What a pleasant lunch break. Fast and great service, good tasting food not like the usual burnt fries oil. Thank you! Even the regional manager came to say hello.
David was Amazing! The girl was upset because we told her the floor was wet , she didn’t wanna take our order and didn’t tell anyone to either, David stepped up and took the orders, stood on business, thank you David!
I had a great experience at Wendy’s, even as someone who doesn’t eat beef! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo, and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fries were hot and crispy, and my salad was fresh and full of flavor with plenty of toppings. I appreciate that Wendy’s offers a variety of options beyond just burgers, so there’s something for everyone. The service was friendly and fast, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. Whether you’re looking for chicken, salads, or other alternatives, Wendy’s makes it easy to enjoy a satisfying meal without feeling limited. I’ll definitely be back!
My Favorite Wendy's. Bar None. My order is NEVER wrong. Food ALWAYS right. No complaints EXCEPT FOR THE RESTROOM. They need to do RECONSTRUCTION for the entire restroom area. UNACCEPTABLE. Other than that, 5 STARS.
Waikiki is always a great experience. The food is always good. Although the portions are not as large as before, the quality and taste of the food remains A1.

Maple Bacon Breakfast chicken croissant sandwich 10/10, for flavor & texture, but to small for 4.39$ half the size of the 3.99$ Popeyes chicken sandwich. Great customer service, very clean.
Good customer service. The grilled chicken sandwich was really good!! The drink choices.. not so much!! Everything I liked, was "unavailable".. so I ended up pressing a strawberry water.. (pretty yucky after-taste)
Ordered via Uber and was happy with how they packaged everything. It was secure and got extra ketchup packets on the bag. Wendy's IMO has better burgers among the fastfood restaurants and the Dave's burger from here was juicy and tasty, consistent with the other Wendy's I went to.

They need a kiosk to order. Like other fast food resturaunts they are understaffed. We waited about 5 minutes at the counter until an employee came to take our order.
Food was acceptable, but the taste was not what Wendy's used to be. The burgers were served still as a square but much smaller square than last time. The French fries had more black ends from potato eyes than not, and were really not very good. Service was fast and friendly, and the store was clean.
I love Wendy's. Its my favorite chain hamburger joint. This location is not so great. The food looks thrown together and it is usually cold. Their prices are higher than the prices advertised on Wendy's commercials. The location on Western and Artesia is much better and the prices are lower. For example at this location the biggie bag is 9$ at the location on Western it is 6$. That's a big difference especially if you are purchasing multiple items.
Okay truth be told they were quick very quick but they need to see what's up with those nuggets somethings not right or there not cooking them properly. The biggie bag bacon burger was eh the bacon sucked. The food needs to be checked or tell the cook to relax because what the heck my bacon shouldn't be hard to bite into.
Food would have been better if it wasnt old and re-heated. Why was my chicken katsu dry and burnt as well as my sons. Did not notice until i got home. Not driving right now or else i would have taken it back. Also the spam in the spam musubi was almost paper thin had to check if it had spam
I hadn’t been to Waikiki Hawaiian Grill in a long time — it used to be one of my go-to spots because the food was always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. I came back hoping for the same quality and portions I remembered, but was really disappointed. The portions have gotten skimpy, and the food just doesn’t taste the same. For the price, it’s just not worth it anymore. Really unfortunate to see a good place go downhill.
This is an average place. The Stir Fried Rice was Good. It was overpriced though. $17.99?? A bit to much. It was a good size portion. I asked for an extra paper plate..they asked me $.55 cents for it. That is ridiculous. But business can't lose money so I get it. But charging for an extra paper plate when I'm paying $17.99 for 1 order. I don't think so. Average at best.
They gave me a plain chicken biscuit, and the biscuit was hard. They did it on purpose because I asked for lunch. It was like 10:10am and the lady said breakfast only. I said got lunch at breakfast time at other Wendy's. She had a attitude because I said that. When I got to work this what I got plain hard chicken biscuit. I will never go to this Wendy's again. This the second time they did me like this I wont give them a 3rd chance. I go to other Wendy's they give me lunch at breakfast time.
It was a whole fried a** bug in my food and they had the nerve to look at me crazy and not give me my money back like oh we need the food💀. Yeah alright that’s cool besides that call to corporate cause the offices are closed today on a Sunday I’m calling the health department. Also whoever bought the breakfast potato wedges 07/16/2023. You all got fried beetle flavor seasoning. DON’T BUY *hit here
Food is great as always but it is not a comfortable place to stay for breaks between work or school. Manager or security will likely push you out the door after a 30 minute lunch. It was a great experience until then. O well.
The customer service lady was rude I'm just enjoying my day and she's upset Wendy's can u help her she needs a vacation
Pick-up window is quick. I ordered Baconator large combo and the only large thing was the drink, fries were average, burger taste was expected but in general it was a total SHAME!! For $13.11 I better would have gone to In-n-out and had 2 Double double cheeseburgers.
I'm a first responder who after a late call wanted food. The order was small when we wanted medium, then she just charged me 2 bucks to get my order right. The fries we both got were dry and stale but warmed. Ordered the Cinnabon treat and it must've been days old and inedible. Absolutely disgusting to think you'd treat the public or public servants out here working for our community like this, how could you serve me that as a meal. Honestly, if you don't like your job, don't take it out on paying customers. So disappointed! Called to speak to a manager and no one picked up the phone.
Dude employees. Never had a bad experience except for this location. I been using the app for over a year now and the lady said my coupon on the app doesn’t work when I order a biggie bag if I pay in cash but if I order on the app it works
I've been coming here for awhile, this was the first time I didn't feel like the manager 😕 understood what I was trying to say about how the two classic chickens that we ordered one of them was supposed to be spicy 🥵. The problem was they didn't mark which one was spicy 🥵. After I ate mine I told him it wasn't very spicy and to try his when he did some oil or something shut out of it and burned the inside of his mouth. So apparently he got the spicy one when I told them this they said since he ate two or three bites they will not replace it. All I wanted to tell them is they should Mark the special ones so people will know which one is which. I understand they get busy but it just seemed like when I brought this up to the manager's attention. He looks like I was just trying to get something for free. I think the manager should take a little bit more time and listen to what the customers are really saying before they make snap judgments.🙁 I know there are people out there that are just trying to get things for free. But that doesn't mean you have to throw all your customer service right out the window. Try to do better please 🙏
I’ve been coming here since 2006 and always appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately, today was my LAST visit. I brought my family from overseas, excited to share this place with them, and it turned out to be the WORST experience ever. The service was terrible, the staff were nothing like before, and it was truly disappointing after so many years of loyalty. I will never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.
Today I went to eat with my family the worst customer service they have. We got there and we didn’t fit on the table they had and we move a table to accommodate and they said that couldn”t move them in a very rude way instead of them to go help us or see how they can help . We decide to take our business to next door to Mexican restaurant and we are glad we did it was big difference the way they hel as we got to Mexican restaurant they ask how many we where and I usually don”t leave comment but hope management or owner see this message and keep eye on them.
I ordered online and went to pick my food up. The lady at the counter on 4/9/25 at 11:00am was so rude and dismissive it was offensive. She barely acknowledged me and then just turned her head and said it's not ready yet with an attitude. It was the oddest behavior I have seen from someone who is in customer service. The food is always good however the interaction with this lady and her attitude left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Please hire people who actually like their job!
Never coming back here customer service is horrible! I been coming here for awhile now and always order the lemon pepper. Today Briana messed up my order and instead of apologizing she called me DUMB in front of my 5 year old ! It’s so unfortunate that they hired a person that lacks customer skills and is disrespectful to clients. They don’t even deserve 1 star with that type of employee. I DEMAND YOU TO CHECK YOUR CAMERAS THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! Poorly managed and terrible customer service Stacie has not tact in speaking with consumer either.
