We went for a late breakfast/brunch at around 11am and it had slowed down. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server seemed rushed, but we continued with our party of 5. We had one breakfast burrito that came out falling apart and my 2 pancakes were somehow separating from the centers? Like completely split, it was weird and had a weird texture/taste. The chicken waffles had great reviews along with the pumpkin spice pancakes.

Service was thorough and the food and its price was good. My only knock release and it wasn't so much the restaurants fault was there was a kid that was acting up and the parents weren't doing crap about it. Hence why I gave the atmosphere only three stars.

Seemed pretty slow when we came but service was quick. Breakfast was excellent the sandwiches were not on point. Bacon was limp and pathetic typical problem with a lot of these chains. Sausage was cooked well and pancakes where perfect.

When we arrived, it was packed and thought there would be a wait to be seated but there wasn't. We were seated right away. They took our drink orders, I asked for a pink Lemonade, but was brought a raspberry or strawberry Lemonade, then was informed that they didn't have pink Lemonade. Our food took a while and when it came my pancakes were cold and I had to ask for utensils for my whole family and waited for those. Also had to ask for the salsa that was supposed to come with my meal. After all that, our food tasted pretty good and the service was friendly. I understand many places are short staffed so I still gave it 4/5 stars for taste and effort.

Went on a Friday morning and it was pretty busy. The waiting time to be sat wasn't too bad but waiting for our server and getting our food took a while. They got a part of our order wrong but I wasn't too worried. The food was good and I liked how the booth table was long and spacious.

My kids always order lunch for breakfast and I always like to try something different every time. Food is good and service is fast and the balloon guy keeps the kids happy with his amazing skills. Very busy on Sunday morning but it’s worth the wait.

Super overpriced. The sides and drinks are approx $5 each, and the sides are small! For two people with two breakfast entrees, two drinks, and one additional side each, our bill was over $80 with a standard tip. Insane for a breakfast place. Don’t you just love it when you go pick up an order and you find out that it’s not there? But that’s just that it’s not there, but that they gave it to somebody else. If the server would’ve been honest with you from the beginning, maybe I wouldn’t have been so bad, but the first server lied to me, didn’t tell me the whole story, and it wasn’t until a manager got involved that the manager told me that they gave my food away to somebody else. I had to run to a meeting that the food was for, so I had no choice, but to leave to another restaurant, and then getting a whole refund was another ordeal. I honestly think that the server did not want to accept responsibility for what had happened. Sandy, the manager, was professional and attentive, but the server should be dismissed for lack of training. Do not recommend. By the way, I will say the food at this restaurant is good, because I’ve had it, but this was just a very bad experience overall.
