Open 24hrs and the managers stay on top of there worker this location is very clean. The manager will take care of any issues you might have. I've been going here for years and only once received a wrong order that I had to return for replacement THE NEXT DAY it was done with a smile.

The gentleman behind the counter is always nice and funny with all his guest. Can tell he loves his job. So make it more enjoyable to come.

I tried the incredible whopper challenge. I could easily tell the difference between a regular whopper and the incredible whopper. The incredible whopper was not bad but it had a noticeable soy-ish taste to me.

Fish sandwich, delicious! Drive through. Service excellent. Fish sandwiches, it was hot, perfectly seasoned and moist. We liked the sandwiches.

I had an amazing experience at this location. Stacey, the person who took my order did a phenomenal job making me feel welcome, making sure I got what I wanted, and promoted the current specials, all while keeping a smile on my face. I LOVE this BK branch! It's quiet and air-conditioned so it's a great relief on a hot day plus the menu is extensive with more options to just about everythingyou wantEd to eat. It's also across the Union Landing Transit center so easy access to bus to wherever you're going in the Bay Area via AC Transit bus and also waking distance to the nearest Cinemamark theater if you're fancy in seeing a movie. This BK branch is never boring and it's right next to a shell gas station in case you needed to fill up.

What can I say? It was exactly what I expected from burger king. It's fast food and it tastes like burger king.

Easy to miss this place as it's not a stand alone building. The cleanliness was fair, with a light or two out. Food was on par with other Burger Kings. Has an indoor playground area for kids that is in good shape.

5/20/2013: today I received a flyer from BK for their delivery service. We decided to place an order for deliver to check out the service and the flyer had some special prices. I called the number on the flyer and was connected to an operator in Ohio. I gave my address and information needed for delivery. When I gave the first item from the flyer, the price apparently was incorrect with what the operator had, which was higher. She then said she would transfer me to a BK closer to my home in Union City, CA, which there are 3 BK within a 5 mile radius. I spoke with the operator and again repeated all the delivery information needed. Again, the operator said she shows a higer price for the item, then on the flyer. She was in San Diego, CA. So she says gives me a number to a BK closer to my home. I called the number 2 times and it is connected to a fax machine. I went online and it was the same number she gave, so I called a 3rd time, again a fax machine. Burger King needs to get their people together. They send out flyers with incorrect prices, then when you try to place an order to their deliver service, it isn't happening. This is the first and last time I deal with BK on their deliver service. Sorry BK-get it together!!!

You're more likely to get a whopper that has pickle juice dripped over the patty or one that's overwhelmingly flavored with ketchup and mustard. It's not terrible if you're on a budget, but it's not recommended if you want anything with a distinct beef flavor.

I waited in the drivethrough for a while before someone took my order. There was no one else in line. I ordered from the breakfast menu, 1 of the sandwiches I asked for no egg because my son is allergic. The food was good and hot and as fresh as it could get when I got it but both sandwiches had egg even though 1 was marked as 'special'. :-(

8:45pm on Sunday night. Utter kaos. 4 cars in front of us and they had to honk to get their orders taken. When we got to the window, a gal, with hickeys all pwas there screaming at the two guys inside "Come on guys help me do this" We live nearby and frequent regularly. However, we were not impressed with the lack of customer service and running around inside the store and generally ignoring customers. I gave 3 stars only because they managed to get our order correct when we got home. However, I found out my girls had been there before my husband and I. When they got home their entire order was wrong. They went back, inside, were ignored by the guys working, until one finaly came to the register and they just ask for a complete refund. What a mess!

Food is good and hot. Teens or young adults working the counter were cursing and be immature. Employee was outside smoking a cigarette and taking his time while taking apart a shelf, which took up the parking spaces. Ghetto people but food is done right.

I enjoy BK despite working there for a short while. I was disappointed that I was given cold nuggets. Being that was all I ordered, despite telling the cashier twice I wanted two orders. I probably won't be back to this one again.

03/05/2026, 9:47PM. Cookie was warm and chewy... but what's up with the ice cream today? Usually today they would stack it up to where the lid and cup meets- but this is unacceptable. It's my fault to not check the bag (I trust them) but like.. seriously? Let's do a bit better next time! *Keep in mind the ice cream is NOT melted.*

Did not get right order cashier hard to explain to not going there again

Tried to use their app for the first time and it was the biggest waste of time as well as an embarrassment while trying to explain to the employee that I had placed an order through the app but seems it didn't work. Employee informed me this has been happening a lot.

Been here my whole childhood but 2 days ago when I went the workers were goofing off, she and another worker were drinking mixed fountain drinks and I didn’t receive some of the food I wanted, they didn’t charge me but If they did this would still be 100% unacceptable.

Staff is nice enough but the frozen drink i got tastes like dirty water. If that makes sense. It has no flavor but dirty water.

No veggie patty at this location, though they did have the vegan Impossible burger (tastes like meat :\)

Service was good. Felt robbed by the croisant. No meat barely any egg and it was soggy. Food quality was extremely low. 2 points for service.

Has a kids area that was probably the cleanest area of the whole place, though I didn't see or smell the inside.

Friday I picked up a couple of burgers, some fries, and a chicken club salad. The salad was for me. When we opened the container it stank up the house. I was tired and angry, so I didn't return it on Friday night. Finally had time to go inside with salad and receipt in hand. The poor guy at the counter was working both the drive-thru and walk-ins. When I pulled out the salad, he asked what happened and called for someone to come from the back to help me. The reply was WHY? He told them. No one came out. After the young man finished with the drive-thrus, he came over, apologized, and listened. He then went to talk to his manager. The counter guy asked if I wanted a refund or another salad. My bad. I said neither. I wanted a credit toward to burgers. Some other young man peeped around the corner at me, then disappeared. A young woman (the assistant manager) came out and scolded me for not calling them on Friday. I told her she wouldn't have wanted to talk to or to have seen me on Friday. She continued on to tell me that the salad wasn't spoiled. It was new condiments. Not wanting to be upset about a $5.95 salad. I left the receipt. Told her she could eat the salad. And it was nice doing business with them before this time. But they will NEVER see me in that store EVER again. I was proud of myself. I didn't yell, swear, or tear the door off the hinges. I will be calling the health department tomorrow. On top of poor service, the cooking area was filthy! Bye-Bye Union City Burger King. If you're ever in the area and want a burger, go across Alvarado-Niles to In N Out. Better customer service and prices. Ok. End of rant.

AVOID this location. They forgot to put 2 large fries in the bag. I went back to correct the error. Instead of an apology the teenage boy gave me attitude! This has happened more than once and I’m really tired of the attitude. I will never buy food from this location again.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Ordered a bacon king combo, my burger was squished flat, the patties are halfway out the bun, a single inch long piece of bacon on the “BACON KING”. I know that Burger Kings are generally lower quality, in terms of service, but this one is just awful. I sit 5 minutes for them to make my simple 2 burgers and cheesy tots order and then they still messed it up.

I've been here a few times over the past couple of weeks and no matter the time of day, the service is ridiculously slow. I'm not sure if they don't have enough staff or of if the people they have aren't experienced enough. Either way, something needs to be done about it, it makes for a horrible customer service experience.

Long story short, I purchased $33.65 worth of food and proceeded to ask for the regular sauces such as bbq, honey mustard, etc. I’m then told by Murinjeet I need to pay when not once I have been asked in the past. If this is policy, I get it and that’s what I told her as I was not entitled to sauce apparently. My thing and why I’m leaving this review is we still, in 2023, have people in this world where generosity and empathy don’t exist. I get it, it’s her job end of the day and will she lose it for giving out sauces? Who knows, but if that’s your primary concerns day to day, I pray for you and the people in your life. Thanks for helping me finally say eff BK Murinjeet lmao.

The french fries have a horrible taste. The hamburger was barely warm, certainly not hot. Service was also poor. I’ve gone to this Burger King often but never again.

I live 1 min away from this location been buying food for more than 10 years but today would be the last day to buy food from this location the lady working in the morning shift was rude and very unpleasant. I went through the drive through used my mobile coupon she said the coupon was wrong and then we decided to go dine in the lady said I have to wait 15 min to take my order and I was already waiting for 10 min. And she didn’t greet me nor acknowledged me I was just standing there and when I confronted her she started talking mean. She has not skills of management, customer service I would not go to this place even though so close to my house.

The young man that took my order didn’t even speak until I asked him to speak. Like I was taking to a mute. Second young man that gave me my burger was really polite. Place was dirty. No ketchup and flys all over the condiments. I’ve seen cleaner places in Tijuana by the side of the road

Came to this location after a while and after they finished a new remodel. Waited about 5 minutes before giving up at the drive through entrance. Found out later when I called them that they changed their hours to open at 6:30AM instead of the usual 6:00 AM and never posted the new time in their drive through or front door or even online. Wasted my time and staff didn't care either to let me know.

The food here is terrible. I had the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken was full of gristle and inedible. I gave it two bites and couldn't swallow the second. I spit it out and threw the rest away. The orange Fanta was okay, but I really needed something to eat. Too many other options to eat at Burger King. Frankly, I don't understand how they've been in business this long.

I walked in this place there was not one person in front of me. After 5 minutes of waiting. The cashier walk up to the front counter looked at me and walked away. I waited for another couple of minutes then another employee walked up to the counter looked at me and the guy behind me, he too walked to back area. Waited another minute or so then finally me and the guy behind me walked out. Not sure if they were under staffed or what, I sure will not be going back to this place for a long time.

Delivery drivers are incompetent. Lost the instructions then didn't know his left from his right when I gave them to him again. I finally went outside and flagged him down but he was still confused. When he got to my door and I was standing there waiting, he was trying to look past me to see the apartment number while we were still connected on the phone. Then he didn't give me a receipt so I could get the store number and complain and the stores phone stays busy so I couldn't get it there. Really?

If this is policy, I get it and that’s what I told her as I was not entitled to sauce apparently. My thing and why I’m leaving this review is we still, in 2023, have people in this world where generosity and empathy don’t exist. I get it, it’s her job end of the day and will she lose it for giving out sauces? Who knows, but if that’s your primary concerns day to day, I pray for you and the people in your life. The french fries have a horrible taste. The hamburger was barely warm, certainly not hot. Service was also poor. I’ve gone to this Burger King often but never again.

I live 1 min away from this location been buying food for more than 10 years but today would be the last day to buy food from this location the lady working in the morning shift was rude and very unpleasant. I went through the drive through used my mobile coupon she said the coupon was wrong and then we decided to go dine in the lady said I have to wait 15 min to take my order and I was already waiting for 10 min. And she didn’t greet me nor acknowledged me I was just standing there and when I confronted her she started talking mean. She has not skills of management, customer service I would not go to this place even though so close to my house.
