This subway is much better than it used to be. The last few times I've gone there the service has been good and sandwiches have been just the way I ordered them.
Every time I go to this Subway, I have a wonderful experience for fast fresh food. Always great customer service, always clean and smells great, especially fresh baked bread and cookies. The employees are great, always smiling, helpful, and always have a positive attitude, don't see that kind of positive impact in fast food places anymore. Thank you I-20 Lindale store for this wonderful atmosphere you guys continue to carry.
Genuinely nice people working here. I enjoy coming to this location simply because the night crew is usually really chill. And they remember me when I come in, even if it's not for a good bit. Also they don't skimp on the veggies like other locations. Thank you for that, I love my banana peppers.
Best Subway sandwich I've ever had in my life and I eat a lot of Subway the the employees were awesome the managers cool as can be definitely 10 out of 10 will revisit even if I have to drive 30 mi just to get there. Loved every bite!!!!

Didn’t get the young man and young lady at 13354 county road but I went in there to get me a sandwich and they were very patient and awesome to me. Just moving to the area and good customer service is a great thing for me so I just want it to be known that they were awesome
Got a salad here. Josh was very helpful and nice! He made this experience the best one I've had so far! Definitely would recommend. He was constantly cleaning and making sure everyone was taken care of. Awesome experience!
They made our sandwiches great. Their friendliness and personality were what really made the whole experience though. By the way, if you are a God fearing person then you will enjoy their Christian radio broadcast played softly in the background.
It's the standard cookie cutter Subway, which is one of the reasons we LIKE it! We can.always depend on being able to have our VEGAN needs met! We like that!! The staff in this restaurant did a very very nice job. Thank you!

I got these coupons in the mail so I decided to go not knowing what I would actually save or how much the subs were. I got three foot longs and usually never pay attention to the price when I usually go. So my order would have been $32 and I got it for $19.50. So definitely a great deal. Next thing is I went to this subway at 6:48 pm and don’t know the two female workers names but hopefully the shop will know who worked at that time that night. Those two are the best employees there since I’ve been going. Usually I go during the day and it’s 2 young men and a young woman. One of the guys and I don’t know the name, is usually trying to let the other workers do all the work and just complains and when those three are there it seems to be bickering and complaining. The two women tonight I don’t remember seeing that often but they were the best of most all Subway workers I’ve had make my sandwich which is why I decided to write this. Again I don’t know the names but they were super friendly and did exactly as I asked for my sandwiches without asking a thousand times the same questions and did everything with a smile and just seemed not only to enjoy it but just did the work fast and well. (I always only get two vegetables and one sauce along with meat and cheese and usually people ask me several times and sometimes still grab something I didn’t say because they weren’t paying attention) I don’t know if they enjoy it or not but they had excellent customer service. Main thing is that if you get the coupons, definitely use them because they are worth it and we love Subway sandwiches so thanks!! Also soon they are going to start slicing there own meat. I was told that today by one of the women there so great
I’ve been coming to this Subway for the last few months since moving here and I must say it’s the cleanest, most efficient location I’ve visited and the staff is always incredibly friendly and attentive. This is no doubt a reflection of their current management as each of the associates I’ve interacted with speaks very highly of their leadership. This location certainly is not immune to a surge in visitors right around the lunch hour whereas this is the norm for any small town this close to a main thoroughfare however they do a great job keeping up. Thanks for all you do guys/gals! (:

It's the standard Subway experience, and there's nothing wrong with that. The people were nice. One lady was out and about cleaning and she picked up my basket for me.
Subway just isn't what it use to be. They treat employees bad or something. I see new employees just about ever other week. Some employees care and some just dont. Ill get home and have so much sauce that I cant eat it. I would litterally have to use a straw (This is an over all rating for all sunways.)
This is one of the nicest, most friendly and up beat Subways I've been too. It is always clean, they get the food out quicky and the drive thru nails your order. I've only had one bad time at this location, in years of eating here, it was corrected immediately.

The sandwiches are mediocre at best and Ella is scatterbrained and can barely focus on what she's doing. Every time I go in there it takes forever. Won't be back.
Our subs wasn't made properly or in a timely manner while one employee continued with my kids meal they left my sub sitting on the bar and started the next customers sub and toasted then started the veggies before even touching mine to toast and veggie up and on top of that this is the 3erd time in a role they've been out of alot of stuff (bread, dressings, veggies, even pepper)........it took them 45 minutes to do 3 6 inch subs and 2 pizzas, very unsatisfied most likely won't go back their
Their bathrooms were closed, they no longer sell rotisserie chicken, buffalo or creamy Sriracha sauce, and were missing a huge selection of chips. Overall a bad experience
Service was slow at the drive through. Had some people come into the restaurant after we had already ordered 2 foot longs and left before we did. If it's not possible to manage a drive thru and ppl that order inside then at least close the drive through.
Food as good as usual but had an unusual wait. They guy behind me left. I was second in line and it took 10 minutes to order and pay. Also this location must have had sure conditioning problems because it was warm inside. I will try again another time but please fix the air.
Food is great, ppl eh. I'm disabled , doors were hard to open Goin in n out, but the bathroom door was impossible for me, I couldn't get out n I was yelling for someone to please help me, the longer I yelled the more pain I was in n I couldn't make them hear me. Well they heard, just didn't understand I was trapped. N I left my ph in truck so I couldn't call my son to come help me.. so businesses need to adjust their doors for the disabled n weak..
They didn't have pepperoni or salami the two main meats?
I’m not sure where the two lovely lady’s that normally take care of me are amber and heather. I stop here everytime I come to town they take good care of me however until they bring them back I will no longer be going to this subway I sat in the deive thru a good 5 minutes then finally some dirty looking guy came to the window not wearing his mask saying he didn’t hear me that’s probably because he wasn’t wearing a headset some lady was just standing on computer if this is new management wow subway y’all have really down graded I told them nevermind I was good there was no way they was making my food very disappointed
Had a mobile order and the app said it was done went to pick it up and they weren't even started. When I go in the restaurant there is ONE employee working and he is obviously busy and overwhelmed. I asked for my order to be cancelled but I'm not holding my breath for a refund. Awful!
This subway has different employees working every day turnover rate is horrible. I always order the same thing and each time it's different. I want the owner either properly train your employees or close the doors nobody has money to waste
Horrifically operated store run by new hires who are untrained and woefully inefficient. Not their fault management is not there to ensure better quality. Skip this location and go to the one down the road. Meats are over salted.
Only one person working, and we ordered ahead of time in the app. 45 minutes later the worker said they had not even made our order yet. She was doing all the people in store first and ignoring online and drive thru. This was at lunch time. I'm all for being patient for one worker, but you still have to take care of everyone not just the in-store people.
Lots of employees but only 1 knew how to do her job all others seemed like they were new hires and it was their first day. If this was the case this is poor ownership and not how you run a business. I completely understand the only knowledgeable employees frustration that was very obvious if she was having to train 4 people at once!!! From start to finish took 15mins, The guy who made our sandwiches had no clue I had to tell him what all came on mine (cold cut) and how to do it he completely screwed up my husband's and it was impossible to eat (chicken breast on flat bread) all while chewing gum and not giving a care in the world. This location really needs to work on a lot of things maybe new owners who know how to run a business for starters!!!
these people don't have their stuff in order. they are extremely rude and act as if they really don't care about how I am. they always give dirty looks and they don't care about even listening to your order. I ordered all of the veggies on my sandwich and got home and saw that my sandwich had NOTHING on it. I was extremely pissed and I am NEVER coming here again. i wanna direct this review directly toward the short haired black individual that is emplpyed there because she's the rude individual and is the reason why y'all are losing all of my business because of her attitude and what she did to me. like, understand, I am literally pissed off.
I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Nobody answered. The parking lot had no customers. I pulled to the drive thru window and two young men looked at me and walked away from the window and continued texting on their phones. Terrible. If their too lazy to serve, I'm sure the food safety ain't much better. I went to the subway by Hideaway. They had clean and professional service.
I ordered a sub for takeout. When I got home, most of the toppings and all of the sauces listed on the receipt were missing, including extras I paid for. I returned to the store calmly to show the receipt and explain the issue. The employee argued with me, raised her voice, and insisted the order was made correctly. I had to ask to speak with a manager. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was rude and unacceptable, and not what I expect from a Subway location. I’ve attached a photo of what the receipt says and how the sub looked.
This Subway is the most disrespectful gross Subway. I have ever seen. I don't even know how Lindale has these employees working in this Subway? The tall black dude, with the short dreads, constantly brushes his hair. In the food area constantly opens the back window and spits out the drive through window because the business is condemned. No one is going there, I literally sat here for an hour, no 1 came a lady, let her dog out and use the restroom in the parking lot. Because she thought it was a banded building as I literally keep watching inside of the window and I have it on recording. He's still brushing his hair, he is very rude and if I'm not mistaken, I think his name is javon now the other black dude. Isaiah, he does try, but he is not people person, either.They are just not made for this job and it's making the lindale subway look bad if you're not happy with your job or if you're just trying to make money by standing at a bandit building then stand on the side of the road in a heat and make money, they don't even try to make sure you have fresh bread or nothing. They don't welcome you in it is just horrible.\n I will not be going back to that Subway. And I hope and pray There's something done because you're letting a good building go to waste🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I usually choose this location over any other subway and enjoy the food, but today I went & asked for Italian she tells me it's called "White bread" pretty sure it's Artisan Italian. Anywho I ordered what I wanted and once the sandwich got in my hand I felt how hard it was she said "they're all like that" it just came out the oven !! How??? Waste of money I should of have got a refund. The other girl was just dancing around. If those two are working I will walk back out .
5/25/25 I went to this subway at 7pm and the 2 employees turned me away!! 1 male 1 female. They were both in the back supposedly doing prep because the other shift did nothing according to them!! The female came to the front and already had attitude telling me she could not help me because of the previous shift!! I asked how long it might be to wait and she said there is no wait we are doing prep that’s why we are in the back!! So I was like so yall don’t want to make any sandwiches or salads or anything!! They both said no!! This is the only time I’ve been turned away at such a simple eating establishment!! These kids should be retrained and taught how to manage even when previous shift was lazy!! You improvise and take care of customers and prep!! I would have came back in 30 if needed but instead they turned me away!!

So this is my foot long chicken breast on flat bread! This is not a sub! I understand your in training but ask for help I tried explaining to him how it goes but just did not get it. I normally love lindale subway but this was very unprofessional today
Their sandwiches are great but when did subway get stingy with vegetables? I make salads at my job that cost the same price but are 5 times bigger. This is pathetic. Update: found rotten lettuce in the salad.
