Just stopped in for dessert. Service was great! Ice cream dessert was great as well! The young man and young lady working, took the time to bring our food to our table.
Went through the drive thru for my experience and was a 30 minute wait but with some music the wait didn't feel too long. The customer service was polite and as quick as it can be for having lines wrapping out of the parking space and out the door for indoor consumers and yes the ice cream was delicious.
I suffer from mental health ADHD I have a mental impairment learning Disabilitie I've been going to this dairy Queen for a year 1 now always been a paying customer never had any issues up until tonight January 4,2026 at 8:30 pm my mom did a door dash for food for me to pick up and eat i just got out of jail and im exhausted and extremely tired fell asleep in the lobby in the sitting room one of the workers told me that I have to leave I was very tired and disturbed I was not bothering anyone or anything I told the workers my situation and they said it's there policy it was also cold and rainy outside and I will let corporate know what happened and how I was treated and I'm covered under the Ada American disability act of California thank you for your time and God bless
Just went for ice-cream with some friends. It was good but nobody ordered food. Place was clean and the staff was friendly
We wanted to visit this new location ever since it opened. However, every time we tried, the line for the drive thru went into the street and the parking lot was full and overflowing into the gas station parking lot across the street. Wild! So, last Wednesday was finally a good time to go. We used the app for a coupon but dined inside. The food options aren't as extensive as other locations, but our family of four all found a choice they enjoyed. It was very fresh. The blizzards are still worth the visit. They are affordable if you add them to the $7 meal deal. The dining room host was very attentive and went out of his way to hand out items. The icing on the cake was another dine-in patron happened to be a guy I haven't seen since 2019! Great job DQ!
So excited about Dairy Queen being in our community. It’s always CLEAN. They have great customer service. Food and treats are AMAZING.
I didn't used to like Dairy Queen but I've noticed they have improved over the years. I ordered a chili dog and it was very good! I was very surprised! I also ordered a Sundae which was good but too small for a large.

We "needed" a chocolate dipped ice cream cone on the way home from the hospital. This was the Right place to get one!! They only sell Medium or Large dipped cones.. so be ready to eat quickly, Lol! We also had fries and a Oreo Blizzard, they too were delicious! We did the Drive-thru so I can't speak to the atmosphere of dining in. But, we'll definitely be back!

Good food but really slow preparing meals. My first experience was going there to pick up an order for a client and by the time I got the food they made me miss my shift at Amazon Flex. Keep in mind that food is ordered long before I am told to go pick up. Bottom line food is good but very slow service.
Both lines in drive through may get long but the lines move at a decent speed. blizzards the cheesecake blizzard definitely unique on how they prepare it and delicious. Blizzards are are all good in general. They have different 4$ specials during the week for certain stuff. 3rd time coming here and the cheesecake blizzard doesn't have its filling in the middle the way it says they do it. its more mixed all the fat person in me was very disappointed get it together DQ
Surprisingly affordable. I got a western double cheeseburger a banana malt and order of fries for 13 bucks. The burger was actually pretty 👍. The fries were sad I'm not very plentiful at all. But overall not too damn bad.. I would also like to say that there's no parking where you can see your cars. This definitely has a negative so far is the parking goes..
Very friendly staff, food was nice and hot . It was a little of a wait, which wasn't an issue. I would have rates them 5, yet my blizzard were melting since we had to wait for our food. I think those should be late if you're going through the drive thru for our food this way. They would last a little longer. Also, ask if you need a lid for your blizzard. I had to eat it quickly and put a lid on it so I wouldn't have an ice mess. Blizzard are awesome at this DQ.
I am only giving them a 4 because they forgot the bacon 🥓 on one of my burgers and the other burger was messy. The sauce was on the corner of the box. Other than that it was great. Blizzard was delicious 🤤😋 Be prepared to wait in line for at least 20mins.

Husband and I finally gave this place a try, and I'm so glad we did! As a first-timer, I was impressed by the quality of their burgers. Although I wasn't expecting the pickles, I just removed them and enjoyed the rest. The burger was tasty, and the fries had a familiar flavor reminiscent of Burger King (which isn't a bad thing!). The ice cream was a sweet surprise - everything was good! Can't wait to come back and try more."

I understand the importance of honest feedback. My recent visit to the newly opened Dairy Queen left me with mixed feelings. While the quality of the ice cream and the sundae itself were satisfactory, the overall experience fell short. The wait time at the drive-thru was unacceptably long, almost an hour to receive my order. Additionally, I found the prices to be considerably high, with a plain sundae costing almost $8. While I appreciate the appeal of a new establishment, the combination of excessive wait times and high prices detracts from the overall customer experience. As a result, I am hesitant to return to Dairy Queen in the near future.
Food was ok...spent 30.00 on 2 chicken strip basket combos. I felt rushed in the drive thru though.
This particular dq is extremely poorly ran. Management is to relaxed and let's way to much horse play go on behind the counter. Blizzards are not mixed very well .
Waited on the table for more then 15 min for a blizzard .. until I went up to the counter and asked if it was ready .. it has been sitting there all this time .. and only 2 tables were taken not like they were busy ..

I ordered a medium cookie dough blizzard inside the building with one of my friends. I ate half of it there, then saved the rest in the freezer at home for later (since i can't eat a lot of sugar all in one go). there was about half left, i took it out a few hours later and ate it.. at the very bottom was a quarter. good ice cream, but the quarter was definitely a surprise lol.
My husband ordered inside to take to go and did not get our exact order. He ordered two 6 piece chicken strips and one of our orders only came with 4 pieces. They also were trying to give him a melted blizzard that was sitting there while he waited for the food. My husband had them remake it and they did not flip it upside down. The food was okay but we were not happy with the service and the order not being right when my husband got home from a long day of work. He said the workers were standing around talking about scheduling and not getting orders out quickly and efficiently. When they first opened, service was good, but things have changed sadly.
I have ordered twice at this location via mobile app and both times it has been bad. I placed the order in the app and it told me to arrive in 15 minutes. When I arrived they hadn't even started my order yet. Then as they were making it, multiple other people came up ordered and got their food while I still was waiting. They made my burger and had it waiting while they prepared some sides that i ordered, but then someone else came in with a messed up order saying they were missing a burger. They gave my burger to her, only to then realize they gave her the wrong burger and had to get it back from her. I watched at they took the burger back and then gave it to me 10 minutes later when the rest of my order was ready. I finally got my order and checked it to find some items were missing. After 20 total minutes after arriving (so 35 minutes after I placed the order) I finally got all the food. Fortunately the food was good and that's it's only saving grave because both times, the problems at the restaurant have been significant.
Haven't had Dairy queen in quite a while.I received my food to dine-in. The person that brought my food I believe was some type of manager. Took my food off the tray and put it on the table. I asked for a tray She informed me that they don't leave the trays out here. I didn't feel comfortable with that. Customers sit their babies on the table. Purses, and I felt it wasn't sanitary. To have customers sitting there food on the bare table. When I open my box, it was bacon on my Burger. Which I never order. I took it back to the counter informed the lady. she ask for my receipt as if I didn't know what I order. For the taste I have eaten lots of fast food and restaurants Burger and for sure this one don't taste like it's 100% beef some fillers are add, it reminds me. When I was in elementary, of the cafeteria Burger with all the fixings I actually don't know if that's a good thing. Come on now DQ You make enough of money off them frozen fillers patties and blizzards to get trays in the restaurant. Don't get upset at customers for using lots of napkins to place on the tables to place their food on.

i was there thursday 2/19/26 at around 9:30pm. i ordered a small M&M blizzard for me and my boyfriend to share and a mini oreo blizzard for my little brother. as i’m eating my M&M blizzard, i notice a very large “M&M” however when i bit into it, it was chewy and tasted like peanut butter. i’ve never gotten anything other than an M&M blizzard. at first i thought it was goofy and i laughed at it until i remembered that my little brother is severely allergic to all peanuts. if he had asked me for a bite of my blizzard that would’ve been really bad. the issue wasn’t that they accidentally put another flavor in my M&M blizzard, the issue was the cross contamination and the lack of attention. peanut allergy is a very serious issue, and i couldn’t imagine if it was in my brothers blizzard instead of mine.
I really only come here for the ice cream, which is decent. The food, on the other hand, is disappointing—definitely best to stick with the frozen treats. The drive-thru is also a downside, as service is extremely slow.
I was going to order a meal through Door Dash, until I saw the prices. A fish combo for $18.00 from a DQ! Ge Real... Pursuing other menu items, the entire selection is way overpriced.

They lost my online order. Even when I showed them my order on my phone and the order number they made we wait 40 min u til finally they just made it. Later that night I got an email saying they cancelled the order. What upset me was the one lady to the cashier I had to wait until after the pick up time. Yeah I was 5 minutes earlier but they I ended up was 35 more minutes. At some point the supervisor asked me what the offer was and made it. But even then no upgrade size or anything offer for the whole inconvenience. They were not even busy either . I had to called the San Bernardino location to see if their manager can call this location and advise them on how to handle issues like this . It was just a mess and no sincere apologies 😕
Always make sure to check your order because they have a tendency to not give you some of your food. ... My family and I stopped going here after giving them so many chances. On the last visit, we were missing a hamburger, so I had to go inside and wait 20 minutes just for 1 burger, and the rest of our order got cold. But they don't care! I asked the guy working the counter how they compensate loyal customers and he walked to the back to speak to their manager, then came back and said the manager said they don't do that. Then I asked him for their corporate offices' phone number, and he walked to the back to speak to the manager again, then came back and told me that the manager said to tell me "you can find it online!" Who does that?! The manager never came to the front, just remained in the back, sending messages through the worker! I asked for the manager's name, and the worker said "Deandre." Dairy queen lost my families business because they have a manager that does not care about customers and is extremely rude and unprofessional!
I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 1:37 and I didn't receive my order until 2:26 and they forgot my fries. I haven't been to a dairy Queen since I was a kid and this experience makes me not want to go to one again. There was 2 people working and it took them 15 minutes to even acknowledge me at the counter. The lady working drive-thru seemed irritated by everything and was not friendly. The guy working was moving slow and showed that he didn't care about the customers or the orders. Definitely not worth wasting your money here. I was so upset at this experience that I didn't even want my food anymore
During our visit this afternoon my daughter was so excited to treat her sister and favorite auntie to lunch. We were the only people there ordering at the time and had specifically requested that we get hot, fresh, fries. We waited quite a while for the food, however when it arrived it was cold. We asked the gentleman at the counter for hot food and he gladly agreed to remake our order. Then out comes Valarie, the manager, foaming at the mouth and ready to argue over the temperature of the food. Saying she was busy and if she took the time to drop new fires then our chicken would be cold. She was very rude and we decided we would get a refund and take our business elsewhere. As she processed the refund she continued to argue over the temperature of the food and the process of a refund back to my daughters debit card. If she was too busy to drop fresh fries I'm curious as to how she had ample time to argue over the food temperature for several minutes.
Got charged twice for my order. Was told their system went down so I had to scan my card again even though I got the notification I was charged in my account. The lady said I would be refunded for the first charge within 42 hours but that never happened. Have tried to reach out to the owner multiple times and no response. Really upsetting because I love Dairy Queen.
Haven't been to dairy queen for a long time. So I decided to take my son and I ordered 2 large ice cream cones dipped. I payed $6 a cone. Omg it was insane I got a big cone and the ice cream on top was the size of a small cone, not worth it and ne er going again. Not what it used to be. Sad
Ordered dessert on mobile. Went to pick up waited in drive thru line for 20 min. Dealt with a rude gentleman at the window, then get home and realize I have the wrong drink. Ordered correctly, received wrong. Try to call them, no answer.
The drive thru order taker cut me off as I was ordering to take another car order. During the order she keep rushing me.They gave us the wrong food. The ranch was so thick and chunky. The food was not fresh. It's only good for ice cream.
Horrible experience. Got melted blizzards half filled large fry that was equivalent to a kids fry from McDonald's. The strips absolutely gross. Don't do it guys. Waited 45 minutes for order. That place is so unorganized and workers have attitudes cause they are all over the place. People were so upset almost all of the customers were very mad. The blizzards were done before food and waited for food 30 minutes after blizzards. Melted blizzards. It's not worth it you guys
When we arrived for lunch today, the restaurant was almost empty, and we asked if we could please wait for fresh french fries. We waited quite a while for our orders, assuming that our request was the reason. When we received our food, it was barely even warm. We told the kind gentleman at the counter, and he said he would remake it. The "manager," Valerie, then came out from the back and approached us at our table and quite loudly kept telling us that SHE is the one who made the food so SHE knows it's hot. When we told her it wasn't, she still proceeded to argue loudly. She was embarrassing us, and we had to ask her to please stop making a scene. She kept saying that if we now wanted fresh french fries, our chicken would then be cold. According to Health Department standards, that touched food should have been discarded and not taken to the back. We asked for our money back, and Valerie kept arguing, even at the register. She was so nasty that she even said that I could "talk to someone" if I wanted to. If what she said about her and the young man being the only ones there was true, then she probably didn't have so much time to argue about french fries! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Worst DQ I have EVER been to . Paid almost $60 for our food and EVERYTHING was old and so hard we couldn't even chew it . Half of the food wasn't even what I ordered ! I guess they gave me whatever they felt like putting in our order . I ordered 2 burgers they gave me completely dried out chicken strips . Even the bbq ones were still so hard I couldn't chew them ! I ordered all cheese curds , they gave me half old fries . Didn't even give me the 3 ice creams with my order . I sat at the actual drive thru window waiting for my order 25 minutes ! People were honking and yelling in the line . I was just trying to get out of the way and didn't check the food or realize I didn't get the ice cream . It was the last hour they were opened . I tried to call to tell them how messed up my order and they never answered the phone . I will not be going back. And the customer service , the lady was rude on the drive thru , I asked for kids meals and she gave me some other meals . I was management for 10 yrs in fast food and this was absolutely unacceptable !
After my visit to dairy queen I was completely mind blown at the behavior of the individuals behind the counter that are supposed to be providing good customer service. The teens working that day were making extremely rude comments to eachother as well as racial slurs. They were acting more like Jr. High children instead of working young adults. I will not be going back to this establishment until they higher more mature employees that know how to conduct themselves in an adult professional manner or they learn some respect for the ones around them. They also were more worried about joking around with eachother than the customer right in front of them.
Extremely dirty. Bathrooms out of order. Dining room just completely untouched, plenty of staff to clean but no one has. Food is mid or lower. They did take the food off the tray and place it on this dirty table. I would eat somewhere else if you have the option.
So I honestly have no idea what to say. I've been to this Dairy Queen before a couple times usually we order through the drive-thru and we're only ordering ice cream. This time we went in because we were ordering food and wanted to sit down to eat. Using a digital coupon, I was going to specifically order a kids meal, a stack burger combo, and a chicken basket combo meal. I go to order the kid meal with a hamburger and ask what comes on it, the worker said that it had pickles, ketchup, and mustard. I asked to remove the pickles and then ask if I could add tomatoes. The worker said that she wasn't sure if she could add that. And I go well can we just add the tomatoes, and the worker said they're not allowed to add tomatoes to hamburger meals. So I'm like okay fine whatever I'll just order the stack burger and in my mind I'll take the tomato from that one and give it to my kid who wants the tomato. So we order the chicken basket and then I go to put in my stackburger combo order and I asked what comes on it, and the worker said it comes with pickles, mustard, and ketchup. I asked can I add tomatoes to that and again the worker says she's not allowed to add tomatoes to the hamburger. And so I then, in the middle of ordering google searched if this was a company policy to see if this franchise is stingy and weird. And the answer was, it's not a company policy to not add extra things to a hamburger. Whatever, then we go have a seat and while waiting for our order, I do a mock-up of what would happen if I ordered through the mobile app. So I go to add a hamburger kids meal and in that option there is a customize button that you can click and it has the option to add tomatoes to the hamburger among other things. And it's the same for all of the hamburgers.... So then the worker calls out my number and is walking towards me with the tray of our food. I go to reach for the tray and she says no she can't let me have the tray (as if there's only that one tray in the entire restaurant) and she proceeds to put all of our food individually on the table. At that point I ask her about the mobile order and what would happen if I had ordered through the mobile order app would my changes have been fulfilled. She said that no, they would make my food according to the policy of their store. I that informed her that that is not a company policy so what they're doing is wrong. And she said I don't know that's just what my boss tells me. And then, why am I mixing up my meal with my child's meal? Why did I pay $10 for a meal that has the same size fry and same size hamburger as a kid meal that only cost $6? Like what is this? Will not be coming back at all because this company has unethical and shady standards by which they operate.
My husband had taken my son to get some food and an ice cream. My husband specifically told them I have a child with a nut allergy. They get home and my son starts eating his ice cream. He crunches down on a nut. This isn't the first time with this location either. Someone I know told them the same thing and they gave them something with peanut butter. When told to someone who works there she said we'll it's not peanuts it's peanut butter. Which explains to me that these workers at this location were not properly trained or just don't care. When I called to explain my situation I got a sorry and I'll explain it to the owner and we'll replace your meal. We'll unfortunately that's not good enough. These workers need to be retrained properly. They need to know that their mistake and carelessness can kill someone. I'm not going to just sit back and let this happen to another person. I'm going to make sure DQ does something about this situation. I think it's time to get ahold of city food inspectors, osha and BBB. Until DQ can prove they have properly trained their employees. I know we take the risk going somewhere, where their is nuts, but we've never had an issue anywhere we go if we tell them in advance. And it's not like the nuts were visible they were kind of hidden so he didn't see them till he crunched on it.
Bad attitude from drive thru attendant when I asked for a minute to order. My dipped cone was smaller than two hostess powder donuts, for $5 that's a rip off. Then get to the fries, soggy, wilted and sad. One of my chicken tenders looks half eaten. They told me $20.12 at the drive thru speaker then it turner into $28 at the window. If I'm paying $30 for a dipped cone, a blizzard, a meal, and a burger... next time I'll stick to in n out and get all for $14 and way better food and service. Don't waste your money, y'all.

Don't waste your money, y'all.
ordered a large Royal Cheesecake and it had ZERO cheesecake pieces ZERO. I called and the “Manager” said “if there wasn’t enough cheesecake for your liking there is nothing we can do for you“. wasn’t enough? I said there was absolutely ZERO. she said “ i dont know what to tell you but we can’t refund you. 13$ I wasted
Ordered their new lemonade with pineapple & tajin & asked for a large, ordered a few other items including kids meals & redeemed my points for a free kids meal. When I got to the window they handed me a small cup of lemonade, I asked if it was the large & they said it was a medium, I told the lady I had ordered a large to which she said that it was my fault because she had repeated the order back, which wasn't entirely true since she never mentioned the size after I stated large to her. Anyways, told her I wanted a large, & she had already charged me & used my code. She said she could refund me & that my free kids meal would be null & void, which didn't make sense to me since it wasn't my fault they had gotten my order wrong. Really disappointing, as if that wasn't enough, I park in the parking lot & my family & I start to eat, I finally take a sip of my lemonade & it was disgusting & I ended up trashing it, didn't feel like dealing with crappy customer service again. Then one of my kiddos stated they had to use the restroom, so we head inside, both restrooms have out of order signs which I thought was odd, I ask for the code regardless & it's given to me, let my kiddo into the restroom & the restroom is in perfect working order. While waiting for my kiddo outside the restroom, I'm a little annoyed at how loud it is inside the restaurant, not because of the customers, but because of the music being at a ridiculously higher than usual level, and to top it all off they're bumping Sexyy Red, super trashy & off putting, not family friendly at all. It's sad because this is the only DQ up here & every time I go the service gets worse & worse.
I purchased an ice cream from DQ and unfortunately found two strands of hair in it. I called the store to report the issue, but the woman who answered was rude and told me I would need to bring it back for a replacement. By that time, I was already home and had thrown it away, as I wasn’t willing to drive all the way back. She then told me there was nothing she could do and hung up on me. Very disappointing experience, especially due to the poor customer service.
I ordered a blizzard and it was not what I expected from Dairy Queen! Costco and sonic even wiener schnitzel’s is better than this! Very disappointing. Even the strawberry malt nothing to say .
They have 2 bathrooms was told one was for employees only even though that's not what it says. Additionally they won't give you the code they need to open it for you. So I guess I need my hand held while I take a piss. Seriously?
Was ignored at the drive thru window, waited and waited, trued to see if someone could hear me multiple times with no answer. Decided to pull forward after they ignored me completely and took the other of the car that came into the next lane after me. Pulled back around since I am disabled and have mobility issues. Finally got my order taken, person was nice at the window but rude at the order taking point. Was handed the items without being told which is which when they look exactly the same. No decent parts of the flavor order our blizzards, just crumbs. Not impressed. Will not be back. Here for 28min for two items.
