Ordered pizza from here for the first time and it was so good. Sauce has nice flavor and the crust has a nice satisfying crunch. We definitely will order from here again.

First time customer and will return! Richie, Brian, and Olivia were great hosts and helped us navigate the "Big City" and made few suggestions for a birthday dinner on Monday (which is apparently difficult to find as most restaurants are closed, in Rochester area, on Mondays). I digress, we ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pie... Spot on! Just the right amount of sauce, and loaded with toppings! Thanks for the great meal! We will see you guys again on our next trip up!

Anyone who has ever worked in the food business knows that you can't be perfect or execute flawlessly 100% of the time. The best you can do is strive to learn from the feedback you are given. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Perri's management responding to my concerns not only immediately, but more importantly, sincerely. With so many options for slices in such a close area, there is a lot to be said for feeling like a valued customer - for feeling like the money you are spending, however much or little, is not taken for granted. You can't beat the price at Perris, especially for the size and quality of the slices you get, and you can rest assured that should you ever have an issue, it will not fall on deaf ears. Thank you Perri's for caring enough to earn back my business and for once again being my go to spot for lunch :-)

Perry's Pizza definitely a newer pizzeria local Rochester there's a lot of stiff competition out there but I think Perry's is definitely holding their own I love you must get there pizza well done light sauce is my preference . The chicken wings are great, I like the their subs good or hot phenomenal taste their service is always fast and friendly .

The staff there is wonderful! Every time I come in they are so welcoming and I am helped right away! The food comes at a timely matter and it is great tasting! Whenever I don’t want to cook I resort to perris. My family loves it! Over all great pizzeria

Fantastic pizza! Their Big Slice is a great deal. For about the same price as a normal slice in other stores, the Big Slice is the equivalent of two normal slices. Their Tuesday Carry Out Special is also good. Great staff.

Pizza by the slice is awesome. I take it all back. I stopped in for a slice for dinner and when I tried to pay by tapping the remote it wouldn't let me until I filled out the "Suggested Tip" box. Look the guy takes an already cooked slice, warms it up and puts it in a box. What here says TIP? 3 customers that came after me also didn't like the attempt at shaming and didn't tip. Does Perri's have so many customers they can afford to piss them off? I'm done. My wife is a vegetarian and I'm a meat eater so slices from Perri's worked. No more. You have lost my wife and I as customers and everyone else we tell about your sneaky crap.

They have the best pizza I have had in a longtime and the deep fried ravioli is to die for, the staff is super nice.

Perris pizza is notoriously amazing and their staff at the East Henrietta Road location exceeds expectations with their service. They are overwhelmingly attentive and accommodating. I couldn't recommend them enough be it dine in or take out. Thank you for being the best!

The pizza here is not greasy at all, most 'za is...for the most part. The price is nice for what u get. The portion size of the toppings are nice. Everybody (staff) is really nice & helpful. The parking here is allways free. There is handicapped spots too.

I went to this Perri’s and I was extremely impressed.The pepperoni slice was the biggest slice that I’ve have ever had.It was fresh and hot when we got it.But most importantly it tasted fabulous,Loads of pepperoni cheese and the crust was thick and generous,The price was a shock!The least expensive slice I think in Monroe County.Good if you’re on a budget.I am definitely going to make it a weekly routine!The store was very clean.Immaculate.

Excellent service, friendly workers, delicious food! Pizza and wings are always hot and fresh. A year ago I would have rated them 1 star-I noticed they were taking their phones off the hook when they got busy, so when I tried ordering my weekly pizza at 5:30pm on Fridays it was a hit or miss if I got through to them or not. Eventually I got frustrated and stopped ordering from them. However I decided to give them another chance this summer, and I haven't had a problem at all recently. I always get through, and the person who answers is always friendly. I would give 5 stars now for both service and food quality. Plus, supporting local businesses is SO important. Perri's in Henrietta is my go-to pizza place now, they are leaps and bounds above the big chain pizza places like Dominos and Papa Johns. If anyone else had a similar negative experience in the past, my advice is to give them another chance! They're really excellent now!

Food is awesome. I only have two complaints. 1) Customer service. A lot of times when I go in there I just stand there for a couple minutes until I’m even greeted. A simple “hey how are you? We’ll be right with you” goes a long way. 2) not sure what the logic with not being open on Sunday during football season is. I saw on a previous review that you guys would be open on sundays come football season, yet you’re closed every Sunday. As a former pizza shop employee for several years, I don’t know why any pizza place would ever be closed on Sunday’s during football season. That being said, food is awesome, and I will always order from there despite those minor concerns. Thanks.

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for our anniversary with pizza at work, I called and asked if they could do a heart with the pepperoni on it and they said they would see what they could do. I didn't expect too much since they were unsure. They went above and beyond and made the whole pizza in the shape of a heart!!! It looked so great! I wish they were closer to our home so we could order all the time! Thank you!

Everyone has their preferences I have always ordered from Perri's I'm never disappointed ready when they say. They don't spare on customer service. Chicken wings the way you want them extra crispy for me, and they are. Try them. 🍕🍕🍕🍕

I took my wife, who has recently moved here from pa, to this pizza place on a lunch date during work. Not only was the food fast and high quality, but we ordered a side of fried dough because my wife wanted some and I enjoy spoiling her as much as I can. They gave us so much fried dough. It was a box that must have weighed 3 to 4 pounds, and it was pretty good. All in all my wife and I loved it and will definitely be returning.

Went there Sunday after church and I took a friend with me and we got the medium pizza and the guy behind the counter said we can do half with what I wanted and the other half with what she wanted and got a dozen wings half with lemon poppy and country sweet on mine. Everything tasted fantastic and so good. I would go back again.

Justin highly suggested I try this food and my tastebuds are so happy, my stomach will not be. The slices are so big and the price is so small! I definitely recommend coming here. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal with family or friends. Best pizza and wings in Henrietta (and beyond!) Their online ordering system is faultless-easy to use, offers lots of ways to customize your items and is well organized so you can get your order placed and picked up fast! The pizza is perfectly balanced between crust, cheese, sauce and toppings-and it is consistently of high quality and simply delicious!I like extra pizza sauce on my pies and Perris always accommodates this, unlike other places I've tried.The Buffalo wings are top notch, and I love all the different options for sauces. Plus I can choose well done to get them extra crispy, just how I like them. They also have cookies that are sooo good, a must have after a pizza night! Employees are friendly and picking up is always a seamless experience. My only wish is that I lived closer! Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Love this Perri’s. My only complaint is I don’t understand why they won’t deliver to my house. I live 2.5 miles away and somehow am out of their delivery zone? I live in Henrietta too so I don’t get it. Besides that wonderful location! Food has been good every single time!

The pizza was good. The wings were okay but they barely sauced them which was disappointing. The garlic parmesan didn't really taste very garlicky at all.

Nice place for a slice. Pizza slice a huge and taste great. With many options to choose. A little slow at lunch time which is kind of disappointing as I only have a half hour lunch and I spend it most of the time standing there waiting for my food..

Tuesday pizza deal can't be beat, they just keep screwing up my pizza. I am giving it a 4 stars because I like the pizza but would give it 2 because of them constantly screwing up my pizza. Their "magic sauce" for chicken wings is awesome. Give it a try.

We had an issue awhile back on a large order. It was a timing thing. They arrived super fast and the order was not as good as usual. Called and did get through to manager he took care of it. In fact we have an order being eaten now. Go Bruins!

The dough and ingredients were good, but the pizza maker never spread out the cheese...was too thick in the middle and nonexistent near the crust.

Walk in and was greeted right away. I ordered a slice and it was ready in two minutes. Best of all it tasted fresh and hot after a quick warm up. In my humble opinion a buffalo chicken slice should come with a blue cheese. I’d give five stars if it did. Otherwise the pizza was as I have come to expect from Perri’s - delicious. Thank you for making pizza in Rochester a positive and enjoyable experience.

Great for a quick bite, they have slices all day and they are huge.. I mean like you do not need to order more than one of them and the prices are great. I have been to two locations and have noticed that they only staff women in the front. Any time I see that I take a point off just due to the fact that it is not typically a coincidence from the hiring stand point. Sell pizza for the pizza.

Our lazy go-to place. Huge slices are more than enough for each of us and they are very good. Boneless and Wings does not come with sides not sure if you can buy them separately so that is a bummer for me cause I love carrot and celery sticks with boneless wings. Some of the people that attend calls are not extremely frinedly but enough to feel comfortable.

Best bang for your buck. I’m from NYC, so I know good pizza, definitely check this place out. Their everyday slices are monstrous! Perri’s brings the quantity and quality. Only reason I knocked off is a star is for their limited options for on the go slices. A man can only have pepperoni, Buffalo and cheese for so long ...

Order pizza, or order fried food, but don't order both. They always drop the fried food orders in the fryers ASAP, even if the pizza won't be done for 20+ minutes, meaning if they are busy it is a sure thing that the fried food will be soggy and cool. Over the years I've hoped that they get it figured out, but they haven't, so we either don't order fried foods with pizza orders, or order fried foods and get big slices when we go to pick it up.

Only gripe is they only has 2 pies available at lunch time. Seems like sub par choices for the timing. But the pizza was good, as Perris always is.

Wings were tasty. Pizza was very bland, like supermarket pizza. Also I witnessed them discarding many of the slices that they offer throughout the day. Such a wasteful thing. No wonder they charge $5 for a slice (to make up for all the ingredients and resources that are used to prepare the food that gets thrown out)

Regular pizza (especially slices) is very doughy. Order accordingly. Delivery is 7/10 accurate, if that. Avoid "white sauce", your calzone or pie will be drentched in in oil. I somehow never pay less than $30 for any pizza order. Calzones are giant but you do have to ask for the ricotta. The consistency and understanding of food/ cooking is a direct reflection of the young people actually "cooking"....just saying! I've been a pizza coniseur for years. From Florida to ny. I try every local place possible.

I went there for the first time today the pizza was good, but everyone working looked miserable and the girl who was working the front counter had a attitude. I understand it’s hot especially with the ovens (I would know) but at least show some sort of customer service.

Perri's is always delicious, but the blonde girl at the counter doesnt seem to enjoy her job. I normally go to a different Perri's, but was in Henrietta running errands. She didn't smile once and I felt like I inconvenienced her day by ordering, when I was the only one there. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but I'll probably not go to this Perri's again because of the poor interaction.

Very good pizza, huge slices served for lunch. Staff could be a little nicer and seemed to be uninformed about promotions. Stopping by for lunch today I asked them about the veterans day promotion and neither had not heard a thing about it.

Below was my previous 5 star review from 2 months ago. I have changed it to 3 star because they refused to deliver to my husband and his co-workers at the hospital last night. The only explanation given was they weren't going to deliver to a hospital. They even offered to meet them outside if they were scared to come in. I called the manager today and it turns out the hospital is now outside he delivery range. Nothing to do with being a hospital. Delicious and huge slices for a very reasonable price. Went there with my daughter Friday. Husbands and son tasted our leftovers and demanded Perri's for lunch on Saturday.

Food is great but one thing I didn’t like I call them to place an order for pizza and they tell me it’s first come first serve I understand that but I called to order it makes no sense on why you guys can’t just make it for when I get there and you have nothing ready when I do when I called 20 minutes before and have to wait an extra 10 mins In the parking lot. other then that it’s a great place to get food.

Never ordering from here again. The food is great but service is way to slow. We were told our food would be delivered in an hour and a half. It took three and a half hours for us to get our food. 2 hours after we called the driver had just left with 15 orders! We were supposed to have our order 30 minutes ago! The manager did comp our meal and offer us 50% off the next order, but when the food finally arrived we were missing parts of our order, the order was wrong and sloppily made, and the food was ice cold. It's sad that it has become this bad. This used to be our go to pizza place, but not anymore. I'm not sure if it's new management or what, but this left a terrible impression. If you want to order from here, do it 4 hours in advance and expect your order to be wrong when it arrives. I'm sure eating in is just fine, although I haven't personally done that.

Order got messed up and when we got there it turned out the cashier didn't know how to change pizza sauces. They did offer to redo it but during the busy time it would have taken far too long.

The employee taking care of me gave my food to someone that walked in about 5 mins after me...when i asked about my slice I ordered she went to prepare it, noticed some cheese on the pizza spatula and scraped it on the garbage can!!! She then put it right under the slice she was going to give me!!! I complained and someone gave me a refund and apologized. So gross! Never again!

Young kids waited 10 minutes to get a response while the pizza and wings were on the rack to get picked. Pizza was stoned cold along with the wings. The worst.

My co-workers stated dough was not fully cooked more times than not. I experienced this once. Pizza is never ready when they state it will be and I am always 5 minutes late to give them extra time but I STILL end up waiting. Not my choice for you to close on your Tuesday special day-the least you could do is honor it if a constant customer is calling to request it.

So I went to Perri's tonight 1/26/24 and ordered boneless chicken it was cooked hard and drying ordered 2 big slices with pepperoni and banana peppers they didn't put it in the oven they just threw the peppers on there not cooked in at all. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!! SEEDS STILL IN THE PEPPERS!!!

A little pricey, but good wings and great NYC Style Crust! However you can't get the NYC Style Crust in multiple sizes or with any of their Specialty Pies. :( I don't like when business put up artificial restrictions and won't customize for you! P.S. Thank you for the reply. I was told by the staff that the Thin Crist and the New York New York crust were different. But I will give it a try.

I called tonight at 7:35pm on a Friday night and as they said hello on the phone they immediately told me they were closed for the night. Really? Friday night on a holiday weekend? Online it says the Henrietta location is open til 10 pm Sept through April and stops taking orders 30 min. Before closed. This has happened 3 out of 4 times I have called. The pizza is decent, along with their prices but service here is sad. One night during the summer they got my pizza wrong and when I arrived they had to remake it. One guy said I could keep the wrong pizza due to their error so he set it on the counter for me while I waited 20 min for the correct pizza. A girl came along and took the pizza off the counter into the back room so fast I could not get her attention. I told the guy she took it and asked me if I wanted it back. After it sat in the back room and was taken from me and incorrect?

I'm from out of town and you were highly recommended. After waiting for delivery (which wasn't a problem) Philly cheese steak sandwich was wrong so I called back. Girl who answered phone was rude. Talked to manager on duty he said he would redo and get to me within 25 minutes (the girl said another hour). That sandwich was also wrong. Meatballer pizza the meatballs had no flavor. After spending $45 before tip, I wouldn't recommend. Now we will see if management responses to negative review or only positive ones.

So I guess I have an issue with this place not because of the food but the people and their understanding of what time they actually close.... We call and they tell us they close at 10:00pm. So we want to get something delivered at 9:20 and they then tell us (conveniently) they are done delivering at 9:15.... Ok so we then ask if we can get an order of wings and I will pick it up. There are still 40 minutes left I am then told they cant do that... So now since I was actually still out and was trying to have this delivered something told me to stop in now since its 930... and since they claim they are done at 10:00 pm I show up. I ask the girl if they are open and if I can get something to go, which she tells me yes...So i ask if i can once again get an order of wings and now she asks the cook and he says no..... So now what really do you have if you cant make wings.. Her reply is "we have 5 slices and I could choose between pepperoni, buffalo or cheese.. sooo what I'm getting is that If i were to buy all 5 slices then what they would be closed?? Like if I am taking them literally that's how it sounds. It just didn't seem right to me. Now I live in canandaigua and I love perris pizza.. I guess I was under the assumption that each perris operated the same but it doesnt seem to be the case. If you close at 10pm that SHOULD mean that I should be able to order items and at least be able to pick something up which is what I have been able to anyplace else. It's stupid to post a time you close and then have nothing but 5 slices available to a customer for the last 45 minutes of the day. I will never go back to that Perri's. Maybe this is not the standard for that location but your place is only as good as the people you have working there. Maybe this won't ever reach the attention of the managers there but if it does I would like to know if this is common practice. ***Update*** I have called the store 3 times and everytime I have left my number to have the owner call me. I have told the people each time to let the owner know he can either text or call and I Have YET to actually talk to anyone.... Wondering if i will hear from anyone soon...

I have been a loyal customer for both my home and work for years. I called to order pizza and was told I’m 1 mile outside of the delivery zone. They said they only deliver within 5 miles and I’m 6 according to them which I found to be a lie according to google who says I’m 3.2. I’m disgusted how this was handled

We Always have some sort of issue with our order. Often the order is incorrectly made, delivered cold, and most recently Burt to a point of being inedible.. service is always slow, and the staff do not care, and it shows every time we are there. We are done giving them the benefit of the doubt and are never ordering there again. There are plenty of pizza places out there, I no longer recommend Perri’s in Henrietta

Very disappointed in the customer service over the phone when I ordered tonight. Female, rude and then after I placed my order she never rang in my 2 liter. Told me delivery time would be 45 minutes to an hour and driver showed up in 15 minutes. I called her back and explained I ordered the 2 liter and never recieved it she said she never rang it in. Very nasty and rudely, I told her I was disappointed and would be writing a complaint, her response... go ahead!

Ordered two Philly steak subs and loaded fries. The subs were absolutely terrible! We ended up throwing them out, the steak was soooo tough! I will never eat there again.

I'm writing this review less to inform the public and more to remind myself not to go there anymore. I tried their Pizza years back and it was nasty. A few nights ago I was hungry so I tried them again because it was on my way home. I ordered a burger since it's hard to mess that up. Well, it's hard to mess a burger up but not impossible, because the burger literally taste like they cooked in degreaser. I'm not exaggerating I think they were cleaning the grill while they were cooking my burger and they spilled some Degreaser on it. I couldn't stand more than a few bites. I seriously question the legitimacy of people writing positive reviews of this restaurant. I have been there twice in two-year time and I have yet to be served something edible.

Of course the one thing I want....deep fried hot pepper rings they had to be out of. Also not too thrilled with the delivery service. My boyfriend ordered food one night and it took over an hour and half to get and I am right off of temple rd. Pretty ridiculous. Hire more help if that's the case. I can order from dominos and get it promptly within half an hour............. Wow finally responding to my review after 4 months. You Are really on top of responding promptly to customers. I'm sorry you do deserve a 1 star because I deserve to have what I want and I shouldn't need to wait 90 minutes for a pizza to be delivered to my house which is literally not even a minute from your establishment. Don't worry I haven't ordered from here since my review and don't plan on it ever again.

Order wings tonight. After 1hour I called to see where my order was. They said they couldn't deliver then realized it was over the amount, said they would send right out. They obviously never put the order in.We live 1.2 miles away and after another 20 minutes call to cancel. They tell us it's OK to do that! Really better get with it or you won't last like the last place. Update: The manager called to apologise and give us credit towards a future wing order. Hopefully they can fix there customer service issues because they do have the best pizza in town.

This is the first google review I have written, but I feel I need to share our experience. We and members of our family tried 5 times to order a pizza from Perrri's, and all 5 times we were given a different pizza from what we ordered! This last time, we ordered a pepperoni pizza on thin crust for our grandchilldren - it came a cheese pizza with no pepperoni on a thick crust. We also ordered their vegetarian (Landmark pizza) for the adults with artichokes added - but they were out of the black olives and forgot the artichokes. For several past deliveries to our family, an entirely different pizza from what was ordered has been delivered. This recent order was our last. It's too bad because the location was convenient (which is why we tried so many times). If you order from this pizza establishment, check the pizza to be sure it's what you ordered before you accept it.

Called and ordered pizza and wings on a Friday night at 6:15 for delivery knowing that it would be at least an hour even know the girl told me 30-45 mins. Got it at 8:00 with the pizza cold and needing to be heated up and the wings under cooked and rubbery. (Ordered well done) This is not the perri's I have known and loved in the past. Back to marks it is.

Good pizza, but terrible service. If they say 45 minutes, bank on an hour and a half. 50/50 it will be cold. When it isnt cold, and finally comes, it is a solid pizza. If that's your thing and you wanna risk it give it a try. If that's not your thing, pick a different pizza spot.

My boyfriend and I were thoroughly enjoying our meal until about halfway through. We kindly asked for a cup of water in which the immediate flat out response was "buy one" Which would have been fine, but there is a polite way to say no and then there's this rude response. I'm beyond over negative customer service. This will deter me from visiting in the future. July 21st 2024

On multiple occasions I've called up to place an order after taking the time to get consensus and figure out what to get only to have Perri's tell me, "Oh, we don't use the coupon on OUR website anymore" or "We decided you can't order combos tomorrow." Not worth the time dealing with an outfit that can't get their act together or use their website properly. No problem...taking my $150 order elsewhere. EDIT TO OWNER FEEDBACK: I wasn't trying to use a coupon on the Super Bowl. I was ordering off your menu on your website, which you changed with no indication until placing an order on the phone. Any other store would say, "I'm sorry we didn't put a new menu or an info banner on our website—let me make an exception." That is lousy customer service. Not sure why you think bad service should get average reviews.

I use to like going here for dinner orders or even just slices when in a hurry. However, lately it has not been all that appealing. when I am told a pick up time of 45 mins I end up waiting another 1/2 hr or more for my order. Staff is miserable. I have watched on several occasions the girl taking the orders roll her eyes and even make rude comments about the person on the phone. Not acceptable. My latest experience was we stopped in for slices. Bottom crust was way too thin. Way to thick of crust on edges. No need to push all the crust to the edge of the pan. Just a suggestion. Bottoms were burned black as coal and the thickest part of the crust was raw dough. Have to say I am going to have to find a new place to get pizza going forward.

I only gave one star cause the food is great. First of all what's the point of having a coupon if it's subjected to change, 2nd when you ask about it why do you get a whole attitude with it. I would never treat a customer the way the cashier treated us. Called and asked the manager and that was worse than her. I guess the owner need to have a better look at who is running his business cause food might be good but bad customer service can ruin your business.

Good pizza. Poor choice not to give long time customers the $10.88 deal. No longer supporting this local business with the $100's, or $1000's my company and I spend there yearly. It's not the $10, it's the point that you rip people off that dont know a coupon technicality. Thanks for making the decision easy to go down the street from now on.

The pizza and wings arrived over 2 hours after the order. Glad I called because they hit my credit card immediately. Worst pizza that I have ever attempted to consume. The wings were good but I would never,ever attempt to eat that pizza again unless I was being held at gunpoint. And it would have to be a big gun. Still trying not to vomit.

We did an order through door dash for 3 separate orders of wings. Lee the manager decided to combine the wings in one box even though they each had different special instructions. When I called to advise the order was wrong he blamed doordash. When I pulled up the order the special instructions showed clearly. He then said he mad a mistake and mistakes were ok and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked for the order to be remade correctly and he declined. I asked for a refund and he declined. I asked to speak to the owner and he said to call back tomorrow. When I asked what about the people that paid for their food that is wrong, he said there was nothing he could do.

You should probably inform your staff that your website says you close at 8. Went in at 737, and the kid working there had nothing but an attitude because he was trying to get ready to close. If he wants to close earlier then maybe have the closing time change to earlier. So rude.

I'm a owner of a construction company and do a lot of work in this area I ordered a large pizza and wing deal with bacon and cheddar fry 35 min for pick up I was on time was handed my pizza and waited an additional 20 min for wings and fries my hotel is just 5 min a way and when I hot back the pizza was so cold looked like and tasted like it was just left out all night the wings were the wrong sauce cold and soggy the fries well let's just say grab one and they all came out of the container like they were welded together with ice.so with that said I personally nor any one from my company will ever step foot in this place again domino's is hotter and fresher then this place and I will also remind all my other construction g.c. to watch out and not order from here unless you just want to throw your money away..

I ordered 3 pizzas “online order” the order was completely wrong!! They made NO attempt to correct so we had $100 worth of pizza that was THE WRONG ORDER!! They delivered all 3 pizza’s red sauce plain pizza! No pepperoni, No garlic white! If you have guests and are looking for an order to be correct GO to another Pizza place!!

I honestly think it may have been the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The photos actually make it look better than in person. After calling the store to request a refund, the THIRD person I had to explain my complaint to (I believe assistant manager) was very nice. Unfortunately he told me he couldn’t refund it without me returning the pizza but offered a free credit towards another order. It was so bad that I don’t think I’ll ever eat a pizza from there again so I’ll take the loss and move on.
