This is my favorite Taco Bell because the employees are nice and professional, and the food is very consistent. They also always get my order right, even when I need them to leave out a popular ingredient.
Management is awesome!!! I do security in the area didn't drive to work this particular day and they still accommodated me thru drive thru. Awesome service!!! Best Taco Bell on this side of town!!! 😎💯💪

I am hooked on these country potato and scrambled egg breakfast burritos. I usually buy two at a time because I can put it in the fridge and reheat it in the microwave for one minute. It taste just as good when reheated the next day. I also like their other vegetarian options. The kitchen stuff are well trained to prepare good portions and tasty food.
It's Taco Bell. If you've been you know what to expect, if you haven't, go try it. It's good. Also the Crunchy Tacos Al Fresco are dairy-free and gluten-free! But I'm giving this one 5 starts because of its 1990s aesthetic inside. For all the people on Twitter who miss the 1990s Taco Bell decor, go here!
Its a fast food joint, so atmosphere rating is kinda limited by that. I gave 5 stars otherwise because I do a lot of custom orders and this place is good at fulfilling them. They will grill burritos or other soft shell if you ask (true for any taco bell, in theory). It's my go-to, in quieter area than Fitzgerald one.
Well, this Taco Bell plays good music so you can enjoy eating your doritos tacos. The dining area is clean. The bathroom will need a little cleaning, though. My niece slipped and got her pants wet. 😞 Please keep the bathroom dry and clean for safety reasons.
I never really imagined I’d leave a review for a Taco Bell, but the folks at this location deserve a special shout-out. They are consistently so chipper and friendly and accommodating (to special requests, or problem solving and going above-and-beyond in the event they’re out of something you ordered). Even during this time when they’re undoubtedly a bit short-staffed, all of this rings true. So much appreciation for these lovely interactions and what I assume is solid management keeping this crew happy.
OMG! My son bought us breakfast burritos today at 8am (8.19.23) and I have 1 thing to say....Amazing! The burritos were made perfectly. Giving a big kudos to the food preparer. Management should recognize their greatness!
Amazing food. The girl at the drive thru, Emily, was very wonderful and professional, she got my order right, i wish management would at least provide her with a work sweatshirt so she could stay warm, instead of wearing those thin button up shirts in 30 degree weather. The food was perfectly seasoned, perfectly warmed up and i got the utmost customer service one could ask for.
This review is specifically for George – he was very kind and courteous and very quick with the drive-through. Appreciated his mannerisms. An exemplar of good customer service.
I needed a nacho fries box one night (at the spur of a moment) and before midnight. Luckily there was a Taco Bell in Hercules close to where I live. Their drive through is open until after midnight. And my urge was satisfied for $5+. For those with bigger appetites, get their half taco and half burrito box and fight over who gets what when you get home. What a deal. My kind of late night/early morning comfort food.
You guys do a great job!! serving Portions are fair to the price .Loved my Chicken Cantina Bowl!! Highly recommend it.

After wasting far too much time at the Pinole location I decided to try this Taco Bell. Even though there were 4 people ahead of me at the drive-thru, I was back on the road inside of 5 minutes. The cashier was courteous. The food was what you'd expect from Taco Bell. I'll be back for certain!
The cashier was hysterical! I don't know if he couldn't understand because of the mask but it had me giggling. And for the first time in years, they had all of the freeze flavors! They were quick too.
Super busy today. However, I got my meal quick. I like that there are a lot of drink choices. They have new kiosk functions. I didn't try it today but will next time
Just had a taste for something sweet so I stopped by and got some Cinnabon delights. The service was good and the order was out quick. It also helped it was a rainy day so no line.

Food accuracy is usually good but they never seem to have enough people working so whether you're inside or drive thru, if there's more than 2 people before you... Prepare yourself for at least a 15 min wait

It's fast food, it is what it is, but the staff is usually friendly and efficient. One unintended benefit of the pandemic is that the drive through experience is greatly improved. The crush of cars has forced them to streamline their operation and it has become that most fabled of aspirations, "the well oiled machine," no small accomplishment.
A little disappointing on today's visit. First, the freeze machine wasn't working. Second, we waited a little over 10 minutes at the short drive-thru after the order and the cheese on the nachos were cold & dry. 🤷♂️

Not like I'm big on service from a fast food restaurant, but just because you have a touchscreen ordering option doesn't mean you don't have to acknowledge you're customers. And the food was bad, like I've never had at a Taco Bell.
Ate inside which I rarely do. This place definitely needs a cleaning. All tables were dirty. Floor was sticky. Window sills have built up dirt. I'm not even going to start about the bathrooms. I'm wondering if this store has an owner & if they even care about their franchise?
Bathrooms leave more to be desired. Food was warm, soda machine was...iffy....ice was low, and syrup wasn't adjusted right on it... On a 104 degree day today, my girlfriend and I didn't want to cook and instead opted for a nice air conditioned spot...which would have been better if we had went to another place, as the franchise owner likely is cutting costs by making their employees and customers sit in a restaurant with no A/C on, instead running the central cooling on fan mode...interior dining area was likely 85, meaning for sure the kitchen was broiling. Nacho box we ordered had all the ingredients piled up on like seven chips in the center rather than actually on the chips....causing the toppings to stick to the box...perhaps an effect of the heat in the kitchen as the employees did not particularly look comfortable having to work in those conditions... Clientele there is seemingly a mixture of upper/middle-class suburban, and low income residents from nearby areas. Nothing to report otherwise. Everyone seems to be there to just get food and not cause issue. BigLots and HomeDepot in the shopping center both draw a variety of social demographics being destination locations.

It is honestly a 50/50 chance of your order actually being 100% correct; we have driven back in the past to correct the order but will usually just deal. This time, we waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes, not moving, behind 8 cars. We decide to park and order inside and still we waited 15min for our meal. The good thing about going inside, we could calmly double check the order. Make sure to save your receipt, they wont care unless you present the evidence. I was once asked to show what I received because he didn't believe me. Few months has past since I posted this review, Google maps asked for an update... They still hold a 50% chance of accuracy to what you order. I find random items that I do not order in my bags and lack ones I paid for. I have gotten into arguments with manager/ supervisors for checking my order before leaving. I assume your time at the window is monitored and they try to rush you along. Everyone who works here seems very unhappy and you hardly ever see the same people which shows they have a high turn over rate for employment. They close randomly, unannounced and always run low on items. Still a location we visit but I do have a feeling it will close at some point with all these consistent issues.
Ordered a diet Mountain Dew and a normal one. They didn’t label either. Ordered extra hot sauce packets and didn’t get any, ordered potato bowl and didn’t get a fork to eat it. 2 stars for fast service and warm food.
I don't understand how this place consistently forgets items in the order. I would sit to make sure it's all there, but don't want to hold up the drive through line. I get it mistakes happen but it seems consistent here and there needs to be a better way to double check with larger orders.

Easily the worst customer service I’ve been to. Imagine how bad of a worker you have to stare down a customer at the front for 5 minutes and not do anything (this worker wasn’t doing anything btw). Then they forget straws and as a doordasher that can cause people their jobs. Y’all do bare minimum jobs and can’t even do that right. Stores ran by a 14 year old i bet.
The manager Rahul is very unprofessional. He got my entire food order wrong and tried to drive me out the drive through. Saw him yelling at his employees as well. Very bad person. How could you guys put someone so incompetent as a manager
Workers used to be friendly and care about customer service. Now they are rude and gossip in Punjabi about customers thinking there’s no harm if the customer doesn’t understand. Terrible customer service
This Taco Bell is horrible. On any given night you go there there is ALWAYS something wrong (frier broke, out of meat or cheese or taco shells, system is down "for the night", etc.) ! ! I work in the food industry as well and I bet you they are just playing hooky for their last several hours of work ! Now the simple journey down the street becomes a road trip (not something too keen for most people at night). Get you ish together !

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to waited at the ordering thing for like four minutes, went to the window and was told I had to drive back around to the ordering thing instead of taking my order worse garbage place in the world why would you send somebody away when they’re at the window stupid place to go eat
i am dasher i went around 6:20 pm inside the store to pick up customer order and pick up time was 6:31 pm but they gave me food around 7:15pm which is almost hour i sat there yo get the food because of which i got voilation on late delivery and the employee was so rude i kept asking why i am not getting my food they just kept saying we are busy so i don’t know why manager kerps those employees who take hour to make food i will never accept order of this store
Food is good when it’s correct. This place tracks wrong and leaves stuff out of the orders way too often. Staff is friendly but them forgetting stuff almost everytime is tiresome. Get it together.
I ordered online for drive-through pick up, but because the line was long, I preferred going inside and taking the food. There was no-one at the counter. 5 minutes later a lady showed up, clumsy and was not willing to talk. However the issue is that the store seems to be run by Indians. The moment you go in, you feel you are in one of those temples, with all the decoration and the smell of spices + incense that they are burning. The food was disgusting. I ordered stackers, and it was so nasty that felt like the street food they serve in India.
Two out of two orders messed up and kitchen staff is shouting at us that she made it right. Showed her the wrong orders that missed Jalapeños as an add on and there came in no apology whatsoever. Rude kitchen staff. Front desk Guy & Manager diffused the situation but the big lady from kitchen just wouldn’t shut up. Very unprofessional & disrespectful experience in front of our two young kids.

My greeting was “how are you paying?” When I told him card he pointed me to the kiosk and said “that’s how we do it” I don’t work at Taco Bell I shouldn’t be forced to spend 10 minutes figuring out how to work the kiosk, and instead of helping me (obviously struggling 10 min later for a taco) he proceeded to chit chat with co-workers. After completing my order for dine in, a was alerted that my food was in the bag on the counter-the place was dead, the least you could do is teach and practice customer service!!
Negative 5 is the rating!!! Manager Francisco was incompetent of doing his job!!! I ordered through the online app which I was charged for the order. When I went to the drive through to pick up, they said the order hasn't gone through. They said to wait in the parking lot for about 5 minutes then come back. When I went back 17 minutes after I submitted the order, the order still hasn't shown up in their system. Again, I was charged for the order and received an email confirmation. Manager Francisco kept saying maybe I put it in for a later time or a different location. I told him multiple times I received an email confirmation for this location and the order was ready. He would not look at my phone to confirm what I was telling him. He kept insisting I must have ordered it for a different location and time. When I asked for his name, he would not give it to me. I told him the 1-800 number operator will ask me who I spoke to when I ask for a credit. He still refused and rudely said "There's nothing I can do for you, get out of the drive through." Luckily one of his subordinates had some intelligence to give up Francisco's name. And he apologized on behalf of Francisco. I told him it wasn't his fault. All Francisco had to do was give me his name. Francisco was ignorant, arrogant and rude in front of his employees.
They always skimpy with the meat. They need better customer service skills. Went through the drive through today and asked for a receipt. The girl said we don't have any paper and shut the window while we were still talking. I left the car in the drive and went inside. Told the district manager what happened and guess what they had paper at the front register. They are very rude at this location.

Worst experience ever. Food was rushed, cold and missing items. Over heard them talking about how my order was given to the person in front of me. I don't mind that, that is a simple mistake. But don't rush my food and get me out of there, just an explanation would of been nice. Now I'm upset and that's not what I wanted after I get off work and I'm looking for something simple to grab. Guess I won't be going back to this one.
Bad experience speaking to staff and them not responding. You should always respond when a customer is asking you a question. Drive thru problems. Not sure what happened but it wasn't professional .
Just spent at least 30 minutes in the drive through. The guy taking orders couldn’t put a sentence together to save his life. Absolutely horrible location and even worse customer service. I ordered a Seven dollar box and I ordered the whole food to be vegetarian. I told them that for my Taco, I want a soft taco with potato in it, but they just gave me a premade Taco with beans And it was a hard Taco and it is annoying. And for my burrito, I told them to Substitute the beef for Potato, but they didn’t put no potato in my burrito. It seems like they were trying to rush. Even on my receipt, it says I ordered the taco to be a soft with potato, and I added potato to my burrito, but they didn’t put none in there and they do this every time. The cashier took my order right But the people who were making the food messed it. Every time I try to order something from this Taco Bell at Hercules, they give me something different from my order. It happens every single time with me. I like to eat at Taco Bell because it’s my favourite place, but these people always try to rush me and they always mess up with my order. While I was ordering, I was hearing a lady yelling like as I was trying to make modifications with each modification, she was trying to yell like oh. I think the management should talk to the people who make the food to sell the appropriate food ordered. Because nowadays everything is expensive and we save to eat out . It is so annoying that they just Serve whatever they make real quick because we have cars behind, but the thing is, if I am paying, I should be getting what I ordered very bad experience at Taco Bell at Hercules only.
