i’m giving back what was given to me when I walked into Denny’s to pick up my order. Irma went out of her way to get me my pancakes and went and put the butter in between my pancakes and also went out of her way and cut the bananas that were missing that weren’t on my pancakes when I placed my pancakes, order my pancake order she went out of her way and added my bananas, my whipped cream and my butter, so I’m giving back what she put out. Irma carries good energy thank you Irma for making my day.

My family and I usually come in about once a week to have breakfast here at this location. We had a mix up with our last order but the staff was friendly and helpful and compt our meal . Our server Irma D was extremely friendly and attentive. Our food came out hot and very fast . Good service will definitely continue to come back !

As soon as we entered the establishment, a Nahomy greeted us with a heartwarming smile that felt welcoming. She seated us with pleasure, and was very patient. Food was decent, did note that portions were changed but there’s a lot of options. Overall very satisfied visit at this Dennys. Nahomy made it better with her customer service .

I live across from Dennys in Culver City California what a disappointment to eat there… However this Hawthorne Ca location OUTSTANDING!! Food portions are so much larger and the quality is better, I even took a photo of same breakfast order I had at CC location vs this location ham , sausage and bacon regular great portion at CC they cut the ham into very thin slices like lunch meat and bacon cut in half… Most of all my Sever Miriamm C. Was amazing friendly and efficient.. entire team was professional.

Food was great, Iris our server was so nice and efficient...but, the fire alarm door was beeping constantly - it just takes them changing a battery to fix that. We had to ask them to move us away from that door. Too bad, everything else was really good!!

@1234 We arrived at the restaurant and Marina greeted us and then took us to our booth, she later returned to take our order and eventually brought us our food (mind you the restaurant had a steady crowd coming in) while we were eating I observed Marina greeting every guest with a smile and a welcoming spirit as she did us when we arrived NOW that we are done I thanked Marina for her hospitality and warm spirit, she was the greeter, the host, the waitress, buswoman, runner and cashier all while having a smile. Denny corporation you have a diamond in the rough. I work for a hospital in the quality department and if I could give Marina 10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s I would. She is the definition of customer service while under pressure when short staff. This happened on Christmas Eve 2025 .

I had such a great experience at Denny’s! The restaurant was clean, the food came out hot, and everything tasted fresh. But the highlight of my visit was Tony, our server. He was absolutely amazing — super friendly, patient, and attentive the entire time. He checked in on us without being overbearing, made sure our order was perfect, and had such a positive attitude that it made the whole meal even better. If you’re going to Denny’s, definitely hope you get Tony — he truly made the experience exceptional!

We visited this Denny’s on Christmas. Upon arrival, the host seated us. I noticed there was only one server working, which I understood given the holiday. We sat down, decided what we wanted to order, and waited for approximately 30 minutes. During that time, two parties seated ahead of us were greeted, given drinks, and served within about 10–15 minutes, while we were never greeted or offered drinks. The host continued seating new guests in the front of the restaurant while we were the only two guests seated in the back, as shown in the photos attached. Eventually, a waiting lobby formed, yet we were not acknowledged or given any information about wait times. After waiting, the host then took the order of a family that arrived after us, and at that point we decided to leave. The only staff member who spoke to us was the busboy, who suggested we move closer due to having only one server. No similar communication came from the host or server. We were also seated next to an emergency exit that emitted a constant beeping sound throughout the wait. Suggestion for management: On understaffed or holiday shifts, guests should be informed of wait times before being seated. Hosts should coordinate seating with server capacity and ensure all tables are acknowledged and offered drinks, even if there will be a delay. Clear communication would have significantly improved this experience. Based on this experience, I would not return.

On Tuesday 12-16-25 in the evening I took my 4 children to Ðennys. I thought the kids eat free deal was going on but the waitress only said on Thursdays kids eat free. Each Ðennys location is different which is understandable. Long story short 2 out of my 4 kiddos have autism. If you have an autistic child then you understand how stressful it is. I told the manager “I’m going to þut my kids in the car & come back in to þay.” He told that’s fine but he didn’t actually mean it. They just knew I was going to dine & dash but I didn’t. The waitress act like she didn’t hear what said to the manager & she said oh you’re not going to Þay? I said I am I’m just going to þut my kids in the car then I will come back in & þay. She said oh no I don’t believe you. I said that’s fine you don’t believe me. The manager walked out through the emergency exit & had his þhone out waiting to call the Hawthorne Þolice on me because they really knew I was going to drive away🤦🏾‍♀️y’all should have seen the look of shock on her face when I came back in to þay & the manager had me walk in through the emergency exit. Just like they have sþecial accommodations for seniors they need sþecial accommodations for autistic children & adults at these fast food restaurants.
