We arrived at 9:55 pm- five minutes before close after being turned away from another restaurant that claimed to be open until 10 pm. We had spent the day packing and driving for vacation and were all hungry and cranky. The crew took our order and happily prepared our food with a chorus of “my pleasures,” even though our second car order after the official closing time of 10 pm. Super impressed with the service here.
Excellent customer service! Team Leader Diego was so friendly and helpful! He even introduced us to a new sauce! (Try the honey mustard BBQ)... So many employees working non stop makes the wait almost non existent... Great system for drive through, pick up and walk in ordering... And who doesn't love the food here?!?!
I’m an avid Chick Fil A customer and love all their food. Also they have the best Diet Coke mixture anywhere. Generally they’re perfect in service but this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered the large hash browns at breakfast and they filled up the box half way. When I get the regular size there’s as much yet with the large they charge more and have given less multiple times. A few months ago they would almost overstuff the box and then suddenly they started short packing so it seems intentional. Is this another scenario where a company is trying to save money? In the end, I just want what I paid for and once I’ve driven several miles and realize this it’s not worth going back of course. Otherwise everything else is great.
The hot water in the bathrooms is way too hot. It’s not a faucet you can control temperature on. When we complained to a manager, they said they were aware of it and that the owner has been notified but nothing has changed. This is unacceptable. The women’s bathroom is also out of certain toiletries and was dirty. Overall, the atmosphere was less than stellar. The food was fine. The service was pretty good.

We used the drive-thru and placed two completely separate orders, clearly stating that they were on different accounts. When we got to the window to pay, the orders were already messed up. We had to re-order everything at the window. Salmia, the employee helping us, was kind enough to read both orders back to us, and they seemed correct at the time. However, when we received the food, none of the items matched what we had ordered—again. It was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. Be cautious when visiting this location, especially if you're placing more than one order. The staff needs better organization and attention to detail
I’ve always loved Chick-fil-A, but my experience today at this location was THE WORST. I accidentally placed a mobile order to the wrong store and instead of helping me resolve it, the manager Colby was completely dismissive and made no effort to find a solution, simply stating there was "nothing he could do." I eventually handled it myself by calling the other store, but when I re-ordered my food with Colby, he still managed to mess up the order (left off the bacon I PAID FOR). Between the lack of hospitality and the incorrect food, this was a total fail. It felt like a lack of basic effort or a personal issue. Definitely not the "legendary" service I expect from this chain. Will not be coming back.
Slowest Chick-fil-A anywhere. Unfortunately this the closest location to me. I won’t be back.
So, I’m not a fan of fast food but my family loves it. The first time we went here about a year ago, they messed up our entire order. We had to drive back and it was a hassle. They handed us some free sandwich passes. I forgot to use one, even though we’ve been since, and found in when cleaning our house. We went to use it and waited in the car line. First, the iPad the young man was using didn’t work. The next worker told me the pass had expired and that I could ask a manager. I did, only to be told they wouldn’t honor it. Now, I was not asking for anything extra or special, just for what was intended—the replacement sandwich. It just wasn’t good customer service. We bought two alternate meals and did the same last week. After seeing how cheap the company and location is, and how little they care about the customer experience, we will not eat here again. This is a good reminder to make a good experience for people. It was really humiliating. I didn’t know the pass they gave me would expire.
This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. I come here weekly because it is close to my work and I'm not even exaggerating.....my order is wrong EVERY TIME. Ask for extra pickles on my sandwich? Get none. Ask for 2 buffalo sauces? Get 1 buffalo, 1 chick-fil-a sauce. Order an ice cream cone only through the app? Wait 10 minutes and get an extremely stale cone. Ask for no tomatoes on my salad? Get extra tomatoes. Lucky for me I eat in my car in the parking lot, so as soon as I park and notice my order is wrong I can just walk inside, but I would be extra pissed off I drove off missing stuff or had an incorrect order like other people mentioned. It also smells like nasty feet every time I come inside this place. Looks like there are many poor reviews about the same things. Wish the manager or owner actually cared about this place.
RUDEST staff I’ve ever seen. I use to work at Chick-fil-A and almost every single time we’ve come in there’s been a highschool kid “rolling their eyes” not acknowledging our existence or making smart comments. Today I was told “Hope this is the worse thing that happens to you” when I didn’t receive my food or a refund due to the mistake I made of placing my order at another store. I understand I made a mistake however condescending comments like that were completely unnecessary when clearly I had no idea I made the error. I don’t understand why this store struggles with being kind. I left with no food, no refund, and my morning ruined.
I usually don't write reviews, but felt the need to for this experience. Having Chick-fil-A is a treat for us, so like anything that's a treat, one believes it should be a great treat. Unfortunatly, this was not the case. The fries were completely cold, the sandwich wrap was as if it was pre-made & stuck in the refrigerator for weeks, and the saddest part was my favorite original sandwich. In the past the chicken was warm, juicy, tender, and thickly cut. This time the chicken was cold, hard, & thinly cut, it was as if I was eating fried grease. I gave one star for the sprite, as that's something one can't mess up. I hate to leave this review, but maybe Chick-fil-A is growing into too large of an organization & can not keep the quality. However, I'm hoping it was just the location.
