Wow. Great service, and we liked the sublime Mexican theme throughout. The menu is not large, which in this case makes sense because the food is sensational. We started with some appetizers, the corn was amazing, the quesadillas and the taquitos were as well. I had the shrimp tacos with the crunchy corn shells, and they didn’t even need any toppings. Everyone enjoyed their meals immensely. Mexican food is hard to pass as fine dining but also being hearty and a good value, but at Borracha they’ve straddled that line perfectly. Well done.

So, who follows the rules " Taco Tuesday's" Well, I don't - Because in my world, every day can be Taco Tuesday's for me! I'm not big on restaurants in casinos due to the cigarette smells on the way, but they're not too far from the entrance, so this works out perfectly! The food, vibes and service were a solid 10/10 for me! My now to-go-to choices are the elote corn, the tortilla soup and the STEAK BURRITO!! That mouth watering burrito was EXCELLENT!! I'm writing about it and my mouth is drooling!! PS For you spicy people like me- Ask them for their spicy habanero salsa ( You're welcome LOL) It's spicy and TASTY!! The Pina margarita pairs well with the burrito ( In my opinion) For dessert the churro and ice cream was AMAZING!! Perfect texture and creaminess* inserts more drooling* FYI on the famous taco Tuesday, they have unlimited tacos and margaritas for $28. You're welcome! Our waiter was Jodine, We came in about 8pm on taco Tuesday and Jodine made sure we enjoyed our experience, Whether we were drinking or eating she was doing her best to make sure we had good time with great service and a great smile. Thank you ❤️

My favorite local restaurant and bar inside Green Valley Ranch Station casino great customer service the food is delicious and flavorful bartenders are always welcoming and drinks are top notch. Great spot to watch sports!

A great sit down Mexican restaurant inside Green Valley Ranch. The service was terrific. The restaurant was clean. The bar was well stocked. A wide assortment of drink choices are available. The food was fresh. The flavor was spot on. I highly recommend this place.

Had a great time with friends pre Cinco de Mayo celebrating. Food and drinks were yummy and tasty in a fun and lively atmosphere. The hostess was delightfully friendly and welcoming (unfortunately didnt catch her name). The waiters and staff were attentive and professional as well to round out a perfectly pleasing evening. Would definitely return.

Carne asada tacos are worth with drive ..our male waiter had a bit of an attitude but our female server was great , the food is great , atmosphere was a little loud but it was cinco de mayo so it was expected.. def a spot to check out if you are in the area

One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to. Kayla the host was really welcoming and sweet. All the staff were really nice, the food is excellent! The manager even was super nice Dom. Taquitos were fire, def coming back again✨

This restaurant is a great hole in the wall type of place at the same time holds elegance. The ambiance is lively and tv monitors put on sports while you eat and converse with the family. I suggest the carnitas that comes with their green salsa and rice/beans/tortillas. The corn diced up is great to share. Also the asada burgers are delicious savory and another good one to share family style. The service is excellent and wait times don’t have to happen if you reserve ahead of time. A nice cold beer or shot of tequila doesn’t hurt either lol.

Excellent food, those all you can eat street tacos were on point. The house margaritas were good to which was also apart of the all you can eat deal that's only on Tuesdays. Did I mention the music, you can't go wrong with good music, food and drink. This place is a must go.

This place has vegetarian and vegan options! If you like spicy stuff, make sure you ask for some habanero sauce on the side! It's deliciously hot! Food is good and pretty large portions. Definite place you can watch some games at, plenty of TV's everywhere. It can get pretty loud since the place is attached to the casino with no wall to separate from it. Mural art on the walls is beautiful! Plus, did I mention this place is dog friendly!? Love it. Will be back again!!

THIS RIGHT HERE is the SPOT! Beautiful design, atmosphere, and food that is simply devine! We had the chicken and Carne Asada tacos, soft flour and crunchy corn shells; they were so delicious! We also had the Queso dip which was equally impressive. Thanks to Bryan, we had a very pleasurable 1st-visit....and certainly more to follow.

We celebrated our 9-year anniversary at a fantastic Mexican restaurant and had an unforgettable experience! The vibrant atmosphere set the perfect tone for our special night, and our server, Jodine was exceptional—her attentive service made us feel right at home. The food was spectacular, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. We left feeling satisfied and happy, already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this spot for great food and outstanding service!

Jodine was my waitress! When I say on it, sweet, attentive, she offered the best service nd helped create memories for the perfect first date! First time at this restaurant - glad to see a good Mexican restaurant in the area. And service was great as well - Jodine was a delight and had a great sense of humor. Made our experience more fun for sure. Will definitely be coming back and hoping Jodine will serve us again.

Jodine was our waitress and she was the star of the show of our dinner. We asked her to pour our tequila shots on us while we rub street tacos on each other and she didn’t even bat an eye at us. We eventually got the tacos in our mouths and she came around and helped pour the salsa in our friends hat for his birthday. Anyways this is getting long but great time okay bye.

I normally don't do this, but my family was so impressed by our waitress, Jodine, that I had to say something. We were there several weeks ago. She was incredibly attentive from the moment we sat down--warm, friendly, and always one step ahead of what we needed without ever being overbearing. It's rear to experience service that feels this genuine and thoughtful. I honestly wish I could I could give her 10 stars...that's how awesome she was! Highly recommend asking for Jodine if you want exceptional service.

We love this place! The cadillac margs are amazing because they're good AND they get the job done. Shared a pitcher with my husband and we were feeling gooooood after. The salsa that comes with the chips is also really good, especially before ordering their big portions of food! Highly recommend the slow roasted carnitas!

The past few times I’ve visited this restaurant, I felt the service fell short, but tonight completely changed that. Kayla was truly amazing—she knew the menu inside and out, and despite handling a large party, she made us feel completely unhurried and well taken care of. We ordered the skirt steak and it was AMAZING! I would absolutely return knowing Kayla is there, as she made our experience so enjoyable. Thank you, Borracha!

Nice chill place. Nice atmosphere. Staff was good. Food portions are alright. Ordered a pitcher of Black Cherry margarita (not on menu). Server suggested it, it was great!! Nice taste and nice amount of alcohol. Liked that they brought out chips and salsa once seated

I arrived with a party of 10. The hostess had a very bad attitude and was in a bad mood also wearing a very short black dress when she would bend over show all her business which in my opinion is better fitting for a hooters type place. Yes we did arrived an hour to closing but that does not mean to not serve us if so but a sign up saying so. A waiter was kind and had us situation in no time and was very accommodating. She was very attentive and had excellent customer service. The food was very tasty and had a great presentation. The atmosphere was very intimate and if it wasn't for the hostess it would have been welcoming.

A group of my friends and I went here for the “unlimited tacos and margarita” deal on a Tuesday. $29 for unlimited chicken and beef tacos and margaritas (lime only) and tequila shots, plus tax and tip? Sign me up! Reservation definitely has to be made at least a month or so in advance. Due to social media, tables are difficult to find last-minute on a Tuesday. The table was started off with chips and salsa. The unlimited tacos are only for simple beef and chicken. If other types of meat or marinated meat are desired, they would be at menu price. The first round of tacos were of double tortilla, we asked for single which they accommodated with. Margarita is only lime, other flavors are not included. Regardless, this is a fantastic deal especially when you want to go out with friends, or date night. Service was spectacular, the staff were very attentive. Definitely will be back for another time, this was a great experience.

They were a little short handed with one server, Lauren. Lauren was on top of it! She handled that restaurant like a champ! Friendly and attentive. Dominick the manager jumped in and was running drinks, taking orders and assisting as needed! Bottomless mimosas were flowing, service was great but the food was ok. The salsa was over salted and the cumin was overbearing. Jalapeños on the nachos were not fresh and the beef (steak) was stewed or braised (wet). The guac was $14 but done pretty good so no issues. Overall it’s a solid 4 because of the great staff! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Great visit to @borachamexicancantia, clean, beautiful restaurant, booth, table seating, as well as a center piece bar to eat and drink at!!!! The food is good, carnitas tacos 🔥 beans struggle for me, no flavor, pirated texture, rice was ok, can be way better!!!! Chicken Taquitos were good, not shredded chicken breast, Chopped compressed texture, I'd say "rolled taco" not "Taquitos". Overall, it's a cool spot for lunch and to watch the games!!!! ✔️😁🤘🏼...Njoy FolkZ

The food was good and flavorful. The garlic shrimp as well as the (3) Taco Plate, which, included Chicken, Shrimp and Carne Asada, were a good size and priced accordingly. All were packed with meat and topped with sautéed vegetables. The plate came with rice and beans, which, complemented the tacos very well. My only issue was with the tortillas. They could have been cooked a bit longer which, would have provided a bit more flavor to the overall dish. My waiter was vey friendly and suggested some of the most popular menu items, which, I appreciated. The restaurant has a standalone bar located in the center which, is a great focal point to entice those walking by to come in. The two hostesses working the front were very professional. They greeted me upon entering and when I left. This simple gesture is often overlooked by businesses but means a great deal to customers and will keep them coming back. I’ll definitely be back and I recommend you give this place a try.

Restaurant is inside the Casino which wasn’t clear on initial searching and made it a little tricky to find. Food was good. Complimentary corn chips and salsa. Very generous portions. Our server asked if we wanted beans and rice with one of the dishes, didn’t mention that it was an extra $10 and we already had some coming with one of the other dishes. Ended up with way too much food. Margarita was tasty.

I had high hopes for this restaurant. The atmosphere and service was excellent. However, you know, it goes down to the food. For the price per food value, it was a little high. Main reason is the food was very spicy when we didn't ask for spicy. Just regular carnia sada tacos were very spicy. My wet burrito wasn't too wet. And the tortilla felt slightly stale. My better have pointed out.It was also extremely salty.

Upon entering, we felt neglected. There was a huge party leaving. Tables were left unturned, so we waited. Finally our waiter reached us. Drinks were poorly made. Food arrived - looked fantastic. Didn't taste as good as you would think from this restaurant. Steak in tacos didn't taste like steak, waiter advise that the steak meat was pre-cooked. No big deal here.

Just okay Mexican food. The carne asada was okay, on the chewy side. And the beans and rice were trying to be fancy but fell flat. Guac was the best thing ordered, aside from the bang bang shrimp bite appetizer! Chips and salsa were more texmex style. Pitcher margarita for the win! As a table we ordered the pitcher and had plenty to go around. Best bang for our buck!

The first time here tonight for dinner, the chips and salsa were wonderful. Otherwise, the rest of the food was ok. The service from our waiter Jack was horrible, took hom 20+ min to come to our table to drop off the menus, never greeted u,never introduced himself, didn't tell us about happy hour or the Tuesday taco special. It's just annoying. I had to ask the manager for pur check, when the check arrived, low and behold, Jack was right at our table.. wonder why. Just was a bad experience, the other wait staff were fine, they refilled our drinks semi-regularly.

Horrible experience. This is rated 1 star only. We went here for the "all you can eat tacos and tequila". Thought it sounded great and would be good. Wrong. The tacos are only chicken, the chicken was very dry and tasteless. The tortillas tasted and felt microwaved. Tuff, thick, and hard to chew. The unlimited is timed to 90 minutes. Which is more than enough time....if your server checks on you.....they only stopped by the table every 30 minutes. So all you can eat and drink turned into 6 potential tacos(i stopped at 3 since they weren't good) and 2 tequilas, and 1 margarita. You may choose in between a margarita or a shot, each round. To make matters even worse......the Dodgers and VGK were both on TV. So, many tables, including our own, were into the game and cheering with plays for our team. Security was called because of the noise! I mean seriously?! People get excited over sports....that doesn't mean anyone is being rude, or wants to fight...its just cheering! Rhis is not a fine dining establishment, and is open to casino floor, so noise shouldn't be an issue. Cleary nothing came of the Security incident, they left. But wow, rubbed everyone the wrong way. Most tables left due to this, and finished the games in the sportsbook. Over rated Bad food Bad service Bad ethics Will not return, do not recommend.

Stop number 1 on the Fingerlicking Foodie tour and it’s…average, at best. Being Mexican and from San Antonio my expectations were high. This did not hit. The service was friendly, the chips were nice because they were warm and the flauta wasn’t dry. Those are the highlights. The menu advertised shrimp tacos not bites. These were NOT tacos. This was a bite of shrimp in a cold corn tortilla. I can’t say anymore because it was literally one bite. Like I said the flauta wasn’t dry but that’s about it. We each paid for a tour and they brought out one stuffed poblano. It should have been two because two were paid for. It was crispy but greasy and zero flavor. We had to ask for salt. This is not a good enough place to dare not to have salt on their tables. Lastly I’d specified no cilantro. Every single thing had cilantro. Since I’d already mentioned it to them and the need wasn’t met I just picked what I could off. Maybe they put more effort if you’re not part of this tour. Good luck.

We had a reservation on NYE that they had to scramble to accommodate, we were seated 20 minutes later. The DJ sucked, the service and food were mediocre. To top it off I found an EXTRA, separate online charge on my debit card for $100 which I am now disputing.
