I go to the same dominos by unlv every week almost same order bbq pizza extra chesse . They did NOT put extra cheese that I paid for this time . I call manager says he made it it was made right . So I return the pizza get a refund which doesn’t hit to 3-5 days . So I order from this location . One my pizza is right and two amazing guest service thank you I will be now going to this location thank you to next time . 1st pic is the right pizza . Second pizza is the dry no xtra chesse

From online ordering to pick up takes 10-15 min. Friendly staff. Only minor note is that thin crust can be a bit burnt n extravaganzza pizza is a bit salty.

Yo yo you can't beat a late night bom bomb grub sesh shyttt..when u get pizza n sandwiches for under 14$ wit tax..i mean dammmm mouth like a-mouthfukr especially after u put 1 in the air air air ua'll know what I'm saying

Order was 15 mins late. Pizza under cooked and wings were barely sauced.

Ordered for delivery watched the driver leave with order go back to store waited like 15 minutes came late said order was delivered like 5 minutes before it arrived so he could mark it at the end of promised time but no was late then gave attitude cause I didn't give him an additional tip from what I already added $5 to my order and wish I could have taken that back one pizza looked like it was dropped.

Just called to take advantage of my free pizza from the abomination from the last order I made a couple of weeks ago. Andrew was very nice. He understood the situation but either they don’t know what they’re doing anymore or their quality is just dropped off. A few weeks ago I ordered a pizza and it was not what I ordered and it was terrible but say that.I used to order from them all the time I’ve probably given them $1000 in the past six months, I may have to find a new pizza place.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Domino’s location. I went in to pick up an order for myself and my children and witnessed a serious food-handling issue. When I arrived, another customer was holding my pizza (which I did not realize at the time) and informed the employee that he had received the wrong order. The employee went to retrieve the correct order for that customer. While assisting me afterward, I noticed the employee attempted to hand me the same pizza that had already been given to the other customer. I immediately requested that my order be remade, as I was not comfortable accepting food that had already been in someone else’s possession. When I returned to pick up the “remade” order, I am confident it was not freshly prepared. The pizza was cold and clearly not fresh, leading me to believe the same pizza was simply given back to me. I have been a loyal customer and have ordered from this location consistently in the past. However, this experience demonstrated a lack of basic food safety and customer care. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Delivery guy delivered to the wrong apartment after calling me to ask what apartment number and I told him. Then lied to his boss and told him I refused to give him my address so he left it on the bottom of the stairs, as if that makes more sense than taking it back. The manager shrugged me off like his employee could do no wrong! This makes me so angry because I did tell him my apartment number twice, and when I tried to call him back several times he did not answer. Now I have to wait 2-4 days for a refund and that was the last I had to feed my kids! Don’t go to this dominoes, if they are treating customers like this then the inside probably has roaches. Pizza Hut is better and actually has people who know what their doing

I’ve never had to sign for a pizza order before, and I won’t be ordering from Domino’s again after this ridiculous "new rule." Seriously, just leave the pizza at the door and keep the change. I had to interrupt my walk with my dog just to sign for the delivery—talk about ruining the convenience. Needless to say, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Orderd a pizza told 30 mins came in 50 mins and cold I phoned in and asked for a hot one and told 30 mins for a hot one ,50 mins later nothing so i phoned and asked for the refund and cancel I would leave the old one at the door ,he agreed not 8 mins later knocking at the door ..I tried to explain to the delivery driver but he just tossed the new one on top of the old and walked away. I've tried to call twice now and they keep hanging up ,can a manager or head office call me please and thank you. Update pizza was still at the door this morning and no refund at the front desk.

Terrible. Pizza was supposed to be square cut and was pie cut instead. "Buffalo wings" had almost no buffalo on them at all. Cheesy bread was raw and had no jalapeños on it.
