Theres always some kind of sale going on, whether it is half-price burgers, half-price shakes, or half-price drinks, you can almost always find something in your price range. The carhops are nice and professional and as someone who works there I can attest to its cleanliness! Definitely the best Sonic Drive-In in the area!

I was working in the heat as I do every day 😩 but I stopped in at Sonic on the way home and was given Heaven in a cup. Those drinks are the best! They cool you off and satisfy your taste buds. I highly suggest you visit Sonics on Bandera in Helotes.

This is one of our favorite Sonic locations. We've never had a bad experience here... food is always fresh, drinks are made according the customization request. And the employees are just plain nice.

This particular Sonic is my favorite to visit, always. Whether it be for a quick drink or a whole meal, the employees do their best to bring out your order in a timely manner and yet usually never get mistakes. In some fast food restaurants, asking for certain condiments or getting specific about your order will typically cause a mess up so most people don't even bother. At Sonic, they'll almost always get it right down to every detail and if it's incorrect will always hurry to fix their mistakes, you just have to let them know. The carhops are super friendly and always have a smile on their face. I will always cherish this Sonic and always keep it as an option for when I get hungry on the go or for some pickup food :-)

LOVE this location. Food is always fresh and the carhops are so pleasant and efficient. Love that you can both order and tip on the app now...makes it much easier. Don't sleep on the pretzels or mozzarella sticks...best snack items on the menu! Those with a cherry limeade are the BEST!

Always a good place to stop during happy hour for those half price drinks, can never go wrong with that. Also I enjoy getting the mozzarella sticks on a cold day like it has been recently, makes them taste that much better. Staff is also very friendly when delivering your food to you, no complaints from me about this location.

This visit had to have been the fastest visit I have ever had at a sonic. As soon as I checked in the screen said the carhop was on her way. Sure enough I looked up and saw a carhop grab a tray with my order and bring it out. Her name was Zoey and she was very courteous and attentive. She noticed I needed a drink carrier and ran back and got me one super fast. I can't complain. Great visit and great service.

Hard to beat a half price delicious cheeseburger and onion rings. The burger was hot juicy with fresh veggies and delicious while the ringe were hot and crispy. The carhop was friendly, fast, and easy on the eyes

I went through the drive-thru to pick up dinner and the young African American gentlemen (didn't catch his name) that brought my food out and took my payment was super polite and professional. Food came out very quickly and was hot and fresh.

I've been many times to my local sonic recently and the car hops have been really friendly and nice, I got Lauren last time and she was so upbeat and positive that I just say and enjoyed my food there where I normally just take it home - was just in a good mood that someone was just being friendly that day.

Update review: Today's visit was a pleasant surprise. Although clearly short staffed, all staff I've encountered are polite and efficient with orders. Please be sure to tip these hard working people if you can. Glad we can tip via app or at the stall when paying with credit card Ordered mocha crunch, only top of cup I'd blended with coffer syrup, 2/3 is unblended vanilla. Not sure if that is how it's supposed to serve? I'm ok if it's liquid, where I can mix with straw, but being blended soft serve it's different. Workers however are always nice and sweet, please don't forget to tip them!

Summer is perfect for their myriad number of cold drinks. don't forget about their Happy Hour (1/2 drinks). great burgers, crispy fries and a large menu. Jalapeno peppers are a nice addition to your meal.

We went to the drive through and it was fairly quick even during a busy time. I would suggest not sticking the receipt to the credit card. It caused an issue using it the next place we went. We got it off after a bit but was a deterrent to continuing our day. Not a big deal but wanted to mention it.

Most of the sonics I have been to really have gone down Hill lately. but this sonnet tonight was top stars. my sausage burrito was the most delicious and literally piping hot period my corn dog was piping hot...so fresh. The only issue I had is I tried to swipe my card at the terminal and the terminal froze. And it seemed it never took my card .when the gentleman came to bring me my food, he stated. It did take my card, he was super nice. I wanted to leave a nice review Because honestly, the sonic franchise has gone down the drain overall. This team deserves to be recognized.

Update September 2022: Has gotten so much better. Orders come out at a decent time now and have been correct. I'm glad someone made some changes, I didn't expect the location to make it much longer based on how bad it was previously. Original Review What is wrong with this location? I've had more issues with orders taking forever here than anywhere else. I just placed a simple order yesterday that the app said would be ready in 5-7 minutes. Got there about ten minutes later and checked in and waited and waited and waited. I pushed the button to speak with someone after waiting for over 30 minutes. All they said was sorry they weren't taking orders. Pressed the button again a few minutes later and told them I was there for an order and had been waiting for a while. The said it would be 5-10 more minutes! For two items! I had to cancel the order as I was already running very late having waited so long. So I waisted close to an hour and still didn't get any food, only frustrated and hangry. People were coming and going through the drive through the whole time. It seems online orders are low priority and unimportant.

This location doesn't stand out much from any other Sonics. Although they do have a drive through and most times it's better to just park and order because sometimes the wait can be really long.

Sonic is always a great place to stop for ice cream. This location seems a bit more run down/dirtier than most. Also, they have promotional signs up for product they aren't even offering anymore. We parked right by the door so not fun having the kids (employees) coming in and out, going on either side of our car, and yelling to/at their friends who are stopping by.

This is a toughy... other times we have been here it has been good. Tonight, it was slightly busy and there was only one staff member that we found out about when he brought us our food. They were out of items we wanted. The food wasn't hot hot. And we didn't get part of our meals. .. thus is the first time we have had a problem.

Seemed short staffed, waited longer than we should for a burger, breakfast burrito, and grilled cheese. Breakfast burrito was was way over salted and ice cream seemed sour. Overall a poor experience for a usually similar experience between locations. Carhop was friendly and they seemed to be doing the best they could with the crowd. Visited on a Sunday 12:30 ish. Had to hit the road or else we would have asked for fresh food so we don't know how that would have gone.

Ordered two route 44 ice teas, and by the time they arrived neither had any ice and were watered down. Tea must have just been brewed if the ice melted that quickly. Not the end of the world, but definitely not what we wanted on a hot day. We were in a rush, so we didn't have time to get new ones.

Not the place to get Coffee. Today was the second time I ordered coffee from them. Both times I didnt get what wanted and the coffee was REALLY bad. Not sure how they can screw up coffee so much but they are at least friendly about it and try. Last week when I ordered coffee they took it back and brought me back some other coffee drink which was, okay. Today the girl came to the window and asked me to try the coffee 1st and omg...it was bad! They once again tried and brought me another coffee drink, which again was just okay. The service is quick and nice but dont order coffee. I think management needs to reteach the art of coffee making to the morning crew.

The experience overall is good as far as the food and the service the atmosphere on the other hand there was a group of teenagers in the parking lot singing songs with obscenities and racial slurs. It just being extremely loud and rude that killed it for us we will no longer go back to that Sonic. Management really should not allow that it's killing your business.

Unfortunately, I can only rate them today on their service, which was terrible. I waited over ten minutes after pressing the order button the times, and no one ever answered to take my order. The car next to me pulled up after me and waited almost as long before leaving a few minutes sooner. In previous visits, service has been more prompt, though I wouldn't say "great." Maybe headquarters should invest in more staff than making a thousand commercials.

The food is fairly good... If you receive your entire order correctly, that is. And it seems like everyone here is totally against bringing you condiments... They act like you just ruined their entire day because we asked for ketchup!!! And when someone finally brought us a hand full of ketchup packets, there a nasty, sticky glob of what looked like syrup right there in the middle of the all the ketchup packets! And they forgot to put cheese of the two toaster chicken club sandwiches we ordered, and it is already suppose to come with it!!! Not to mention, that cheese is an absolute must on almost anything, in my opinion, of course. Also, in my opinion, it seems the people that work here only have to step up their game a bit and be just a little more on point with their customer service skills and with that.... This Sonic would give their customers a much more positive eating experience.

I usually have quick and easy service here with my order being accurate, but tonight I came by after my shift and just ordered a Double Cheeseburger, and a Garlic Burger for my father, we waited about 10ish minutes and then got our food, and when we got home we realized we have just gotten two regular single cheeseburgers. I don’t fault them if stuff got mixed up, with it being late, but we were the only car there at the time, so i dunno this is first time I’ve ever had this issue.

This Sonic left us feeling very disappointed. We could not get anyone to take our order, or even acknowledge our presence. The button was activated. The screen kept telling us they would be right with us. We waited for 15 minutes before we gave up, and left to go to Taco Cabana.

With not many places to eat in a helotes they really need to step up there game! Hire more people or better management because no should have to wait 30-40 minutes for one burger meal nor should anyone have to wait 30-40 for 2 large drinks like the vehicle in front of me today! Dairy Queen in Helotes is keeping up awesome! Sonic, y’all need to as well!

This place keeps getting worse and worse. They always screw up the order. While placing our order for mozzarella cheese sticks, we told them TWICE that we wanted marinara. We got home and had nothing. My husband says they've done that to him as well. I should have known to check before leaving.

Food was great. They did forget to deliver one drink but getting it after was no hassle. Manager brought it right out. Updated 6/14. Omg, the slowest service ever. Only go if you have a lot of time to waste ordering. Chic-fa-la takes service way more seriously.

I have had many issues with this Sonic. It seems like the last few years it has gotten worse. They never have onion rings always out. I've ordered on app them get there and tell me they don't have then but they can't give me a refund I have to call customer service and that took forever (over 2months) to get it. They did apologize and over a free drink as well. I just don't understand why they have onion rings on menue and they NEVER have them. Also when I have ordered them and they have them they have been different. One time they were thick, then thin which I loved, then super thick with alot of breading. So I guess they have different vendors.

Love sonic. But went through drive thur and had to wait 5 minutes just to place my order and another 20 minutes for them to bring me my limeade and a cup of ice.very slow service. So if you are in a hurry your better off going somewhere else.

Really enjoy sonic, however every time I stop by this one there seems to be numerous issues. Have had numerous food items missing, they always seem to be out of product, and once they even had to take only cash because the machines were down. I don’t leave many reviews but if you’re looking for a sonic go to the other down the street. Less wait times and more consistent.

Arrive at a stall to order and was told that one didn't work and to proceed to a different one. Ok? We decided to just go to the drive-thru instead. Ordered our food and then waited while 5 other cars behind us received their food. We waited another 15 minutes without anyone coming to our car and decided to leave. Will not return to this Sonic.

This has to be the worst Sonic restaurant location near me. I ordered a double cheeseburger and the bread was soggy with mayo and meat juices. To top it off I waited 15 minutes for a mobile order, which to me seems a long time for a fast food establishment. It will be a long time before I go back and order food fr9m this location.

Ordered a #3 cheese burger and tipped $2 and change. Thought I tipped appropriately but when she came by, I asked for more ketchup and it bothered her. Bottom bun was a bit soggy. There was no one in the parking lot except me and right at 12pm. Should have kept driving to another fast food spot.

I went there yesterday, I ordered my food and pulled up to the sign that says “pull up to here” with an arrow. I pulled up to where the sign was. There was a young girl with snake bite piercings on her bottom lip. (Don’t know her name) who told me to back up to the window because she doesn’t feel like walking back to me to give me back my card…. I told her there’s a sign that states pull up to here. She told me to ignore the sign. This is very unprofessional and rude. If you don’t want people to follow directions. Then take down the sign or cover it up. Don’t think I’ll be coming back, the waits are long anyways.

Nothing fancy about this location but if you plan to order, be sure to allow yourself a good amount of time because they're really slow to take your order let alone makes the shakes. I always get the tater tots and ocean water slush. They're delicious.

Awful. Never been here before, because I read the nutrition analysis online, but was coming back from coffee and tried to walk in for a bite of something. Got hollered at and chased back out, because there is no 'in' here. Tables outside, but lacking an invitation, figured it best to go down the road. Know now not to come back; don't like it, and didn't have to waste time and money finding out. Thanks for saving me the trouble.

I love the people in the mornings! Amberly is the sweetest! Ive never had to wait more than 2 minutes for my 1 LARGE SEEET TEA anytime ive come after 10am ive drove off without my drink after waiting for OVER...WELL OVER 10 minutes....1 drink?!? The other day i sat 1st in the line at the drive thru for close to 15 minutes finally girl walks up with 2 mango drinks...again, i get a large sweet tea pretty much everyday 2 to 3 times a day...i threw my truck in gear and took of and vowed never to cone back after 10....tonight i drive in MAYBE 6 cars here, i push the button....� 2 songs later girl comes on tell her my 1 drink order and here it is 15 minutes later im just getting my 1 sweet tea. Im done with this place after 10 if rather drive the extra 10 minutes to sonic on braun or mainland. Amberly is a blessing to this place. If i could give less than a quarter of a star for rating i would. 5 stars to morning crew!!! Rest of the shifts need to figure it out

Ordered a Coney foot long with mustard only, got home and it was a chili cheese tots order in the sleeve. No dog, no bun. Called the store and they told me to come back and they would fix it. Confirmed Coney with mustard only. Went back, and they tried to give me a chili cheese Coney. Never ever again!

I ordered a chicken sandwich with a group of friends. When I was halfway through eating it, I pulled out a chunk of completely brown, rotted lettuce. When I got home, I threw up everything and felt sick for hours afterwards.

Long wait. Burger was cold. Lettuce on the burger is old and brown. Mozzarella sticks cold. They need to take down the "everything on the menu is delicious" sign. Overall not a good time.

Given completely wrong food to go. When I came back, a carhop took my good to the back, then another lady brought a bag back and asked me what I ordered. In told her, and she said that's what in was given, and that's what's in the bad. I looked in the bag and it was the correct meal. In told her that this was not what I was given and she continued to argue with me for three different instances. The food what suboptimal and the coke was flat. Never again will I buy food there.

The wait here is terrible. We used to love this Sonic but the last 2 times I have been there I ordered drinks only on the app and got my stuff 30 minutes after the I checked in. That is not fast food and I did not even order food, 30 minutes for drinks is ridiculous we will not be going back to this Sonic!

It seems this location does not have any employees. I sat at the parking spot and pressed the button. No one answered after 15 min we went to the drive thru with the same problem. At least let the person know that you aren't taking orders so we can go somewhere else. 30 min wasted and no order.

Took 30 minutes to get a slushie and a milkshake. My Dad complained and the young lady offered to bring us a free milkshake with our change. By this time the lot was empty maybe two other customers. They took another 10 minutes to bring our cash (change). At this point I believe they thought it was funny to have us wait so long

Had 30 minutes for lunch. Wasted 20 minutes waiting in the drive through line while others behind us got their food first. When we finally got our food, it was cold and sloppy. Double jalapeno burger and a BLT. Will never go back.

Place has been great for years. Until now. Never get orders right. Manager is rude. They never answer there phone when calling to complain about wrong order. Have to drive all the way back just to get it right. Past couple of times our orders have been wrong. Last time for me. I'm sure there other location with compitant employees and manager.

First and last time at this Sonic. Asked for some large drinks and they were “out”. Then asked for a milkshake with Oreos and they were out of Oreos. Then they failed to put in any sauces for the food they did have for us. Guess they were out of that as well. Plus the employee on the drive thru was rude to top it off.

Wow. 2 carhops running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Waited 25 minutes for 2 oreo blast. While they jump car to car with one order because they dont know who it belonged to. Everytime I come here they take FOREVER. Foods not worth the wait.

I live in Lake Jackson Tx. Our sonic is amazing in LJ, but everytime I visit bandera, I mistake this sonic on bandera rd with my hometown sonic thinking it’s going to be amazing. Three times I forgotten how nasty this sonic food can be. Tater tots are always stale, chicken in sandwich always burnt. Even the lemonade tasted nasty. What’s the deal? At least this place is consistent. Lol.

I sat for 20 minutes today without being acknowledged. And watched car after car have their orders taken and food going in and out. I even asked to speak to a manager and still no one has acknowledged me. This happened one other time and it was at the drive thru and I was told that my car wasn’t heavy enough and they weren’t alerted. Being understaffed is one thing but not taking orders and ignoring customers is another and unacceptable

Stopped by today for a complex order. 1 large lemonade. 1 large diet coke. 1 large cherry lineade. Sat in line for more than 20 minutes and only 3 cars in front of us. Poor time management. Obviously, management has zero care for order prioritization or customer satisfaction. We ended up leaving.

The food was the fastest I'd ever received it from a Sonic before. But once eating it...it seemed to have been sitting a side a little while. My son who loves fries wouldn't touch them because they tasted old. And the burger was underwhelming. Glad I don't live near that Sonic.

We waited in line at the drive-through for over 20 minutes behind several other cars. After waiting in that long people finally started leaving because the drive-through was not open however there were no signs indicating that. We then pulled into one of the parking spaces where they took our order. They got the order mixed up. The credit card machine did not work. They then took our card inside and said it didn’t work there. Never going there again!

Awful. I sat in empty drive through for at least 5 minutes before they answered. I ordered a single shake. The car behind me got their full meals for what seemednlike 3 or 4 people before I was served. I sat three another 10 minutes with no shake before I gave up and left.

Ordered food and paid at kiosk. Noticed that none of the employees were wearing face coverings or wearing protective gloves during pandemic. Asked for refund. Was told my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. No refund receipt given. Merchant charged my card anyway and did not refund the charge. Dispute made with bank. All for a hot dog and a shake. Not worth it.

I don’t know who made the onion rings today (24 Oct 21) but they were super thick with the coating to the point that it was just eating hush puppies with a little bit of onion. And whoever was a cook during the PM shift (6pm) over cooked the hell out of them. So I got hush puppies with onion mush on the inside. Not to mention I ordered a size medium and only got 5 rings (which were small with way too much coating). I don’t know why but this location and the Husman Rd location both struggle so hard with making consistent and timely food. Both locations honestly need work with the staff they have, either they’re understaffed or just poorly trained to what quality standards are.

Very busy night. We pulled up, pushed order button and waited. After 10 minutes, button light went off so I pushed order button again. A gal came on intercom and said it was going to be a long wait. Service was terrible! We ordered via the drive-thru. We waited 45 mins and still have not received our food They were very disorganized. While in line, other orders in back and front of us were dropped off. Other people were also waiting a long time. We abandoned the line and went somewhere else!

At the drive- thru line right now, at least seven cars behind me. Sat for 14 minutes without a peep. Called inside the store and was told they didn't receive a signal. Don't people delivering to cars see the build up of people waiting? I was hung up on by the girl inside and a gentleman came out and took my order and wanted to take ALL the other drive-thru orders. Already waited. Get mine! Rude and inattentive! Live behind Sonic and haven't been in 5 years! After this, it my be never! Update, still in line 25 minutes later! Make that 26 and counting! Just brought totally wrong order... finally got it at 8:51! Fast food? FAIL!

Male manager (didn’t get his name) but treated me horribly when my order didn’t go through using the app. Long story short, if you have an error with the app while placing your order at this location, HE will not even check on your order or try to resolve it. Really, he could have asked if he could start the order since the app never made it in, but no. He was very rude and quick to point blame. I didn’t ask for the meal for free. I never said it was anyone’s fault. I just wanted to get my order started, paid for and get back to work. Rude rude rude Manager.

I love Sonic! However this location is horrible. Usually I avoid this one but today decided to give it a chance. Ordered a breakfast toaster sandwich, tater tots and a coke at the drive thru. Nothing was edible. Coke was horrible and I threw it away in the trash in the drive thru. (The lady in front of me did the same.) The tater tots were stale and ice cold and the breakfast sandwich had been reheated. The bread was mushy not toasty because it had been sitting for hours. Super gross! Learned my lesson.

Waited 10 minutes for them to take my order and was told one moment around 4 times. Then took another 20 to get just a few items and they forgot food. Drive thru was moving fast and all there food was out quickly even if they went through 10 minutes after my order was placed

I don't even know how this place is even open. Went by there for a quick drink, less than 3 cars total in the parking lot. Was told to hold on, waited about 6 to 9 minutes looks like they work one car at a time. Could not wait any longer drove off, noticed worker standing outside on the phone looked like the person who supposed to be taking my order.

Super slow service! They messed up my order (a chocolate banana shake) and made we wait another 15 mins to have it remade. My family’s ice cream melted while I waited for them to fix there mistake. Seems like you would be a little more hasty to get a remake out

Waited for 15 minutes for 1 #5 and the cars in the drive thru got served before me. The guy came out and asked me if I had this milkshake and a burger and drink and it turned out the food I ordered, they forgot about it somehow. So it just goes to show that sometimes you get screwed over and it’s probably not the fault of anyone

Should have checked the reviews first before we went here today. Pull up/park got no response at all so after 6-7 minutes, we tried drive-through. Line was long but actually moved okay. Until we got to the speaker. Then we sat there more than 10 minutes. When the young woman finally came on, she asked if we were at the pull up or the drive through! Should absolutely have left then, but we ordered 2 medium Blasts, and pulled up to wait. After another 10 minutes a young woman brought out an order of hot dogs and asked if they were ours. SMH. At the 25 minute mark, the server brought us two melting Blasts, apologizing for the wait. Please, please do not waste your money on these "desserts". Each medium size had about a tablespoon of the candy mixed into the melted soft serve, and they charge almost $5 each! Total ripoff. I used to like Sonic. Won't ever go to this one again.

Long story short, ordered through the app, was told when I got there poppers were it lit, was told that manager Chelsea said I couldn’t have a refund and asked me to select an item from snack and sides. When I selected item manager said I couldn’t have it. She decided to let me have it but made me wait 45 mins for my order. Attempted to give me shakes that were melted and popcorn chicken tasted terrible. Not once did she come out to apologize. Messaged the area manager to voice my concern and they never responded or reached out. Shows reflection if leadership which is terrible.

Your reviews are heard on deaf ears and if they mess up your order (like giving you rotten food, not a rare thing at this establishment) they will simply tell you they can’t fix anything and to file a complaint online. Give your staff more power in these transactions, train them to identify gross food. Lawsuit is just itching to happen with how DISGUSTING the food comes out. I can’t imagine how the kitchen must look.

I stopped for a large drink, nothing else, and it took 20 minutes. This isn't the first time I've had issues, I've tried going at different times and the wait time I'd never different no matter how few cars are in line. I ordered 2 route 44 limeades at 10pm and it took 30 minutes. I can't imagine how long it would take if I wanted food.

Just tried to get some food at 9:40pm and got turned away, the girl working the drive thru told us they were not taking orders since they were busy. There were only a few cars in stalls and only 5 people on the patio. I've been going to this location for a long time but I have never been turned away before. I will never go to this Sonic location ever again! I have worked on fast food and in restaurants, I have dealt with short staff during a weekend rush. This is poor management! Unless you are closed or out of food, you should NEVER turn a customer away.

Food decent at best. Order placed at 6:13 pm, app said 5-7 minutes. Arrived and checked in at 6:22 pm. Expected order to be right out as I was a bit late. 6:30 no order, hit red button, “be right out”, 6:40 no order, Red Button again, “it is just about ready”. I replied, “send your manager out”. “SHELTY” came out with a monotone insincere apology. I asked that she go in and credit the order 100% for the unbelievable experience. She advised me that she couldn’t do that but I could through the app. !!! I have to waste even more of my time to correct an inexcusable customer experience!!! AND—- Large TOT was small and medium Dr Pepper missing. Called SHELTY before she got inside, she heard me, looked at me but after a couple of minutes and no Dr Pepper I gave up. Way to go Sonic??????!!!!! Last time to spend over $30.00 at Sonic

This is the worst Sonic EVER! It is always so incredibly slow. Right now I'm sitting in my car, waiting for 1 drink that I ordered in the app 20 minutes ago! My receipt says the order was placed at 1:05, and it is now 1:26, and I still don't have my drink. It is like this every single time I order a drink, no matter the day of the week or time of the day. Ridiculous.

I went to Sonic around 8 AM this morning and had a very disappointing experience. The lady taking orders in the drive-thru was very rude and not customer-friendly at all. When she came out to my car, she handed me the food first and then tried to take my payment. She told me my card declined twice, so I ended up paying with cash. On top of the attitude, when I checked the bag, none of the items were what I had ordered. Between the rude service and getting the wrong food, the whole experience was frustrating. I would not recommend this Sonic location.

This location has the most incompetent employees. Worst location I have ever been to. Most employees are rude and the food is below acceptable quality. Ownership would be better off closing this location because they are spending money just having it open. I swear the assistant manager was high when I called to complain over the phone. Completely apathetic and they were one of the employees I called to complain about. Ironic that they were the assistant manager, I would have assumed they were a new employee. This location was apparently closed due to a fire but there was no signs anywhere and cars were parked to order when I went through the drive through.

Ordered online on may 9, 2025 at 9:15 and just ordered 2 route 44 sodas and when my PREGNANT WIFE opened her soda she discovered a broken piece of styrofoam in her drink so as a former employee of sonic they would clearly notice if there was any debris in the ice chest or by the fountains. So not only did they acknowledge the piece of styrofoam that could’ve been in the cooks ass crack and still filled the drink up and sent it out to us. I understand this isn’t fine dining but legitimately if you’re gonna work in food service, neglectful actions like this can lead to some major consequences. Do not order from this location if you want trash in your drink or food and god forbid this happens to anyone else. Never coming back to this dump again.

I always go to this sonic, and never had a problem with anything except for how long the wait is after you order. The other day I visited I was very disgusted to find some type of glass or chipping’s of concrete in my drink. This is unacceptable, Especially in a place where you serve food.

It took forever (about 45 minutes) to get one sandwich and two pretzels, that were old, cold, and wrinkled. Only my dog appreciated the cold beef patty I got for her. I rather go to my usual location off FM 1560, where they are super fast and the food is always fresh.

No matter how busy they are I always end up waiting at least 30 minutes to get cold undercooked food that falls apart and is planted like they threw it all in a box and kicked it across the room. I've gone here 6 times now waiting months in between hoping something changes between the then only to be disappointed once more. This sonic sucks.
