My family and I had a great experience. Our food, fun drinks and delicious desserts were all yummy! Staffs were friendly and accomadating. Fortunately for us the place was open because I read online sometimes they shut early due to staff shortage. My three daughters shared one fun drink together which was more than enough for the three of them.
Had an amazing experience at Sugar Factory! The food was delicious and beautifully presented—everything tasted just as good as it looked. The Valentine’s Day decorations were adorable and set such a fun, festive, romantic vibe throughout the restaurant. Vanessa was an absolutely incredible server—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She truly elevated the whole visit. Huge shoutout as well to Dan the Man, the manager, who was welcoming, professional, and clearly runs a great team. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the guest experience. Great vibes, great service, great food—can’t wait to come back!
My fiancé and I tried Sugar Factory for the first time. We ordered the hot honey flatbread, grilled mini burgers, and cookie monster milkshake. Everytime was pretty good but very expensive. There's also an automatic 20% service charge.
Vanessa was amazing!! My favorite spot on the strip so far. I made all my guy friends go and they had such a good time. Highly recommend!!!
Sugar Factory is pure chaos—and that’s the point. Giant, over-the-top cocktails (yes, the cotton candy one), loud colors, sugar everywhere, and zero apologies. Is it subtle? Absolutely not. Is it fun? 100%. A classic Vegas stop when you want a drink and a photo op.
Came Saturday with friends while on vacation and…… Amazing food! 🤤 The rainbow sliders remind me of pretty patties IYKYK! So I had to get them on the side! Their drinks are so cute and sweet! I would definitely recommend and Will for sure come back! We enjoyed the vibes and staff = ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️super friendly!
I want to say I had an excellent experience at the sugar factory tonight. I came in with my friend. I want to shout out to our server Danielle. She was very accommodating and helping with the menu and what is great. I was choosing between pasta and fish. She had me ordered the vodka pasta with the meatballs which was amazing and it went with our peach lemonade goblet we had. And Daniel was an awesome manager he came by a few times like Danielle did to make sure everything was good. Between the both of them family and we will be back.
Walking into this place was like a Christmas movie. So many decorations! We loved it. Friendly staff & cool experience! Would definitely go back. Only issue we had was the photographer they have there asked us to take pictures of us, we thought maybe for their instagram but she came back trying to pressure us to buy them.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Wow, what an unforgettable night at the Sugar Factory! Our server, Veronica, was absolutely AMAZING! She went above and beyond—super attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we wanted, and her recommendations were spot on. She made my son’s birthday so special with a fun birthday song and dance that had the whole table (and him!) grinning from ear to ear! The vibes here are just perfect—the backdrops are so cute and make the BEST selfies and photos for special moments. Between the delicious treats, the fun atmosphere, and Veronica’s exceptional service, this was a celebration we’ll never forget. We can’t wait to come back!
Review for Sugar Factory The food was great, and we loved the presentation of everything—it was colorful, creative, and so much fun to see. The place itself was incredibly aesthetically pleasing; the thought and detail put into every corner was truly remarkable. I do wish the staff had been a bit friendlier during our visit, but aside from that, it was a really fun and unique experience. I’m truly sad to see that the Glendale, Arizona location has closed, as it was such a special place to enjoy.
Thank you all so much for having my family. Daresha was our waitress and she was amazing. My water glass was refilled without asking, she had great food recommendations and she was amazing with my elderly in-laws. We went for my mother-in-laws birthday courtesy of my 13 year old daughter’s ask. Food and service made it a no brainer to return.
6 of us celebrated a friend's birthday and her retirement yesterday. We had reservations. It was not very busy upon arrival. We were seated right away. We had the wings appetizer Platter, which was very crispy and tasty. All our orders were accurate! Our food was delicious. The presentation was awesome! We had a wonderful hostess, Danielle. She was patient and attentive to us. We kept her going with requests, and she patiently fulfilled them all! Thanks, Danielle, for all you do! Looking at the bubbling drinks , fireworks popping from them, and the insane milkshakes pass by was very entertaining! We had a great time!
Aaron was an amazing server and made my daughter's first trip to sugar factory a memorable experience.

Super fun experience for the whole family. My family of 4 all got a smoking specialty drink since it was our first time there. This made for great photo ops, but it is quite expensive, about $40 a …
I was absolutely shocked how good the food was. The Margarita I had was delicious. I think if the bar had people it would have been a better experience. Food service was incredibly SLOW, but I would definitely go back just for a drink.
Let me preface this review by saying I WILL be returning in July to this restaurant. I will also preface by saying that it is a bit more pricey than I usually pay for a meal, which is partially the reason I hesitated to give a 5-star review. My friend and I went and got waters, the rainbow sliders, the mac n cheese pops, and loaded fries. I think we paid around $70-$80? In our opinions, it was worth the price. The rainbow sliders and the mac n cheese pops, I can literally say, are the most amazing foods I've ever eaten. The fries were... Fries. Nothing to really rave about as they seemed typical of other loaded fries, though the flavor was pretty good (I personally would've preferred more cheese). The service was okay, though I would have preferred the waiter return to refill our waters a bit more frequently than he did. The atmosphere is good for the location (right on the strip), fairly quiet, though the music was a little louder than I would have expected. We didn't have a shake but the table next to us did and it was MASSIVE. Another table was brought what I think was an ice cream sundae that had sparklers on top, I assume for someone's birthday. If you're going with your kids and large family, it may not be worth it to spend that kind of $$$, but if you're looking for a unique food experience and don't mind spending a little more than usual, I would suggest trying it. Overall, it was a top notch experience and I'll definitely be returning.
Have been looking forward to trying Sugar out for a while and too be honest they get you with the visuals of everything BUT the food was decent at best. The sliders were pretty good but the chicken sandwich I got lacked flavor and was a bit rubbery...the goblets however are dangerous, they are amazing..highly recommend for 2. The service was playful, nice and took care of us.

I didn't have a great experience on 2/20/2026. Funny thing: it's 1 of the cutest & coolest places, wild desserts and drinks, but My party felt "hussled" ,it was my nieces 12th birthday party, the waiter should have been focused on us having a great time but instead he wanted $$$$, everything we chose with a reasonable price for our pcokets was a NO! Offering $40 drinks and throwing anyting lower than that under the bus! he should've been appreciative that we chose this establishment with so many choices in LV. My 1st experience in 2018 was superb,I don't know what's going g on now.
I ordered the Spicy Spaghetti. The pasta was neither Spaghetti nor spicy. It wasn't bad, but it was definitely lack luster. The service was fine. The people were nice, but they took FOREVER to do anything. My whole table got their food and drinks at totally different times. This place is definitely meant to be a bar not a restaurant.
Visiting Las Vegas from Houston. I was severely disappointed. The food I was served at The Sugar Factory was below a 1 star. The fried chicken tenders were those frozen bag tenders that were hard as a rock. The waffle was okay but I refused to take a second bite of chicken tenders. The spinach dip was okay but the chips were stale and something upset my stomach I returned all the food items and received a full refund thanks to my son who is a former 5 star server Never again will I return I will add that we dined here in 2024 and I enjoyed my meal is why I returned this year. The place needs a good deep cleaning. On the surface it looks clean but there are dirty walls which further upset my stomach. The table still had crumbs and I noticed empty chairs at our tables were also disgustingly dirty The only 5 star was service We tipped our server because it wasn’t her fault the place needs a complete upgrade.

Waited 30+ minutes for fries and sampler platter, although there were literally 10 people in the restaurant. Food was average at best. I have visited the chain 3 years ago in Orlando, where everything was significantly better.

Dined on Saturday Jan 17 & Arkee J was our waiter. He mentioned there was a "buy a goblet & get a mini goblet free" promotion for drinks. He did not mention which they were out of. He took our drink order, then told us they were out of the lollipop one we ordered. We changed goblets but never got the free mini. Drinks took 25 mins to hit the table & 1/3 was missing. In total, it took over 1 hr to receive the missing margarita. He took food orders without telling us the 86 list, left & then came back to say 2 things we ordered they've been out of "for a while." We re-ordered & food took 45 mins to come. However, they dropped off the wrong pasta dish & didn't bring side plates. I had to flag down the Manager, Dan, who was bussing a nearby table to ask about the Pasta and missing margarita. He fixed the pasta dish & checked on the Margarita. Then, Arkee brought the cheque with the auto 20% gratuity added without bringing my daughter her bday dessert like the table beside us got. I mentioned it was her birthday when we fist sat & I also had it in the reso notes. 3 tables around us got the special song and ice cream sundae. He seemed annoyed when I asked to get it prior to paying the bill, even though we never once mentioned any complaints to him. The food was very underwhelming. The expo staff kept forgetting dishes and/or bringing the wrong ones to neighbouring tables. People were going to the bar to order drinks as they would come faster. As a server, you expect a certain standard when dining on the strip, especially given the automatic service charges. I understand there are bad days at any restaurant, short staffing issues, etc., but the 0 apologies or acknowledgement as to the mistakes and less than ideal service standards was disappointing. Not a thing on the cheque was comp'd nor discounted for the inconveniences. Will happily spend my money elsewhere the next time we choose to celebrate on the strip. I would NOT recommend the sugar factory.
Extremely Disappointing & Disturbing Experience EVER IN MY LIFE! I am a local Henderson resident and recently brought out of town guests to the Sugar Factory location on the corner of Harmon and Las Vegas Boulevard on Monday, February 9th. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a fun stop for cocktails turned into one of the most uncomfortable and disturbing customer service experiences I’ve had on the Strip. We arrived shortly after opening and ordered three cocktails. The bartender was initially pleasant. When it was time to pay (our bill was around $100), things went downhill quickly. My sister’s Chase credit card was declined. She was confused, as it has a substantial credit line of $5,000 available, and was in good standing. My friend then provided her American Express PLATINUM card, which came back also “not working”. I then handed over my debit card, which had more than sufficient funds, “not working” as well. Three separate forms of payment from three different people being declined back to back clearly suggested a technical issue with the POS system. The staff appeared to be adjusting or resetting something behind the bar. Instead of calmly investigating, we were told we needed to pay cash. I only had about $80 in cash at that moment and my guests did not carry any cash. I requested to speak with a manager to address what appeared to be a system malfunction. The manager, Larry Morris (not even sure that’s his real name) , approached with visible irritation and an extremely hostile demeanor. Prior to even speaking to us, he had been walking around casting disapproving looks in our direction while we were speaking Spanish to one another. The tone shifted immediately once he got involved. Rather than looking into the POS issue, he dismissively told us it was “not his problem” and insisted we go get cash. VERY insistent we get “cash”. He implied our cards had no money on them and stated he “didn’t care.” When I expressed that his implication was inappropriate and disgusting, and that three declined cards indicated a possible system issue, he responded, “If you give me attitude, I’ll give you attitude back.” At this point we started exchanging words which put in a very upsetting position as I felt I needed to defend myself and it was tense and hostile. I called his attitude disgusting after what he said to me and instead of trying to have a dialogue, and seeking to understand what I was trying to explain to him, he escalated the situation by being aggressive and dismissive. He then went as far as calling me “disgusting” and telling me I “look disgusting” before walking away. Seconds after, I saw that another customer’s card was processed successfully. I asked the bartender to try one of ours again, and it went through immediately. As suspected, there was likely a temporary POS freeze or malfunction. The technical issue itself was minor. The manager’s behavior was not. His conduct was aggressive, condescending, and deeply unprofessional. As Hispanic women speaking Spanish among ourselves, the way we were treated felt discriminatory and unnecessarily hostile. Hospitality leadership should de-escalate situations, not inflame them. After he walked away, I discreetly asked a staff member if he typically behaves that way. She looked around in terror to make sure he wasn’t nearby and nodded yes. That response said everything. I’ve lived in the Las Vegas area for years and frequently host guests on the Strip. I have never experienced this level of disrespect from management anywhere else. Customer service matters. Leadership matters even more. I sincerely hope corporate reviews how this location is being managed, because no guest, local or tourist, should be spoken to or treated this way.
If I could give zero stars I would ! By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I mean, I have gotten better experience going to Burger King and I am not joking. The food was decent but don’t waste your time With the service here.My family of four went to eat Friday night for valentines, mind you we are traveling out of town to Vegas to come meet at a nice restaurant and the experience we got was far from what we expected. Let me just put it this way we got zero refills For a beverage drink never came back to check on us to see if we wanted more drinks alcohol drinks we ordered one lol napkins silver ware anything let alone just one free refill she couldn’t even bring one refill . We ordered a pizza they didn’t have it I’m guessing lol because she replaced it with her choice (sliders) didn’t even ask or nothing , I had to keep getting up and ask the busser or any employee I saw around for anything we needed like ketchup even though I did ask her before we even ordered our food. I don’t know if she kept going upstairs or going to the restroom, but she was nowhere to be seen during our dinner we had to go meet her at the bar so that we can pay our bill and that was the only time she asked how our food was. Can you believe we still gave her a 8 dollar tip? This was a 178 bill I’m a bartender I would have tip her so well if she would of done a decent job . Do better what a shame
We went to Sugar Factory to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday, expecting a fun and memorable experience. Unfortunately, the service and food completely missed the mark. We waited over an hour just to have our orders taken, while two tables that were seated 30–45 minutes after us were served before we were. Our server would briefly stop by, say a few words, and disappear again. At one point, she apologized for the delay and mentioned she had to “take care of her personal self,” which felt inappropriate given how long we had already been waiting. Our food didn’t arrive until nearly two hours into the experience. When it did, several items were incorrect and cold, and one item didn’t arrive until 20–30 minutes later, putting us at almost two and a half hours just to receive all of our food. I spoke with the manager, hoping for some acknowledgment or accountability. He explained they were short two cooks and that food runners didn’t know where to deliver plates, which caused mix-ups—but there was very little empathy and no real effort to resolve the situation before walking away from the table. After another 20–30 minutes of waiting, I had to approach the manager again to ask if we could please order dessert and receive our bill. By that point, we had been there almost three hours and were ready to leave. To add insult to injury, our server asked for my daughter’s name twice for the birthday song—and still came out singing the wrong name. The atmosphere is fun and visually appealing, but unfortunately, that alone isn’t enough to make up for such poor service and food quality. This was a disappointing experience, especially for a milestone birthday, and sadly, it’s not somewhere we would return.
Honestly, this didn’t really meet the hype at all. We went on New Year’s Day and waited in line for 30 minutes just to get in. As soon as we were in, it took another 20 to actually have our order taken, which was fine, but for one watermelon patch fishbowl drink and a side order of fries, we waited for about 20 minutes for the drink, and then the fries were completely forgotten about so by the time we actually got our fries we were more than halfway through our drink. Nobody mentioned anything about getting up charged for moving upstairs, which was a surprise when we got our bill. And for a side order of fries, $11 is a bit crazy, especially when they were labeled as signature fries and ended up being super bland. The watermelon patch drink wasn’t even what was pictured. I’m sure the drink was the same, but all of the candy toppings that were pictured in the menu weren’t even on the drink and instead we just got a handful of gummy bears that ended up on the bottom of the bowl, which was really disappointing especially for spending $45 on it. Overall, if you’re looking for an experience where you’re getting a fancy drink, you’re better off just going to the strip and saving a couple bucks because for almost $80 for a fishbowl and some fries, this was very unsatisfying.
The hot Cheetos burger was delicious. Fold was excellent while service was terrible. Other guests were getting up to leave for the lack of attention. We waited for our food and had to ask for the bill as the waitress was too busy facetiming on her phone... Update** After emailing Sugar Factory at the email they supplied below I have received no contact / reply. Customer service must be an issue at a corporate level......
