Good service. Best Burger King in town. The store is fully Renovated and one of the best looking Burgerking. And one of the best places to get a hot and fresh juicy whopper with fries and drink.

After being a vegetarian for 10 years I stopped going to BK. I heard that this Burger King had the impossible whopper and stopped by one the way back from work. At $7, it was pricey but it was a really good burger. It was impossible to tell the difference from meat. Staff was super friendly and the place was super clean.

Food is good. They get the order correct 99% of the time. They are the only Burger King, I've ever been to, that doesn't accept date expired coupons. They've even lectured me about it in the past, really!

$17 for a medium double whopper meal? It's not that good. You can get some actually good food for that price. Nothing wrong with the place or the people, it's just that the price doesn't match the quality.

I am really big on Customer Service and for me includes the treatment of your employees in front (or not) of customers. Today, November 26, around 1:30-2PM, I witnessed the manager of this Location, “Narish” or “Nirish”, talk to one of his employees in a very rude and harsh manner. This employee, at the front counter, was providing upstanding customer service, even making slight small talk about the difference between two meals I was looking at. Immediately after taking my order, I see and hear the manager Nirish in harsh tone say “Why aren’t you doing anything? What are you doing?!” When the employee had barely taken my order. This review is solely because of the behavior I witnessed from the manager to his employee. I asked for the managers name, and he did not appreciate that I wanted to commend the front desk worker for his customer service and attitude , even after having been berated in front of guests. The worker maintained his positive attitude and continued to help the next guest. I do not appreciate the behaviors emitted by the manager of this location. I fear for the workers.

This might have been the worst Burger King I've ever had. After my friend's order was lost, even though we paid for it and confirmed it at the kiosk, the owner or manager was really rude and impolite. He just kept screaming at us, telling us that he did not receive the order. Despite the fact that we were able to tell him the exact order, the name on it, the order number, and the exact total. And instead of him just fixing the error, he was acting like it was all our fault. When the original chicken sandwich finally came, it was the thinnest most flavorless disgusting chicken sandwich we've ever had. And for $16. I mean we both tried taking a bite out of it and we couldn't make it fast. One bite. My double Whopper with cheese was also equally as vapid, flavorless and disgusting. Last but not least, this soda fountain machine was off limits to customers, you had to request your drinks through the counter. Which I hate doing because I like mixing my drinks. So moving forward, we didn't die of food poisoning, but we certainly will never ever come back to this Burger King again. I give it two stars because my french fries are actually decent. But the sodas tasted like Clorox.

All the employees were very rude! They told us to hurry up while ordering because the timer is running. And then had us wait in line for a really long time to get our order. Then I wanted to add something since were already waiting, and they told us no they can’t add anything because it going to ruin their time but it been over 10 min since we’ve been waiting at the second window for our order. These two young kids have no respect nor good customer service experience. No wonder why this place is always empty. Employee’s definitely need training. If there was an option for 0 star, I would rate it 0. That’s how bad my visit at this place was. Very upsetting

Food was cold, they forgot our drink and when we immediately went inside to get it the staff argued with us saying they gave it to us when they didn’t. Very rude service for food that wasn’t even worth it. Definitely not coming back.

This One Star is for the BK app and how different I wish the manager treated me. 1. BK has great offers, but their app team needs to develop an algorithm where you are not allowed to use multiple coupons in a day. I used it without even realizing it. 2. I wish the Manager could have explained and dealt with me better. While I was standing there he told his whole team "This guy is manipulating the system. Don't do anything". When I was trying to correct my actions, I used my father's app to order (which I could have done in advance). He insisted that I must go out to bring my father in for him to see. I felt completely humiliated at this point, but I proceeded. Then, I asked him so what can I do to get refund for the orders I placed which he did not honor, he told me that is not his problem and if I place online order that I have to figure. Corporate is not his cope. I, then, ask him if he can send request to the app team, and as you can imagine, he said "no, thats corporate issue". I felt so cheap for any BK promo. This is my order; which you should not do. As my unpleasant conversation, here is what I know: ONE COUPON PER DAY PER GUEST If your household has 3 persons, if you wanna apply coupons to 3 guests (3 different accounts) you must bring all 3 guests to the restaurant. All must present. Here is my mistake which I was corrected and shamed on the spot in front of the staff: - I use promo "$1 wednesday whopper" 2 times for 2 different orders. (Which I recommend the app team should fix this) - I use promo "$3 - 10 pc chicken nuggets & large fries" - which was honored - for a different order. - I use promo free kids meal with purchase of $1 (I ordered the coffee) - which was not honored. So, you are not allowed to do as I did. ONE COUPON A DAY PER GUEST to avoid being humilated and called "a manipulator" in front of the whole staffs. Just not worth it :(

I went to Burger King, and I told the lady my order. She repeated, then she gives me 5 burgers and charges me 40 bucks. The lady does not understand and comprehend. Anything do not go to this Burger King. They have no good customer service. They do not resolve anything. They do not apologize. Does she fire everyone! And give new employees that respect and understand we pay money.We are their check at the end of the day.The manager, there is horrible and rude.Heney's customer service class and learn how to speak english!

I ordered a whopper meal from drive thru, got home and noticed my burger taste funny. They messed up and gave me an IMPOSSIBLE BURGER 🤢🤮. I tried calling to inform them of this mistake to get compensation, but the number doesn't work.

Won't ever go back to this location. Here they charge $6.99 for an 8 piece mozzarella sticks. Other restaurants in the area charge $3.99. My daughter complained the mozzarella sticks weren't cooked properly and she couldn't finish them as they tasted terrible. I didn't go back for a refund because I'd left the area and had errands to run. By the time we got home a while later she was complaining of a stomach ache and was sick all night. Next morning I reported the incident to corporate. It took corporate a while to respond then there was a lot of back and forth, then them ultimately referring the matter to the restaurant. By this time a few weeks had gone by. A couple days later a man called from a private #, he left a voicemail, said his name was Mr. Nick, apologized for the incident, stated these things don't normally happen, they take quality seriously blah blah blah and requested I bring the receipt to the restaurant and say he sent me and I'd be refunded. So a few days later so I did as I had to go that way. The staff looked at me as though I was crazy, told me my receipt was too old, asked me what I was trying to do as if I was trying to commit a crime, why I waited so long and that there's no Mr Nick there. I explained again and they involved the manager. She was loudly saying how my receipt was too old and they're not going to refund me almost in a mocking way. She then comes to the counter to tell me they can't refund something almost a month old, there's no Mr. Nick there and that I have the wrong location. I said no it's this location. She told me her boss the owner is out of town and to come back Thursday to talk to him. I told her I wasn't going to make another trip across town for $7. I only came because the Nick guy offered me a refund and I was in the area. I even tried to play the voicemail but it was hard to hear due to background noise. She told me there is nothing she can do and walked away. I told her I'd be involving corporate again about my unpleasant experience with their location. She then called the owner who she earlier told me was out of town. He asked her for my name and when she told him her facial expression changed. She's like oh ok, I'll refund her. Then she tells the two other associates who were looking at me the entire time as if I was crazy "He said give her the refund." Anyway bad food plus bad customer service equals never visiting this location again. Based on the other reviews I'm not the only one who thinks they're overpriced and their customer service sucks.

I use my reward points and I didn't get anything extra but water. I was charged for using my rewards point. My rewards points was taken at the same time and I'm trying to figure out. Why I'm being charged for rewards? Isn't that supposed to be a free item? What is going on? Why is this Burger King treating me like I am Homeless 1st of all. And had absolute Disrespect towards me as Customer. I thought for every dollar you spend you get ten points with burger king rewards. The lady told me that nothing is free at Burger King. AND SHE WAS THE MORNING SUPERVISOR. THAT I have no free rewards, none of my rewards are free. They all cost a 1.11$. a reward to have tax on it REALLY! I will never use another Burger King reward again as a matter of fact. I don't think I want to go back to burger king . I was basically robbed out of my reward points WHILE BEING DISRESPECTED! Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to get my reward points back because it's been used and now it's in the air. I haven't even gotten my free item.

The food quality at Burger King was very disappointing. The fries were absolutely cold, as if they had been prepared long before being served. The burger also tasted old and felt like it had been sitting for a long time instead of being freshly made. There was no long wait time, so receiving such cold and stale food was unexpected and unacceptable. Burger King is known for quick service and fresh meals, but this experience did not reflect that at all. I hope the management pays attention to this and improves food freshness and serving standards. Customers deserve hot, fresh, and properly prepared food every time.

Went in for dinner after a long day of work and this location had people hanging out in the parking lot playing loud music and drinking. Then inside about 7 homeless people were just sitting in there. One of them asked me to buy them a burger. I agreed to buy them a whopper but when I went to the counter he decided he wanted a whole meal. It was pretty annoying. The staff was great it wasn't there fault. Food awesome as well.

We order 2 whoppers with cheese... it took too long to get them and they came out no cheese on it even when we pay for it and COLD My fanta came out as a coke... and the guy working didn't want to open the restroom for me 6 month pregnant🫠 thank one of the girls helped me
