The coffee in this place was amazing. Ended up getting 2 refills and took my time enjoying it. The food was really good also. Came in for breakfast and the Mcmuffin is one of my favorite foods to eat. I especially love it when the promotion of 2 for 4 is on!

I always stop at the location while traveling between Texas and Louisiana. Why? They always have fresh food. Some locations serve whatever is prepared but here you're guaranteed to get your order freshly cooked and quickly served. I love it!

It is a clean restaurant, and the service was good, especially after the manager cheerfully corrected an error for me. And, the ice cream machine was working! Other sites (at least 3) I've been at the ice cream machine seems to out of order. My grandkids got their ice cream after their meals, and it was an enjoyable afternoon.

Hello! I was the woman that was about an hour late for a $55 order of food, thank you so much for re-making that order so close to closing time. I had to detour to my child before coming to pick up and that took longer than expected. I really appreciate the manager that night helping me with the app and rallying her team to get it done fast but also everything was hot, well assembled, and they got every item in that order in those bags to us. Thank you so much!

Im not in this area often but today I stopped for a quick drink. I bought a Mocha Frappe with Oreo! This location did not disappoint either. It was the best one made and I've been to a few dozen different locations. Employees were nice and friendly too.

My kids aggravate me regularly for this lol. They always love their food. We go a couple times a month, and I've rarely had to have anything corrected. Staff is always pleasant. Boys food is hot. We've never had a bad oil or stale food experience at this location

I stopped here for a restroom break on my way home. The restroom was clean and had signs posted following COVID-19 guidelines. While there ordered a cup of coffee waited for a fresh pot to brew, the guy that took my order was nice and informed me of the wait, had to ask for sugar and a stir stick.

It's a good place, the problem starts once they move you from the drive thru. I order my meal and asked me to move to line 1 to wait for my meal, I specified I wanted a certain way with certain sauces the window perwon said yes but when my order arrived I took off. As I was 30 minutes away i realised they gave me the wrong order and lot less than what i had pay. So next time I'll stay in the window. Sorry.

This was a good location. Despite the drive through being full, we entered the restaurant and decided to use the new ordering kiosks. The process was simple and I was able to customize my order as needed without relying on another human to answer questions and mis-interpret my requests. This made the experience was pleasing by mitigating frustration from a employee mistake. My order was completed within a few minutes and I was on my way after validating the items.

They actually have large size iced coffee, which is awesome. But they don't have the Chicken Biscuit. What the hell? They also have a tendency to put non English speakers on drive thru. Just went through the drive thru and it was kinda slow. Ordered an iced hazelnut coffee and a large sweet tea. As usual we were told they don't do hazelnut iced coffee when it is clearly an option. This is a problem at most McDonald's and really should be addressed.

The store is usually always very clean and the staff is courteous. As close to I20 as it is they do NOT have a changing table. Other than that the bathrooms are clean and picked up and the food came out quickly.

For a McDonald's this is a pretty nice one. The food is what you expect from a McDonald's. The coffee is surprisingly good! There normally is a wait on drive thru orders, nothing outlandish though. The staff can be hit or miss though, I've noticed I get better service going on vs drive thru. Cleanliness is okay, they could do better, however it's far from the standard nasty McDonald's.

I pulled into McDonald’s the other day with a craving for nostalgia and questionable decisions. The menu glowed with all the usual suspects—Big Macs, McNuggets, fries that taste best when you’re not supposed to be eating them—but I was feeling bold. Adventurous. A little unhinged, maybe. I pulled up to the speaker and said, “Yeah, I’ll take one McDLT and an Arch Deluxe, please.” Silence. Then, the poor soul working the mic, probably born after both items were discontinued, comes back with, “…sir, I don’t think we sell those anymore.” I persisted. “You sure? McDLT—hot stays hot, cold stays cold? Comes in that styrofoam contraption? And the Arch Deluxe? Fancy bun, grown-up mustard sauce?” Another pause. “We’ve got a McChicken?” Defeated, I settled for a Quarter Pounder and fries—classic, reliable, and salty enough to heal most emotional wounds. The Coke was perfectly calibrated, probably mixed by NASA. And I’ll admit, the fries were at peak golden crispness for the first four minutes, like clockwork. But as I sat there in the parking lot, dipping fries in ketchup and sipping carbonated joy, I couldn’t help but pour one out (figuratively) for the forgotten heroes of McDonald’s past. The McDLT. The Arch Deluxe. Legends lost to time and bad marketing. Maybe one day they’ll make a comeback. Until then, I’ll just keep confusing the employees.

I came through at 9:30 on my way home from work. My fries and my quarter pounder with cheese were cold. My sandwich look like it had been slapped together the meat was hanging out the side of the bun. I didn't get a straw for my milkshake. I don't usually do McDonald's because they're just not very good but I was craving a quarter pounder. It's just nice to have fresh food that's hot for dinner not everybody works 9 to 5.

Ordered Caramel Frappe but was told that it wasn't available and I could replace with a Mocha Frappe. I declined and opted for a refund and they refunded me for a Mocha Frappe which cost less than what I had paid for the Caramel Frappe.

The food was hot and fresh. That’s the only reason that I’m going it 2 stars. Customer service sucked from the boy giving me my food to the manager. First they got my order wrong and didn’t want to give me my missing item, then when I asked for me Barbque sauce they told me that they would have to charge me. I ordered 3 #5 meals and 2 kids meals with 6 piece nuggets. They only gave me 2 packs of barbecue sauce. So that’s 42 nuggets with 2 Barbeque sauces! Then threatened to charge me for more! I told them NO, you will give me what I’m supposed to get or give me my money back!

I travel on I-20 several times a month and have stopped here a few times to grab a quick snack for the road or a drink. It seems every time I went they messed up something about the order and their drinks are always flat. After they got all of my food wrong today I can say that I won't return again.

Ordered 2 #1s, LG coke, LG sweet tea & apple pie. First of all the burger meat didn't taste like beef. So much goop the burger fell apart from being too sloggy. Then the fries 🍟 looked ok...but smelled like burnt grease, no salt and seemed old. It is disappointing paying nearly $20 for that.

They advertised a spicy chicken nugget meal deal for $15 but when I ordered it they have me regular nuggets, when I took them back they tried to say spice nuggets weren't included in the deal even though the spicy nuggets were the only nuggets advertised on the picture... had to call manager. Who said she will have to contact corporate because computer won't let them do it... they finally made the spicy nuggets ,but didn't cook them all.the way, the fries were fresh...will never be back to this location. Worst one I have EVER been to! Every single time we go the order is missing something or completely wrong, they are rude, charge higher prices, and give back wrong change. My husband just left after they rang up $15 worth of food and charged him over $20. Then when he gave them a large bill to pay for it they shorted him over $20 in change and refused to give a receipt that he asked for multiple times. This is the last straw and they will never receive our business again. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS! If I could give negative stars I would!

I asked for pure honey to go with my 20 piece chicken nuggets. The honey packs are small and very little honey in them. I was told I am only allowed to have 4 or I have to be charged extra. I have been eating at McDonald's for over 20 year and never had too pay for condiments. I get my order and I was given honey mustard, so after all the arguing over pure honey packs they do not give me any. I had to drive back to the store bc I was determined to get what I ordered and had to eat cold nuggets. Thanks alot. I will stick to chickylay where when I ask for honey I get honey without all the hassle.

Normally, I drive thru and the service is very fast. Last night, I dined in and it took several employees looking at me (at the counter) and not coming over to take my order. I sat down and went back to the counter to see if I could get waited on a second time. Everybody else was waited on promptly, except me. No apologies or nothing.I will not be dining in again.

DO NOT USE CURBSIDE HERE. When I told them I was there through the app, there was just three cars in drive thru. Even one of the employees went to my car early and asked what my order was within the first minute i was there, we both laughed it off, no big deal. 15 minutes and 5 more cars in the drive thru later, (order at least when there were no more cars in the drive thru) I was under the impression either they had forgotten about my order, or someone was messing it up constantly. Finally, the same employee walks up to my car and asks, "Did you order curbside?" when she asked me the same question 15 minutes ago. She asked if I waited here a long time, I responded with "15 minutes" and she responded with "okay". No, "sorry for the inconvenience," no explanation to why my order took 10 minutes longer than it should have. When I got my food, the fries were dumped into the bag like it was five guys, and my coke had NO ICE. There should be no reason why an order should be this terrible of quality, and the customer service was below average. I thought curbside was suppose to beat the traffic of drive thru not withstand it. This has been a terrible experience.

Waited for over 30 minutes in the drive through, supposed to be fast food, not slow food. They forgot one of our orders and we had to go back inside and get it and no one welcomed us or was at the register, seems like everyone was clueless. Anyways, dear franchise owner, get it together. I came to this location it was a young girl behind the counter working. She looked at me and turned around I waited a little while longer I asked her ma'am who's working the front counter she turned around with an attitude saying I'm off the clock. I said oh wow and she said something else. So still no one came to the front counter I waited for a manager it took her 5 minutes or longer to come out the restroom. While I was waiting on the manager the young lady came asking what can I get for you I said no I want to speak with a manager I don't want you helping me. If you are off the clock why are you even behind the counter working in the first place. Very bad customer service and her attitude is not the kind of attitude so one should have working with customers. If you dont want bad service and wait long times I wouldn't suggest you go here. I spoke to the manager and after all she did I didn't even want anyone there to serve me. It's a business when you come into the work place leave the negative attitudes at the door if you don't like your job go find another place to work!

The restaurant was filthy! Not one clean table and the restroom was disgusting. I ordered a biscuit and gravy meal. It came with very little gravy. I asked for a little more gravy, of course had to pay for "extra" gravy. Not a good experience.

It is also very rude to yet across the store, & I told her that I would not do that. Then when a different manager can to take care of my problem, he deleted the proof off of my phone that I was overcharged without my permission. I finally got it rectified but how many other people are they getting over on because of a lack of knowledge?!?!?! I will not be back here even though it's 2mins away from my home.

Very upset because I ordered 1 large order of fries and the container was only half full. On top of that, they did not give me any ketchup, which is custom for any order of fries. The person I spoke to was quite rood and seemed like she just wanted to take my order and get it over with. I’m disappointed with the overall service I received and I sure hope that McDonalds gets it together because I’m not going back otherwise.

zero if I could. food took forever n was cold only to find out it was all wrong. gave me a cheaper chicken sand than I ordered. no mayo or ketchup on the burgers. then charged me for extra sauce. no one pays attention to the front counter. service and food are TERRIBLE

Food is ok, place is clean thanks to the nice sweet janitor. The downfall is the woman with blonde hair wearing red cap wrapping hands behind her back staring at people and her employees. I am not sure if she’s a manager but is really rude, disrespectful and impudent. If she already has a bad morning, then don’t make us suffering, seems like she has more than just one bad morning due to below comments.

We were in the store Saturday 10/10 at 11:45am. I had to clean my table myself because all tables were dirty. We waited a long time for our food which was luke warm. The restrooms were just as nasty as the dining area. When we left we had to leave our trash on the table because you couldn't get another item in the trash can. I cringe when I think about the condition of kitchen. I will NOT go back to this restaurant.

Where to start.... I think they should just throw the crew away and, start over. They don't know how to brew coffee, then the girls who lie so well try to sale old coffee like people who drink coffee don't know fresh from old. The buns be burnt, the sandwich just threw together. No greetings, no smiles, no customer service JUST BAD SODAS, LACK OF A GREAT DAY AT MICKEY D's. Don't go to one on North Market.

We ordered McDonald’s through the app and by the time we get there they said “It’s not in our system” and we argued for a while that we DID order through the app and it is in the system, she called the manager and screamed at him for approximately 5 minutes and caused us to hold up the drive through with 20 or so angry people cussing at us. To make matters worse the lady said that we had to show her our bank account to confirm the order, does that make sense? No it doesn’t, sounds like a robbery tactic, highly unprofessional and stupid, may never come back and hopefully she gets fired

Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes… at 5:00 am when they were supposed to be open. Finally drove up to window. The manager wouldn’t open the window just kept telling me “5 more minutes” thru the window…. I would have been late for work so I just had to drive away without breakfast! Don’t advertise being open at 5:00 if you can’t be open at 5:00. Extremely unprofessional.

I placed an order with the app and sent brother to pick it up not knowing you would need your phone. Or that it was mandatory even though he had the order number and it was paid by credit card he wasn’t unable to pick up the order which made it difficult because I then had to leave what I was doing to pick up the order. I get there and the order was wrong. Manager was unhelpful and I had to place another order just to get what I hadn’t ordered to begin with. Manager was not friendly. Never once offered help. Unhappy customer.

This place is awful, it is run by Mexicans who can not speak English so your order is always wrong!! You ask for a large drink of any kind that will give you a small every time. If you ask for condiments they are never in the bag when you get home. You ask them any questions the say yes to everything. It's the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I live local & all the other local folk say the same things.

Great food but service was horrible not sure if she is the manager or not. she had blonde hair with a ball cap on... she was being very disrespectful to customers to the point I seen a crowd walk out ... I always witness a lady who was waiting patiently to be waited on and they just looked at her and turned around.

Cleanliness is lacking. Restrooms were soiled in grime and the only toilet seat was covered in feces and urine. Toilet paper scattered about the floor. Drink fountain was leaking soda and staff were standing around talking about their personal lives rather than being about their work. Counter tops looked like they were cleaned with filthy rags and there were smears on every table top.

We waited for over half an hour in the drive through then my dad went in they said "we were about to bring you your food" gave us the food it was soggy wet cold all the fries were upside down no one was there the staff had sas our mom had to go in and have them remake just the fries and they acted like THEY were the victims dealing with a jerk even though they DIRECTLY heard us say our stuff and said to us to pull up to wait

I frequent this McDonald's often because I care for my grandchildren who of course love McDonald's. I went thru the drive thru a few weeks back and honestly got the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They gave my food to the vehicle in front of me and charged them for it. So they had to rering their order which took forever! They then told me to park in front so they could remake my food. I set out front for 15mins while they continued to serve vehicles in drive thru behind me. When a youbg man finally brought my food out I asked to send speak to the manager who was the one who told me to park. I waited and waited she never came. I had to babies in the car and couldn't go in. I left and called to speak with her she stated he never told her. She said she couldn't just make my food and hold up the drive thru. It was your mistake you should prioritize fixing it. She then told me it is hard times right now due to Covid19 like I dont know that and even the more of a reason to do better! And to my disbelief she told me if I knew anyone looking for a job I should send them up there because they are understaffed and she would hire them and then I could get my food faster. It's not my job to recruit for you so you can run your establishment efficiently! I said I wouldn't go back to this location but I did today and the young man in drive thru handed me my food and never spoke. I said thank you and he didn't even respond. I guess he's following his management example! Shame on y'all!

Ordered my food at 7:33pm got to the pick up and was asked nicely to park for my order.They came out with it,but missing part of it.I told the worker and he took my food back inside,Sitting there for 20 m and a worker come out and asked me what I was waiting for.I said my food.He goes back in and 5 walk in 5 min later and ask for the Mrg on duty. She was not friendly towards me ,the employees were not in a good mood . I'm still standing there another 7min and get just one of my burgers,I asked for my other burger and fries I payed for.The one employee was very rude and told me he will get my food .My fries were burnt and hard. I let there with my food at 8:07 . They made me feel that I was in the wrong for asking for my full order I paid for.Mrg made no attempt to make it right or tall me sorry for the hard time getting my food.

Even after getting my order wrong the first time around. I was still only given 2 sauces after asking explicitly for extra sauce. I don't mind paying but how are you going to mess this up multiple times? On top of that the attitude of the staff and manager was unacceptable for such a simple fix. I have had restaurants refund my meal completely for missing items with out even asking. All I wanted was a few extra sauces or at the very least to have paid for them when I asked the first time. McDonald's isn't even cheap like it used to be. Stay away!

I decided to treat my young son to dinner Sunday night. Unfortunately, a young employee, who seemed to be on break at a table on her phone, was so vulgar we had to leave. She didn't care several guests could clearly hear her, including children. Several other employees also joined her, giving an overall impression that the culture here is not about customer service. Several employees behaved and said things that showed they hate working there and the food. I definitely won't eat inside again.

Just started working in Lindale and went by For a fish fillet sandwich. It was the worst experience and food I’ve ever had from McDonald’s in my life. The fish fillet was so old. It was like a soggy piece of bread and those things are not cheap. I don’t mind waiting for a fresh fish fillet. They don’t get ordered that often. There should not have been any premade in the warmer, but yet I was given an old soggy bread, textured fish fillet that had clearly been in The warmer too long with the half slice of cheese hanging off the sandwich melted on the bottom of the bun. I went by at 11:30 AM. Lunch should not have been that old already they overprepared for lunch too early and left old food for the lunch rush.

Went through the drive thru. SIMPLE ORDER, cheeseburger kids meal, large #5 with coke no sauce. We paid then roll up to get our good. Guy at the window goes "medium coke, small dr pepper. My son says no, because we didn't have a medium anything and the coke wasn't even full. The guy at the window says the girl that took our order put a medium coke. I said I ordered a large number 5 that means a large drink and fries. I offered to pay the difference and the manager tried to tell me that I HAVE TO take the medium drink and go back around because they have a line. Yeah, that's not happening, I already went through the line and I'm not doing it again. She started to get mad because I wasn't going back around, I'm sorry your girl messed up but that's not my fault. Finally got the large coke. DO BETTER McDonald's

Forewarning- if part of your order was not heard or entered on their end, expect to be sent to the back of the drive-thru line, once you reach the last window, just so you can order it…. Again….. and hopefully they actually enter/hear it. In the future, I’d recommend taking care of the customer while you have them at the window. That way they do not have to spend an additional 15 minutes in your line. Also, it doesn’t hurt to smile.

Yesterday, I was at rhe restaurant to pickup an order. Two female employees were standing ar the counter, playing with a friend's baby. I was standing next to the friend, but the employees didn't even acknowledge me. I finally interrupted and said that I was there to pick up an order. One of the employees waved her hand towards the back and said, "They're working on it." She didn't even apologize, greet me or look at me. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. I've been here on other occasions and Ive witnessed a female supervisor (with glasses), who constantly insults customers. She's run me out of the restaurant over a cup of coffee. This restaurant does not provide good customer service.

Today, my daughter and I stopped in for a late lunch. I the middle of me ordering, they switched employees. Which made my order be wrong when I got it. The manager on duty was rude to my daughter 1st, because she swears that they already gave her extra fries, instead of apple slices. The young man at the register end up giving us 2 apple juices and not what we ordered. So the manager tells me, I can have the fries she handed me as if I was lieing. Her response when I pointed out her mistake, was too busy concentrating on being on her phone, to give a real apology. Instead I got "sorry, have a blessed day". Turned around and walked away . Customer service is very poor, unprofessional leadership. I can see why they are rated 3.7!! Only gave the stars, so I could make my post, they are definitely in the negative
