I came in to get a bite to eat and first thing I noticed was this place was spotless.

This store is the absolute best! The staff goes above and beyond for their customers and the food is always so good! We always have a great experience when ordering from here and the staff makes the atmosphere so welcoming! Definitely a staple place for us getting food at!

What a great visit! Where do I start? Well with the lovely Sandwich Artist, of course. She was a real dish and served up a mean samich. She displayed unparalleled empathy and patience as she listened to our story and problems and also provided us wit psychiatric level advice. We left with a real happy ending I must say.

The ladies in there were really nice and even recommended me toppings to put on the sandwich and it was delicious honey mustard and bbq sauce and pickles with the rotisserie chicken sandwich

The workers here are always soo nice and talkative and they always make my sandwiches well!

First time here at this location. Super friendly and helpful. Orders were correct. The pic is a 6" roast beef on Italian w mayo and all the veggies. The drive thru marquee-microphone does not work, so you have to pull up to the window to order.

I've never had any problems. I usually have a Subclub chips and drink. On my Subclub I have ranch salt pepper mayo all veggies besides pickles then add some oil and vinegar 😋 👌 They get it right every time and are very nice lady's.

We were A LITTLE confused because they had 3 speçials at a time. The young man allowed us to sample a.few free. We left very pleased and we èach got 2 different subs. Wow what a price forb6 subs and tèa, we tipped because he went out of his wau to satisfy us and be happy customers

Staff is always friendly and the food is fresh. Now for the bad...we went there this evening and had to watch as an apparent manager berated her staff in front of us. Extremely unprofessional and a very poor example of what a leader should be. I actually couldn't believe what I was hearing at first, had to think on it for a minute. Very disappointing to say the least. Praise in public, chastise in private.

Typical Subway. Once you walk in, you smell the fresh bread. I usually go to this location because it is close to home. Make sure you check your order, though. They tend to forget chips or to toast sandwiches. Last time I went, I ordered ahead and picked up my order at the drive-thru window. The young lady closing the store had the “open” sign off at least 15 minutes before they were closed and my sandwiches were not made correctly. Quick service, but incorrect order.

The employees were rude. I got this feeling that not one employee wanted to be there. The girl that made our sandwich had trouble following directions. I don’t think that I will be returning to this subway for a while. At least till the current restaurant staff turns over. Not a good experience! 👎🏻 👎🏻

Service was fast for lunch crowd. Was particularly disappointed by little amounts of ingredients on sandwiches. The bread was pretty dry, including my children's meatball sandwiches, which they usually always finish. But at this location, they both asked if they could have more sauce for the side of bread that had nothing on it....and then they charged 2.00 more! Really? We will not return. When I was employed at a Subway in Lindale, we could add any extra sides for free, save for meat or cheese. Please the customer, or you will have no customers before long. Sorry...too much competition to be chintzy with your ingredients.

Wanted a toasted rotisserie chicken received cold. Was in a hurry so went through drive thru. Big mistake Hugh mistake. Tea was the worst I have ever tasted. I don’t recommend the drive thru you can’t see what they are doing and you can’t trust they will get you sandwich right.

No free water. Used to have small cups. Not now. Most places charge small fee for cup. Had to buy full price for a soda. I only drink water. Sandwich was ok.

I have had 2 bad experiences back to back. Been there maybe 5 times and had a good experience twice I would say. Seems like immature kids running the place. Tonight I pull in an hour before close with an open sign on an hour before close to have the girl holler from behind the counter "were closed" as I am closing the door she simply says sorry we ran out of bread. Really sad because in the small town of Hawkins there are very few places to eat. I would assume at a sandwich shop one of the first rules would be make sure there is plenty of bread. Just save your time and don't go. Wonder if the owner is aware of all of this.

I have only eaten at this location twice and when the employee asks I thought we closed early with me standing there looking at other employees and not wanting to acknowledge me was my first clue to walk out. I stayed ordered left. My wrap was way to much pepper and the girl who made it seriously didn't want to be there or wait on a customer. I will give it another chance but honestly I want a different sandwich maker.

No bread only flat bread ordered steak and cheese got one piece of bacon one slice of cheese and a couple bell peppers and onions. This is the third time they recently messed things up. I went to drive in window to order. Call when I got home team leader returned my call. She was very pleasant I asked for a refund she said she was unable to do but would have manager call me monday which she didnt. I will say team leader did offer to make me a new sandwich but I didnt want to drive back. Hate to see this place go under cause we j.g ave so little places to eat out at Holly lake

Used to always find nice people at this Subway. On my last visit on February 11th, 2017, the counter help were very rude. I sent a letter to the corporate office of this restaurant and got no response. I would never recommend eating at this Subway. I used to stop there about once a week, but never again.

Had a Bacon Sandwich yesterday afternoon around three in the afternoon. Bread was two slices of white bread, toasted to almost burnt. Bacon was hard and burnt. One of the worse meals I ever had. Use to be good food! Yuck on yesterday.

Limit 5 subs per order. Anything over 5 considered catering and must place order 24 hours in advance. Plan on visting more than 1 subway if you have a large family.

I used the app to order. I paid. When I went to pick up I was told they did not have my order. Had to go back to work without lunch & paid for something I did not get. Now I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I'm so disappointed & out $44. The app says you must deal with the restaurant you ordered from but again no answer.

Very rude employees. It was awkward ordering because they make you feel like you are troubling them just by being there.

Made my sandwich and when I went to check out they said that they couldn't break $100. Come on why I stopped there you are a chain restaurant that should be able to do that. So not only did I not get my food they wasted a meal. Very sad. On top of that they where out of most things.... Keep driving

We stopped on our way home today February 17 2019 and order a footling turkey and ham the girl put 5 pieces of meat on one side then the other side only got 2 pieces 😠 then the next girl starts putting veggies on and I seen banana peppers in the lettuce I asked her to remove them and it made her made I can’t eat them so I don’t think we will ever stop at this one again

The young "lady" who was there today was not polite. I was the only customer. She treated me like there were 50 in line. She only ever said "What else?" snapped that at me. No call for it!!

Went there Sunday and the drive through was closed but saw two workers working that day they had a huge plastic material of some sort covering the window to where people couldn’t see anything inside the drive through window so ridiculous I ended up going to eat somewhere else can’t say it was busy because the only vehicle there seemed to be the workers and the store was empty with no customers

Atmosphere sucks hangouting in the back when we pulled up acted like it was a problem to come in and make sandwiches literally threw my pizza on the counter only put three pepperonis on my pizza woman who made my sandwiches was the one who acted like her job was such a problem…. Lady being trained was complaining to two high school kids about not having vegetables prepped TALK ABOUT IT WHEN THERE ISN'T CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF HANGING OUT OUTSIDE…. When we left the same lady ran right back outside…. Giggled knowing we were irritated… don’t handle your food carefully && need all new staff

Water is the same price as a fountain drink. Are you serious? Left w/o food. 4 years earlier: I've updated my review to say there is no improvement. Frozen veggies, long wait & incorrect order. Maybe I'll try again next year. The sandwiches are ok especially if the bread is fresh. The music is too loud & the fans make it cold inside. Music is gone, so that's an improvement, however the same poor quality of frozen veggies & brown lettuce.

I called to make it to go order tonight and the girl kept saying hello? Hello? Hello? And I knew she could hear me. She did not want to take an order over the phone. Absolutely deplorable customer service. Also, when you go here to order a sandwich, they get it wrong, and they are just all around horrible people.
