Great open 24/7 even on holidays I don’t get why anyone would put anything less than 5 starts

The store ladies were very nice. They got me in and out quick without any trouble. Also, they did small conversation, which nowadays is rare, with a smile on their face. It was so lovely being served by the ladies at the subway 37292. BTW, I got a footlong, italian, extra meat and chips and it was less than $20 😆

I'm not sure why someone would say that. Their bathrooms are usually always open, and if there was ever a day they couldn't allow it, there must have been an important reason. The people there are genuinely kind, they treat customers well, and they always make the food fresh. It's better to understand the situation before making negative comments.

Typical subway fare. Just pay attention if you pay cash, you may end up short changed. Last 4 times I was there the automatic change dispenser shorted me. Each time I notified the employee (different one each visit) who did provide the missing/short change. Apparently they have no intent to correct the problem. Now some odd change may not seem like a big deal but over time it adds up especially when most don't check their change and just toss it in a pocket. Just a shady way to conduct business if it's intentional.

Food is good BUT, Old man working late night (2 am) is very very very very rude every single time. He need to learn how to smile and treat people nice. I understand is late and he might be tired but if he cant deal with customers that late just closed earlier!!

Usually when I come here in the morning after work I have impeccable service , tonight I came to pick up some sandwiches for my family and it was terrible. The older gentleman serving me today at about 7pm was visibly irritated that I had come in. He rolled his eyes when i told him I needed more than one sandwich and he was very annoyed when I simply asked for mayo and honey mustard on the sandwich, when he barely gave me a line of it, I requested more and he huffed as if I’d asked to take the bottle home. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and have never had a problem but this guy was so rude about having to do his job, it really bothered me.

It was an obvious issue with the coupon. You did finally give me $5 , (not happily) but why did I need to go through all that for you to honor the coupon that you issued?? When I opened it I found a hair. Of course they are going to say its not theirs. I ended up throwing away the sandwich. Not coming back to this location.

Faking Coupons. I had coupon digital $6.99 for any footlong. Somehow its came up only $2 off. I have Gift card digital. - Not fkg working in this Hindi location I should just leave

They are jerks. I got kicked out because I offered the senior citizen in front of me my coupon. They yelled at me "no selling". I wasn't selling anything. I was GIVING her my coupon. The older gentleman is very unprofessional. I was a regular at that location. I will NEVER go back.
