Since the Pandemic first closed restaurants' dining rooms, this exact Panda location has sincerely stepped up in big ways to make their food quality, cleanliness and customer service GREAT! Lately, we order our Lunches here 2-3 days a week. Driving past Dozens of restaurants, even past other Pandas! Ask for Jazmine, she's super customer friendly!

Anna the manager and Kym with a y were SUPER nice to me. Normally I do not have pleasant experiences with semi fast food like this but it was late and they were still great. Thanks ladies!

Went just short of closing time, so was expecting scorched leftover dishes they were about to toss. The staff took the time to cook 1 serving of food for me after they had already cleaned the kitchen so that I had a fresh meal. A+

Good, friendly customer service and they have good food as well. I recommend that if you come in later on at night make sure you come no later than a hour before close as they run out of certain foods before closing time.

The service was amazing! I came with my large family and needed help knowing how much to get, the employees were so helpful to get the most for the price. They checked on us multiple times to make sure we were taken care of and how the food was.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this morning I was helped by the nicest young woman named Emily and believe she deserves some praise. I don’t come to panda often so i haven’t tried many things but she offered me lots of sauce packets to try w my food and she was extremely polite and friendly! I rarely enjoy going out to get food and was having a rough morning, but her positive attitude and genuine kindness made it worthwhile, thank you so much again Emily!! :))

Ordered online the night before, when I arrived my order wasn't ready on time. Waited almost 20 minutes. But they did try to make it right, by offering me additional items at no cost to me. Food was good and also hot.

Ideal and convenient location. Restaurant was very clean inside as well as the immediate exterior surroundings. The two female staff in the dining room were very hospitable and courteous. The food was fresh and hot, as well as affordable. The new plant based orange chicken is a hit. It would be a business home-run if Panda Express add more vegan dishes to their menu.

Julio was one of the kindest people I’ve interacted with in the service industry. The food was hot and fresh. The also were very nice in accommodating my 1 year old daughter. Julio deserves a raise. People of that type of moral character are rare.

This was the best Panda Express I've ever experienced. The food was actually fresh. The entire building including all the windows were spotless and every employee was courteous, attentive, and had a smile. I tried to leave a tip (normally I wouldn't at this establishment) I guess they can't except them, but they totally deserved it! I will be back.

Sometimes at different Panda locations, the food may be not that great, or could be amazing. At this location, I've only had one example when the fried rice was burnt, but the staff promptly replaced it for me and apologized. They were professional and courteous. This is my favorite location in Henderson.

Horizon and eastern location staff is fast and friendly. It’s near our house and our family loves Panda. Family meal is an amazing deal.

This is another excellent example of a Panda Express hosted correctly. I visited this location and ordered a Child's meal, complete with steamed white rice, sweet original orange chicken and a fortune cookie with dried apples and a small drink, which totaled close to $7-8 dollars, including tax. The woman, Sim, was very sweet and accommodating and I complimented her management on how clean the facility was/ is. I really appreciate Panda Express consistency. Almost every visit over the past 10 years, the employees wear neat uniform clothes, food is fresh, if you have to wait, it is worthwhile.

Leaving this review because of the customer service that the two workers who helped serve my boyfriend and I had! From the moment we walked in the gentleman who was serving the food greeted us with a smile on his face. He had the BEST attitude and once he departed us to the cashier, she also had a great smile and attitude. Both deserve a raise or promotion. Whichever one! We did not get their names, but we were there 10/12/2024 at 4:50 PM! It’s hard to find places that leave you with a positive interaction!

Went in there the other day and Christian served me, he was very nice and paid lots of attention. I like that they have fresh vegetables, their food is always fresh and if they don't have an item ready they will cook a fresh batch just for you to get the items that you want.

Panda is always great. Easy, quick, and yummy on those lazy days. This Panda is my favorite location.

Pretty busy for most Panda Express. It's located in the same plaza as CVS and Bank of America next to the Gun Shop and Faustas Mexican restaurant. They usually don't skimp out compared to some of the other Panda places

I love there food but I spend way to much money there! I don't remember if this is the new one on St Rose if it is it seems like they are about a buck more per each item or how ever they charge? I just no I spent $10 $15 bucks more at the new one on St Rose for the very same order that I get from the other panda restaurant on Silverado ranch.. the food is still good?

The staff was slow and didn't have much stuff cooked so we had to wait for fresh stuff. Also, I couldn't hear a think the girl was saying to us 😂 But in the bright side it was fresh and our order was all correct

I have a bad experience with this Hispanic lady with eye glasses , I’m asking for a spoon , she always no to me , but the other server always gave me a spoon , and she gave she slam it on my tray . Giving me attitude that I don’t deserve a spoon. I’m still giving 4 stars for everyone.

We visit this location the frequently since it’s close to us. Staff has always been friendly. They honored an expired coupon my son got from his school which they didn’t have to do but they did. We are creatures of happier when it comes to panda. Orange chicken Fried rice Noodles (that’s what my son calls them) Black pepper chicken Beijing Beef Broccoli beef Cream cheese Rangoon Fold has always been hot and fresh. Line can get long when it’s busy times but moves fast.

Food is usually fresh and hot, these last few times it has been lukewarm at best and undercooked veggies. Anna is very short and rude with guests and employees. She was yelling at some new employees today when we arrived. I like the food but may try a new Panda in the future.

The person in front of me got a kids meal. She got noodles and steak and shrimp. Then asked for more of the steak and shrimp, which the lady gave her. My turn bigger plate with noodles, steak and shrimp. My firecracker chicken was not in usual place so went to side to see they were out and pick something else. The lady made up for the extra steak and shrimp that she gave the lady in front of me because I got very little ( I got less then the lady first gave her) plus had an up charge of $1.25. Oh, didn't find it out until I got home because of the way she held the lid and then closed it quite quickly.

Never been to a Panda that has no soy sauce. Had to take it home where I have a bottle of soy sauce.

This a convenient and quick dinner option at the end of a busy day. The food is tasty and freshly cooked. The nutritional information/calories are listed for each meal choice . The food is topped up continuously and you never wait long. There are quite a lot of choices, and they always let you taste the dishes.On my last visit, they left out a meal, so I had to return, but they were very apolpgetic and gave me an extra meal.

We stopped to grab some food about an hour before the location was about to close. There was almost no food on display, and the servers ignored us, so we left and grabbed food from a better, newer location on St. Rose - which I highly recommend.

Food overcooked and overpriced. Whoever heard of a spicy orange chicken. Not bad for me but some cannot handle spice 1 in my party could not eat it.

I like Panda Express. But I visit Eastern & Horizons ridge store today. I ordered fried rice & fried noodle, beef& broccoli. When I got home I opened it. There were a lot of broccoli, three small pieces of beef. May be I picked wrong store.

Decide to stop by for lunch today, told the associates I wanted my order for here, they still packed it into a to go box. I ordered the bigger plate and the portions were small, especially the orange chicken so I ordered an additional box of orange chicken. Waited for fresh orange chicken, and beef & broccoli, and teriyaki chicken, chow menu was old. I don’t mind waiting for fresh the issues came into place when I had to keep repeating I wanted my food for here and then I still saw her packing the box, so I requested extra plates. The associate was JAZZ, I also paid attention, she only asked certain customers if they wanted to round their bill up for charity. I do appreciate the kindness I received from associate Gabriel, he was nice and courteous thank you sir. We just moved to this area and I wasn’t too sure why the young lady was rude to my family.

Ordered a cub meal for my child. When we opened the box, we only had 2.5 pieces of entree. I understand they only give you a whopping 4 pieces for the kids meal. But 2.5 is....not a meal. So I asked if we could get one more piece. Because it was my kid's lunch. The young lady behind the counter had a pretty big problem with giving me one piece. The food was exactly what we expect Panda to be. But don't expect to be served and treated like a human and definitely don't order the cub meal! You only get four pieces!....if you're lucky. 02/07/2025 @ 2-3pm the other employees were kind. Maybe she was having a bad day. Don't let that keep you from doing your job properly ladies!

They should put the same phone number of the same place of the location that way when someone order something, it comes from that exact location.

Just ordered a small box of shrimps and I got charged almost $17.00 I was told it was a premium item. There were 4 shrimps in it w 4 pieces of chestnut 🌰 thats it. NEVER AGAIN Panda Express will see my face!

The portions were very small.the manager was counting the piece s of.meat she was.placing in our plates. She was nasty & argumentative & confrontational with customers.

This place provides Receipts you can barely even read. They are too cheap to change their printer ribbon. It's been like this for weeks. Classic sign of an incompetent or uncaring manager. To be fair the staff were polite and the order was correct.

They had burnt egg rolls out and ready to served for people. There was this girl who asked me if I wanted to round up my change and I clearly said no and she still didn’t listen. Honestly if you don’t like your job you can clearly find a new one. Poor customer service.

The manager at this location is an incompetent flunky without any sense of customer service or civil edicate. I found them acting rude to co workers and customers alike. It must be getting pretty desperate out there if companies are having to resort to this low a level of employee.

Had the most disgusting meal of my life (Burbon Chicken) at this Panda Express. Tasted like orange chicken stuffed in a used gym sock and left in the sun for a week. Got it because the person working behind the counter said it was "the best thing we have going right now" (they are just told to say that nonsense by corporate, it's not a genuine recommendation). Was denied a refund by Panda Express. Reached out to PE customer service, never heard back.

This place so Racist it's sickening. If you're black they definitely treat you a type of way. I was there and some lady was already giving me a hard time when I ordered. I just told her I wanted the bigger plate and told her my sides and she was trying to rush me because there was a couple behind me of a different race and she wanted to tend to them, the problem was I came there before them so she was forced to take my order. She had a nasty attitude and rolled her eyes at me and for some reason she assumed I wanted 3 bigger plates which made no sense. She also shorten me on my plate and I sat there and watched the other plates she made get filled. I asked the manager was she normally like this and the manager just replied no and started heading towards the back. Definitely not a great experience here. Won't be back and I would advise anyone of African American decent not to come here.

While my wife has never been wild about Panda Express food, I have been occasionally eating here for years since it is close to my house and a quick meal. I picked up 2 two item plates and 2 orders of vegetable egg rolls last night. While my Orange Chicken was good, the vegetables in my wife's Mushroom Chicken were overcooked and soggy and the inside of the egg rolls were just wet mush. We vowed that we would never eat Panda Express again and that going hungry would be preferable.

I have a medical condition that does not allow me to wear masks. Pursuant to the NV state health order (directive 045 + 047) people with medical conditions are exempt from the mandate. Places of public accommodation, like Panda Express, are required to follow the state mandate. Unfortunately I was denied service by the manager today. I usually do not make a big deal, however the manager lied to my face stating “it doesn’t matter if you have an exemption...” and I think it’s important to hold businesses accountable that use false information and fear tactics to discriminate against customers. I have been a customer at Panda for as long as I can remember and have ALWAYS had exceptional service. Today was very disappointing and I will be reluctant to spend my money at any location going forward.

Depressed staff, it's hot af inside, it was nicer outside at 96 degrees and they seem to know how to cut up chicken like Kendall Jenner had like 4 pieces the size of a tennis ball the rest was the small scraps. Oh and the Tables were dirty. This used to be a decent location, sad to see it heading south.

Rude checkout! My receipt said Cashier - SARAI A . Read other reviews. Same woman with glasses and bad attitude . How many times are your customers going to tell you that you have a rude person in front. NO standards in Customer Service.This is the face of your place and we are getting extremely bad service. I got Not a Hello, nothing from this woman other than was told to Scan the App -Scan the App in such a rude/rough manner. I had asked for extra plates and the same woman asked another person , a tall kid to hand it to me eventhough she wasn't helping anyone else. Also, gave us the wrong code for the bathroon on purpose so we had to ask another employee for the right one. There are plenty of other branches in the area, please do yourself a favor and go to another Panda branch. We will never come back here. Nasty employee. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Suddenly this other girl just rudely jumped in and rushed me for no reason. She even threw out a perfectly good bowl infront of me and other people. She was blatantly rude and rushing. This incident happen around 1/6/2025 I have experience issues with this location before but this was the last straw. Last Wednesday, I ordered 2 meals and an appetizer thru the App and picked it up on my way home, One of the containers was completely empty. Don't these people check !! 1 called and no one answered. I went to the website to complain and as expected heard nothing from them. I'm done with Panda,. Finally heard from Panda's complaint department after 3 weeks. They had the nerve to ask me if an EMPTY container meant there was nothing in it. Don't insult my intelligence!!
