Update: they let go the person making the chocolate donuts that wasn’t following the recipe (per owner) we haven’t had a problem since! Chocolate donut tasted like acetone I almost puked it was so bad. We won’t go back but the donut shop down the street going towards holly lake (at the 4way) is way better! Thank god there is another place close by…

My favorite place to drop in for that tasty delight. As comparing to other donut stops, when the Donut Box opens their doors their display case has all they have to offer. Other places will ask for you to wait a couple minutes which turns out to be 10-15 minute wait, or you can purchase whatever is leftover from yesterday at the menu price .

The employees are always nice and they have gotten all our orders correct so far. I am sad though because their chocolate icing has a strong chemical taste to it and I love a chocolate iced donut with sprinkles, but i do not get them here.

I kept telling the lady there's no coffee in the coffee maker and she kept telling me that yes coffee in machine. I know what hot water and milk taste like. Kids like the 🍩 holes..a lot

First visit, doughnut tasted like a nail salon. Like acetone.. it was weird. I'll go back again someday. But for now I spit it out and had to rip them from my baby. Not sure if it's going to make us sick yet.. other than that it was a friendly experience :)

They have very nice staff but I found a small baby spider on my doughnut and it looked like it has been there for a while I just wanted to share this for safety of others

Chocolate tastes like acetone. Been to this place twice and won’t go there again. First time there, the chocolate icing tasted like nail polish remover. Thinking maybe it was an isolated incident, I went back a second time. Again, chocolate icing tasted like nail polish remover. Now, after reading other reviews, I feel compelled to share my agreement with the “chemical taste” and “acetone”. Something is definitely not right here.
