but need to slow down a little bit and pay attention to what is on the cup. I will be going to the Basswood location from now on.
Not my favorite Starbucks. I had never been to Starbucks before and decided to try the drive through. I ordered their smallest regular coffee and handed the cashier a $5 bill. She counted out my change and put it out of my reach in her tip jar and left the window. I almost never went to another Starbucks ever again! She wasn't even pleasant about it! So not Starbucks!
Drink are always good, but they need a better option for people who order from the app. When you walk in and stand at the counter no one greets you or even looks up. Totally get ignored. Most Starbucks that I order from have a display stand on their counter and you come in and grab your drink and go.
Prayed disappointed with a recent visit. Ordered a matcha latte thing for my daughter through the drive-thru. After I completed my order I thought I would ask the young lady at the window to give me some ice for my yeti container It was a different young lady granted, but when I was able to flag somebody down they open the window I think going to get some ice please She looked at me and asked him if I had ordered.... No I'm just here begging for ice. I told her Never mind It was obviously too much trouble. Very disappointed
I picked up coffee for my boyfriend and I and was disappointed. The sweet cream cold brew didn’t look like it was supposed to at all, and the mocha I ordered tasted like straight creamer. They are fast but the coffee wasn’t coffee-ing.
I was hesitant to do this review however today was just the icing on the cake. I have used this location for 5 years and something has changed over the past month or so. For 4 weeks not one person has acknowledged me walking in or out of this store(I come in every single morning before work for my mobile order) ... This morning the lady standing next to me waiting on her mobile order said thank you to the barista and she didn't even acknowledge her or care to even respond. Just a simple hello or thank you has gone out the window, not one person in this place has a smile on there face and frankly its kind of sad especially around the holidays. It seems as though you have a building full of employees that are not being treated right from the outside looking in. I hope this is looked into and these employees obvious lack of morale is addressed.
Review for Starbucks at 1409 N Saginaw Blvd, Saginaw, TX This Starbucks is conveniently located for me, as I work nearby, but the customer service experience here has left much to be desired. Unfortunately, it feels like the employees could really benefit from some customer service training. The atmosphere is often awkward and uninviting due to staff who seem to avoid interacting with customers. I’ve stood at the counter to place my order, and the employee behind the register wouldn’t even greet me. Asking for a small favor, like refilling napkins or cup sleeves, seems to annoy some of the staff. This attitude has become frustrating enough that I now usually order through the app to avoid the uncomfortable interaction, though even then, sometimes communication is needed, and the experience can be just as unpleasant. There’s only one barista who really stands out, consistently making an effort to interact, keep customers updated, and create a welcoming experience. This person makes a difference, but with the overall atmosphere, it feels like a rare exception. The store itself is nicely remodeled and has a modern feel, but at the end of the day, Starbucks locations are largely the same in terms of their offerings. What sets one apart is the service, and unfortunately, the customer service at this location hasn’t lived up to that standard.
I went to Starbucks today and got a mango drangonfruit refresher with no ice and was charged 70 cents because I asked for no ice. They proceeded to tell me it was the policy. I called corporate because it seemed weird, they told me there was no new policy. This makes me really sad that during a time like this they would be try to overcharge. I will not go to this location again. But I will go to other Starbucks because of how corporate handled the situation.
Disappointed with their customer service, I usually get the same thing each visit but when I tried ordering something new I was rushed and made fun of and it really hurt since I didn’t give them a reason to be mean. I didn’t address it, I just left embarrassed with no intention of going back.
I’ve been to this location many times and I have ordered many different drinks but every time I have been disappointed with the quality of the drink ( especially if it’s a coffee based drink). Consistently disappointed with this specific store. Coffee and espresso tastes old.
This is too many stars to give to this starbucks. I purchased two large coffees today at about 3:00 in the afternoon and it was old coffee. I do not like making sceens, so i politely asked cashier if she could give me some fresh coffee and she refused and insisted that they make their coffee every 30 minutes and would not do anything. Starbucks has one job and that is coffee! What asshame your employs can't seem to do their job. Worst coffee ever. No refund, just left the coffe on counter. Unbelievable! BTW I know what old coffee is...maybe thats what your day of closing was for.. is to train them to lie and say its only 29 minutes old? I called to speak to manager and person asked if they could take a message since it was capichino hour manager could not talk. So came to Google to speak to you.
I’ve never had problems with this Starbucks, I love this Starbucks. But today I went through the drive thru and orders the Capn’ crunch frappe and she didn’t read back the order, which they are supposed to do, just told us the total. Then I got a caramel frappe which I did not want. She seemed rude about exchanging it. We told her the ingredients of the frappe I wanted but did not put the java chips and added toffee nut syrup when we didn’t say that. Very disappointed and would like you guy to train your workers in customer service and listen to your customers thanks.
The location is horrible, like most of their other places: little or no parking, poor access and HORRIBLE drive-thru design. Do yourself a favor and just walk in at a Kroger or Target. It'll be MUCH faster and a lot less aggravation.
Honestly the only reason I gave one star is so I could post a review. Came to this location to pick up a Uber eats order today a blonde latte to be exact for a customer wanting Starbucks. Instead was never acknowledged while standing in the Uber and mobile orders area. Everyone looked in my direction but never asked who I was picking up for. Now I have previously picked up a order from this location with no issues, just like they want to get paid I do as well. I'm a very good person of judgment of character and I would definitely say being that I was being stereotype because i am a African American woman. So in the end I had to cancel my Uber order due to the unprofessional staff that did not want to help me with my services for my customer wanting their services. If they only want to serve a certain race then maybe they should consider cancelling their contract with Uber that will help solve not knowing whose coming to pick up at this location. Very dissatisfied person I would never want a person to come into a business I owned or worked at to feel in such way and leave with a bad vibe for the company. This location needs to improve on their customer services skills to all races.
Worst Management ever..... came in with $100 and she refused my order. Would not even talk to me or explain anything. Guy at the counter great person... I will never come back to this place, as I come here 2 to 3 times a week. I hope Upper Management see this.
Boy you know these reviews are fake!! First of all it's only been open less than 2 months. it's so dead early in the morning it when I come in there at 8 to actually have to make coffee because they haven't sold any yet. when I asked him what they meant by that they said most of her business is frappuccinos at the drive-thru. I went back later in the afternoon about four hours later and had no milk out. They said they don't sell a lot of coffee. and are you going there and Samantha's real friendly the next day you go in there when you're sitting in the corner to ignore you pretending they never seen you cuz they don't want to have to go out of their way to say hello. this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to I want to go back there if everything was free!!
Horrible customer service! I have been to almost every starbucks in the metroplex multiple times and this was the worst I have been treated at any one. I bought 2 mochas and went to get a refill of iced coffee (which is free for gold members and I get all the time) for one of the drinks and the barista said I could only get a iced coffee if I ordered an iced coffee. I showed her and the other barista that chimed in the place in the Starbucks customer service that says you get a refill “regardless of the original beverage. She didn’t pay attention to me or listen and just said to call customer service or her manager. No thought for a customer that goes there all the time. Btw I called corporate and they agreed I was right and said they would send a message to the GM about the issue. I was just shocked at suck more service and lack of care. I should not be made to feel like an idiot for knowing their policy better than they do. The coffee was good but the service was not. I would not recommend this branch unless they are nicer to their loyal customers.
I was debating on whether I wanted to go to the Starbuck's that's closer to my house in Saginaw or the one that's closer to my job in Arlington for a small breakfast. I chose the one in Saginaw and regret it. I placed my order for 2 Butter Croissants and a donut at 7:33am, I was told that it would be right out. NOPE, 20 minutes later at 7:53am someone finally asked me what I was waiting on and I told her. Come to find out my food had been sitting in a bag on the shelf behind them the whole time but no one thought to let me know that it was ready. I am guessing they were too busy playing with the dog at the window to pay attention to my order being placed on the shelf. I only got to eat my donut because I didn't have time to eat the croissants and by the time I got to work in Arlington they were cold. I just wasted my money and time.
I door dashed from here on Wednesday 01/25 around 10 o clock in the morning. I had ordered a cheese danish, a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and a caramel ribbon crunch frappe. When I received the contents, I noticed I only had 2 items in the bag instead of 3. When I looked closely, I noticed I never received my bacon+egg sandwhich. I then looked at my caramel ribbon crunch frappe and realized it looked nothing like advertised on the menu. I did not receive any amount of caramel drizzle on the bottom, the side, or even the top. It also did not contain any crunch topping. I have never felt a need to write a complaint review before becuase I know people make mistakes, but come on… I did get a refund on my sandwhich but could not for my frappe. I will not be ordering from here again to say the least. Just money down the drain.
Worst location by far. When I was going regularly the drinks were usually hit or miss and I was okay with dropping $$ for an occasional miss. It’s ALWAYS a miss now. Went for the last time yesterday. Purchased hot chocolates and a cafe mocha. There was no way to distinguish between the watered down hot chocolate or the watered down cafe mocha—both were nasty. I’ve purchased better hot chocolate from a school concessions stand during a game. Service was also poor. I understand it was 6:30 in the morning but a greeting or a “please” and “thank you” is such an easy and low standard to meet it should come free with every over priced cup of watered down hot chocolate. Even my 12 year old recognized the tone and lack of good manners. He commented, “that was rude.” Indeed.
I have ordered from the Starbucks app a few times here, just to show up and grab my order and go. Every single time I order from here literally 20-30 mins before I show up, it’s NEVER ready!! Just the other day I ordered about 20 mins before showing up, just in case. I show up 25 mins later to pick up, and its still not ready. Literally every Starbucks I pre order from, I have never ran into this issue. So I'm inside waiting, and this red head girl with an RBF face is just setting drinks and orders down on the to go counter. Every person is walking up and looking to see if its their order. Every other Starbucks I go to, they are announcing names! This red head girl DOES NOT. Every single time!! I had to start announcing names, because there were so many people waiting on their to go items! What is so hard about saying a name out loud!! I've gone to shady location Starbucks and have had way better service than this place.
Kate is the worst on drive through , i seen my order and a few others already there made by the window. She scanned me to pay and went back to taking an order and had me sitting there while my order was ready “only had 1 iced coffee” waited about 8 min for her to just hand me my drink. People need to be trained to work efficiently especially Starbucks.
Horrible service. The young lady there had 0 interest in helping me. I had a large order and the minute she realized that she shut down. She was tossing and slamming everything around. When she finally called my name, she said it with just sarcasm and anger. If I give all the details, I would be here forever. As i mentined, it was a large order and they had no carriers. When i asked for one she simply said "we're out". No sorry or apology of any sort. To top it off I was there because a relative passed away earlier that day and I was getting coffee for the unexpected visitors that were showing up. Not the level of service that I am accustomed to receiving at Starbucks or anywhere else for that matter.
Kicked me out for not ordering something within my first 10 minutes of sitting in there on a work call. Terrible service.
Ordered two sausage sandwiches and 2 chocolate crescents , 4 drinks. They were not only slow (even for Starbucks standards) (I am never in a hurry when going to any Starbucks, I don’t expect them to be fast. ). The this was slow beyond any reasonable expectations. Both of the sausage sandwiches were still frozen. I mean absolutely ice cold in the middle. They definitely rushed heating them up. They forgot both crescents , had to turn around and go back to get them. ZERO APOLOGIES. Not one I’m sorry. And they got 2 of the drinks wrong. Terrible Starbucks. Go to the one at Kroger at least they get the orders right and cook the food correctly. I score and F at this location.
I was there 2 nights ago 745 just to get a simple vanilla latte, the young dark haired feminine guy told me ( even before I had a chance to tell him what I wanted, told me I'd have to drive around again and order from ( the box) and adamantly refused to take my order unless I drive around again and spoke my order in ( the box ). I then pulled around and parked and came in with my little one to ask for the manager ( dark haired girl, said she WAS the manager and that the policy was that they can't take an order unless it's done at the box, again, which would be usual for me but I wasn't even thinking about that that day and had just pulled up . I explained that there was nobody in the line, just me . And I also noticed that there was no customers at that particular time. I walk out because of the non friendly , uncaring , unhelpful , cold bratty attitude of the store . That's not usually not the Starbucks style. Since then I have been going to Haslet Starbucks and whoever runs the store in Haslet has it together and the people, and customer service is too notch . SAGINAW you fail big-time hiring immature employees with zero personality. Or at least the ones that I dealt with this past Wednesday night. They need to be fired.
I’m a regular customer there, twice a week, The worst service day ever, I bought two of them, 1 venti and 2 grande, they are out of wipe cream that day and they filled the venti size little of half cup full so disappointed. They should top it off since they are out of wipe cream so cheap for the price that I paid. The day before I order venti with extra shot and taste the same as regular one. Twice in a week. Hope they can do better
I would give this Starbucks zero stars if I could. I frequently purchase drinks from Starbucks ...and couldn't believe how Elizabeth treated me today. After paying through the app I was 6 cent short. I found 3 pennies when the young man at the drive through looked back at a lady there who whispered something to him. He then looked at me and said we'll just put the 6 cent on your card. I gave him my card and processed the 6 cent. When attempting to drive off I noticed the two smile at each other. I couldn't believe it...I thought what a mean thing do. I went back and address the smile and the fact that they wanted to charge a card 6 cent. Elizabeth was very matter of fact with me and told me it was a free country to post a review regarding their behavior. Elizabeth also took my drink behind the counter even though there's COVID-19 going on. This is very unsanitary...if she did this with my drink no telling what else she is doing. Go at your own risk.
The girl working the drive-thru on 2/23 @ 2:30 was so rude. Ordered a new drink off the app and messed up one part of the drink and she was so mad i asked her for a new drink and i even offered to pay for the new one. And she snapped at me when i came up to the window and said if you have a mobile drink you stop at the speaker and tell us you’re here you don’t just drive up to the window. Literally soooo rude i will make sure to go out of my way to go to any other coffee place than this.
I asked for light ice to avoid watered down coffee and when I finished my drink (mind you after 3 sips) the cup was full of ice. I dont care if the cup is not full with less ice. I just dont want the coffee I spent $6 on to taste like water!
My boyfriend ordered Starbucks on Uber eats for me, and he paid $15 for a tall with alternative milk. I thought that was insane for pricing, but it gets worse. When the drink arrived, I lifted it out of the bag and it felt strangely light. I opened the lid and it was half empty. I couldn’t believe it. The bag it arrived in was sealed, so there’s no issues with the uber driver who was quick anyways. I can’t believe it, that was such a scam on Starbucks part.
Worst service ever! The guy working there refused to make a simple black coffee simply because I wasn’t able to order through the box.I waited in line like everyone else. It’s pouring rain and the line was wrapped around the corner. I wasn’t ordering anything fancy just black coffee in a cup. It’s unreasonable! Have a better attitude on Christmas Eve.
I’ve always had good service her but the young girl Eleana was extremely rude and childish. She could barely say hello when I pulled up to the drive-through because she was laughing so much. Then when it came to taking my order, her tone completely changed and she sounded pissed at the world. It took 10 minutes longer than it usually does and I was the only one in line. She then handed me my drink as she was still laughing and talking to the person behind her like I didn’t even exist. Made me feel like I was in high school again.
I went through the drive through December 30th at 10:30am and was super disappointed with the experience. When I placed my order, my drink was rang in wrong and when I asked for it to be rung it a certain way I was met with an attitude. I pulled around and my drink was made wrong and I asked for it to be remade and they did not remake it they just poured it into a different cup. All employees I interacted with were rude and not understanding of what I was asking for. Will most likely not go to this location and go to the one on boat club road, where I always receive amazing customer service.
This is the drink before a single sip was taken. Barely half full. I can’t tell you how many times this has happened at this location. Why do I keep getting it? Well, It’s the only type of coffee I can drink and I am a tired mom. Edit to add. It happened again this morning, I asked for a new drink bc it would be half gone by the time I got home, the rude employee said “no, that’s just how they come”, I said “ I get these everyday and that’s not how it’s supposed to be, I am not sure why you have such a bad attitude.” I said this in a normal tone, but I guess they aren’t used to being called out for their poor attitudes bc At this point all the employees were staring at me, including the manager. Like I said, I go there every day, see her most days, so I said “Hi”, she responds “Hi” but doesn’t acknowledge the situation nor offer any sort of apology or explanation. The man handing me the drink back, was courteous, but the drink was still half foam. This location is terrible, service and quality.
drivers shouldn’t be waiting for it to be bagged while yall make 5 other drinks just finished baggie the finished order so you don’t have several people waiting around.
Is there a 1 star review? Im 100% this whole team is incompetent rude and completely has no idea what customer experience is. My granddaughters whole experience was ruined by the lack of intelligence. RIDICULOUS
It was very absolutely rude of the long blonde curly headed guy in the drive-through whenever I tried to grab one penny he gets an attitude and slams the drive-through window and acts like he can’t wait one second for me to grab a penny. You guys were slow, and there was literally only one other person in the drive-through. It’s OK that’s the first time I went to Starbucks and that’s the last time I’ll go to Starbucks too. Hope it was worth it.
Employee was saying very rude and offensive things about a customer. The people here are usually very nice, but the other day I overheard an employee being bigoted after interacting with a customer who couldn’t speak English. The customer was struggling to order and they couldn’t find anyone to help them. After the customer left, I overheard one of the employees, named Tricia, saying things like “why are they in this country if they won’t learn English” and things of the sort. This is a very offensive and unprofessional way to speak about a customer. OUTRAGEOUS! Speech like this shouldn’t be allowed in this workplace or welcomed in this community. Do better!
Went through the drive-through today and was served by Nicole. She was very rude. Kept my change, had an attitude when I asked for my change as well as a straw that was not broken. If you don’t like your job, find Another one you work with the public be kind!
Should have looked at the previous reviews. This is only a few min from my residence so i figured why not.. I had been treated to a "medicine ball" before and went to order it for myself this time. I couldnt hear the lady at the box. Had to ask her to repeat herself which clearly annoyed her. She corrected me on what the drinks official name is.. mkay thank you. Drink tastes like they thru a tea bag in hot water. Didnt taste like before. Looked up how its made.. most deff did not receive it as the description gave as i was handed my drink in the amount of time it took to run my card I seldom frequent starbucks anymore and this was my reminder why.
If I could give this Starbucks location zero stars, I would. The delivery experience is consistently terrible! I’ve given them multiple chances, but they never get my order right. Apparently, it's impossible for them to add cold foam to a shaken espresso – something that should be a basic request! After countless messed-up orders, I just stopped ordering it altogether. Yesterday, they forgot part of my order yet again. It’s beyond frustrating. At this point, I’m better off ordering from Dunkin' Donuts or driving to the Starbucks on Boat Club Road, where they actually know how to make coffee. Save yourself the headache and avoid this location!
