Love the new gingerbread cakes I bought the dark chocolate and the blueberry and I also bought the croissant chocolate chip cookie. Everything was delicious not too sweet just perfect. The staff was very respectful and very nice.
Got stranded by BART and had to find a place to take a meeting. This Paris Baguette was perfect — the employees were friendly and the matcha was amazing. I wish the tables were a bit cleaner, but overall nice interior/atmosphere!
Paris Baguette on Mission in Hayward is a fantastic addition to the area! The pastries and cakes are delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The standout for me was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive and friendly, but what really made the experience special was the owner personally checking in with customers to make sure everything was perfect. It’s clear they care about creating a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch experience. I’ll definitely be back for more treats and highly recommend stopping by!
I absolutely love this new location in Hayward! It's a much-needed addition to the area. The space is clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, consistently ensuring everything is spotless and running smoothly. The manager (or owner) stands out for being not only kind but also supportive of his employees, even during the busiest times. It’s refreshing to see such great leadership in action. I’m especially thrilled that I no longer have to travel far to satisfy my cravings for their amazing Almond Croissant—it’s a game-changer! I’m already looking forward to visiting more often. Wishing PB in Hayward all the success—it’s well-deserved
I am a fan of this franchise. Would go all the way to Fremont to have their desserts but I’m so happy it is opened in Hayward now. Good spacious cafeteria and good reasonable prices specially for the quality of their cakes and croissants.
Love this place! It's beautiful inside, the pastries are all equally stunning and delicious! It reminds me of a little French bakery in Akihabara in Tokyo 💜 I'm obsessed! The only problem is the weight I'm about to gain.
Fresh yummy clean nice and great atmosphere. Workers welcome you when you walk in . Pastries and cakes are well done with care, never sloppy, and seem fresh even when I come at 8pm. Owner also seems to care about your time here as well as the employees. Also still good amount of inventory In the evenings for those looking for a post dinner dessert. This place seems different than other Paris baguettes in that the treatment of customers feels more welcoming like at a mom and pop shop as opposed to a big franchise chain.
This location is very nice and clean. Has some tables and good selection of savory and sweet pastries. Love the open kitchen. Staff is very nice. Love their croissants and mochi donuts.
This location is new, but their attention to all their customers is top priority. The staff are all attentive, including the manager or maybe owner. A HUGE shout out though to I believe it was Morgan or Megan, and I’m sorry for not posting sooner! (And spacing on the name)They were clearly in the middle of Inventory for their pastries when I walked up to a full line and asked if they would assist me. I explained that my partners favorite pastry was the fruit tart. Quickly noticing there were only two left she started to pull it from the cooler as we spoke. I continued to explain that I wanted to use to tart as a vessel for an engagement ring. Excitedly they started offering suggestions on how this could be accomplished. Finally they left my view for a few mins and came back, pastry bag in hand with the same crème filling and a chocolate disk. Well, they said Yes! Thank you for making a bold last minute decision on how I could elevate my engagement. You were outstanding! The rest of your team is pretty great too! Thank you for helping to create a wonderful and surprising moment for me and my soon-to-be extended family.
I am so impressed with this store. I live at Mission Blvd and I have been waiting for this to open. The service is amazing. Coffee and bakery items are super tasty and affordable. I would like to thank the owner of this store Mr Ankit for going extra mile to take last min order for Crepe cake. And this cake deserves a 100 star rating 🤩🤩

Went in to pick up a cake. I had gone to the Dublin location since I was in that side and they declined on writing something. Not sure if because it’s New Year’s Eve they weren’t busy at all... So I walked out came to this location since it’s close to where I live. I’ve never been denied as busy as any location is I wait very patiently for it to be done. They did advise me that it would take a few minutes. No problem I have time I love Paris Baguette. I can wait. The person who helped me had a hijab on. She was very friendly. The person who wrote on it was nice too. I wish I got their names. Super friendly and kind!
I visit the PB in Hayward every morning to get the chai tea latte, which are THE BEST! Morning crew at PB is great, my friend and I love the staff, they are all very personable and friendly. Shout out to Julio, Aaron, Brianna, Stephanie, and Nghi!

This is a review of Mocha cake only that I would rate at 1 star, but it would be unfair to the establishment as a whole. The topping, which looks like buttercream, it made of something horrible that's hard in texture and leaves a disgusting oily residue in the mouth. 10/10 would not recommend! My previous review features a 5 star fig cake, which seemingly uses natural ingredients (but now I'm not sure). Also, it would be nice to serve coffee in ceramic cups for the dine-in experience. Thank you and sorry for the bad review! Thank you
Peaceful and quiet place. It looks clean and everyone is friendly and attentive to request. The pastries are delicious and I love their hot chocolate. However it is pricey. The only inconvenience is finding parking spot. I recommend it 100%

Great pastry and cakes, great amount of parking, their free wifi sucks. Seats about 50 people, great for groups. Some wall plugs for laptop users. Bad = Random cars illegally pull infront of the red zone and run in for coffee.
We love the place and all confectionery they offer worth the extra price compared to other stores. Atmosphere and ambiance is excellent as well. Service has always been very good but today we had to ask for candles and cutting knife before leaving. A bag was not offered at all. We are glad to have the store in our neighborhood which always has several ready choices available especially if we are in a hurry Thanks
It used to be my favorite bakery but I am giving low rating now due to the price hikes with decline in quality. $10 for a very small cake slice did not seem fair. The portions have reduced, taste declined, prices have gone up. Tiramisu cake was full of chocolate on top instead of coffee powder which is bummer & deviation from what they used to previously sell.
I ordered a strawberry soft cream cake, but there were hardly any strawberries. To be honest, it should just be called a soft cream cake.

Visited the one in Walnut Creek a while back so decided to try the one right down the street. The inside is nice, love how it's set up and there are plenty of pastries to choose from. Couldn't really tell which were baked fresh that morning and which were prepackaged pastries. Still, many of the ones I've tried were tasty. I did get a baquette sandwich, a turkey club. The baquette itself was delicious, most of the ingredients seemed fresh enough, the avocado was too fresh. It was very hard, not ripe at all, which is what leads me to believe these might be 7eleven style pastries, baked off site in a factory and then shipped out. Either way, the food was good enough and I got a good amount for less than 40 bucks, which these days feels doable. Overall, I'd come by for some pastries, still want to try the cakes. And then just head home for some tasty munchies.

Cute place, but I wish everything was individually wrapped. There were gnats flying all inside there pastry cases all over the pastries. Very unsanitary. We ended up just getting their wrapped cookies and cakes, which were really good. Paris Baguette, please please consider individually wrapping your pastries or do something about the gnats.

I’ve been a long time Paris Baguette, but this place is not it. Hollow baked goods not up to standards that I’m use to eating at PB. Looks like yesterday’s food. Burnt bread. This is just downright cheaping out on filling. It’s what makes the BREAD!! The cashiers didn’t even bother looking at us when we checked out. No “hello “. No welcome in”, no “thank you for coming”. Walked away before taking my payment . I’ll take my business to other bakeries. So disappointed.

Ordered caramel macchiato hot. Didn’t taste as usual.being a regular customer at Hayward location.went up to the counter was attended by shift lead Ana .instead of understanding she started explaining how the drink was made. Poor customer service.went back to the table ,kept the same drink ,wasted the money basically .its not the same when it opened at first.
