I really appreciate how they care about their customers when they mess up. I was at their Country Club location and a young lady by the name of Madeline or Madison was much help with my order that was made incorrectly. Even though it was a little chilly outside she still came out like 3 times to make sure it was right!!! I call that good customer service!

Sonics was really great. Once I pressed the red button, the waitress voice began taking my order. My food was hot, there were napkins in the bag. I was able to buy a cup of water. I didn't wait very long at all. The waitress brought me packets of mayo for the Philly Steak. Plenty of room to park and sit and eat. Made me want the app for use in my future.

Was feeling a slushie mood so I stopped by and was not not disappointed. The limeade slush was so good and definitely hit the spot. It was too sour for my girlfriend, but I loved it. Her blue raspberry slush was too sweet for me, but there's definitely something for everyone here.

Sonic has always been a great spot for a quick bite. They have the retro drive up style ordering that is pretty cool. I ate the Philly Cheesecake, marvelous.

The order was done quickly, and it tasted good. I would eat there again but pay more attention to what everything on a cheeseburger meant. I might have ordered differently. We got an array of food to try and I thought the onion rings were exceptional. The fries were ok and my daughter liked the pretzel and cheese. The shakes were rich and creamy and very thick but could have been more chocolatey. The tater tots were very good. They have tons of drink choices the best I have ever seen. The only drawback is you have to eat in your car. So in the winter it's not as nice as in the summer unless you can get it home quickly. You pay at your parking spot right on the menu board which is convenient. The bathroom door is on the back of the building with no access to the inside restaurant.

Good service, sonic have always been one of my favorite burger joints. The food is above average and the concept is super cool. The people who work at this location are always friendly and prompt. French fries are always served hot and crisp, never had a bad order. Cherry limeades rock. Keep up the good work!

Had a chicken sandwich that was hot crispy and tasty. Would of liked a tomato on sandwich but you can add one, great taste a well done sandwich. So very nice to have an option for tater tots, tots are just a delight. Such a wide choice in beverages, the cherry slush is a delight

Great place for a Sonic Burger, always stop when up here. No. 2 Sonic Double Cheeseburger with tator tots. Awesome. I forgot to take photo when I started to eat so this is what's left. Sorry, just had to start eating.😁🤩

We're super sure we ordered just a Pepsi, but they put cherry in it!! Gave us something we didn't know we wanted! Such great food, good fast service, the only neg is they only gave us four packets of ketchup for a med and lg tots, it just wasn't enough... Otherwise all fantastic, the food was even to the car less than one minute after the sign said the car hop was on his way! Great experience today, for realz

I Enjoyed Coming Here The Food Was Fresh Served Hot And Fast Service. It Was Another Lunch Date For Me & Wifey Ask Her Where Would She Like To Go Out For Lunch And Not Even A Second She'd Said Sonic. She'd Order The 1# (Med) Combo Cheese Burger With Fries And Vanilla Shake. I Had The 7# (Med) Combo Foot Long HotDog With Chili & Cheese With Tot's And A Root Beer Drink. The food at this place is pretty good I would say it is a step above regular fast food but on this night the service was bad young lady bought out the wrong order and seem more intrested in flirting with the guy in the car next to me then correcting my order. then a young man who worked at restaurant came out and gave incredible service made up for the young lady and made it a delightful experience this is definitely a place to go to for fast food. I usually go to the drive up. Enjoy

Had a lot of times where the park and order system isn't as effective as it should be. It's not that long for the orders to get to you once you order, but it's the length of time between hitting the button and someone taking your order that is usually excessive. Otherwise, friendly staff most of the time, and decent food here!

I love Sonic; however on this night they gave me tots that were overcooked and you could tell they were cooked in old grease. They were Lukewarm as well. The burger was messy. The strawberry shake and cherry limeade was good.

Nice spot for a quick bite to eat. Plenty on the menu. The onion rings were great with the special dipping sauce. The footlong hotdog and fries were ok. However, the Blue raspberry slushie needed more flavoring.

Food was good, didn't add cheese to my kids cheeseburger but I think there was a miscommunication. Speaker was hard to hear, very low compared to the music playing, and both the order taker and food runner seemed less than happy to be there... but they weren't rude either.

Decent food like most Sonics but the staff usually has a hard time hearing you at the drive through menu. Whenever I come here if ordering more than one item I know something in my order will be wrong. So I try to check everything at the window if time permits. Food is usually done in a timely manner though. So if you’re not too picky about how your order comes out this might be the place for you.

My first time time stopping by Sonic😡 the food was hot. But, I wasn’t crazy about it. I had the philly but the cheese wasn’t melted all the way. Like the top was melted but the bottom still had cold shredded cheese. I removed it. Tried to eat it the sandwich but I didn’t like it. Just wasn’t working for me.. I wish I had checked my food before going back to work!! Will not recommend this location

This was my first visit. They advertised a garlic butter bacon burger on tv. I had to try it. I docked in my slot and ordered that and fries. It took a long time for the order to get to me. I was fine with that figuring that sometimes good food takes time. The burger wasn’t as hot as I had hoped. I was able to taste every bit of the garlic and butter topping. So savory. The burger itself was crackling due to the charred surface and juicy. (Think of the always excellent Smashburger but not as thin and not as delicious.) The fries was not hot whatsoever. That was a huge disappointment. The fries should be piping hot. The taste and texture was not remarkable. (Five Guys is the best at fries.) On the plus side the menu is full of fun foods like corn dogs, hot dogs and grilled cheese. You don’t get that at fast food joints. As a whole this was not a go-to place to be; not a destination spot. So if I am driving on day and I get hungry I’ll go there if close by. But next time I’ll try the grilled cheese.

We went to sonic for the strawberry cheesecake blast & they ran out. So we had to order something else which was also tasty. 1st I was in the drive up after sitting there for 20 minutes I decided to park & walk up to the patio. I received my order in 5 minutes while everyone in the drive thru & drive up were waiting for their order.

The kids liked it. I thought it was mediocre. I've had better fast food. What I will go back for is the sonic ice cream blasts with candy mixed in. The snicker one was everything. The kids enjoyed their slushy drinks with bursting fruit flavor bubbles. That's what we went for anyway so I'm glad they liked it.

The Limeade and Slushie we ordered were excellent, but the food was very lackluster. We ordered the cheese pretsal dog and the honey BBQ sauced chicken. The chicken was hard and over cooked while being less than luke warm; While the hotdog tasted like it had sat under a heat lamp all day. The woman who took are order could barely hear me and almost spilled our drinks. Overall service was alright and the food was mediocre. Will not be coming back.

Sonic is my go-to guilty pleasure for Tater Tots!!! No other fast food places have "Tots" on the menu. I become a kid again and order the Tots and the Cherry Limeade...Yum! However, the service at this particular location is consistently terrible. The drive-up consoles where they bring your order out to you are never properly staffed, so I usually wind up using the drive-thru. There always seems to be a lot of people inside having the time of their lives, and taking care of their customers seem to be something that interrupts their fun. Everyone always seems to be rushing through your order so they can rejoin the fun. Because of this, quality, efficiency and good service goes out the window. Little things like neglecting to put napkins in the bag or not adding the whip cream topping, that was charged extra, to the wrong sized, drink you are overcharged for, become major issues. I hope this review reaches the attention of those in charge and the necessary changes are made that will make my next visit better, more efficient and enjoyable. Go here for the "Tots" and Cherry Limeade and maybe a burger. These treats will make your day even if the service leaves quite a lot to be desired.

The wait took too long. It seemed as if they were only servicing one side of the lot. It took me an hour to give and receive my order which were only two drinks. I pulled into two drive up speakers because I thought the first one wasn't working. The only way I was able to get my order taken was because I called one of the waiters to me and he was able to take my order. I was very disappointed....

Sonic is normally a place to go eat, but the day I was there was very disappointing. Seems like my shake had more whipped cream than ice cream, combo meal missing my fries, order taker didn’t seem happy, the person brought the food out wasn’t happy, that made me unhappy. I was just over it all. I just hope they find another career that makes them happy so I can be happy lol I feel there pain, but in the mean time please try in give me the correct order cause I be hungry please and thank you !!

My brother and i stopped at Sonic after shopping because i have been wanting Sonic for the last week and there are none near me. I ordered on the app, waited at a kiosk, and the worker Mia came and brought us our food. She was super kind. That was really the only positive thing i have to say. I ordered a Dr Pepper with sweet cream and raspberry, took a sip of it and noticed it tasted off. I took the lid off and realized it was blue raspberry. I thought blue raspberry and raspberry were the same other than the color, but it definitely did not taste the same. It tasted like an icee instead of an ice cream float (what they normally taste like to me). My brother ordered a 5 piece tender, and got 3. I am very disappointed as we both wasted our money on messed up orders.

They were always slow making the food which I learned to live with but now you have to wait 5 minutes at the drive thru before they take your order. You can honk and say hello all you want, it won't help. Update Oct 2024: every time i get a burger with bacon, the bacon always missing. Its partially my fault cause i keep coming back here.

They ALWAYS get our order wrong. This location lacks adult leadership on the inside. However, my experience with the majority of the servers has been most pleasurable. The servers seem to know more than those on the inside. Oh, to mess up an order then toss it in the trash is so wasteful. There are too many hungry people to be throwing food in the trash. Get it together people. I know you can do it. Thanks.

The Sonic Blasts were tasty. However, the kiosk we ordered from was covered with nastiness everywhere it was necessary to touch it. Also, we received no napkins with our orders, which were both sticky & dripping down the sides. So, we asked the servicer to bring us some. We waited nearly 10 minutes & still no napkins. Finally, we were forced to touch that filthy screen again in order to ask for napkins again. They were brought to us quickly this time. This was the first time I've ever been to a Sonic in my life. I am not impressed👎🏽😖

UPDATE:Went back for another try, shame on me. I was DESPERATE for a limeade. You know that feeling, right? The itch that needs a scratch. Something stuck in your craw, you have to just address it. Also, ever the frugal shopper, I wanted to save a few sheckles, and I downloaded the app to get a 1/2 delectable strawberry limeade. As a GenXer, I'm quick on the draw, ordered my drink, AND decided to try the tiktok hack and get a pretzel with the sweet dipping sauce. Ummmmm....no option for the cream cheese sauce. Not to worry. As I approached the bay, I used the button and asked if I could get the sauce added. They couldn't, and they just charged me 83 cents to add it. Cool, cool. Not a worry. After nearly 25 plus minutes for a drink and a pretzel stick, they didn't bring the drink, couldn't find the order, and took over 10 minutes to bring the drink. While I get the crisis, not enough workers, bad wages, the whole thing... a drink and a pretzel shouldn't be over 30 minutes with a pre-order and two others in the lot. After I arrived. So maybe just plan ahead a little before heading out for your tasty treats and definitely try the pretzel hack. Just be prepared to order once you're there.

My most recent visits have been less than stellar. On one visit they gave me the wrong order. Fortunately, I checked before driving off so we were able to correct things. My last visit to this location in Country Club Hills was horrendous. It took over 30 minutes and I never received my food. I wound up requesting a refund and going somewhere else. This location used to be fine, I don't know what happened.

The sandwiches were over saturated with mayo/ mustard. Bread fell a part. Fries were cold. I was so frustrated. The young lady who delivered our food was great. Didn't want to make her day bad by complaining. Thank you for asking. I will not return.

Food was good even though it wasn't how I ordered it. I ordered no tomatoes on my burger and still got tomatoes and I ordered a plain burger for my son and it came with everything on it, even when I told the server that I asked for a plain one, she responded with why what's on it I told her everything and she just grabbed it and walked away. Definitely needs more training on how to deal with customers. And to top it off they didn't even give me my son's apple juice. Bad first experience not going back.

Who ever this lady was got me so upset, I pulled in one of the parking areas to order from the menu. She answered and welcomed me and ask if I could hold. So I held, and held and held for 20 min 🤨 then I push the red button again and no one answered, I pushed it again and again and no answer. I finally pull up to the drive thru and she finally took my order. Smh only reason why I waited so long was because my husband wanted sonic. If you don't like your job fund another..

I'd rate 0 stars if I could, we waited for 10 minutes in the drive-thru. All the cars kept honking trying to get someone's attention to take their orders then all drove around. We pulled up to push red button it took another 10 minutes. Finally we ordered and paid. Over 30 people pulled up and drove off because they were not getting their orders taken one lady had been their way before us and she finally left she had been there for 40 minutes waiting on someone to take her order....we waited for another 40 minutes for our food. People who had shown up after us were getting their food and drinks. By the time we got our food it was cold and they had brought out the wrong slushies....so she had to go back and another 5 minutes went by and we finally got our correct slushies. We would of left sooner however we had paid and could not get any workers attention because there was only one worker running food and she seemed extremely lost and confused. Finally someone else showed up to work however she was just as confused and lost... absolutely horrible DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS SONIC this was our first visit at this Sonic and we will never be going back. To wait for over 1 hour and our food be completely cold,have other people w who arrived after us getting their orders first,how over 30 people drove off because they had not been waited on...and how many orders including ours they got wrong. Absolutely horrible.

We pulled up to lane 6. The employee put us on hold for two mins. We started to place our order and said a number 10 with a shake. Employee kept talking to someone else in the back and asked us to repeat the order 4 times.. Then she said is that all. My husband stated that we have a long order for 6 more people. She stated that we could not place that many orders. We stated it was going to be one bill. The employee said whatever. What else do want, rudely. Then started laughing and talking with this other employee. So we left. This employee did not want to do her job. She was joking and talking with some other employee while trying to take our order. Extremely disrespectful and rude. This is our first time trying Sonic i don't think we will be back anytime soon.

I did the drive thru, I ordered 2 small banana shakes they asked if I wanted a med. I told them No 2 small please my total was $5.19. I waited over 15min. And they still got my order wrong. Long story short they gave me 2 shakes. Won't go back any time soon. Im sure they are short handed cause no one wants to work.

The food was overcooked and tasted absolute horrible! We spent over 30$ and Got burnt onion rings, over cooked tenders that were so hard and nasty! The shake had no topping in it, It was only a little on the top and literally ZERO in the shake .i basically got a vanilla shake when thats not what i ordered. We couldn't even enjoy what we paid for and they also got our order wrong and we had to come back around and we got nothing but attitude from them and all we wanted was the right stuff lol seriously stay away from this location and save your money. We went to Walmart and spent 30$ and then went to sonic and we realized we should just have bought 30$ more worth of stuff from Wal-Mart instead! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Update to my review, as you see every other review got a reply back and I didn't. I called customer service and they didn't even care about my experience and my wasted 30$. I was told I'd get a call back in 1-3 business days and it's been 3 weeks and still I haven't heard back from them. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this location and save your money.

This is one of the worst Sonics I’ve unfortunately been to. It’s close to the area I stay in, so it’s easier for me. However, after several failed attempts with order accuracy, horrible customer service and long waiting periods, this will be my last time using the mobile app at this location if I even return to this this store. I enjoy the various slushes. They are so flavorful and refreshing especially when my preferred flavors (strawberry & peach) are mixed together. Sonics slushes are addicting and great any time. Which is why I was disappointed with my last experience. I placed the order using the app prior to my arrival. Generally, receiving your order is pretty immediate so the wait is minimal. After waiting a bit, I pressed the stall button to make sure my slush was on the way since I had been waiting a while though the other stalls were all empty and only one car in the drive thru. The guy responded it’s coming and disconnected. No greeting.. no apology. Another few minutes passed still nothing. I drove around to the drive thru window and politely asked for a refund since I could no longer wait for my ONE drink. I was looked at and addressed by the worker as if I was an inconvenience or did something wrong to them. There was no confrontation just a refund request made. The window got shut on me without concern as I was made to wait another 5-7 mins for a receipt that stated zero. If I was a rude or irate customer than I would understand the mishandling of a customer, but that wasn’t the situation. Golden Customer service creates lifelong customers. The male worker I assume was the shift mgr. and the young lady at the window was clueless to that. I’ve received inaccurate orders in the past, but it didn’t stop me from coming back. Horrible service will…. I’m pretty sure I won’t return to this location.

Tried to order through the drive thru, lady put us on hold. Then decided to help all the customers around us who pulled in after. Seemed like she didnt want to hear our order. So I let her know we will go in and order. Just to find out the lobby isnt open to take orders. I guess it would help if they had better people taking orders or make it easier for people to order. Definitely disappointed.

On December 5, 2020 around 1pm, I ordered a single cheeseburger with bacon, fries, and a medium ocean water. The ocean water was the only thing I didn’t throw away. The cheeseburger was warm, not hot. My fries were overly salty, lukewarm and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while so they were gummy and did not taste fresh. My food was disgusting in taste and presentation. My cheeseburger looked thrown together & sloppy. The cheese wasn’t all the way melted. I’ve only eaten at Sonic a couple of times and this time will surely be my last. The burger tasted awful, the fries were old. After a few bites, I just threw the food out. So that was money wasted.

I just don’t understand how I order something and the cashier repeats everything back to me and still gives me the wrong order. And its happened multiple times twice on uber eats and once in person…. This use to be one of the best sonic but whoever the staff is there now is just terrible.

I'm a delivery driver and I normally don't leave reviews at all but felt that people should know how incredibly rude the staff was here. I have no control over my orders and received an order for this Sonic. I pulled up to the speaker to let them know I was there for a pickup. As soon as I pull up someone said "Sonic is closed". I then politely let them know that I was there for an order to which I got no response. I waited a couple minutes asking for assistance a few times with no response. I then proceeded to one of the pull up stalls and pressed the button, to which I was once again told "Sonic is closed!" I told them I had an order and still no response. I pressed the button again and this time the employee practically yelled at me to which I finally told them I had an Uber Eats order. She proceeded to yell back at me that she had no order and they were closed. If the employee had simply told me initially she had no order and actually LISTENED to what I had to say I wouldn't be here writing this. The funny part is the restaurant was supposed to be open still and they had simply closed 45 minutes early with no explanation at all.

I was given the wrong order and I called once I got to work. They were nice, and offered to put my name in "the book" so I could receive the correct order on my return. I returned the next day, I received the correct order with was bbq chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks, but the tenders were so old, I could throw them and put somebody's eye out with one. That will be my last visit, I didn't even call to complain a 2nd time, I was just over it.

Took our grandkids here for a treat , or what we thought was a treat. Waited an hour for our food , as people all around us got theirs even though we were there first. Twenty cars came and went while we continued to wait.. I had to hit the order button three times to find out what happened to our food. I also asked for a manager, which did no good. He said he just got there and didn't know what was going on. Bullcrap , somebody had to know something. Needless to say they offered nothing but an apology.. We will NEVER visit that location again

I ordered on the app drove to a stall and checked in on the app, 20 mins go by I press the button and I tell them I had an order and my name and then 10 mins later then she tells me that they can’t find my order and I told her what I had and then another 10 mins go by then I came to the door they came out of I asked the same lady what’s going on with my order and she tells me it’s crazy busy I told her I understand but I was waiting over 45 min and then two more girls come out and ask my name and never came out and the girl taking out the orders ask for my name again, she came out shortly after that never said sorry or anything, had to go back cuz they forgot something and gave me a hard time. girl at the window had an attitude and gave me my order and rolled her eyes. Will not be coming back here I don’t know how this location is still operating with all these complaints.

Went and ordered 2 meals; a #1 single cheeseburger wit fries and a cherry limeade. And a #2 double cheeseburger no tomato with tots and a lemonade slush. I am ALLERGIC to onions. What i received was a #1 with tots and onion and no tomato with a sorry excuse for a cherry limeade. And the #2 had tomato. Called the store 6 times seeing as how i already had pulled off after having to go to the window to get my fries. Call #5 was answered and immediately hung up no words at all. Call #6 was answered to which i explained the situation and my frustrations since i already had to return one item for another. He huffed and offered to remake it but i was already 5 miles away. I asked for a refund to which he said he’d issue IF came back. I asked why i had to come back when i could just give the check number. He reluctantly took my check number and supposedly issued a refund. I then asked if he was the manager to which he responded yes and i told him how i didn’t appreciate him ignoring my calls and later hanging up on me. Then asked how ate orders coming out wrong when i saw him with my own eyes working the line. He then of course hung up on me. So thank you to the manager and team who had me pay for whatever they wanted to give me. Now i have to wait for my refund and almost every other restaurant is closed since its almost 11 pm.

Waited the drive through window for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged us to take our order so we pulled to the drive up and waited 5 minutes and still no one acknowledged us. We noticed 2 other cars at the drive up, only to find that at least one belonged to an employee working at the restaurant. One employee was leaving and one arrived, still no one acknowledged us at the drive up so we left.

This is the first time ordering food from here in over a year. I'm not impressed. I originally tried to order at the drive up stalls, but they kept turning off the "red order light." I decided to go through the drive-through at that point; wish I would have gone somewhere else instead. The tater tots, french fries, onion rings, and chicken tenders were all completely overcooked and not edible. They were hard as rocks and extremely greasy. They smashed the top down into the chili cheese dog so all the cheese stuck to the paper. This trip was a complete waste of time and money. They used to have great food and service when they first opened. This place is completely disappointing. I don't recommend spending your money at this establishment. Maybe in another city or state but not at this location.

The WORST experience. We never even got our food because we asked for a refund after sitting over 35 minutes waiting. After a couple of attempts hitting the button and getting the runaround, I called their phone number and asked for a manager. She was kind and did refund our money (have us drinks, too, for our trouble). However, we will NEVER be back to this location.

Horrible staff. They are lazy and rude. A girl named Makayla messed up my drink and had an attitude about remaking it and it still tasted awful. There are other bad experiences to add on.

If I could give zero starts I would. Waited an hour for burgers fry and shake. Ordered online they didn’t see the order they sent 3 different people out each time we repeated the order nobody came with the order. Finally received food and it was cold burger was burned and didn’t even get the fries and when the fries came out they were cold. If the order wasn’t ready how come the food was cold. Will not visit location again.

I ordered two cheeseburgers one crispy chicken sandwich, two orders of fries and one order of onion rings. The sandwiches were cold and the bread was old hard and stale. This was the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I should have gone across the street to Wendys. If I could give it zero stars I would have. Never ever again. Just nasty food.

I'm used to fast food places messing up orders etc. It's just part of the norm. However, this was the second time I've gone to this particular Sonic where they completely ignore you. Finally drove off for the last and final time from this location. I can be ignored at home by my own teenagers where I won't spend money.

Slow service, food was super expensive and not that good at all. We got a burger and the chicken bites. The bites were just breading with a spit of meat. How was that $10? Legit wild. First time visiting a sonic in years but we have no desire to return. Also fun side effect of that delicious food was an extended stay in the bathroom..... Trash food, slow service, high prices. Eat at home.

What can I say, it's a fast food joint; food is horrible, workers are rude & unpleasant. They rush you to order, they forgot some of our food. They don't know or have any knowledge on how to show basic respect. They hire anyone and make them a manager. I can go on and list all the negatives and no positives. Just don't waste your time and money. They workers make you want to be hostile and confrontational based on how they behave. Until people learn how to do their one job, and respect goes both ways, go somewhere else.

I ordered a number one with extra pickles and tomatoes ... I got this. It was slathered with mustard and onions on the inside. I also had a sweet tea to drink. I received an unsweetened tea. My burger had one tomato and two pickles and cold old French fries. What amazes me about this was that it took 20 minutes in the drive thru to get this. This sonic has the worse customer service ever. The line was wrapped around the building and the person in front of me had their food brought out on a tray from the inside and the lady was kind of ghetto.

The drive-thru cashier does not seem to like working at Sonic. She was very impersonal, cold, doesn’t look at customers and barely speaks. The food is the worst I’ve ever had at a Sonic. The tatertots were made with stale potatoes AND fried in OLD grease. The fountain drinks were made with foul tasting water. We held out hope for the popcorn chicken…NOPE! The popcorn chicken is made with stale batter. I would rather skip dinner than eat this! So long, so well Sonic of Country Club Hills- NEVER again.

The food here is absolutely horrible. It took them forever to bring my food out, and it wasn't everything I had ordered, so I had to wait some more and call them on the intercom several times.

The food did not taste good at all. You have kids working there. The onion rings and fried soak with oil. The 🍔 had a funny taste. I ate in my car and had you spit it out. I HAD TO STOP EATING IT. I Live to far to go back. Never will I go back. McDonald's taste better. This place use to taste good. Not any more. Becareful check your food before you leave

Super disappointed in my most recent visit here. I don't expect much from fast food these days BUT this was terrible. We had to repeat our order multiple times, it was a painful process. After waiting for about 15 minutes for our food to come out, we couldn't even eat it. Everything was soaked in grease and literally inedible. Chicken tenders were shruken and dark colored. We will not be coming back to this location and would suggest just going to Wendy's across the street.

I Really just want to add these photos from the order so that the owner knows exactly how his/her night crew at 1299 Torrence Ave in calumet city on 04/03/2024 behave and how we were treated as LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMERS at a few different locations. This store needs a strong team that actually care about the business and how they look as a human being serving another human being. I use to run a store for over 25 years and has NEVER had not one complaint. Very clean cook and the food was prepared beautifully and tasted as good as it look. This crew was rude nasty and didn’t give a hoot about the business or how they looked as employees. It’s sad

I placed an order online and it told me it was ready at 4:28. Sat at the waiting area for 30 mins without anyone coming out to bring my stuff, so I pushed the red button to talk to someone and they had “no clue” about my order. Trying to charge me again for it as I had the receipt on my phone showing I ordered and payed. All I ordered was 3 drinks, that’s it. And now they are putting lemons in the limeades instead of limes!!! What has this place came to!

ordered two medium green apple slush's with blue raspberry popping bubbles only one came with the bubbles and I ordered a large cookie dough blaster and got about 5 mini pieces of cookie dough and a full cup of ice cream definitely not what I expected or wanted got home to drink the slushie and found chunks of oreo in my drink

If I could wake this restaurant 0 stars, I would terrible service. They do not have a bathroom for customers to use. And they do not listen to customers when you ask for things like dipping sauce preferences and they also make you wait almost an hour to get your food and they do not have properly working terminals in the stalls to pay with credit card. So you get to use a random mobile credit card machine, and they do not give you a receipt.

My order was incorrect, and my food was cold. I asked for a chili cheese hot dog, a chicken sandwich with NO mayo and mozzarella sticks. Once I got home, in my bag is reheated chicken covered in mayo and ice cold mozzarella sticks. Worst $20 I’ve spent in years.

This morning I placed an order and I asked the lady if I may use the restroom she said no it's for employees only she was very rude and disgusting about it as a customer I feel like I have the right to use the restroom at your establishment the lady did not let me use the restroom so I took my business across the street where I was allowed to use the restroom and make a purses very disappointed in your customer service do better

Just no. Whoever took our order wasn’t listening. We had to double check if items were added because they weren’t showing on the screen. Not the grilled cheese ordered or the footlong Quarter Pound Coney, which she asked us to repeat only to later say, ‘We don’t carry that here’ (the hot dog) It felt more like she wasn’t paying attention than anything else. We also asked multiple times for lemonberry slushes, but they kept ringing up the regular lemonade. We clarified again no response so we assumed it was rung up that way, When we got the drinks, they were the regular lemonade one and we took them back and when we got the correct ones they tasted watered down. If something’s unavailable, just say so. Don’t give us something else without explaining. I used to like this location, but it’s really gone downhill.

I give good & unpleasant reviews! This experience was HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I ordered 2 meals and paid $22.80 for fries, onion rings and popcorn chicken to be over cooked and not edible. I ordered BBQ popcorn chicken and could not eye any BBQ sauce. I informed the staff and she took it and sprinkled lil BBQ sauce on it. I'm calling cooperate!! Never returning again. See pictures after she added more BBQ sauce. All the food went into the garbage it was over cooked. Update: I contacted coperate the same day and have not heard from anyone. This is why they are able to get away with poor service.UPDATE: i called that number and replied to their message. Its been over 7 months and I still have not heard back from anyone! This place is horrible!!!!!

We’ve eaten at sonic numerous times in the past but this experience was absolutely horrendous. The speaker at the drive thru window is broken so the associate cannot hear the customers placing their order and then once you do get your food you are dissatisfied. The burger was completely dried out like it had been sitting there for a few hours under a heat lamp and the chicken tenders tasted like unfiltered oil, additionally the fries were cold.

And I used To Go there and Drink all Of These So I Know How They Look Like And Ans There serving. BUT THIS TIME IT WAS LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE ALREADY DRINK IT AND THEY GIVE ME THAT. I TOLD THAT LADY AND SHE SAID THATS HOW THEY MIX ITS BECAUSE ITS BLAST AND I WAS LIKE I NEVER EVER HAVE LIKE THIS BEFORE AND THIS LOOKS LIKE MASSY HOW CAN YOU BE SURE AND TELLING ME THAT YOU THIS IS BLAS THATS WHY ITS LOOKS LIKE THIS. I HAD TO THROW THAT AWAY IN GARBAGE.

Absolutely disgusting and absurd. I just came for a quick lunch. The two ingredients I didn’t ask for were the only ones I received. I am so glad my request wasn’t due to an allergy. Where were my onions? Tomato? Pickles? Ohh and no straw for my slushie. Take your business elsewhere. I do not recommend.
