I love their sandwiches....only ever got them when I was visiting family in Nebraska. Happy me when I saw their new store locally driving down the freeway. Easy on and off access and open till 10 p.m. with parking right in front

Plenty of choices to choose from I've been getting sandwiches from this place From either Billy or Fernando and I really like their bread texture cause it doesn't get hard like some bread does Billy my cousin surprised me s couple of days ago by heading to their place Wow I mean they've got a mean menu to choose from I went and order a large #9 Combo That was a very fulfilling and nice one ! Ordering can be a little intimidating at the very beginning because of the different meats and Cheeses and ways they prepared these different sandwiches I didn't know this , but you can see a menu on your phone and also just press a save button after placing your order by phone I took a couple of photos But I promise you some more when we go back, 📸📷📸📷

I literally called 10 min before closing, and my order was ready before getting off the phone. My food is correct, fresh, and VERY GOOD!! Compliments to the crew! Perfect first visit 😁

The Baseline: For a sandwich place, the sandwiches must have fresh, quality ingredients, it must efficiently make my sandwich, additional sides must be available, and there should be unique offerings. Food: Jimmy John’s is a sandwich chain that has several standards offerings. The bread for sandwiches is of good quality, the meats are good, and the Jimmy Peppers are the unique add on. They have potato salad, pesto pasta, chips, and cookies for extras. Sodas are available for drinks at a self serve drink fountain. Service: Service is good and I got my birthday side when I came in. No problems with the staff. Ambience: This is a sandwich shop in a shopping plaza. The shop was clean and the bathrooms were clean enough.

Forget Subway or Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's make's a DELICIOUS sandwich! The this JJ location off of Rosecrans in Hawthorne, CA is the BEST location in Southern California! Every time I go to this spot, Sidney makes the BEST sandwich's any one could ask for. She goes out of her way to make a memorable experience, one sandwich at a time... And she couldn't be any friendlier. My go to is the Chicken Bacon Ranch! It not only will leave your mouth watering but will have you wanting to come back the next day. Can't forget to mention the store Manager Valerie who runs a tight ship and makes all of her guest feel welcome. If there's an issue with an order, she get's to work and makes it right on the spot. She truly makes her customers feel valued. If you haven't had a JJ sandwich yet, try this location first. You won't regret it!

I tried that new pizza sub it was off the hook so good one thing that I do have to say though is do not ask them to cut that sandwich in half for sure and that plastic wax wrapping that they put on the bottom definitely gets stuck to the cheese and you lose a lot of cheese so that part is not good but the sandwich itself was amazing I would order it again just don't ask them to cut it because you'll get a lot paper attached to the cheese inside of your sandwich the staff there is very nice the place was clean I'll definitely go again because I love Jimmy John's the sandwich was really good I will have to get that one again my go-to is usually the Italian nightclub but this was good

Great sandwiches always!!! Always go big (giant) on em. Definitely can't go wrong. Only thing is ..... Today (06/25/24), I guess I was supposed to get a free brownie. I didn't get it! Was forgotten to put in the bag...... Booooo so sad sad day now. No brownie for me ..... Hope I can get it next time

It's a jimmy John's so pretty standard. Nothing new or ground breaking to add. I received good & quick service. Recommend this location.

First time i stopped by, when they first opened a few years back, I was unimpressed and found the experience less than satisfactory. However, fate found me in a linch, so i took a chance today and had a pleasant experience. Quality was better and Sociala 《sp?》 was nice and put up with my lame humor. Based on this experiemce I'll frequent this jimmy johns.

Had a number 6 veggie sandwich they forgot the most important part of the veggie sandwich the avocados the flavor is not the same without it. Bread and everything else was delicious as always.

1st time here it'd good but pretty pricey for a sandwich not even a full meal .

The sandwich was great but the soda & the pickle tasted off. Weird flavor did not taste like Coca Cola I think they need to flush the hoses & clean it. And the pickle was waxy with a chemical taste. I dropped 2 stars because of those things.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. I really like JJs subs, but this location is anything but "freaky fast". When I went there were 4-5 people starting the sandwich line, and 2-3 more working the register or kitchen. And it *still* took 15 minutes for me to get a sub. At a place that is famous for having your sub ready almost before you have time to pay, the staff should at least warn you about how long the wait will be before you order if they are that delayed. The majority of the time it seems like there was confusion over which sub was being made, and almost a dozen bags just waiting on the countertop backed up. My only guess is that half of the people there are in training because I've been here before when there were only 3 people working and my sandwich came out right away. Update 07/2023: Still the slowest JJs I've ever experienced. It looked like a different, more experienced crew than before (nobody seemed to be confused about what to do except the individual on register), but I waited in line, barely inside the door for about 10 minutes. 2 orders were taken and one completed (for someone who was there before I arrived). I didn't have time to wait another 10 minutes to order then another 10-15 for a sub to be made so I just left this time and went to Giuliano's. I should note this was at about 3pm so it wasn't the lunch rush and they did appear fully staffed.

Excited to have Jimmy John's so close in the South Bay but being from Michigan, I can't help but notice the higher prices and lack of meat/lettuce in the sandwiches. They're good sandwiches but at this price, you're better off going elsewhere. They also forgot to put lettuce in the Bootlegger we ordered. Maybe it'll get better but this is not a good first impression for this place new to the South Bay.

The service was appalling. The guy who took my order proceeded to stand around with his hands down his pants. Yep you hear right. The he stood behind the poor girl who made my sandwich smelling her hair (still with his hands down his pants). The final straw was that it took almost 15 minutes to get my sandwich with 5 people on staff and two basically doing nothing and only 3 customers in the store. I was there on Sunday at 4, if the manager wants to check the tapes and maybe do something about this ridiculousness. Is this really what the world of food service has come to?

Used to be a solid spot for a lunch break. Not sure if this location is under new ownership but service is worse than ever and portions are noticeably smaller. Huge bummer.

First time ordering and probably last time. The double roast beef Sandwich was like a child's sandwich and the gargantuan was suppose to be on the French roll but came on wheat bread and the price for what you get is outrageous. Always heard it was good but i think Jersey Mike's is better the one time i ate their.

I've ordered online to this JJ's multiple times but my last 3 orders have been wrong.. meat on the base sandwich was incorrect and I've asked for extra pickles and tomatoes and when I open the sandwich there are only 3 each.. common JJ's I know you can do better

After walking back to the car dealership where I was getting my car serviced at I opened the sandwich and there was no peppers on it. Didn't want to walk back so I conceded and ate the sandwich. Bread was good as always but there was very little on the sandwich otherwise besides the meat. I have always lived Jimmy John's and whenever I am getting the car serviced I like walk over and get a sandwich. But this location gets my order wrong everytime. How do you tell me there is peppers on the sandwich when you just made it?

Get outta here JJ. The commercial that called $20 "a gajillion pennies or whatever" is crazy bs. Don't ever give this company your business again. my John's used to be a perfect in-between of Subway and Jersey Mike's. Previously reducing the size of a regular from 10 to 8 inches and now having just increased their prices of each sandwich by 20% they ruined their model. Their tiny sandwich is now just a dollar less than Jersey Mike's, go to Jersey Mike's instead. JJ is good, but not remotely worth the same price as JM. Stop exploiting consumers for your greed. (JM is trying to sell to Blackstone so they will be terrible soon too.)

I love Jimmy john sandwiches but the customer service at this location is honestly horrible. The attitude that some of the employees have just makes me uncomfortable to even go inside this location. The minute you walk in they don't want to serve you. They ignore any question you have. If they do acknowledge a question their answer is always you need to look online. I'm not sure if it's management at this location that makes these employees so unhappy to work here or what is going on. I will just drive a little bit further to get a sandwich at another jjs location.

What is going on with this place?? The last time I ordered delivery from here my order was delayed because they didn’t have a driver scheduled and this time my order never even came! I got a phone call from the store while I was working (which is why I ordered delivery) and when I tried to call back 6 times, the phone kept ringing and ringing with no answer. I can’t even cancel the order because I would have to do so through the store! I often get catering from your stores for my associates, but because of these experiences I will never do so again. I will be expecting a refund of my most recent order as soon as possible and will never order from here again.

This location NEVER has a driver to deliver. Not only that, they have contracted with DOOR DASH to make its deliveries....BUT THEY HAVE NO DRIVER. Oh well, Ike's sandwiches it is! Better sandwiches and better service.

Had to wait 20 mins for a sub that doesn’t even take that long. Rude customer service don’t know why they put these things when the store can’t handle it!

I just placed my order and paid. Then I asked for a bag to put the brownies in and she just looked at me stuttering like “ugh what” and again she was dismissive and just left all of them on the counter…and boy o boy they could definitely be the poster child for “I hate my job.” She then just handed me the two bags and walked away. I had to put the brownies in the bag. Then I arrived home and guess what?? the sandwiches were mislabeled! There also were no condiments that I requested. Lol ridiculous, smh

I decided to try and grab lunch today at Jimmy John's in the Ocean Gate area. The establishment itself was nice. As for the service, well that's another story. I ordered my food and sat down. Wasn't in a rush by far. But at the same time, I didn't think that I would have to go and look for my food either. After about 10 minutes of waiting I realized that everyone had walked out the restaurant or went to the back. Customer service definitely not a focus here. At this point I just asked for a refund. One of the other worker's found my sandwiches just sitting off to the side. No one ever called my number or informed me that they were ready. They definitely need to do better...

I walk in and immediately they tell me to step out cus they are not open, so I then have to walk back out into the heat for 3 minutes, little man big ego couldn't just let me stand for 3 minutes and then take the order. Don't have the door open then. I understand rules and policy but that's def not how you get a tip working hourly
